Timed Petri Net(TPN) is one of methods to model and to analyze Discrete Event Dynamic Systems(DEDSs) with real time values. It has two time values, earliest firing time ($\alpha$$_{i}$) and latest firing time ($\beta$$_{I}$) for the each transition. A transition of TPN is fired at arbitrary time of time interval ($\alpha$$_{I}$, $\beta$$_{i}$). Uncertainty of firing time gives difficulty to analyze and estimate a modeled system. In this paper, we proposed the Fuzzy Transition Timed Petri Net(FTTPN) with fuzzy theory to determine the optimal transition time (${\gamma}$$_{i}$). The transition firing time (${\gamma}$$_{i}$) of FTTPN is determined from fuzzy controller which is modeled with information of state transition. Each of the traffic signal controllers are modeled using the proposed method and timed petri net. And its Performance is evaluated by simulation of traffic signal controller. controller.

통계계산, Statistical Computing, 또는 Numerical Computation for Statistics라고 불리우는 통계의 한 분야는 컴퓨터 산업에 의한 제3의 산업혁명이 일고 있는 현대에서 매우 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있음은 두말 할 것도 없다. 특히 통계학이 컴퓨터가 발전하면서 더욱 더 학문적 발전에 박차를 가하고 있다는 것도 의심할 여지가 없다. 통계가 다루는 데이터는 적은 양으로부터 방대한 양을 다루고 있기 때문에 컴퓨터는 필수불가결한 파트너가 되었다. 1980년 초반에 16비트 컴퓨터가 개발되면서, 통계를 처리하는 장소가 전자계산소로부터 사무실로 옮겨 오기 시작했고, 최근에는 70MIPS이상의 속도를 갖고 있는 탁상용 Workstation이 개발되어 통계학자들의 마음을 설레게 하고 있다. 또한 대량의 데이터를 저장할 수 있는 Laser Compact Disk들이 개발되어 통계분야 및 통계계산분야의 발전에 기대가 더 모아지게 되었다. 그러면 컴퓨터가 발전되고 있는데 왜 통계계산분야의 발전이 필요하며, 현재까지 통계계산분야는 어느 단계까지 와 있으며, 미래를 위한 통계계산분야는 어떻게 변화할 것인지를 한국의 실정에 기초를 두고 논해 보고자 한다.

항로를 횡단하여 건설되는 교량이 증가하고 해상교통의 증가에 비례하여 항로의 혼잡도가 증가하는 만큼 선박과 교량의 충돌우려가 커지고 있다. 선박과 교량의 충돌은 단순 접촉사고가 아닌 재난급 사고의 개연성이 크다. 직접 손괴를 일으키는 큰 충돌이 아니더라도 선박과 교각의 충격진동에 의하여 교량상판이 균형을 잃고 연쇄 붕괴하는 일이 종종 발생하여 많은 인명의 손실이 발생하고 있기 때문이다. 적정 교각 폭, 교각의 시인성 증진을 위한 표지와 등화의 설치 및 점등방법 등의 환경 여건 개선, 충돌방지공의 효과 검토, 교량 통과전 사전 점검사항, 교량 부근에서 선박의 조종성 유지방안, 예선의 효과 연구, 관제기법과 안전규정, 불가피한 충돌이나 접촉의 경우 손실 감소대책과 충돌방지공의 효과 등 다각적인 연구가 필요하다. 면피용 탁상이론을 배제하고 현장실무의 경험을 바탕으로 실효적인 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

There are two types of flat foot, the one is congenital type and the other is acquired type. The treatments of flat foot are various and conservative treatment is general, except such as congenital talus. But, operative method is needed for treatment of failure of conservative method, severe deformity in X-ray, with tenderness in a juvenile period. We reported using Kalix implant for flat foot with pain and severe deformity.

Tarsal tunnel syndrome is a complex of symptoms resulting from the compression of the posterior tibial nerve or its branches, Many disease have been previously reported in the literatures as etiological agents in tarsal tunnel syndrome. We reported a case of tarsal tunnel syndrome secondary to neurilemoma of the first branch of lateral plantar nerve. The symptoms were similar with the entrapment syndrome of the first branch of the lateral plantar nerve. Symptoms were completely relieved after operation.

This paper describes an LED module for a desk lamp using 1[W] high flux while LEDs. The optimum length of the module is obtained from the lighting simulation of the target area of $500{\times}500[mm]$ on the desk, which in turn determines an optimum separation between LEDs. The main issue is to find the optimum separation which gives good illuminance uniformity and high coefficient of utilization at at various reflector structures. Two module configuations of linear and ring types are compared. As a result, good illuminance uniformity is obtained in the case of the ring module. The mofied twin type, however, gives better performance than the ring module, and shows the most performance at an separation angle of around $30^{\circ}$.

고령토의 조직과 산출상태의 관찰결과 산화철 광물을 침전시킨 철의 주요 근원은 모암인 회장암에 함유된 각섬석과 녹니석이다. X선 회절 분석결과 침철석은 녹니석이 버미큘 라이트로 변질되고 각섬석이 용해되기 시작하는 하부 백색 광석에서 우세하며, 적철석은 각섬석, 녹니석 및 버미큘라이트가 심한 용탈작용을 받는 상부 적갈색 광석이나 열 개에서 침철석과 함께 산출된다. 침철석 및 적철석내 Fe에 대한 Al의 치환량은 각각 6~26 mol% 및 5~8mol%이며 이 두 값 사이에는 비례 관계가 있다. 회절선폭의 크기로부터 계산된 침철석과 적철석의 평균 입자크기는 340$\AA$ 이하이며 침철석은 약간의 침상을 보이는 반면 적철석은 탁상이다. 전자현미경 관찰에 의하면 버미큘라이트와 수반되는 침철석은 침상 또는 성상이나 적갈색 광석에서는 그러한 특징이 작다. 적철석은 육각 또는 원형을 보이나 상부 적갈색 광석에서는 보다 불？칙한 모양이다. 적철석과 침철석의 광물학적 특성을 합성실험에서 보고된 결과들과 비교하여 성인적 측면에서 논의되었다. 이 지역에서는 침철석과 적철석의 생성에 적합한 기후조건들이 중첩된 것으로 생각된다.

'가금 및 가금산물이력제(이하 가금이력제)'가 지난 1월 1일부터 전격 시행됐다. 소, 돼지 등 대형 축종에 적용됐던 축산물이력제가 2017년 8월 발생한 살충제 계란 파동 이후 약 2년간 제도 준비와 시범사업 등을 거쳐 가금산물에도 적용되게 된 것이다. 가금이력제 시행으로 소비자들은 홈페이지나 휴대폰 어플에 12자리 번호를 입력하는 것만으로 닭, 오리, 계란 등 가금산물의 사육, 도축, 포장, 유통 과정을 들여다볼 수 있게 됐다. 그러나 현장에서는 반발이 상당히 거세다. 특히 산란계 업계에서는 가금이력제를 '탁상행정의 표본'이라고 비난하며 제도 이행이 불가하다는 입장을 지속적으로 표하고 있다. 정보는 유통·판매 단계 준수사항인 이력번호 표시, 전산신고 등에 대해 6개월의 계도기간을 부여해 오는 7월 1일부터 제도를 본격적으로 시행하겠다고 밝혔지만 현장의 불만을 해소하기에는 여전히 부족해 보인다. 가금이력제 시행 의미와 이행 과정을 살펴보고 현장에서 말하는 문제점과 대책 등을 짚어보자.

Wire codes, introduced by Wertheimer and Leeper, are interesting largely because several case-control studies have reported associations between them and certain types of cancers, including childhood leukemia. This paper is concerned with the reliability of wire codes as a surrogate for residential electric and magnetic field, divided into four categories based on the electrical wiring within 40m of homes. To examine the correlation between spot measurements and wire codes, EMF was measured by using HI-3604 and classified by wire codes. The correlation between long-transformed RMS of magnetic field and wire codes was 0.81. But the correlation between log-transformed RMS of electric field and wire codes was 0.27. The results led us to determine a four category from of the Wertheimer and Leeper code that 1) may be useful in domestic epidemiological studies and 2) is not suitable for electric field exposure. Thus, the critical point of exposure assessment in residential magnetic field is to classify a wire code precisely.
