동북아물류 중심 실현을 위해서는 종합물류기업 육성과 중국을 중심으로 하는 물류정책이 필요하다. (사)한국물류협회(회장 서병륜)와 한국로지스틱스학회, 매일경제신문, 물류신문사가 공동으로 주최하고 대신정보통신(주), (주)진양로지스틱스, 로지스올 그룹이 후원한 제10차 물류정책토론회에서 이와 같은 주장이 제기됐다. 지난 3월 23일 전국경제인연합회 회관 대회의실에서 200여명이 참석한 가운데 개최된 토론회에서 서병륜 (사)한국물류협회 회장은 개회사를 통해 ''정부는 중국경제의 역동적 성장으로 인한 위기를 우리의 국부창출을 위한 기회로 전환하고자 동북아 물류중심 로드맵을 발표하고 국가물류체계 개선대책을 내놓는 등 물류산업의 발전을 위해 다각적인 노력을 해오고 있다''며 ''이는 정부뿐만 아니라 물류관계자 모두의 노력 위에서 실현될 것이므로 우리도 이를 위해 매진해야 한다 ''고 말했다. 진형인 한국로지스틱스학회 회장은 인사말을 통해 ''동북아 물류중심화 실현을 위해서는 여러 가지 해야할 과제가 많다''며 ''이와 같은 과제해결을 위한 토론회와 많은 연구가 필요하다''고 말했다. 이번 토론회에서는 ‘동북아 물류중심 실현을 위한 선결과제 및 제도적 지원방안’이라는 주제로 제1테마 ‘중국의 물류 환경 변화와 동북아 물류중심화 전략의 보완방안’, 제2테마 ‘국제경쟁력을 가진 종합물류기업의 효율적 육성방안’으로 나뉘어 해양수산개발원원 임종관 박사와 SJ-GLS의 이병욱 박사가 각각 주제발표를 진행했다.

A typical theme of active vision systems is gaze-fixing of a camera. Here gaze-fixing of a camera means by steering orientation of a camera so that a given point on the object is always at the center of the image. For this we need to combine a function to analyze image data and a function to control orientation of a camera. This paper presents an algorithm for gaze-fixing of a camera where image analysis and orientation control are designed in a frame. At this time, for avoiding difficulties in implementing and aiming for real-time applications we design the algorithm to be a simple closed-form without using my information related to calibration of the camera or structure estimation.

본 연구는 사회 트렌드 변화에 따른 적응 속도가 빠르고 소비 또한 타 계층에 비해서 매우 높은 지수로 구성된 20대 여성을 연구 대상으로 선정하여 이들의 다양한 감성 니즈를 파악하고 현 시점에서의 트렌드 분석을 통해 그들의 요구와 취향이 적절하게 반영된 휴대폰 GUI디자인을 대기화면을 중심으로 제시해보고자 한다. 연구방법은 사용자 감성 니즈 분석을 위해 FGI 기법을 사용하였고, 트렌드 분석을 위해서는 Town Watching과 잡지 및 웹사이트 분석을 통하여 감성형용사를 추출하였다. 추출된 형용사간의 상관치와 의미에 따라 상대축을 설정하여 공간을 설정하고 공간 위에 각 형용사와 이미지를 배열하여 감성형용사 공간을 설정하였다. 이러한 감성평가 결과에 FGI를 통해 구분한 사용자의 감성 니즈 분류를 기초로 하여 3가지의 감성테마로 분류를 하였다. 분류 기준은 사용자들이 원하는 휴대폰 이미지와 트랜드 분석을 하여 얻은 형용사를 비교하여 그룹핑하였다. 분류된 그룹에 해당하는 테마명을 지정해주었고 그에 맞는 휴대폰 GUI 디자인을 제안한다. 본 연구는 시장세분화 경향에 따라 특정 사용자 층에 대한 연구가 중요한 시점에서 20대 여성이라는 특정 사용자층에 대한 조사를 바탕으로 디자인을 이끌어내었다는데 의의가 있다.

This study is on analyzing of current and operation situation of rural Traditonal Theme Community started from 2002. In this study it analysed result of strength and weakness from the step of selection of plan to the process and operation situation about Bullat Community at Sojun-li in Cheongweon-gun, and suggested improvement method based on the result. First, rural communities have to get peculiar theme for success of green tourism. In spite of the disadvantage as regional conditions for access, the special themes of every communities brought good results about project propulsion. Second, It is need to manage programs which are tour events for short-term, and experience programs for staying all days for increasing income. To make succeed this kind of program, is necessary for giving informations for various visitors such as personal, family and groups. Third, there is need to make continuous programs attracting for four seasons, and operation management having a stable income.

센서 네트워크는 원격지의 상태를 실시간으로 파악하기 위하여 각종 모니터링 시스템에서 활발히 활용된다. 시스템은 원격지에 일어난 사건을 인식하고 사용자에게 유용한 정보를 제공하기 위하여 각종 시뮬레이션 모델 및 분석 기법과 함께 수집된 센서 데이터를 분석한다. 이 논문에서는 모니터링 시스템에서 원격지의 사건을 인식하기 위하여 사건을 등록하고 처리하는 과정을 설계하였다. 이 과정에는 사건 정보 등록, 센서 데이터로부터 사건 정보 추출, 데이터 종류 별 테마(theme) 생성, 연산자를 통한 테마 결합, 시뮬레이션 모델을 활용한 사건 진행 예측, 영향 분석이 포함된다. 그리고, 실제 센서 네트워크를 활용하여 등록된 사건이 처리됨을 보인다.

Theme trail construction should be changed from existing form which connects line to line, or point to line. It should be developed into area form. The project of Trail construction must be converted in area form. The aggregate of the points which is a base element of walk is a line, and the harmonious connection of various line is the area. The close relationship with points and lines is important to operate the project of trail construction in area form effectively. Subject of the project of Theme trail construction of area form must become the village residents which are being contiguous in trail. They must operate management and about trail. The project of Trail construction of area form the plan making is established and if the subjects which, will operate and manage that place are decided upon according to theme must construct the trail of the wide area concept which connects the trail of that trail and neighborhood. If becomes like that local resident and the citizen will be able to coexist with mediation of Trail. If the project of Trail construction of village resident leading is propelled applying rural amenity resources in a way, the trail model which one phases advances could be presented for ecological, economical and cultural.

Ecomuseums come into close relationship with resident and community. Progress of heritage concept brings on the change of valuation standard in heritage, that life style of residents become most important element of cultural heritage. The change of display method has caused the generation of various experience programs in ecomuseum which are display and education based on participation of visitors and residents. Ecomuseums in Europe during progress have conceptual peculiarities by themes to keep the cultural identity and protect folk culture in regional community. 'Europe Ecomuseum Network' seriously affected by social change and development is new alternative to promote regional identity and cultural exchange among Europe countries. People participation with all residents is decisive factor to promote identity and attachment in native place, as well as collaboration with residents, experts, administrators and NGO is one factor for sustainable development and the realization of ecomuseum, activation of regional economy, and also is the root of efforts to protect and activate regional community.

The purpose of present study is that according to the changing tourism environment, detailed cultural environment will be utilized in the active way as systematized theme-based cultural space, and the increase of small theme-based cultural space will contribute to active participation of customers and local development with various programs. TCS was classified to theme-based cultural space contents E5(Education, Entertainment, Experience, Emotion and Economy) in focus of contents in which software is regarded more importantly than hardware, and was analyzed as contents of ten key tourism trend of the future. The present study indicate that experience centered tourism environment stood out in theme-based cultural space, and new era of cultural tourism to which storytelling in focus of emotion is applied will be coming.

최근 중소 테마파크들은 방문객의 감소로 인한 운영의 어려움을 겪고 있다. 새로운 어트랙션의 도입 및 테마파크의 리뉴얼을 통해 방문객 증가를 유도하기에는 천문학적인 비용이 소요된다. 이런 비용 소모는 운영 업체의 입장에서 부담하기 쉽지 않은 구조로 새로운 방법으로 방문객의 재방문률을 높일 수 있는 방안이 필요하다. 대표적인 방안으로 최근 높은 관심으로 인해 관련 기술 및 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있는 VR 시스템의 어트랙션 적용이 있다. 많은 움직임이 없고 안정적인 속도로 운영되는 어트랙션에 VR의 콘텐츠를 적용하여 사용자의 탑승률을 높이고 이로 인해 재방문률 또한 증가 시킬 수 있을 것으로 사료되어 많은 접근이 시도되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 어트랙션의 탑승자에게 몰입감 높은 VR 콘텐츠 제공을 위해 탑승한 어트랙션의 움직임과 VR영상을 동기화 하는 매칭 모듈에 대해 제안한다. 제안하는 모듈은 가속도 센서의 움직임에 따라 1차 적분하여 속도를 산출하고 이를 2차 적분하여 거리를 산출한다. 기존의 가속도 센서를 통한 이동거리 판단에는 칼만 필터를 적용한 오차 보정, 다분화 사다리꼴 적분 등의 연산이 필요하지만 본 논문의 고정 어트랙션에서는 탑승체의 방향이 결정되어 있어 최소화된 연산으로 정확한 이동거리를 판단할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the current state of webzine publications in Korean university libraries. We assess the menu, composition and contents of various types of webzines at thirty six different Korean university libraries. Highlights of our survey include the following: 1) Most university libraries operate several different webzine sites. 2) Categories included in library webzines mainly include 'Notices', 'Academic Database Information', 'Current Books', 'Recommended Reading', 'Utilization of Information', 'Book Review', 'Tips for Using the Library', 'Special Issues', 'Service Information', 'Quiz', 'Column', 'Special Events'. 3) Of these, the most popular categories were: 'Notices', 'Service Information', 'Tips for Using the Library', 'Special Issues', and 'Recommended Reading'.
