As the penetration of electric vehicles and development of new models, user experience factors are getting more important in designing connectivity systems for car infotainment services. The primary object of this study is to identify commonalities and differences by comparing user experience factors in the Korean and US electric vehicle markets. This study derived connectivity keywords by text mining the vehicle introduction on the market in each country, and performed centrality, cluster analysis and visualization mapping using the semantic network analysis. As a result, the Korean new electric vehicle connectivity service mainly focused on driving functions such as driving, parking assistance, and charging, while US focused on device connection, convenience function control, app use, entertainment viewing. Based on the analysis, this study presented the practical implications in marketing, system design, and HMI design.

With the advent of deep learning and the rapid development of ICT (Information and Communication Technology), research using artificial intelligence is being actively conducted in various fields of society such as politics, economy, and culture and so on. Deep learning-based artificial intelligence technology is subdivided into various domains such as natural language processing, image processing, speech processing, and recommendation system. In particular, as the industry is advanced, the need for a recommendation system that analyzes market trends and individual characteristics and recommends them to consumers is increasingly required. In line with these technological developments, this paper extracts and classifies attribute information from structured or unstructured text and image big data through deep learning-based technology development of 'language processing intelligence' and 'image processing intelligence', and We propose an artificial intelligence-based 'customized fashion advisor' service integration system that analyzes trends and new materials, discovers 'market-consumer' insights through consumer taste analysis, and can recommend style, virtual fitting, and design support.

The demand of information security consultants is expected to increase due to the emergence of ISMS-P incorporating ISMS and PIMS, the implementation of European Privacy Act (GDPR) and various security accidents. In this paper, we collected and analyzed advertisements of job advertisement sites that could identify firms' demand explicitly. We selected representative job advertisement sites in Korea and the United States and collected job advertisement details of information security consultants in 2014 and 2019. The collected data were visualized using text mining and analyzed using non-parametric methods to determine whether there was a change in the role of the information security consultant. The findings show that the requirements for information security consultants have changed very little. This means that the role does not change much over a five year time gap. The results of the study are expected to be helpful to policy makers related to information security consultants, those seeking to find employment as information security consultants, and those seeking information security consultants.

In this study, information search methods and user interface types provided to users were investigated for the top 100 e-commerce services selected by Statista and the National Retail Federation. And the characteristics of each type were derived by analyzing the interaction method of the user's manipulation with the visualization elements constituting the interface. The research results are as follows. First, as the information provision method, spread format was more often used as the number and hierarchy of information increased, and drop-down and mega menu methods were used more often as the number and hierarchy of information decreased. Second, as a visual classification method according to the information hierarchy, the background color, font change, and line were often used, and there were many cases where the background color and line were used at the same time. Third, there were various elements such as background color, text color, and line as an interaction method for user manipulation, and two or more of them were applied at the same time the most. This study is meaningful in that it defines the characteristics of each type through the analysis of the types of interfaces for e-commerce information search and items that can be the selection criteria for detailed elements.

This paper analyzes viewers' perception of investigative journalism before and after COVID-19, and examines the direction of investigative journalism using big data. Based on the previous research set as a social science model, the relationship between words related to big data TV current affairs programs and investigative journalism in this paper was investigated before and after the appearance of COVID-19. We visualized changes in viewers' perception of investigative journalism by analyzing text data obtained through the use of Textom, with TV current affairs programs and investigative journalism as keywords. Data was collected from 2017 to June 2022 and refined for analysis. We visualized connectivity centrality using Ucinet 6.0 and Netdraw, and clustered the number of keywords and their frequency using Concor analysis. Our study found a clear change in viewer perception before and after the pandemic. As an implication of this thesis, big data analysis was conducted with the investigative journalism as the main keyword, and the direction of the investigative journalism was presented based on the analysis. Furthermore, based on previous research, we suggest effective approaches for investigative journalism after the pandemic to better engage viewers.

National parks are one of the important types of protected area management systems established by IUCN and a management model for implementing effective conservation and sustainable use of natural and cultural heritage in countries around the world, and they assume important roles in conservation, scientific research, education, recreation and driving community development. In the context of big data, this study takes China's Liaohe National Park, a typical representative of global coastal wetlands, as a case study, and using Python technology to collect tourists' travelogues and reviews from major OTA websites in China as a source. The text spans from 2015 to 2022 and contains 2998 reviews with 166,588 words in total. The results show that wildlife resources, natural landscape, wetland ecology and the fishing and hunting culture of northern China are fully reflected in the perceptions of visitors to Liaohe National Park; visitors have strong positive feelings toward Liaohe National Park, but there is still much room for improvement in supporting services and facilities, public education and visitor experience and participation.

L'Espoir, a novel by Andre Malraux, contains traits of the genre of literacy reportage that depicts the full account of the Spanish Civil War as non-fiction based on his personal experience of participating in war; the novel has been dramatized into a semi-documentary film that corresponds to reportage literature. A semi-documentary film is the genre of film that pursues realistic illustration of social incidents or phenomenon. Despite difference in types of genre of the novel and the film L'Espoir, such creative activities deserve close relevance and considerable narrative connectivity. Therefore, $G{\acute{e}}rard$ Genette's narrative discourse of novel and film based on narrative theory carries value of research. Every kind of story, in a narrative message, has duplicate times in which story time and discourse time are different. This is because, in a narrative message, one event may occur before or later than another, told lengthily or concisely, and aroused once or repeatedly. Accordingly, analyzing differing timeliness of the actual event occurring and of recording that event is in terms of order, duration, and frequency. Since timeliness of order, duration, and frequency indicates dramatic pace that controls the passage of a story, it appears as an editorial notion in the novel and the film L'Espoir. It is an aesthetic discourse raising curiosity and shock, the correspondence of time in arranging, summarizing, deleting the story. In addition, Genette mentions notions of speech and voice to clearly distinguish position and focalization of a narrator or a speaker in text. The necessity to discriminate 'who speaks' and 'who sees' comes from difference in views of the narrator of text and the text. The matter of 'who speaks' is about who portrays narrator of the story. However, 'who sees' is related to from whose stance the story is being narrated. In the novel L'Espoir, change of focalization was ushered through zero focalization and internal focalization, and pertains to the multicamera in the film. Also, the frame story was commonly taken as metadiegetic type of voice in both film and novel of L'Espoir. In sum, narrative discourse in the novel and the film L'Espoir is the dimension of story communication among text, the narrator, and recipient.

In this study we examined the topic analysis and correlation analysis by text mining to extract meaningful information or rules from the self introduction letter of freshman at Korea National College of Agriculture and Fisheries in 2020. The analysis items are described in items related to 'academic' and 'in-school activities' during high school. In the text mining results, the keywords of 'academic' items were 'study', 'thought', 'effort', 'problem', 'friend', and the key words of 'in-school activities' were 'activity', 'thought', 'friend', 'club', 'school' in order. As a result of the correlation analysis, the key words of 'thinking', 'studying', 'effort', and 'time' played a central role in the 'academic' item. And the key words of 'in-school activities' were 'thought', 'activity', 'school', 'time', and 'friend'. The results of frequency analysis and association analysis were visualized with word cloud and correlation graphs to make it easier to understand all the results. In the next study, TF-IDF(Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency) analysis using 'frequency of keywords' and 'reverse of document frequency' will be performed as a method of extracting key words from a large amount of documents.

The 20th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party (hereafter referred to as "the 20th National Congress") was under the global spotlight long before it was held for seven days from 16 to 22 October 2022. People wondered whether Xi Jinping would secure a third term as China's leader or whether he would lay the foundations to be in power forever during the third term. In Korea, the press and media questioned whether the event would become the "crowning of Emperor Xi (Xi Huangdi)," whose power rivaled that of the first emperor in China, Shi Hunagdi, and featured the scene where Hu Jintao was forced to leave the venue during the Congress. On the other hand, many Korean academics focused more on how Xi would organize the Politburo and its Standing Committee and whether the outline of his heirs would appear during the event. This tendency in academia in turn worsened the media's concerns. This paper presents a quantitative analysis of the 20th National Congress Report, as opposed to an analysis of Xi's political intentions at the event. The National Congress Report outlines the Party's visions, goals, and strategies for the next five years in politics, economy, society, culture, foreign affairs, and relationship with Taiwan. The authoritative document is rich in narrative and logic and deserves academic study. This research analyzes the 18th, 19th, and 20th Reports by identifying their keywords and regular expressions and checking their frequency and percentage through text-mining methods. This approach enables the quantification and visualization of the significant changes in the Party's sovereign vision over the fifteen years of Xi's rule from 2013 to 2027.

We recognize all objects by seeing. However, we are not sure that the things we see through our eyes are their essence. Here comes my question: What does it mean that humans see and recognize things? The things we see are images and so I consider recognizing an object as semiosis via our visual sensation and brain. That is because objects are defined not by their essence but as symbols we recognize. In the era of post-modernism art is a voluntary creative activity that creates a kind of spiritual value and plays an important role for appreciators who realize the fact to enjoy the life value. This paper focused on the art putting aesthetic value on humans' recognition and explored works of art in a visually perceptible way through semiosis. That is because art, an act of creating things, is symbolic and closely linked to semiotic system. Furthermore, derivative visual signs can be considered to be in line with the viewers' visual perception. If we interpreted by recognizing the works of art along with symbol, we can enjoy the works in depth through recognizing their color or shape. Therefore, I intended to discourse on color perception focusing on colors in order to analyze the relationship between art and symbol in the process of recognizing works of art. This paper looked into background of color recognition, status of colors and ways of expression for impressionist who painted with various colors and examined colors as a sensory language. In the process of interpreting art works by communication between the artist and viewers, the role of color is considered as visual symbol through the artist's experience, consciousness, emotions, and their senses. It can be interpreted the visual language through signification of the symbols when the colors are formed in works of art as a recognizable space. Therefore we expect to study in the Visual arts to be the colors symbolic analysis is extended to more effective communication tool.
