중심축 하중을 받는 CFT 기둥의 장기거동에 관한 연구 (Long-Term Behavior of CFT Column under Central Axial Load)

  • CFT 기둥은 뛰어난 구조적 성능으로 사용이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 하지만 CFT 기둥을 사용하여 건설된 구조물도 내부콘크리트의 시간의존적 변형으로 사용상태에 이상 응력집중이나 과다 처짐 등의 구조적 문제를 초래할 수 있다. 따라서 이에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 CFT 기둥에 하중이 가해지는 시점에서의 해석법과 이를 기초로 한 장기거동 해석법을 제안하였다. 또한 이에 대한 실험을 실시하여 해석결과와 비교.분석하였다. 이를 통해 제안된 해석법을 검증하고 아울러 해석에 적용된 부착강도 모델식의 정확성 또한 평가하였다.

크리프-피로상호작용하의 파단수명에 관한 연구 (Study on Fracture Life Under Mutual Interaction of Creep and Fatigue)

  • This is the study on fracture life under the interaction of creep and fatigue. It is difficult to explain the interaction of the creep and fatigue with indication of frequency but the dependency of the time should be considered. The formulation of material varieties causing by interaction of creep and fatigue is required in the accumulative damage method. The strain range partition method requires some of modification corresponding to the changes in temperature and load. All of other method also comprehended with above mentioned problems. Generally, in this field, the variety of stress-strain and suitable parameter is required and connective study between the macro and micro results seems to be insufficient. The linear damage rule is acquiring the support generally but it requires modification in the hgigh temperature instruments. The variety of stress effecting on crack and variety of stress on the metallurgical side are considered to be problems in the future days.

전위와 질화물의 상호작용이 12%Cr-15%Mn 오스테나이트강의 고온변형거동에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Interaction Between Dislocation and Nitrides on High Temperature Deformation Behavior of12%Cr-15%Mn Austenitic Steels)

  • The objective of research is to clarify the interaction between dislocations and precipitates during high temperature creep deformation behaviors of high n austenitic steels. After measuring the internal stress in minimum creep rate state under applied stress of 236MPa at 873K, a transmission electron microscope (TEM) observation was performed to investigate the interaction between dislocations and precipitates during high temperature creep deformation. The band widths and values of internal stress increased when the nitride precipitates distribute more densely. Fine nitrides disturbed the dislocation movement with pinning the dislocations and perfect dislocations were separated into Shockley partial dislocations by fine nitrides. Coarse nitrides disturbed the dislocation movement with climb mechanism.

자연점토의 변형률속도 의존적인 압밀거동의 해석 (Modeling Strain Rate-dependent Behavior in Consolidation of Natural Clay)

  • 본 연구에서는 자연점토의 압밀에 대한 변형률속도의 영향을 해석하기 위하여 비선형 점탄소성 모델을 제안하였다. 연약지반의 점소성 거동은 유일한 유효응력-변형률-변형률속도 (equation omitted)의 관계식으로부터 구할 수 있다. Berthierville 점토에 대한 크리프실험, 다단계 하중실험, Relaxation실험과 같은 실내실험결과와 수치해석결과를 비교하였다. 제안된 점탄소성 모델을 사용하여 자연점토의 압밀거동을 비교적 정확히 예측할 수 있다.

  • In unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), the high temperature results from friction among the air, combustion of fuel in engine and combustion gas of a nozzle. The high temperature may cause serious damages in UAV structure. The Functionally Graded Material (FGM) is chosen as a material of thc engine duct structure. Thermal stress analysis of FGM is performed in this paper. FGM is composed of two constituent materials that are mixed up according to the specific volume fraction distribution in order to withstand high temperature. Therefore, hoop stress, axial stress and shear stress of duct with 2 layers, 4 layers and 8 layers FGM are compared and analyzed respectively. In addition, the creep behavior of FGM used in duct structure of an engine is analyzed for better understanding of FGM characteristics.

  • To assess a creep life of elevated temperature plant components, inspections and analysis are usually focused on the critical locations. In this study, stress analysis of a weld region in branch part of Y-piece was conducted by using a three-dimensional finite element analysis. The stresses at the inner and outer surface in the weld part were estimated by using elastic and elastic-creep analysis. For the elastic-creep analysis two kinds of elastic-creep analysis was conducted. The one was assumed that base and weld material properties were same and the other was that material properties were different between base and weld metal. The material properties of base and weld metal were used from reference data. The results showed the stress relaxation level and its location. The result stresses are also compared with elastic stresses.

  • This paper proposes engineering estimation equations for the maximum deflection of a cylinder subject to bending under elastic-plastic and elastic-creep conditions. Being based on the reference stress approach, the proposed equations are simple to use and can accommodate general tensile and creep behaviours. Validation against detailed 3-D FE results using actual stress-strain data and realistic creep-deformation data shows excellent agreement, which provides confidence in the use of the proposed equation. Based on the proposed equations, together with information on in-service inspection data, discussion is given how to estimate future time-dependent and time-independent deflection of the CANDU pressure tube. Thus the present result would be valuable information for integrity assessment of the CANDU pressure tube.

  • Carbon/epoxy는 기존의 금속재료에 비해 피로강도 및 기계적 특성이 매우 우수하다. 따라서 최근 튜브형태의 Carbon/epoxy 활용방안이 부각되고 있다. 그러나 Carbon/epoxy는 탄소재료의 특성상 고압, 충격 및 부식에 매우 취약하다. 또한, 장기간 고압피로 및 크리프에 노출될 경우, 금속재료에서는 관찰할 수 없는 층간분리(delamination)가 발생된다. 이러한 층간분리는 섬유방향과 평행하게 진전될 때 급격한 파손을 야기하므로 층간분리에 대한 메커니즘을 이해하고 그 방지책을 강구하는 것은 매우 중요하다.(중략)

  • Recently various pressure vessels like an atomic reactor and plant facilities become more larger and are needed to bear in both very high temperature and pressure condition. And in making such a high pressure vessels the amount of annual usage of 2 $\frac {1}{4}$ Cr-1Mo steels which are predominant to resist high temperature high pressure and corrosive circumstances are increasing. But despite of this advantage of 2 $\frac {1}{4}$Cr-1Mo steel. when PWHT(post welding heat treatment) is carried out lots of reheating cracks are occur. In this reason it is strongly needed to study and examine the mechanical behavior of welded joints through welding to PWHT process. So in this study welded nozzle of pressure vessel where reheat cracks are frequently occur are selected for analysis the crack-occurrence mechanism.
