This study investigated the environmental and economical assessment for sewage sludge treatment options including biogasification, incineration, carbonization, drying, and solidification. For the economical feasibility the 30 plants with anaerobic digestion treatment and the 17 plants without anaerobic digestion treatment were investigated. In regarding to the environmental assessment, the air emission pollutants (SOx, NOx, etc) from incineration and carbonization plants were assessed and 1~34 % of emission limits was emitted. Drying and solidification plants emitted about 30 % of odour limits. And the rest of the pollutants were emitted either at not-detectable level or at below the limits. When the by-products from the solidification treatment was used as landfill cover materials, the unconfined compression strength could be below the limit and it could cause an unsafe condition for those passing vehicles and the possibility of the ground subsidence. There has been a maintenance difficulty due to frequent blockage and operational failure. The result of the comparison of sewage sludge treatment options showed that anaerobic digestion+incineration was the most economically feasible considering incineration and drying. For smaller treatment capacity, solidification was the most economically feasible considering carbonization and solidification and anaerobic digestion+carbonization was the most economically feasible considering carbonization and solidification.

Remote Sensing (RS) is a technique to obtain necessary information in a non-contact and non-destructive method by using various sensors on the surface, water or atmospheric phenomena. These techniques combine elements such as sensors, and platform and information communication technology (ICT) for mounting the sensor. ICT has contributed significantly to the success of smart agriculture through quantification and measurement of environmental factors and information such as weather, crop and soil management to distribution and consumption stage, as well as the production stage by the cloud computer. Remote sensing techniques, including non-destructive non-contact bioimaging (remote imaging) is required to measure the plant function. In addition, bioimaging study in plant science is performed at the gene, cellular and individual plant level. Recently, bioimaging technology is considered the latest phenomics that identifies the relationship between the genotype and environment for distinguishing phenotypes. In this review, trends in remote sensing in plants, plants diagnostics and response to environment and status of plants phonemics research were presented.

Vinyl chloride (VC) is a known human carcinogen, and it is released to multi-environmental media via several exposure routes. VC was potentially evaluated as a water quality pollutant based on human health risk assessment in Korean water environments. In this study, we investigated physicochemical and toxicological properties of VC, human health and ecological risk assessment, and the regulation of VC as a water quality pollutant in developed countries. Currently there are no standard or guideline values of VC in Korean legal system for the protection of human health and aquatic ecosystem, except that it is designated as a specific toxic substance and a water quality pollutant. Human health risk assessment of VC was previously performed based on the limited water quality monitoring data. The monitoring level of VC in Korean water system is more higher than other countries'. VC was assessed as potential hazardous chemical based on the US EPA's cancer risk assessment. There were a few ecotoxicity data of VC available using very limited kinds of aquatic organisms, and the toxicity results obtained seem to be overestimated without considering the losses of VC in open exposure system. Therefore it is needed to monitor the VC in various areas and to carry out the ecotoxicity research using multi-level organisms. We expect that these results can be useful information for implementing VC as a water quality pollutant in legal system for the protection of human health and aquatic ecosystem in near future.

We employed the ecological niche modeling framework using GARP (Genetic Algorithm for Ruleset Production) to model the current and future geographic distribution of Pinus densiflora based on environmental predictor variable datasets such as climate data including the RCP 8.5 emission climate change scenario, geographic and topographic characteristics, soil and geological properties, and MODIS enhanced vegetation index (EVI) at 4 $km^2$ resolution. National Forest Inventory (NFI) derived occurrence and abundance records from about 4,000 survey sites across the whole country were used for response variables. The current and future potential geographic distribution of Pinus densiflora, one of the tree species dominating the present Korean forest was modeled and mapped. Future models under RCP 8.5 scenarios for Pinus densiflora suggest large areas predicted under current climate conditions may be contracted by 2090 showing range shifts northward and to higher altitudes. Area Under Curve (AUC) values of the modeled result was 0.67. Overall, the results of this study were successful in showing the current distribution of major tree species and projecting their future changes. However, there are still many possible limitations and uncertainties arising from the select of the presence-absence data and the environmental predictor variables for model input. Nevertheless, ecological niche modeling can be a useful tool for exploring and mapping the potential response of the tree species to climate change. The final models in this study may be used to identify potential distribution of the tree species based on the future climate scenarios, which can help forest managers to decide where to allocate effort in the management of forest ecosystem under climate change in Korea.

An object oriented crop model was developed to perform crop growth simulation taking into account complex interaction between biotic and abiotic factors in an agricultural ecosystem. A set of classes including Atmosphere class, Plant class, Soil class, and Grower class were designed to represent weather, crop, soil, and crop management, respectively. Objects, which are instance of class, were linked to construct an integrated system for crop growth simulation. In a case study, yield of corn and soybean, which was obtained at an experiment farm in Rural Development Administration from 1984 to 1986, were compared with yield simulated using the integrated system. The integrated system had relatively low error rate of corn yield, e.g., <4%, under sole and intercropping conditions. In contrast, the system had a relatively large underestimation error for above ground biomass except for grain compared with those observed for corn and soybean. For example, estimates of biomass of corn leaf and stem was 31% lower than those of observed values. Although the integrated system consisted of simple models, the system was capable of simulating crop yield under an intercropping condition. This result suggested that an existing process-based model would be used to have more realistic simulation of crop growth once it is reengineered to be compatible to the integration system, which merits further studies for crop model improvement and implementation in object oriented paradigm.

In this paper, field study results about accumulation of sediments and its property in the forebay of wetland aiming at stormwater from rural area wherein intensive cow feeding lots are operated are provided. In addition, some design aspects are discussed. Amount of sediment generation in the longitudinal direction of forebay was found to be affected by hydrological factors such as rainfall depth and intensity. Nutrient contents in the sediments of this wetland were 10 times higher than those in stormwater wetland in rural area without animal-feeding lot. Total-Pb and As contents show similar level to values from the soils of surrounding watershed, but Total-Cu content was higher due to the animal feeding lots. Yearly amount of sediment generation, its depth and volume were estimated to 13tons, 23cm, and $65m^3$. Based on these results and recommended guideline by Korean Ministry of Environment, dredging frequency was found to be about 2.7years. The shape of forebay has to be carefully designed to deal with a great change in flow rate. According to the results of sediment depth analysis, instead of the present rectangular, wedge-shape forebay is more desirable in handling scouring caused by high flows.

지하수 개발가능량 산정을 위한 함양량의 평가는 수문계의 물리적인 형태나 함수층의 수리성 분석 및 수직인 지질분포를 파악하여 어떤 조건하에서 물이 유입 유출되는가를 파악한 후에만 가능하다. 또한 지하수계의 물리적인 형태를 이해함으로써 조사지역의 지표수계나 지하수계의 양계를 통해서 흐르는 물의 양을 결정짓는 물수지 분석이 수행되어야 한다. 이에 따라 강수량, 증발산량, 지하수 유출량, 지표유출량 그리고 하천유출량 등을 수문학적으로 고려해야만 한다. 본 연구는 지표수-지하수 결합모형을 도입하여 분포형 지하수 함양량의 시공간적인 변동성을 파악하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 지표수-지하수 결합모형인 SWAT-K모형을 미호천 유역에 적용하였으며, 지표수의 총유출량과 지하수위의 공간분포자료를 이용하여 검정과 검증을 수행하였다. 전체유역에 대한 연평균 함양량은 수문총량의 약 19%인 것으로 나타났다. 1999년${\sim}$2004년까지의 소유역별 연간 함양량 결과를 월별로 나타냈으며, HRU(Hydrologic Response Unit)별 함양량의 공간분포를 통해 월별, 계절별 특성을 살펴볼 수 있었다. 소유역 모두 강수가 집중하는 7-9월에 걸쳐 많은 함양이 이루어지며 $1{\sim}3$월에는 상대적으로 함양이 적은 것을 볼 수 있다. 월함양량의 경우 최대 약200mm범위내에서 유역의 토지이용 및 토양특성, 경사등에 따라 매우 비균질하게 분포하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이와같은 함양량의 시공간적 불균일성으로 인해 지하수 관리방안은 소유역별 함양특성을 반영해야 할 것으로 판단된다.의 종분산지수가 일반적인 자연대수층에 비해 9.1배 정도 높다는 것을 의미한다. 이는 시험대수층의 투수성이 매우 높아 염소이온의 용질이송이 매우 빠르게 발생되었기 때문이다. 본 연구에서 추정된 종분산지수를 Gelhar et al.(1992)의 연구 결과와 비교 분석한 결과에서도 시험규모에 비해 매우 높은 수리분산이 발생된 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 염소이온의 확산면적을 추정하기 위해, 수렴흐름 추적자시험에 의한 종분산지수와 시험대수층의 평균선형유속을 이용하여 종분산계수를 구하였다. 현장에서 수행된 양수시험에 의한 평균선형유속 22.44 m/day와 평균 종분산지수 0.4155 m를 적용하여 산정된 종분산계수는 $9.32\;m^2/day$이었다. 따라서, 시험부지 내 충적층에서 일정한 양수율$(2,500\;m^3/day)$로 지하수를 개발할 시에 양수정 주변지역으로 유입되는 염소이온의 확산면적은 1일 $9.32\;m^2$ 정도일 것으로 나타났다.적인 $OH{\cdot}$ 의 생성은 ascorbate가 조직손상에 관여할 가능성을 시사하였다.었다. 정확한 예측치를 얻기 위하여 불균질 조직이 조사야에 포함되는 경우 보정이 요구되며, 골반의 경우 골 조직의 보정이 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었다. 이를 위하여 불균질 조직에 대한 정확한 정보가 요구되며, 이는 CT 영상을 이용하는 것이 크게 도움이 되리라 생각된다.전시 슬러지층과 상등액의 온도차를 측정하여 대사열량의 발생량을 측정하고 슬러지의 활성을 측정할 수 있는 방법을 개발하였다.enin과 Rhaponticin

지하수 함양량을 산정하기 위해서 유역물수지 모형 또는 지하수위 변동곡선법등이 활용되어 왔으며, 각각의 장단점에 대한 많은 논의가 있었다. 지역내의 지하수 관리계획을 위해서는 유역물수지 모형이 적합한 반면, 실제(actual) 함양량의 정확성 문제가 있으며, 지하수위 변동곡선법은 실제 지하수의 증감을 통해 실제 함양변화를 잘 표현하는 반면, 그 영향권이 관측공에 의해 제한된다는 단점이 있다. 이와 같은 두 방법의 장점을 살리고 단점을 보완하기 위해 본 연구에서는 유역유출모의와 지하수위 변동을 동시에 고려하여 지하수 함양량을 추정하는 방안을 제시하였다. 수문학적 과정으로 함양을 분석하기 위해 준분포형 수문모형인 SWAT과 완전분포형 지하수 유동해석 모형인 MODFLOW의 결합모형을 이용한 유역단위 유출해석을 수행한다. 실제로 하천변에 위치한 관측공에서의 지하수위는 하천유출시계열과 유사한 양상을 보이며, 상류 경사지에 위치한 관측공의 지하수위는 토양수의 지체와 감수현상을 나타내므로 이같이 시간적으로 상이한 지체 양상을 반영하기 위해 모형내의 비포화대를 통과하는 함양의 거동을 기존의 단일 저수지 모형에서 다단 저수지 모형으로 개선하고 지체함수와 관련된 매개변수를 보정함으로써 모의 함양 시계열과 관측 지하수위 시계열간의 상관성 분석을 수행할 수 있다. 아울러 모의 및 관측 지하수위 분포의 비교를 통해 공간적인 지하수 분포에 대한 검증을 수행함으로써 함양량 산정 절차가 완성된다. 이같은 일련의 절차는 기존의 유역물수지 모형과 지하수위 변동법을 동시에 고려한 새로운 방식의 지하수 함양량 산정기법으로 제시할 수 있을 것이다.성빈맥(1예), 저심박출증(3예), 재수술이 필요했던 출혈(2예), 흉골 지연봉합(2예), 급성 신부전(2예), 폐렴(1예), 대동맥내 풍선펌프로 인한 혈전색전증(1예),수술 후 섬망(2예) 등이 있었다. 생존한 10명의 환자들 중 1명을 제외한 나머지 9명의 환자에서 $38{\pm}40$개월간의 추적관찰이 되었는데, 추적 관찰 기간 중에 3명이 사망하였고 생존한 6명의 환자는 모두 양호한 상태(NYHA 기능등급, $I{\sim}II$)를 보였으며, 그 중 3명에서는 혈역학적으로 큰 의미가 없는 잔여단락이 있었다. 결론: 급성 심근경색증 후 심실중격 결손은 수술위험도가 높은 질환이지만, 수술 전 대동맥내 풍선펌프를 삽입하고 조기에 심실중격 결손부의 infarct exclusion 술식과 함께 관상동맥우회술을 시행함으로써 만족할 만한 수술 및 중기 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.출물 투여로 저하되었으나 NC군보다는 높게 나타났다. 간 중 중성지질 함량은 참나물 에탄올 추출물 투여 용량에 따른 유의차가 없었으나, 총콜레스테롤 함량은 고용량 병합투여한 HC-PBH군만 유의하게 저하되었다. 혈청 및 간 중의 지질 함량 변화는 정상식이를 급여한 NC군과 NC-PB군 간에는 유의차가 없었다. 따라서 고콜레스테롤식이를 급여하면서 참나물 에탄올 추출물을 병합투여 시에만 지질대사 개선 효과가 있는 것으로 여겨지며, 고용량 병합투여 시 효능이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 고콜레스테롤식이로 인한 산화적 스트레스가 고콜레스테롤혈증을 유발하였으며, 이는 참나물 에탄올 추출물에 함유된 항산화물질을 포함한 여러 생리활성물질

본 연구에서는 기존 유출분석의 입력자료 생성 시 발생되는 사용상의 불편함과 다양한 수질 수문 모형에 적용을 위한 유역특성자료 도출 기반의 미비로 인하여 보다 편리하고 체계적인 유역특성자료 분석 시스템을 개발하고자 하였다. 기존 PRMS를 이용하여 유출분석 시 입력자료 생성을 위해 사용되는 USGS WEASEL 벤치마킹을 통하여 시스템 개발항목을 도출하고, 체계적이고 효율적인 시스템 개발 및 유지관리를 위하여 UML을 이용한 객체지향 시스템 설계를 수행하였다. 또한, 편리한 사용자 인터페이스 제공 및 다양한 수질 수문 모형에 적용하기 위한 GIS 컴포넌트 기반인 ArcGIS ArcObject를 이용한 시스템 개발을 수행하였다. 또한, 시범 연구지역인 용담댐 유역을 대상으로 DEM, 토양도, 토지피복도, 임상도 등을 구축하여 유역특성자료 분석 시스템에 적용하여 PRMS의 입력 매개변수를 추출하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 시스템에 의하여 추출된 매개 변수의 검토를 위하여 용담댐 유역과 구량천 유역을 대상으로 PRMS를 이용한 장기유출모의를 수행하였다. 강우자료 및 기상자료는 기상청의 장수기상관측소의 시계열 자료를 사용하였으며 모의 결과를 검증할 수 있는 하천유출량 자료는 용담댐 지점과 동향수위관측소 자료를 사용하였다. 장기유출모의 목적에 맞는 PRMS 모형을 구성하고 유역특성자료 분석시스템을 이용하여 추출된 매개변수로서 1966년부터 2001년까지 용담댐 유역에 대하여 모의하여 매개변수를 최적화하였고 최적화된 매개변수를 이용하여 각각의 유역에 대하여 검토하였다. 그 결과 용담댐 유역에 대해서는 0.49에서 0.83까지의 모형효율을 나타내었으며 구량천 유역에 대해서는 0.57에서 0.75까지의 모형효율을 나타내어 모의결과가 실측치에 대하여 높은 적합도를 나타내었다.997년 이후로 지속적으로 감소되고 있다.게 될 것이다. 본 연구에서는 현재 진행중인 승기천 오염하천 정화사업이 종료되는 시점을 기준으로 남동유수지에 대해 승기천과 연계한 유수지의 환경개선 방법을 제안하였다. 준설을 통해 유수지의 근본적인 오염원을 제거하고 남동유수지 유입부에 인공습지와 수처리설비를 설치하여 유수지의 수질을 개선하고 개선된 수질이 3급수로 유지하도록 하였으며, 설치된 인공습지에는 철새도래지를 조성하여 유수지 유입수인 철새가 날아드는 하천인 승기천의 테마와 연계하도록 하였다. 인공습지 주변으로 식생호안을 설치하고 유수지 주변에는 산책로를 설치하여 지역주민들의 친환경 수변공간으로 활용하도록 하였다. 1유수지와 연결된 2유수지는 BTL사업을 통해 주변공단으로부터의 오폐수를 원천적으로 차단하도록 하였으며 2유수지를 매립하여 지하는 강우시 유출수 저류가 가능한 화물차주차장으로 활용하고 지상은 녹지공간으로 조성하여 공단근로자 및 지역주민을 위한 휴식공간으로 활용될 수 있도록 제안하였다. 본 연구는 남동유수지 환경 개선 사업 실행을 위한 정책 연구로 연구결과를 인천시가 적극 수용하기로 결정함에 따라 인천시의 환경 현안 문제인 남동유수지의 수질개선을 통해 시민의 휴식 및 여가선용 공간으로 활용하기 위한 사업의 기초자료로 활용되며 이미 설계검토가 시작되었다. 본 연구결과는 유수지 및 저수지의 환경개선 사업의 선두적인 성공사례로 국내 타 지역의 유사한 사업에 있어 벤치마킹을 할 수 있는 훌륭한 사례가 될 것이다.요 생산이 증가하자 군신의 변별(辨別)과 사치를 이유로 강력하게 규제하여 백자의 확대와 발전에 걸림돌이 되었다. 둘째, 동기(銅器)의 대체품으로 자기를 만들어 충당해야할 강제성 당위성 상실로 인한 자기수요 감소를 초래하였을 것으로 사료된다. 셋째, 경기도 광주에서

Landslide has been a major disaster in Indonesia, and recent climate change and indiscriminate urban development around the mountains have increased landslide risks. Java Island, Indonesia, where more than half of Indonesia's population lives, is experiencing a great deal of damage due to frequent landslides. However, even in such a dangerous situation, the number of inhabitants residing in the landslide-prone area increases year by year, and it is necessary to develop a technique for analyzing landslide-hazardous and vulnerable areas. In this regard, this study aims to evaluate landslide susceptibility of Java, an island of Indonesia, by using GIS-based spatial prediction models. We constructed the geospatial database such as landslide locations, topography, hydrology, soil type, and land cover over the study area and created spatial prediction models by applying Weight of Evidence (WoE), decision trees algorithm and artificial neural network. The three models showed prediction accuracy of 66.95%, 67.04%, and 69.67%, respectively. The results of the study are expected to be useful for prevention of landslide damage for the future and landslide disaster management policies in Indonesia.
