This research was conducted to develop soccer uniform designs for the enforcement of the identity of Korea. Throughout the development of the image of Taeguek and the pattern of tiger on the soccer uniform design, it was tried to show colors and symbolic elements representing Korean traditional themes. The contents of the research cover; first, analysis of historic changes in Korean uniform design for the representative soccer players and uniform designs of the soccer players in other countries; second, analysis of the image of Taeguek and the pattern of tiger; third, analysis of the surveys of professional soccer players; and forth, uniform designs proposed and evaluation. To develope new uniform designs, Taeguek and tiger motives were adopted to express the identity of Korea by looking at the analysis of uniforms in countries including Korea. In an addition, today's fashion trends of active sportswear were analyzed to get the new idea of design. With considering the surveys of the professional soccer players in Korea, the functional designs identifying the Korean image could have come out. As a results of this research new designs of national soccer players' uniform including 4 designs for the motif of Taeguek, 4 designs for the motif of guae, 4 designs for colors of Taeguek, 4 designs for the motif of Tiger were developed, and 2 samples were made. Surveys for evaluation comparing new design & present uniform were progressed. An aesthetic and symbolic aspects of new design were better than present uniform regarding this survey.

세계적으로 넥타이는 착용자의 이미지를 표상하게 됩니다. 따라서 특히 넥타이 디자인에 각국의 문화적 요소를 활용하는 것이 문화적 이미지의 패션 상품 디자인과 함께 매우 중요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 한국 및 베트남의 전통문양을 학습에 적용 및 전통적인 문양에 관심을 더 이해할 수 있게 도와 연구팀은 이러한 문양을 활용하여 특별하고 양국의 문화를 내표한 고유하고 세련된 넥타이를 개발하고자 함이다. 우리는 또한 한국 및 베트남 전통문양 사이의 상징성 의미가 특히 유사한 문양을 설계도면 방법차이를 발견했다. 따라서 한국 및 베트남 문양 사이의 조합의 경우, 본 연구뿐만 아니라 국가의 특정 문화에 기여하는 다른 나라에 한국 및 베트남문양에 대한 미학의 측면을 소개하였다. 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다: 첫째, 한국 및 베트남 전통문양이 미학적, 실용성 및 문화유산의 가치가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 한국 및 베트남 전통문양의 소재로는 식물, 동물(조류, 곤충, 상상의 동물, 길상형상 및 문자, 기하형태 등이 있다. 셋째, 한국전통 기하문양의 태극문양과 베트남의 전통기하문양의 특별한 기원과 행운, 창조의 조화 등 의미가 있으며, 이들 각각의 문양은 국기에 사용되어 현대에 이르기 까지 양국가를 상징하는 공통점이 있다. 넷째, 한국 및 베트남의 우호증진을 기원하고 국제경쟁력이 있는 양국의 고유한 문화가 깃든 국제경쟁력이 있는 독특한 넥타이 상품개발을 위해, 양국의 대표적 전통 기하문양인 태극문양과 별문양을 응용하여 넥타이디자인을 행하였다.

세계화시대에서 각 나라들은 자국의 고유한 이미지를 상징화시켜 다양한 디자인 개발을 하고 있다. 이는 타문화와의 차별화를 이용하여 부가가치 창출은 물론 국가 정체성과 이미지 제고 측면에서도 매우 중요하고 지속적인 발전이 이루어져야 한다. 우리나라를 대표하는 이미지는 무엇일까\ulcorner 태극기, 무궁화, 애국가, 김치, 한복, .등 많지만 본 연구에서는 한국의 태극기를 연상시킬 수 있고 시각적으로 강한 색상과 미적 요소를 지닌 태극무늬를 선택하였다. 태극무늬는 화합과 번영을 의미하여 예로부터 실생활의 소품이나 건축물 등에 많이 사용되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 국제행사를 맞아 문화상품의 개발이 요구되는 시점에서 태극무늬를 현재 남북으로 분단되어 있는 우리의 현실에 적용하여 음양오행설에서의 음ㆍ양이 상극이지만, 상생과 서로 균형을 잘 이루어 상화로 이루어지듯이 남ㆍ북이 서로 대치국면이 아닌 서로 공생하고 화합하는 의미로서 태극무늬를 통일의 의미에 시각적으로 표현하여 엽서를 통해 통일을 앞당기고 세계에 우리의 바람을 알리고자 하는데 그 의의가 있다.

The purpose of the study is to get some pieces of prior information to eventually develop competitive swimming suit designs with Korean traditional images. The study has been accomplished in following steps. First, as theoretical research, the history of swimming suit design and the requirements in designing competitive swimming suits were studied. Second, as practical research, at first, the trend of the competitive swimming suit designs in the national swimming suit market was examined. And then. the questionnaire surveys of both professional and amateur swimmers about their design preferences with purchasing and fabric-related tendencies were conducted for understanding professionals' characters more exactly. This data were analyzed through cross-analysis and multi-response analysis and x 2 was used. The results of this study can be summarized as follows : First, athletes' preferential design tendency for the swimming suit designs were examined in the aspects of style, color, pattern, logo, and accessary. In style, female athletes preferred an athletic one-piece style and male ones preferred a brief style. In color. neutral, mostly black was preferred most and cold color group like dark blue and navy blue next, regardless of sex. In addition, they preferred similar color coordination. In pattern, though solid fabrics were mostly preferred in both sexes, especially Taeguk motive were considered the most appropriate pattern to show Korean image. Besides, logo was considered importantly, and swimming caps and goggles of accessaries were generally used. Second, athletes' swimming suit purchasing tendency was as a following. the number of swimming suits possessed was more than 4 pieces. the durable period was less than 3 months. and the most important point considered in purchasing was an easy fitting for men and a design with an easy fitting for women. And most of swimming athletes preferred foreign products than domestic ones, which was attributed to excellent quality, easy fitting, and good design. and so on. Third, in fabric-related tendency, food touch, easy fitting. and opaqueness were considered importantly. and durability to chlorine, elasticity, color fastness, easy draining, lightness, and so on were demanded forward.

The purpose of the study is to develop the competitive swimming suit design with Korean traditional images. which excels in dimension of functionality, aesthetics, and symbolism. To accomplish this study, first. a theoretical examination about Korean image was added, on the basis of the practical research about professional swimmers' preferences as well as the theoretical research about the history of swimming suits and the qualifications of competitive swimming suits in the prior study. Next, practical designing was performed to achieve the creative designs according to Lamb & Kallal's design process. and the superiority of the newly designed swimming suits was evaluated by using Grant's alpha-beta model. The results of this study can be summarized as follows : First. in the problem apprehension stage. the need for swimming suit designs with Korean traditional images for professional swimmers was acknowledged, and three major criteria. which are functionality, aesthetics. and symbolism has been verified. Second. in the preliminary brainstorming stage, considerable amounts of data for the design concept considering the criteria above have been gathered. The athletic one-piece for women and the brief for men in style and nylon/lycra in fabric were used in the aspect of functionality. And the S Korean traditional colors in color and Tae-guk motive and others in pattern were selected to apply Korean traditional images in the aspects of aesthetics and symbolism. Finally, the 13 series of creative designs with 4 themes( l17pieces in total) have been suggested. Third, in the design improvement stage. after the preference to each design was surveyed, reformation of the designs was arranged on the basis of the results. Fourth, in the prototyping stage. the 17 actual prototypes, including 13 pieces for women and 4 pieces for men were produced. Fifth. in the evaluation stage. the evaluation procedure using Grant's alpha-beta model was performed. As a result, the newly designed swimming suits were rated above other existing ones in all three aspects of functionality, aesthetics, and symbolism.

이 연구는 선경(仙境)과 음양합덕, 그리고 천지공사(天地公事)의 원리를 분석하여 조선 미술과 접목하는 입장이다. 이에 대순진리의 태극 사상이 조선 미술에 깊숙이 스민 정황을 찾아내는 연구이다. 이로 말미암아 한민족의 생활이나 습속에 내재한 대순사상이 어떻게 비치는지 파헤친다. 아울러 한민족의 정서나 사상이 어떤 모습인지 대순사상과 창작품을 바탕으로 검토하는 데 따른다. 더욱이 대순사상이 학예에 파고든 정황을 우주론 차원에서 입증하는 데 따른다. 이에 부응한 연구 목적은 대순사상이 내세우는 핵심을 시각 이미지로 생생하게 들춰내는 일이다. 이로써 대순사상과 조선 미술의 결합에 부합하는 문헌과 더불어 실재성을 동시에 확보한다. 그 일환으로 이 연구는 우주론에 입각한 태극 원리로써 대순사상의 세계를 다룬다. 이러한 사상 개념은 조선 미술에 고스란히 드러나는데, 이를 예술 철학 입장에서 분석하여 점검한다. 우선 대순사상을 해결하려는 방안으로 대순진리를 개진하고 이를 조선 미술과 직접 접목한다. 이로써 대순사상이 한국인의 삶에는 어떻게 비치는지 밝힌다. 이와 관련하여 조선 미술의 선정 방법은 민중 생활에 깊숙이 파고든 창작품을 선별한다. 가령 대순사상이 조선조의 풍속화, 민화, 산수화에 집중하여 나타나는 만큼 이를 단서로 입증과 검증 절차를 시각화하여 다룬다. 이 연구는 조선 미술에 스민 대순사상을 예술 철학 차원에서 분석하는 일이다. 이에 따라 음양합덕과 태극 사상이 조선 미술에 내재한 상황을 찾아내는 시도는 대순사상이 민중과 동화한 정황을 들추는 근거이다. 더불어 조선 미술에서 대순사상을 점검하는 일은 조선 미술의 양식뿐만이 아니라 한민족의 생활과 의식, 그리고 정신세계를 생생하게 확인할 기회이다. 그 일환으로 2장에서는 대순사상의 형성을 밝혔다. 3장에서는 '선경(仙境)'과 '음양합덕' 사상의 구조, 그리고 '천지공사(天地公事')와 '태극' 사상을 우주의 운행 법칙에 기인하여 밝혔다. 이에 천지공사의 운행 법칙과 태극 구조를 접목했다. 4장에서는 대순사상과 조선 미술의 융합 차원에서 한민족의 삶과 더불어 창작품에 나타난 대순사상을 분석했다. 이른바 창작품 분석은 실증 자료로 드러내는 데에는 유용한 효과인 만큼 조선 미술에 배인 대순사상을 정밀하게 밝힐 단서이다. 이를테면 <금강전도>, <금강내산전도>, <쌍검대무>, <쌍치도>, <주사채부적도>, <화조기명화분도>, <문자도>에서 선경, 음양합덕, 천지공사의 이치를 분석 대상으로 삼았다. 그 결과 대순사상에 나타난 태극 사상이 조선 미술에 고스란히 스민 정황을 입증했다. 이 모든 진술을 감안할 때, 대순진리가 추구하는 태극 사상은 만물이 상호 생성하면서 변화를 따르는 섭리이다. 그런즉 태극 사상은 한민족의 삶에 지대하게 자리하여 '상생(相生, Mutual life-saving, mutual life-bettering)'으로 융화하는 섭리에 상호 응대한다는 점을 도출했다.

The purpose of this study is textile design development of the golf wear for international game in which it can inform the status of Korea through the visualization of the national symbolic image, and for this we developed the motive of modern Taeguk motive. According to an increase of popularization of the golf wear and participation of international game, the status of our country needs to be enhanced by developing the motive which the Korea symbolic pattern applied and applying to the golf wear, and it needs to contribute to the fashion industry through commercialization. 'Taeguk' is love with ideological concept and the Korea Founding Principles. The symbolic characteristic in which it represents the Korean image is clear. We presented applicable modern direction based on the figurative features and meaning of traditional pattern. The result of modernized Taeguk motive application to golf wear, effect of our country symbol showed up on a large scale in case of using single motive. And the pattern in which many arrangement methods are applied was more effective that it applies as the part of the detail than the front construction. In addition, we consider that It makes a large contribution to the fashion industry's development by application of fashionable pattern added in applied motive to golf wear.

Olympic uniforms emphasize aesthetics along with sports fashion trends and tendencies to display national competitiveness through colorful designs that use the national flag or colors as motifs. Korea needs to enhance the national brand through international sporting events such as the 2018 PyeongChang Olympic Games (30 years after the 1988 Seoul Olympic Games); therefore, a multilateral analysis is required to promote a global image of Korea. This study presents a development direction for more diverse national brand values for Korea through design research on Olympic uniforms. Research methods investigated the concepts and changes of the Geongongamli, and Taegeuk symbols as well as Olympic uniforms based on literature data and existing studies using uniforms. An Olympic uniform using symbols of the Korean flag was designed through a case analysis of Olympic uniform designs of countries that participated in the 2012 London Summer Olympic Games and 2014 Sochi Winter Olympic Games that reflect the countries' image. The research scope excluded uniforms for the actual games and limited the uniforms to official uniforms for the opening ceremony that represent the characteristics of each country; consequently, we analyzed 70 uniforms of 162 countries of the Winter Olympic Games. As a result, official national symbols were more frequently reflected than unofficial symbols in the uniform designs of the Summer and Winter Olympic Games with more frequencies of direct reflection than indirect reflection. Korea's national brand is expected to enhanced through a uniform that expresses Korea's image at international events and global exchanges.

본 논문에서는 Kinect 센서 기반의 태권도(Taegwondo) 품새(Poomsae) 검증 어플리케이션을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 어플리케이션은 는 태권도 품새 검증 어플리케이션으로 태권도 품새 태극 1장을 설계 구현한다. Kinect 센서를 통하여 측정한 사용자의 스켈레톤(skeleton) 위치 정보와 태권도 품새 기본 가이드를 비교함으로써 사용자의 자세와 태권도 품새 기본 가이드의 차이값을 측정한다. 이 측정값의 차이에 따라 기본 점수에서 감점하여 사용자의 품새 정확도를 점수로 산정할 수 있다. 또한 사용자는 Kinect 센서를 통하여 전송된 자신의 품새 이미지와 기본 품새 가이드의 차이를 보고 자신의 품새를 교정할 수 있다.

경관풍수는 인간, 토지, 물, 산과의 관계를 잘 형상화할 수 있는 친환경적이고도 자연적인 토대에서 도시의 경관과 경관이미지를 설계하는 데 이용될 수 있다. 이 글은 최근 건설예정인 행정중심 복합도시 예정지역을 대상으로 경관풍수와 전통적인 한국의 인간-자연관계를 바탕으로 도시의 개념적 틀을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 즉 도시의 구조와 형태, 도시 내 토지이용 등 다양한 방면에 걸쳐서 도시관련 개념적 틀을 제시하는 것이다. 행정복합 중심도시 건설 예정지는 경관풍수 지리적으로 보면, 평화, 조화를 의미하는 쌍학과 강인함과 상생, 생성, 그리고 성스러운 삼태극의 이미지를 보인다. 이러한 바탕 위에서 서구적인 공간관이라고도 볼 수 있는 중첩된 다이아몬드 구조를 도시구조에 부여함으로써 이러한 전통적 경관풍수적이고도 친자연적인 장소 이미지와 상징성을 지속적으로 유지할 수 있도록 도시의 형태를 계획할 수 있다. 다이아몬드 각각의 두 중심점과 접점에 의하여 이루어지는 세 개의 중심점에 도시의 남북, 동서의 중심축이 형성되고 광장, 행정기관, 시청사가 입지시킬 수 있다. 도시 내 교통망은 방사형 및 직교형으로 건설하고, 중심점 부근에 문화시설을 설치하여 지속 가능한 도시 발전을 위하여 자연보존 지구 등을 남겨놓을 수 있을 것이다.
