This study was performed for the purpose of reviewing the strategic management direction and ideas of the policy for Seoul City's Hangang Renaissance. In order to accomplish this, levels were established for each step of the policy and the policy priority by level was derived. The policy priority by level was analyzed by a decision making model through the Analytic Network Process(ANP) and the priority would be the standard to judge the order of priority. The analysis results showed that there was not a big difference between the priorities of two basic concepts: restoration and creation. The fourth level, detail plan of the third level, showed priority that development by type for waterside city in case of reorganizing city space and diversification of land utilization, utilization of riverside space in water front town for public and composit purpose, establishment of comprehensive plan on constructions in case of improving the landscape of Hangang and unified design plan rose to important element in case of forming Hangang park with the me. Based on the results of priority analysis, we would like to propose for the direction about the policy on Hangang Renaissance project, the policies forming Hangang Park with theme through unified design plan and reorganizing city space have to be proceed preferentially and connected with other plans.

The Drone shot is moving images captured by a remotely controlled unmanned aerial vehicle, takes usually bird's eye view. The hand-held shot is moving images recorded by literal handheld shooting which is specialized to on-the-spot filming. It takes a walker's viewpoint through vivid realism of its self-reflexive camera movements. The purpose of this study is to analyze comparatively aesthetic functions of the drone shot and the hand-held shot. For this, the study understood Certeau's concepts of 'place' and 'space,' chose World Travel 'Peninsula de Yucatan' episode as a research object, and analytically applied two concepts to the scenes clearly presenting two shots' aesthetic characteristics. As a result, the drone shot took the authoritative viewpoint providing the general information and atmosphere as it overlooked the city with silent movements removing the self-reflexivity. This aesthetic function was reinforced the narration and subtitles mediating prior-knowledge about proper rules and orders of the place. The drone shot tended to project the location as a place. Conversely, the hand-held shot practically experienced the space with free walking which is free from rules and orders inherent in the city. The aesthetics of hand-held images represented the tactic resisting against the strategy of a subject of will and power in that the hand-held shot practiced anthropological walking by means of noticing everyday lives of the small town and countryside than main tourist attraction. In opposition to the drone shot, the hand-held shot tended to reflect the location as a space.

특허출원 기술동향 조사는 특정 기술분야에 대해 특허출원을 중심으로 조사하여 정책.시장.연구개발 등 동향의 보충 정보를 더하여 일본의 기술경쟁력, 산업경쟁력을 정리한 것이다. 또한 경쟁우위성 확대를 위해 일본이 몰두해야하는 과제를 정리하고 일본이 지향해야 할 연구, 기술개발의 방향성을 제언하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 일본 특허청에서 1999년 이후 매년 실시하여 2007년도까지 115개 테마의 조사결과 요약판을 특허청 홈페이지에 공개하고 있다. 본고에서는 2006년도 특허출원 기술동향 조사 "줌렌즈계 기술"의 일부를 소개하겠다.

'발 없는 말이 천리를 간다.' 파발이나 봉화가 활성화되기 이전에 입 소문을 경계하기 위해 생겨난 이 말은 이제 구식이 된지 오래다. 인터넷을 통해서 천리도 마다하고 지구를 한바퀴 돌고도 남을 만큼 말이나 문서의 전달 속도가 빠르고 넓어졌기 때문이다. 하지만 인터넷이 활성화되기 전인 1980년대 이전만 해도 천리를 가는 말의 구실을 톡톡히 해 낸 것은 다름 아닌 편지와 우표. 인터넷을 통한 e-mail이 활성화 됐다지만 부끄러운 님한테 말못할 사연을 전하기엔 편지가 제격이다. 지난 8월2일부터 11일까지 코엑스에서 열린 "필라코리아세계우표전시회"에는 세계 각 국가의 문화와 정성이 담긴 우표를 구경하기 위한 인파로 물셀 틈이 없었다. 단순한 소식 전달을 넘어 열렬 취집가들까지 생겨난 우표의 탄생과 비화를 모아봤다.

인간 동작의 애니메이션에 대해서는 지난 30년 동안 애니메이션 연구가들의 많은 관심을 모아 왔다. 최근에는 그 동안의 축적된 연구성과를 바탕으로 영화에 등장하는 인물을 애니메이션으로 처리하기 위한 디지털 액터의 연구가 진행되고 있다. 디지털 액터는 일반적인 휴먼 애니메이션에 의해 요구되는 사실성 면에서 차원을 달리하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 그동안 디지털액터의 모델링 및 애니메이션을 위한 여러 가지 방법들을 검토해 보고, 본인이 속해있는 서울대학교 휴먼애니메이션 연구단에서 수행해 가고 있는 연구테마와 중간 결과들을 소개한다.

명예에 관한 죄는 사람의 사회적 인격성을 침해하는 범죄로서 보호법익은 '명예'이다. 명예는 인간의 존엄성을 바탕으로 사람이 사회적, 윤리적, 정신적으로 당연히 누려야할 인격적 가치를 말한다. 이는 크게 외적명예, 내적명예, 명예감정으로 나눌 수 있는데, 외적명예는 사람의 인격가치에 대한 사회적 평가를 의미한다. 내적명예는 사람의 고유한 인격가치로서 사람이 출생과 함께 갖게 되는 윤리적 사회적인 인격적 가치제를 말한다. 명예감정은 자기의 인격가치에 대한 자신의 주관적 평가를 말한다.

급격한 정보화사회로의 발전과정에서 디지털 스토리텔링은 게임, 애니메이션, 디지털영화, 웹 에듀테인먼트, 웹 홍보 등 광범위한 영역으로 확산되고 있다. 이같은 디지털 스토리텔링은 디지털 미디어의 특징에 힘입어 과거 헐리우드 영화와 같은 아날로그 스토리텔링의 문화적 제국주의를 극복하는 민주적, 평등적 속성을 안고 있다. 디지털콘텐츠의 제작, 육성을 국가적 비전으로 삼아야 할 이 때, 디지털 스토리텔링은 디지털콘텐츠의 질적 향상을 위한 시대적인 요청이라 할 수 있다. 이에 <디지털콘텐츠>는 지난 5월 설립된 디지털스토리텔링학회의 도움을 받아 업계 관계자들이 주목해야 할 디지털 스토리텔링에 대한 다양한 내용들을 8회에 걸쳐 연재한다.

작년 가을 부터 위원을 역임하는 연구회(노동성)의 일원으로 [챌린지드 텔레워크]를 테마로 한 미국 시찰을 다녀와서 작성한 리포트를 발표하겠다. 미국에서는 인터넷이 지극히 일상적인 도구로 사용되고 있고 장애인들도 커뮤니케이션 도구로서 아주 일상적으로 사용하고 있는데, 텔레워크를 포함한 업무용 도구로서는 하이테크 기업에서 개발 등 일반적인 일에 비교해서 급여수준이 높은 직종에 한정되어 있는 것 같다. 미국에서 장애인의 실업률은 75%에 달한다. 이들의 고용추진을 위해 9월 30일 클린턴 대통령은 [전국장애인 고용 인지의달]을 선언했다. 이 선언문중에서 [정부 스스로가 지적 장애인이나 중증 장애인의 고용과 승격을 평등하게 하는 기업의 선도자가 되어야 한다는 뜻에서 대통령령을 발표했다]라는 부분에 미국정부의 기본자세(관과 민의관계)가 명확하게 나타나 무척 흥미로웠다.
