본 논문에서는, 퍼지 클러스터의 수가 증가함에 따라 나타나는 퍼지 클러스터링 타당성 평가 기준의 단조 감소 현상을 억제하는 새로운 퍼지 클러스터링 타당성 평가 기준을 제시한다. 또한, 제시된 평가 기준의 성질을 조사하고 기존의 퍼지 클러스터링 타당성 평가 기준과의 차이점에 대하여 논한다. 마지막으로, 퍼지 크러스터링에 자주 인용되는 몇 가지 전형적인 자료에 대한 모의 실험을 통하여 제시된 평가 기준의 효용성을 보인다.

최근 들어 기술을 담보로 하는 신용금융의 역할이 증대되면서 자금지원 대상기업의 기술평가 시스템 구축이 중요한 과제가 되고 있다. 국내에서는 기업 보유의 기술경영성과를 측정하여 한정된 자원의 효율적 배분을 위한 민간 투, 융자를 위한 기술신용평가모형'이 제시되었다 본 연구에서는 기술신용평가모델의 평가항목 타당성을 실증 분석한다. 모형의 항목 분류가 적절하게 되었는지를 검증하기 위하여 구조적 타당성을 평가하며 통계적 유의성을 검증하여 신뢰성을 평가한다. 구조적 타당성 검정을 위해 확인 요인분석을 수행하며 평가모형의 신뢰성을 검증하기 위해서는 다변량 통계방법 중의 하나인 판별분석을 수행한다. 본 연구는 기술개발 성공 및 부실발생의 예측력을 갖는 기술신용평가 시스템 구축을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

FMS는 개별적인 자동화 체계와 기술이 하나의 생산시스템 내에서 통합된 것이므로, 이는 다품종 소량생산 방식에 있어 높은 생산성과 융통성을 동시에 달성하고자 하는 제조시스템이다. FMS와 같은 신제조 기술에 바탕을 둔 공장자동화 시스템을 설치, 운영함에 있어 고유한 생산관리상의 제문제가 발생하며, 특히 막대한 투자비 소요로 인한 경제적 타당성 평가 문제가 FMS 도입상 선결과제로 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 지금까지 발표된 FMS투자 타당성 검토와 관련된 종합적인 문헌 조사를 행한 후, 이를 크게 "계량요인 위주기법"과 "비계량요인 포함 기법"으로 구분하고, 각 구분에 속한 제 평가 방법들의 특성 및 한계점을 파악하고자 한다. 아울러 FMS 투자타당성 검토 대안으로서 시간적 차원을 달리하는 3단계적 평가 방법을 제시하고자 한다.단계적 평가 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

Online game industry is also making much efforts in developing games that have emotional disposition which is rapidly growing by the increase of emotional demand by the user. In the online game development that induces immersion stimulating the emotion of the human has the evaluation stage it must surely pass, and in this stage, emotional evaluation system is known as the evaluation method that one can verify the function, usage and human emotion desire of the game before its launching. Nevertheless, at this situation the studying result is absent in the verification of efficiency and validity of the emotional evaluation system, this study is to work on the availability and validity of the emotional evaluation system as the evaluation tool of the game comparing with the Jakob Nielsen's evaluation system through common user group which are the subjects.

The study investigates peer rating, one of the most commonly used sources of performance rating other than those of supervisors. On the whole, both field and laboratory studies indicate that peer assessment is a valid and reliable evaluation procedure, but on average, peer rating is not usually accurate. The aim of the investigation is to explore the relationship of beliefs and attitude about the performance appraisal system as well as a dispositional characteristic as self-monitoring with rating behavior. In particular, the study tests whether the relationship between rating context variables-appraisal self efficacy and appraisal validity- and rating behavior depends in part on the personality of the rater. Data from 445 undergraduate students are analyzed for hypotheses testing. The study finds evidences that the high on appraisal self efficacy and appraisal validity are more likely to affect discriminating rating tendency and to reduce rating level. Results also show that self-monitoring make the moderating effects between contextual factors and rating behaviors. Some implications, future research directions, and limitations are discussed.

It is important to verify the validity of indicators assessing PMIS(Public Management Information System) effectiveness in academic research as well as practical affairs. As people invest in the field of Information Technology(IT) or IT system, private corporations are interested in investment in IT and it's business value. Moreover, the need of evaluating effectiveness on the investment in IT with the limited national budget are on the increase in public sector. Therefore, it is necessary to define the construct of PMIS(Public Management Information System) effectiveness so that we systematically compare and measure performance of public informatization project processed by each public organizations. It needs to develop indicators and verify the construct validity of them. we verified the construct validity of indicators assessing PMIS(Public Management Information System) effectiveness on the Administration DB Construction Projects.

본 연구는 한국의 벤처캐피탈회사들이 투자안이 투자여부를 판단하는데 사용하는 평가모형이 실제의 성과와 비교하여 타당성을 갖는가를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 다음의 두가지 투자모형을 도출하여 그 내용을 비교하였다. 실제심사모형(Current Evaluation Model)은 심사과정을 거친 168개 투자안을 coxorehlse 그룹과 기각된 그룹으로 분류하여 이에 대한 판별분석을 통해 투자여부에 영향을 미친 평가요인의 우선순위를 규명하여 도출하였다. 한편, 성과모형(Performance-based model)은 앞 모형에서 채택된 투자안을 다시 성공과 실패의 두 그룹으로 분류하고 이를 종속변수로 한 판별분석을 통해 성과에 대한 평가요인의 영향도를 파악하여 개발하였다. 이 두 모형을 비교함으로써 본 연구는 우리나라 벤쳐캐피탈이 적용하는 투자평가시스템의 문제점을 파악하고 그 원인을 고찰하였다. 본 연구는 미국 등 선진국과 달리 다양한 투자환경에서 나타날 수 있는 투자평가모형의 타당성을 검증할 수 있는 접근방법을 제시했다는 점에 큰 의의가 있다. 이러한 접근을 통해 현 평가 모형의 문제점을 파악하고 개선방법을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 객관적으로 측정가능한 이용자 중심의 정보검색시스템의 인터페이스 평가항목과 세부평가지표를 도출하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여, 정보검색시스템의 이용자 요구사항과 인터페이스 요소를 분석하여 상관관계를 밝히고, 인터페이스 평가영역에 포함되는 인터페이스 요소와 이용자 요구사항을 파악한다. 국내외 인터페이스 평가모델을 종합하여 인터페이스 평가영역 및 지표를 도출하고 전문가 집단의 설문조사를 통해 타당성과 신뢰성을 검증한 인터페이스 평가지표를 정립하고자 한다.

The road network system of major domestic urban areas such as city of Seoul was rapidly developed and regionally expanded. In addition, many kinds of life-lines such as electrical cables, telephone cables, water&sewerage lines, heat&cold conduits and gas lines were needed in order for urban residents to live comfortably. Therefore, most of the life-lines were individually buried in underground and individually managed. The utility tunnel is defined as the urban planning facilities for commonly installing life-lines in the National Land Planning Act. Expectation effectiveness of urban utility tunnels is reducing repeated excavation of roads, improvement of urban landscape; road pavement durability; driving performance and traffic flow. It can also be expected that ensuring disaster safety for earthquakes and sinkholes, smart-grind and electric vehicle supply, rapid response to changes in future living environment and etc. Therefore, necessity of urban utility tunnels has recently increased. However, all of the constructed utility tunnels are cut-and-cover tunnels domestically, which is included in development of new-town areas. Since urban areas can not accommodate all buried life-lines, it is necessary to study the feasibility assessment system for utility tunnel by urban patterns and capacity optimization for urban utility tunnels. In this study, we break away from the new-town utility tunnels and suggest a quantitative assessment model based on the evaluation index for urban areas. In addition, we also develop a program that can implement a quantitative evaluation system by subdividing the feasibility assessment system of urban patterns. Ultimately, this study can contribute to be activated the urban utility tunnel.
