본 논문은 혁신클러스터 추진의 전략방향 설정을 위해서 클러스터 현황을 클러스터 분석을 통하여 살펴보았다. 본 논문에서는 광교테크노밸리의 발전단계에 따른 협력현황 파악을 위하여 산학연 협력체계 분석과 진단을 위한 클러스터분석(Cluster Analysis)을 실시하였다. 클러스터 분석결과 광교테크노밸리내 입주기업의 산학연 협력경험은 67.3%로 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 대학과, 기업과는 연구개발, 연구기관과는 장비활용 중심으로 협력하고 있었다. 또한, 산학연 협력의 지원정책수요는 협력기관 현황제공, 기술별 정보취득지원 등 다양한 부문에서 협력의 수요가 존재하고 있었다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 다음의 전략이 도출되었다. 첫째, 혁신클러스터 발전을 위한 새로운 비전을 조속히 제시하고 단지인근에서 입주기업의 산학연 협력의 활성화를 위한 지원을 추진해야 한다. 둘째, 혁신클러스터 단계별 발전을 위한 통합적인 지원역량 강화가 필요하다. 마지막으로 인근의 타 혁신거점과 정책적 네트워크 구축을 통해서 타 혁신클러스터의 자원과 역량을 활용할 수 있는 지원망 구축이 필요하다.

This research focused on the cluster analysis for the vitalization of the innovation cluster, Gwanggyo Technovalley. The study was performed based on both theoretical study and quantitative and qualitative study approaches. Particularly, questionnaire survey was performed for the cluster analysis of the innovation cluster. The major determinants for vitalization of the innovation cluster, Gwanggyo Technovalley can be summarized as follows; the strategy formulation for the development of the innovation cluster, the enhancement of the host institution capability and gradual enlargement of the role of the host institution. In terms of the needs of times, this study regarding the cluster analysis for the vitalization of the innovation cluster, Gwanggyo Technovalley is anticipated to be a good reference for the R&D organizations and technology cluster participants in coming years.

본 연구에서는 항만클러스터에 대한 온라인과 오프라인의 융합요소를 도출하고 이러한 융합요소가 항만클러스터의 성공에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하였다. 온라인과 오프라인의 융합요소에는 첫째, 정보화, IT화, e-transformation화 수준 등을 포함하는 e-비즈니스화 정도 둘째, B2B 전자상거래 수준 셋째, 관련 온라인기업들의 활성화 수준, 넷째, 항만클러스터에 특화된 e-비즈니스 지원 산업 수준 그리고 마지막으로 E-Logistics 수준 등이 있다. 항만클러스터의 오프라인 요소와 온라인 요소가 융합됨에 따라 얻어지는 효익항목, 항만클러스터 SCM 가치사슬 구성요인에 대한 항목, 그리고 항만클러스터에 속한 기업이 얻을 수 있는 성과항목에 대한 요인을 추출하기 위하여 요인분석을 행하였으며, 요인분석에서 추출된 온라인과 오프라인의 융합요소가 거시적인 측면에서 항만클러스터 SCM 가치사슬 요인과 미시적인 측면에서 클러스터내의 개별기업 성공에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하기 위하여 회귀분석을 수행하였다.

본 연구에서는 정보검색시스템의 모델로 문서 클러스터를 이용한 재순위화 모델을 제시한다. 이 방법은 검색단계와 분석단계로 이루어지는데, 검색단계에서는 역화일기법을 이용해서 질의어를 포함하는 문서들을 검색하여 질의어-문서 유사도에 따라 순위를 결정한다. 분석단계에서는 이미 구축된 문서 클러스터를 이용해서 검색되어진 문서들의 분석을 통해 질의어-클러스터 유사도를 계산한다. 질의어-문서 유사도와 질의어-클러스터 유사도를 결합하고, 이 유사도에 기반해서 문서들을 재순위화한다. 이때 이용하는 클러스터는 정적 클러스터이고, 질의어에 따라 서로 다른 클러스터를 생성하는 동적인 뷰를 제공한다. 재순위화 모델은 역화일 기법과 클러스터 분석기법이 가지는 장점을 결합하여 질의어 뿐만 아니라 문서에 포함된 모든 단어들을 분석함으로써 문서의 문맥을 고려할 수 있다. 제안하는 모델은 역화일 기법을 이용한 검색 결과에 비해서 우수한 성능 향상을 나타내고 있다.

수천 개의 유전자 발현 정보를 가지고 있는 DNA 마이크로어레이 기술의 발달로 대량의 생물정보를 빠른 시간 내에 분석하는 것이 가능하게 되었다. 유전자를 분석하는 방법 중 하나인 클러스터링 방법은 비슷한 기능을 가진 유전자들을 집단화시켜서 집단내의 유전자들의 기능을 밝히거나, 미지의 유전자를 분석하는데 이용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 유전자 데이터를 분석하기 위한 퍼지 클러스터링 방법과 이를 효과적으로 검증할 수 있는 베이지안 검증 방법을 제안한다. 퍼지 c-means 알고리즘을 사용하여 클러스터를 생성하고, 클러스터 결과를 기존의 퍼지 클러스터 검증 방법들과 본 논문에서 제안하는 베이지안 검증 방법을 사용하여 비교 평가한다. 베이지안 검증 방법은 각 유전자의 클러스터 멤버쉽을 확률로 이용하여 각 클러스터에 속할 확률을 계산하고, 이 값을 가장 크게 해주는 클러스터 집단을 선택한다. 이 방법은 기존의 퍼지 클러스터 검증 방법들과는 달리 클러스터 수에 무관한 평가가 가능한 장점을 가지고 있다. Serum과 Yeast 데이터에 대한 실험 결과, 베이지안 검증 방법의 유용성을 확인할 수 있었다.

The industrial cluster policy of 21st century rise to the focus method of regional economic promotion, therefore, the importance of study in cluster identification and mapping as policy task will bring into relief. This paper will confirms the estimate index and policy of industrial clusters with regional industry. The result in this case study, Cluster development should embrace the pursuit of competitive advantage and specialization rather than simply imitate successful clusters in other locations. This requires building on local sources of uniqueness. Government should reinforce and building on existing and emerging clusters rather than attempt to create entirely new ones. This sort of role for government is very different from industrial policy. The aim of cluster policy is to reinforce the development of all clusters. Not all clusters will succeed, but market forces should determine the outcomes. In other words, government should build on market- oriented system and innovative infra. The result of this study is meaning to the development of objectivity estimate index and derivation of cluster-focused policy with a case study of industrial clusters.

본 논문에서는 HFS+ 파일시스템의 클러스터의 상태를 분석하여 디지털 포렌식에 활용하기 위한 기법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 파일시스템의 클러스터 안에 들어있는 정보를 텍스트 형식과 GUI 형식으로 표시하하여 포렌식을 수행하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 것을 목표로 개발한다. 이 기법에서 적용되는 파일시스템은 macOS에서 사용하는 HFS+ 파일시스템으로 파일/디렉토리에 대한 클러스터의 수, 클러스터의 연속정보, 클러스터에 연관된 파일/디렉토리의 고유정보와 시간정보를 표시한다. 이 기법을 위한 도구는 C/C++와 Python언어로 macOS 환경에서 동작하도록 개발된다. 일반적으로 Windows 환경에 비하여 macOS 환경에서 사용할 수 있는 포렌식 분석을 소프트웨어들이 상대적으로 많지 않아서 이 도구에서 제공하는 디스크 클러스터의 할당상태와 그것과 연관된 포렌식 정보를 얻는데 효과적으로 사용될 수 있는 점이 이 연구가 기여하는 바이다.

The purpose of this study is to distinguish industrial clusters in Korea. Based on I/O table in 2000, coefficient matrix was calculated and factor analysis was performed on the matrix. Among 38 derived industrial clusters, 5 of them were unreported clusters, which were indistinguishable. Once these 38 industrial clusters were differentiated according to I/O table, final results of clusters were produced as I/O table was converted into KSIC (Korean Standard Industry Code). Since existing studies on industrial cluster have been focused on qualitative methods such as case studies and interviews, it is expected that this study could contribute to carry out more systematic and efficient methodology.

본 논문에서는 위치 등록 빈도의 증가를 해결할 수 있는 클러스터 개념을 이용한 위치 등록 프로토콜의 성능을 분석하고, 클러스터 크기와 시간의 흐름에 따른 위치 등록 확률을 계산하여 클러스터 크기와 위치 등록율의 관계를 정량적으로 분석하였으며, 실제로 육각형 셀 구조에 적용하여 위치 등록 확률을 클러스터의 크기에 따라 구해 보고 시뮬레이션을 통해 이를 검증하였다.

This study is to investigate the development process and the structure of the machine and material industrial clusters in Yeongnam region, Korea. In theoretical analysis, it is proposed that the wide area industrial cluster has three type of development process and a duplicate (or multi-level) spatial structure. We can ascertain from the case study of industrial clusters in Yeongnam region that An wide machine and material industrial cluster has been formed in Yeongnam region and the cluster has the duplicate structure or multi-level structure.
