수상전투함의 발전추세

  • 한국의 해군력 건설 방향은 미래 해양 안보환경과 국가경제력에 상응함은 물론 주변국 해군에 대해 균형자적 역할을 담당할 수 있는 정예 해군력으로 건설해야 할 것이다. 이런 의미에서 수상 전투함은 높은 안정성, 고감도 탐지 장비와 함정 전투체계에 의한 성분작전 수행 능력 및 전역 탄도미사일 방어를 위한 탐지, 추적, 요격 및 실시간 지휘통제를 위한 함정 전투체계의 능력완비 등을 목표로 개발해 나가야 할 것이다.

5.56밀리 소화기탄 탄자 코어 재질 변경에 따른 동심탄의 탄도호환성 분석 (Ballistic Match Analysis for 5.56 MM Bullet with New Copper Core Material)

  • The purpose of this study was to inspect ballistic match of copper bullet at 4 points by analyzing vertical deviation about shot group of the 5.56 mm common bullets and copper bullets. The 5.56 mm bullet with new copper core material was developed for mitigation of environmental pollution and harmfulness to human body. The results of this study are as follows; using the regression analysis, estimated reference value of ballistic match were 51.6 mm, 64.9 mm, 87.3 mm and 99.6 mm at 25 m, 100 m, 200 m and 250 m range respectively. When analyzing the shooting test data, alternative hypothesis(The vertical deviations are less than the reference value) was adopted as the result of analyzing data using t-test. And the values of data through tool(PRODAS) and standard trajectory equation meet requirements of estimated ballistic match respectively. In conclusion, the level of ballistic match of 5.56 mm copper bullets meets the estimated reference level through regression analysis at 4 points.

1차원 수치 해석을 통한 강내탄도 성능해석 (Performance Analysis of Interior Ballistics using 1-D Numerical Method)

  • Performance analysis of the interior ballistics has been conducted using the 1-D numerical code called IBcode according to the various conditions such as length of ignition-gas injector, amount of ignition-gas, mass of projectile, and drag force of projectile. In case of the length of ignition-gas injector, the 25~100 % of the full-injector length has been considered as well as the mass & mass flow of the ignition-gas. The mass of the projectile 5~70 kg and its drag force of 0~69 MPa have been also considered. Variables such as breech & base pressure, negative differential pressure and muzzle velocity for the performance analysis have been sorted, too. Firing conditions for the optimal performance have been investigated through these variables.

  • This paper present, the result of the guidance and control law for a course correction munitions(CCM) with 2sets of canards positioned in the rotating nose section. The nonlinear simulation model of the CCM was developed based on 7DOF equation of motion. The ability of correcting position was verified by open-loop control input with nonlinear model. The guidance and control command was constructed by reference trajectory which can be obtained with no control. Finally, the performance of the guidance and control law was evaluated through Monte-carlo simulation. The CEP(Circular Error Probability) was obtained by considering the errors in muzzle velocity, aerodynamic coefficient, wind, elevation and azimuth angle and density.

점화제 주입에 따른 강내탄도 성능해석 (Study on Properties of Interior Ballistics According to Ignition-Gas Injections)

  • Using the numerical code for the interior ballistics, the performance of the interior ballistics with the characteristic of the ignition-gas injections has been investigated. The ignition gas has been assumed to be injected into the chamber with 3 cases. As the results of analysis, when the ignition-gas has been injected into all chamber area, the pressure distributions of the chamber of the interior ballistics have been uniform and the differential pressure has been stable. The ignition-gas has been injected into the partial area of the chamber, however, the pressure distributions and the differential pressure have been unstable. The case using the longer ignition injector, therefore, seems to be more suitable to improve the stability of the interior ballistics.

  • Footprint is defined as ground area that is projected from the outer edges of the battle space protected by a defence system. This concept can be effectively used for making decisions on site selection of anti missile systems to defend against enemy's ballistic missiles. In this paper, simulations of ballistic missile trajectories based on various launch conditions are performed first and then the footprint is derived with engagement zone set as a boundary condition. Results of the simulation with various relative positions between the defense system and defended asset are also presented. The proposed method, in which the trajectories are generated based on launch point of the ballistic missile, has an advantage of approximating the defended area close to reality. Two applications are introduced in the present paper to describe how the derivation of defended area could be utilized in deployment decision of defense systems.

  • JA2 추진제는 고에너지 특성으로 전차탄용 추진제로 무용제 공정으로 제조된다. 105미리 전차탄용으로 JA2 조성과 변경 JA2 조성에 대한 형상 설계를 실시하였다. 설계된 추진제의 연소특성, 열역학 특성 및 강내탄도 특성을 계산하고 시험을 실시하였다. 105미리 전차포에서 T2 스러그 탄에 적용하여 성능시험을 실시하였다. 기존의 K274 105미리 탄의 KM30 추진제에 비하여 포구속도가 증대됨을 확인하였다.

  • 하이브리드 연소실의 국부 압력과 속도변화를 고려하는 비정상 내탄도 해석모델을 제안하고 이를 바탕으로 연소실 내 국부영역에서 내탄도 특성인자의 변화를 도출하였다. 해석 모델 검증을 위하여 연소실 전후단의 압력을 측정한 실험결과와 해석결과를 비교하여 실험과 해석결과가 유사함을 확인하고 연소 효율을 평가 하였다. 하류방향으로 산화제 유량이 변화하므로 이에 따른 연소실 국부영역의 압력, 온도, 연료의 후퇴율 및 연소가스의 유속 변화를 정량적으로 고찰하였다.

조종날개가 장착된 탄도수정탄의 자이로안정성 및 항력 특성 연구 (Gyroscopic Stability and Drag Characteristics Study of Canard-Installed Course Correction Munition)

  • This paper describes the gyroscopic stability and the drag characteristics of the smart munition with a course correction fuze(CCF). A ballistic analysis was conducted to figure out the effect of the canards on the gyroscopic stability of the projectile. The analysis used the commercial ammunition performance evaluation software: Projectile Design and Analysis System(PRODAS). In particular, we compared the PRODAS analysis results to real field test results to investigate the influence of the CCF mounted projectile. In addition, some ballistic simulations were carried out to provide the conditions suitable for wind tunnel tests. Experimental results show that the added drag force by the canards is almost uniform regardless of the Mach number when the projectile is at the normal position where the angle of rotation and the angle of attack are both 0 degrees. However, as the angle of attack of the projectile increases, the additional drag force depends on the deflection of the canards.

우리나라의 천문측지 지오이드에 관한 연구

  • 정밀측지좌표의 계산, 탄도무기의 탄도계산 및 관성유도장치의 기준 방향설정 등에 영향을 주는 지오 이드형상은 지구 물리학 및 측지학에서 매우 중요하게 취급된다. 본 연구는 우리나라에 가장 적합한 지오이드 모델을 개발하는데 그 최종 목적이 있으며, 여러가지의 지오이드 결정 방법 중 가장 기초적이고 고전적인 천문측지 수준측량 및 곡면다항식 방법을 사용하여 표준오차 $\pm$0.49m 및$\pm$0.66m의 지역 지오이드를 얻을 수 있었으며, 최대 지오이드 경사는 약 22m~23m 정도임을 알 수 있었다.
