This study aims to investigate tenth graders' understanding of the nature of scientific inquiry (NOSI). A total of 100 public school students participated. A questionnaire of Views about Scientific Inquiry was used to assess their understanding of the NOSI, and data were collected using qualitative research methods such as open-ended questionnaires and, when necessary, semi-structured interviews. By employing a constant comparison method to analyze their responses, five students were consistently categorized as the group with informed views regarding all the eight aspects of the NOSI. The rest of the students showed different levels of understanding regarding each aspect. A large portion of the students represented a group with mixed views about four aspects and informed views about three aspects, whereas naive views about one aspect prevailed among them. The results showed that many students comparatively lacked understanding of the aspect related to the scientists' process of constructing explanations and formulating theories. This study discusses the relationship between its results and the current science curriculum and presents implications for the overall enhancement of students' understanding of the NOSI. Finally, it encourages the acquisition of scientific inquiry ability and makes suggestions to promote further studies.

This research is based on the circumstances of the regular employees in the industry. The purpose of this research is to help the intern employees improve the competitiveness in getting jobs. Therefore, it aims to provide basic direction on the education of intern employees. Major findings of this research may contribute to the new education system for intern employees in which the opinions of both students and industry are reflected. Additionally, we hope to help improve the competitiveness of travel industry under the rapidly changing environment. Major findings of this research are like the followings; First, evaluation factors of internship include self-discipline, positiveness, technology, the capability to conduct the given job, reports, the intensity of inquiry, knowledge, cooperation and the understanding. Second, evaluation factors of internship have positive impacts on the internship education(positiveness, the intensity of inquiry, discipline) and the decision making of job finding(discipline, positiveness, cooperation).

지식정보화 사회에서는 학생들의 논리적 사고력과 탐구력, 문제해결력, 창의성을 갖춘 인재가 필수적이며 이러한 인재를 키우는 것이 한 나라와 사회의 미래를 결정 짖는 핵심적이 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 대학생을 대상으로 한 로봇이용교육과정을 제시한다. 그리고 개발된 교육과정에 따라 강좌를 수강하는 대학생들을 상태로 설문 조사하고 이에 대한 분석과 개선점을 제안한다.

정보화 사회에서는 자기 학습력 신장이 강조되고 있다. 초등사회과 교육에서 자기 학습력을 신장시키기 위해서는 다양한 학습자료의 제공을 통해 개개인의 특성에 맞게 탐구할 수 있는 탐구능력의 육성이 중요하다. 본 논문은 웹 기반 코스웨어를 개발 제작하고 이를 수업에 활용함으로써 개별학습이나 탐구학습에서 바람직한 효과를 거두는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 시스템은 단순히 텍스트와 정지된 그림만을 보여주는 기존의 웹을 활용한 학습과는 달리 Flash를 이용하여 학습자와 상호작용하여 많이 일어나도록 게임학습 위주로 구현하였으며, ASP를 이용하여 자료실, 게시판을 만들어 학습자 상호간에 적극적인 인터페이스가 이루어지도록 하였다. 연구대상은 초등학교 4학년 학생이며, 웹 기반 코스에서 활용 집단과 전통적인 방식의 학습 집단으로 구분하여 연구하였다. T검정과 분산분석을 통해 성적의 변화패턴에 차이가 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 '문화재와 박물관' 단원을 학습하는데 있어 웹 기반 코스웨어를 활용한 학습자의 흥미와 호기심을 유발시켜 학습의욕과 교수 학습 방법을 개선하는데 기여하리라 기대되며, 전통적인 방식의 학습보다 효과적이라는 결론이다.

다각형에서 가장 기본이 되는 삼각형과 사각형의 종이를 접을 때 마다 다양한 규칙성들이 발견될 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이런 종이접기를 통한 패턴 탐구를 통해 문제를 형식화거나 일반화 하는 능력과 수학적으로 사고하는 능력 즉, 귀납적 추론력을 길러주고자 함에 목적을 두고 있다.

This study aims to investigate the opinions of students who joined the Jeju Scientific Research Academy, a scientific research program with a mentoring system. The 50 middle school students and 50 high school students in the study were chosen as participants after being judged on their research plans. According to the study, students became more confident in research activities and could have a new point of view on research through interaction with a mentor. They were also very interested in the scientific research program of the Jeju Scientific Research Academy and found it helpful to understand the scientific concepts. Therefore the study shows it is necessary to consider actively the introduction of the mentoring system for the scientific research program. The follow-up study should be done to determine which factors influence on the inquiring minds and the understanding of scientific concepts of the students during the experience of the program.

일선 교육 현장에서 영재를 지도함에 있어서 해결해야 할 당면 과제는 판별 도구와 학습 프로그램의 개발이다. 영재를 위한 수학 프로그램을 문제 해결형, 수학 탐구형, 과제 해결형의 3가지로 분류할 경우, 퍼즐은 문제 해결형과 수학 탐구형 프로그램의 특성을 공통적으로 갖고 있는 유형으로 수학적 지식의 통합과 연결성. 그리고 창의적 문제 해결력 신장 및 수학적 원리 ${\cdot}$ 법칙을 체험적으로 만들 수 있는 기회를 제공한다는 점에서 매우 가치있는 프로그램이다. 특히 조작퍼즐은 기존의 대수적 표현 체계로 학습하기가 힘든 관찰력이나 공간에 대한 인식과 표현력 친 공간 추론력을 기르는 데 유용하며, 게임적인 요소가 포함된 퍼즐은 지필에 의존해 왔던 수학학습에 대한 부정적인 인식을 해소하는 데 크게 기여할 것이다. 본 고에서는 수학 퍼즐의 종류 및 특성과 교육적 가치에 대해서 개괄적으로 살펴보고, 실제 프로그램 작성을 위한 정보를 제공과 영재들의 공감 감각을 기르기 위한 프로그램의 원을 이용한 수학 퍼즐의 개요를 제시한다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship among NCS basic vocational competencies, Teaching Personality Aptitude and DISC behavior type of pre-preschool teachers. The subjects were 110 pre-preschool teachers attended in D university located in Kyonggido. 'NCS basic vocational competencies scale', 'Teaching Personality and Aptitude scale', and 'DISC behavior type scale' were used in the collection of data. It used Pearson's correlation Analysis to analyze the data. The results of this study are as follows; first, there was positive correlations between dominance trait and mathematical competency. And, there was positive correlations between interaction trait and self-development competency. And there were negative correlations between support traits and NCS basic vocational competencies. Second, it was revealed that positive correlations between almost sub scale's of NCS basic vocational competencies and teacher teaching personality aptitude. Third, there was positive correlations between dominance trait and sub scale of teaching personality aptitude(e.g.: problem solving/ inquiry skills, judgment, creativity/practical ability, leadership, knowledge/information ability, planning ability, sincerity/responsibility). And there were negative correlations between support traits and sub scale of teaching personality aptitude(e.g.: problem solving/ inquiry skills, judgment, creativity/practical ability, leadership, sincerity/responsibility).
