Cost-benefit analysis of project of promoting the economy in Samcheok City (폐광지역 경제자립형 사업에 대한 비용-편익 분석 : 강원도 삼척시를 중심으로)

  • The project of promoting the economy has attracted attention as on strategy for the economic revitalization of abandoned mine areas which is promoting by local government based on the "Special law on the development of abandoned mine areas". Through the analysis of economic feasibility analysis, the government is trying to determine the presence or absence of budget support to project of promoting the economy of local government. Furthermore, this paper attempts to conduct a cost-benefit analysis, using net present value(NPV), benefit/cost(B/C) ratio, internal rate of return(IRR) techniques for project of promoting the economy of Samcheok City. The project of promoting the economic of Samcheok City is promoting the Yukbaeksan flowers rest park and Glass Art Culture and Tourism theme park. The results indicate that NPV, B/C ratio and IRR of Yukbaeksan flowers rest park are 3,937 million won, 1.06, 6.18% and NPV, B/C ratio and IRR of Glass Art Culture and Tourism theme park are 8,311 million won, 1.34 and 9.47. Accordingly, the projects of promoting the economic of Samcheok City ensure economic feasibility that the three indicators have exceeded 0, 1.0 and 5.5% respectively. Moreover, the analysis results can be used effectively in the decision for the project of promoting ecomony of Samcheok city.

A Study about Assessment on Operation Program of Local Festivals (향토지역축제 운영프로그램 평가에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims at assessment of local festivals focused on analysis of operation program for local festivals held in Jeonbuk province. The subjects were 65 local festivals held in Jeonbuk in 2010 excluding festivals held in province, county, and town level, and those held with single purpose. Type of festivals were classified to type for residents' unity, tourism, industry, and special purpose type. The portion was industry type 36.9%, type for residents' unity 23.1% in the order. By theme, animal, plant, nature phenomenon, history, culture and tradition, special product, regional industry were classified - the portion was special product 36.9%, culture and tradition 24.6%, history 13.8%. Assessment of operation program was conducted with assessment indexes such as compliance with theme, uniqueness, diversity, effect of experience, size, educational effect, and entertainment. As a result, it appeared that because local festivals of Jeonbuk had high uniqueness, duplication of program between local festivals was very low and educational effect was comparatively high. On the other hand, because entertainment and effect of experience was very low, considerations of entertainment and effect of experience are necessary in planning of program.

Conservation of The Human Shaped Terra Cotta Mask Excavated from Jungcheon-ri, Jinju (진주 중천리 출토 인두형토기(人頭形土器)의 보존)

  • This paper aimed to show the whole conservation process of the human shaped terra cotta mask that was excavated from one of construction sites at Jungcheon-ri, Geumsan-myeon, Jinju. This mask was X-rayed to get the correct making techniques and there are 4 holes on the top of the head and each diameter of the 3 holes is exact and the other hole is different from the three. The long and sharp shape of the nose is in trapezoid which was separately made with clay and put on (the face). It's found that there are round grooves each around upper and down lips. (upper in length: 10mm, down in length: 6 mm). All restoring materials and adhesives used for restoration to associate each piece are reversibility materials. According to a few points on buried bones of animals distributed around the sites, holes and grooves on the top of the head, ears and teeth to wear something, it academically presumes that this mask could be possibly used for the group ritual. Especially, the whole procedure from excavation to scientific conservation process resulted to have a special exhibition to give the public new eyes how the exhibition realizes to the public.

  • Focusing on the Gwangheemun that have a history of spatial specificity. Gwangheemun increase the value of space in the surrounding area, focused to derive a plan that can be activated. Research method was to analyze the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of the surrounding space and the associated cultural content through SWOT analysis around the base of Gwangheemun. After considering the potential of the current location of physical characteristics and spatial resources, the possibility Gwangheemun development were mainly fashion and art content for the Space Vitalization in the surrounding area. Fashion and art space of Gwangheemun activated based on the possibility of Gwangheemun cultural meaning and value in the history of the past and the present time presented the main directions and strategic approach. The results of this research suggested Fashion art Hotel in applying urban regeneration methodologies, Cheongguro-16 plan for content development, arts and culture fashion street planning. Through this research, we want to establish the strategic control strategy between the policy decision making structures for the successful development of the fashion arts content.

Exploring Physical Activity Promotion Strategies for Older Residents in a Small Town Based on Socio-ecological Model: A Mixed Method Inquiry (사회생태학적 분석을 통한 중소규모 A 도시 거주 노인 신체활동 촉진전략 모색 - 혼합연구기법으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand barriers and problems associated with physical activity of older adults in a small town and to provide improvement plans based on socio-ecological model. This study employed three independent phases including survey, accelerometer study, and photovoice. Three phases were analyzed based on nesting design among diverse mixed method designs. Among 134 older participants, 73 older individuals reported that their physical activity per week was less than 150min in the first phase. Among the 73 older individuals, 40 older individuals participated in the second phase. In the second phase, 32 older individuals does not meet at least 150min of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity(MVPA) suggested by DHHS. Finally, 6 older adults participated in the third phase. Five major themes emerged including 1) lack of proper information and service regarding physical activity, 2)lack of support from people close to them, 3)some limits due to chronic disease, 4)lack of appropriate facility, and 5)lack of opportunity due to existing inactive lifestyle. Based on these five themes, this study attempted to provide the improvement plans with socio-ecological model.

  • In this paper, we studied projection mapping, which is being utilized as a digital canvas beyond space and time for theme parks, mega events, and exhibition performances. Since the existing projection technology used for fixed objects has the limitation that it is difficult to map moving objects in terms of utilization, it is urgent to develop a technology that can track and map moving objects and a real-time dynamic projection mapping system based on dynamically moving objects so that it can respond to various markets such as performances, exhibitions, and theme parks. In this paper, we propose a system that can track real-time objects in real time and eliminate the delay phenomenon by developing hardware and performing high-speed image processing. Specifically, we develop a real-time object image analysis and projection focusing control unit, an integrated operating system for a real-time object tracking system, and an image processing library for projection mapping. This research is expected to have a wide range of applications in the technology-intensive industry that utilizes real-time vision machine-based detection technology, as well as in the industry where cutting-edge science and technology are converged and produced.

  • 야간의 잉여전력으로 열을 저장해두었다 주간에 이용하는 축열공조에는 50여년에 걸친 긴 역사가 있었다. 이 방식이 가지는 효용에 일찍부터 눈뜬 선각자들의 노력에도 불구하고 당초 보급은 늦어져 그다지 진전이 없었다고 한다. 이러한 정세가 일변한 것은 전력공급에 병목현상이 생겨 부하 평준화가 안정공급에 있어 필요불가결의 과제가 되었기 때문이다. 특히 공조는 피크성이 강한 수요이므로 공조용 전력을 야간으로 옮기는 작업의 이점이 큰 것은 당연하다. 비 수요시간대의 요금이 큰 폭으로 떨어짐으로써 수요자측에서 보아도 야간의 전력을 어떻게 활용할까하는 것은 매력적인 연구테마였다. 이리하여 축열공조가 관심을 불러 보급이 기도에 놓인 지 2O년 가까이 되었다. 처음에는 물을 사용한 축열이 대부분이었으나, 축열조 용량의 제약으로 얼음을 만들어 저장하는 빙축열방식이 도입되어 현재의 표준적인 축열방식이되었다. 그러나 빙축열에도 비용상의 문제가 있어 전면적인 보급에 이르기까지는 아직 연구의 여지가 더 남아있는 듯하다. 한편, 교토의정서의 발효 등에 의해 지구환경에 대한 관심이 높아지게 되었다. 이 같은 배경 속에 건물및 건축설비의 에너지절약 기술의 중요성이 대두되고, 특히 창 주변의 공조방식, 조광제어, 축열 공조시스템 등, 건물부하의 직접적인 저감과 전력부하 평준화에 의한 환경부하저감 및 운영비용의 저감을 목적으로 한 건물일체형 설비시스템을 적극적으로 도입하기에 이르렀다. 환경을 배려한 건축구조.설비시스템의 채택 사례가 증가하며 건축물 종합환경성능 평가시스템과 성능검증 등 건물설비의 평가.검증 수법도 연구되어 건물에 적합한 운용면에서의 사고가 중요함이 인식되었다. 이와 같이 건축구조와 설비시스템의 양면에서 에너지절약성 및 환경성, 쾌적성, 편리성의 추구가 적극적으로 도입되는 가운데, 슬래브축열시스템은 건축구조와 공조설비가 균형있게 융합됨으로써 초기비용의 삭감과 부하 평준화에 의한 경제성 향상, 복사에의한 실내환경의 향상 등의 효과를 기대할 수있는 시스템으로 추목받고 있다.

  • In the world, most of the metal technologists were as called as adornment artists than other field of industrial arts strongly industrial characters functional materials and manufacturing technology many used in the present age. In the study, one of adornments researched and material character analyzed about Art Clay Silver. The shrinkage rate of shape was about 0.24%. A shrinking phenomenon drying time thought of evaporation of water linking bonding agents and powders. After calcination of Art Clay Silver, the EDX used that just Ag 100% analyzed a result from the surface assay in the room temperature. A binder with powder in the room temperature considered to disappear, because it was been fume and smoke at high calcined temperature. A study showed when handicrafted necklaces make by these characteristic as using in difficult and delicated operations rather than naturally and beautifully expressive products.

  • This study anatomizes various traits of slots in Slotomania, the most popular online slot game in the world. Developed by Playtika, Slotomania is a social casino genre game that runs over Facebook. Slotomania has been the number one as a title in the social casino genre, and this study multi-dimensionally analyzes various characteristics of slots that exist in the game. Specifically, it analyzes factors of 1) User Interface(UI) 2) Theme 3) Payline & Betting 4) Structure & Symbol 5) Bonus 6) Additional Traits. As a reuslt, it reports that there is "diversity". Therefore, it not only researches how and why those slots are attractive to people but also explores the market of social casino based on Facebook.

  • "과학관의 설립 운영 및 육성에 관한 법률"에 의거하여 정식으로 등록된 전국의 국 공 사립 과학관은 2012년을 기점으로 100개를 넘었고 현재는 170여개 기관이 이른다. 해당 법률에서 규정하는 과학관은 국민들의 과학기술에 대한 이해증진 및 어린이와 청소년들의 과학에 대한 탐구심 함양, 과학문화의 대중화 등 과학문화 확산의 한 축으로 활용이 되고 있다. 과학관은 등록 요건에 따라 '종합과학관'과 '전문과학관'으로 분류를 하며 특히 전문과학관의 경우 과학의 여러 분야 중 한가지의 주제를 선정하여 그 주제에 맞는 전시물과 프로그램들을 운영하고 있다. 특히 천문과 우주를 테마로 한 과학관은 2009년 세계 천문의해를 기점으로 건립이 가속화 되었고 그 비중은 전체 과학관 중에 상당 부분을 차지하고 있다. 하지만 이에 대한 정확한 통계와 분류가 미흡하고 해당 기관들 상호간에 제대로 된 협력체계가 미비한 현실이다. 이와 유사한 박물관, 미술관, 도서관의 경우 과학관과 마찬가지로 해당 학문에 대한 홍보와 대중화를 위해 관련 법률이 마련되어 있는데 이들의 경우 관련분야에 종사하는 전공자들에 대한 별도의 자격제도와 해당 기관에서의 지위를 부여받은 것과는 상당한 차이를 보이고 있어 이들 법률의 비교를 통하여 각 기관들의 설립목적과 운영취지, 자격제도 등을 알아보고 천문우주 과학전공자들에 대한 객관적인 검증제도 도입 및 과학관 건립시 그들을 채용할 수 있는 객관적인 근거를 마련해 보고자 한다.
