As a result of research on the establishment of an infrastructure to revitalize the region of Inje gun in order to enjoy the high quality of the Inje gun residents in Gangwon do, the analysis of the target sites that are easily accessible and easy to use by the residents of Inje gun resulted in a type of park with a quality of life. It is analyzed that the urban art park is the most suitable for enhancing the city cultural experience and relaxation, and promoting emotional life. There are many ecological parks, theme parks, and experience parks in each country, but it is desirable to plan them in the form of city parks to differentiate themselves by capturing the characteristics of Inje gun.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of a life cycle of a theme park through looking at Everland in Yongin, Korea. The life cycle of Everland is divided into four stages. In "initial development" stage(1976 - the mid-80's), Everland become inclined the characteristics of an amusement park by constructing the amusement facilities in the Flower Center(botanical garden). In "growth" stage(the mid-80's - the early 90's), Everland had full grown to the amusement park and inclined to a theme park. In "maturity" stage(the early 90's - the mid-90's), many visitors were not motivated to re-visit Everland because the facilities and events did not change often. Therefore, Everland makes plans for multiple theme park. In "rejuvenation" stage(after the mid-90's), Everland has practiced the plans for multiple theme park and has become the family and accommodating-oriented theme resort park. Since 1976 when Everland was opened, it has evolved from an amusement park to a theme park by creating various and continuous innovations in facilities and events.

Leaving positive or negative comments of places where he or she visits on location-based services is being common in daily life. The sentiment analysis of place reviews written by actual visitors can provide valuable information to potential consumers, as well as business owners. To conduct sentiment analysis of a place, a spatial sentiment lexicon that can be used as a criterion is required; yet, lexicon of spatial sentiment words has not been constructed. Therefore, this study suggested a method to construct a spatial sentiment lexicon by analyzing the place review data written by Korean internet users. Among several location categories, theme parks were chosen for this study. For this purpose, natural language processing technique and statistical techniques are used. Spatial sentiment words included the lexicon have information about sentiment polarity and probability score. The spatial sentiment lexicon constructed in this study consists of 3 tables(SSLex_SS, SSLex_single, SSLex_combi) that include 219 spatial sentiment words. Throughout this study, the sentiment analysis has conducted based on the texts written about the theme parks created on Twitter. As the accuracy of the sentiment classification was calculated as 0.714, the validity of the lexicon was verified.
