Many multiple life insurance products consider benefits that are contingent on the combined survival status of two lives. To value premiums of the insurance products accurately, we need to consider the impact of the survivorship of one life on another. To show a dependence relation between married couple, we calculate correlation coefficients by using married couples data from National Pension Service and the results show some positive dependence between them. Moreover, by analyzing the death after bereavement, we find a evidence that mortality rates increase after the death of a spouse and, in addition, that this phenomenon, the broken-heart syndrome, diminishes over time. The results of this study can support the method to calculate the premium of multiple life insurance reflecting more realistic joint mortality rates.

As the injunctive effect on the real estate gets announced in public once the seizure register gets exercised in terms of auction and the action of disposal by the real estate owner afterwards becomes nullified in the relationship with a seizure creditor or a successful bidder, the register performed by the cause of disposal action that cannot confront with the seizure or provisional seizure, becomes cancelled in virtue of a registration officer's office. Accordingly, in case of being a singular successor who relatively loses property in a relationship toward the successful bidder due to the injunctive effect of provisional seizure, the identity with building owner and land owner as the precondition of establishing legal superficies according to the custom must be decided based on the time of provisional seizure. The Supreme Court Decision 2010Da52140 delivered on October 18, 2012 has great significance from the fact that it has settled inconsistency in existing precedent cases with such purpose.

The government has funded various types of projects to promote small and medium companies' computerization for several years. Most of these government-supported funds have been free and given small and medium firms good opportunities. The government has made various effects to manage results of these government-supported projects. We have not seen any noticeable research on the performance evaluation of government-supported projects for small and medium companies' computerization. This research proposes an approach that performance evaluations are made in different time based on evaluation area of government-supported information policy. The empirical study has been made by correlation analysis and has shown that the correlations among measurement factors are significant enough. The performance evaluation for government-supported information policy has been made differently in time depending on evaluation subjects such as organizational strategies, internal operations, supporting processes. Th experimental study shows that performance evaluations on organizational strategies, internal operations, supporting processes should be made respectively in long term(step3), mid term(step2), and short term(step1).

Consumer's buying loyalty for goods can be changed by exposure to new stimulus, so different with others and esthetical packaging design is necessary for drawing the eyes of consumer at this time. In this study, we made up a questionnaire and analyzed thirties who is judged as a substantial consumer for recognition of newly launched seasoning packaging design. They answered there is no specific character comparatively in existing seasoning packaging design and gave a high appraisal on symbolism of calligraphy logotype which is produced by attributes but got a low appraisal on readability. And they appraised Cheong-jeong-won Maat-seon-saeng higher than Da-si-da San-deul-e on safety, quality preservation, and exhibitivity and chose safety and preservation among those as essential element inducing to buy.

This study would verify the validity of two transmission technology, 'Clear QAM' and '8VSB'. 'Clear QAM' and '8VSB', the transmisson technology, have been suggested as the concrete alternatives in the situation that half of subscriber of multi channel tv service have been still out of benefit from digital convert. In this study, we have shown that the introduction of 'Clear QAM' and '8VSB' should ease economical burdens and information minority group without extra set-top box. But there is another concern that it should negatively affect on the contents industry by a devaluation of the multi channel tv service or by an infringement of copyright. In these reasons, it is still difficult to solve the related concern, though the government have to set up the politic goal for the related industry as well digital convert. This study suggested that Korea Communication Commission consider above-mentioned technology temporarily, and reconsider 'Clear QAM' around the completion of the digital convert project.

In this study (II), the module developed in the previous study (I) has been tested on application and numerical stability. The runoff module was compared the result of analysis with two different models (FFC2Q and $Vflo^{TM}$) considering characteristic of infiltration. To examine the application and stability of developed module, runoff aspect was simulated under the variety case of rainfall intensity, effective soil depth, elapsed time. The development module was presented typical type of infiltration process looking physically, the different of saturation point on soil type, and characteristic of soil type. Also, the module was reflected in the runoff feature about rainfall intensity and time distribution. Finally, this paper drew a conclusion that result of rainfall-runoff analysis as compared with difference models (FFC2Q and $Vflo^{TM}$) has a high accuracy.

Most researches about residential improvement projects deal with different process phase in order to examine important affecting variables. The main purpose of this study is to identify influential change of locational variables according to the process of residential improvement projects. Generally the residential improvement project consists of four phases such as site designation, project committee approval, residents association establishment and final project approval. The discriminant and correlation analyses are employed to examine the changes of locational variables by each phase of the project process. In residential redevelopment projects, the finding shows that locational variables in the final project approval phase act differently from those in the other phases. On the other hand, the variables act similarly among the four phases in the case of residental rebuilding projects although the significant level of discriminant analysis result, in the site destination phase, is relatively low significance. Therefore, there is no difference among the project process phase to examine to what extent of the residential improvement projects.

As the consumer's consumption standard has raised, occupants' needs for the apartment is diversified and complicated. But the existing mass housing supply method has many problems and it couldn't satisfy the dwellers' various needs and overall expected life span. In order to correspond those needs, construction firms have introduced several method, such as plus option, minus option, on-time option, change up service and so on. The custom-built apartment is more supplementary and it can reflect the consumer's needs to the apartment directly. But after running the custom-built apartment, several problems is revealed. So. in this study, I defined the general idea of the custom-built apartment and then collect the case of the custom-built apartment.

Recently the trends of telecommunications market is able to be explained by the shift of center from wire to and the rapid increase of data service. Not only all the world is tied one by emerging Internet and its fast spread, but also the degree of building If is the most important measure to evaluate national competence. In this point of view, next generation Internet is required for strengthening comparative advantage in industry and infrastructure in country. So in this paper, identifying the limitation of present Internet, and the concept of next generation Internet. Finally it is suggested in this paper that definition of optical Internet as next generation Internet of which technical situation and evolution direction, then provide to the implication for successful its establishment.

Korea has not any fixed station for Radio Navigation systems yet. In some part of the Korean Sea, however, Japanese stations can be utilized for the Radio Navigation. 3 Decca chains were proposed to install the Decca Navigation network for Korea. Only for the coverage area, 1 Decca chain is sufficient for the sea around Korea instead of 3 chains. At present, Omega system is the most recommendable for the positioning in the farther area. In nearshore area, Raydist or Decca Trisponder is is useful for obtaining the position with high accuracy.
