A Review on the Legal Issues in Using CRISPR-Cas9 (CRISPR-Cas9 활용에 관한 법적 쟁점 검토)

  • Since the development of gene scissors 'CRISPR in 2012, CRISPR has been called the hope to lead the future of science and cure genetic diseases. But many indiscriminate experiments and destructions on human embryos have been made. For these reasons, ethical controversies and concerns have been amplified. At present, We have to make the law and the system step by step after reviewing and discussing the level of technology and social impact thoroughly. On the premise of this situation, in this study, I reviewed the patent dispute, interpretation of bioethics law, and the legislative theory. CRISPR could not have made the off-target effect zero. also, we just know only a few genes whose function is known in DNA networks. Therefore, it should be acknowledged that there are limits obviously to technical safety and knowledge of DNA . No means of gene editing on human embryo should be allowed. In order to carry out gene therapy on somatic cell , Diseases , dugs and treatment methods hat can be allowed by the law should be specified concretely in the positive form inEnforcement Decree of the Bioethics and Safety Act.

  • 본 논문에서는 새로운 방법의 Fuzzy PID 제어기를 제안한다 우선 절대형 디지털 PID 제어기에서 두 가지 문제점이 있다. 첫째는 매 제어 주기마다 많은 데이터의 합을 구해야 하므로 계산시간이 많이 소요되고, 둘째는 이 계산을 위해 이전의 모든 데이터를 보관하고 있어야 되기 때문에 메모리가 많이 필요한 문제점이 있다. 위의 문제점을 개선하기 위해 속도형 디지털 PID 제어기를 사용한다. 제안한 제어기에서는 PIB 제어기의 목표 값과 현재 출력 값의 차인 크리스퍼(crisp) 출력 오차를 그대로 사용하지 않고 퍼지추론의 단계는 가지면서 Rule Table은 갖지 않는 특징이 있으며 출력 소속 함수에 두 변수의 관계와 범위에 의해 도식화된 영역에서 삼각형 무게 중심법으로 비퍼지화된 비선형 출력 값을 PID 계수에 인가하는 새로운 Fuzzy PID 제어기를 제안한다.

  • In this paper, we propose a fuzzy PID controller of new method. There are two problems in absolute digital PID controller. First, much calculation time need for obtain the sum of data at each period. Second, this is problem need much memory because to storage every data at the before period. We use the speed type PID digital controller to improvement such problems. In the propose controller doesn't use without adjustment the crisp output error and we doesn't use nile tables in the fuzzy inference process at the forward stage fuzzifier. We inference output member ship function by using the relation and range of two variable of PID gain parameters. We can obtained desired results through the simulation and a experiment of the hydraulic servo motor control system.

Fuzzy Scheduling for the PID Gain Tuning (PID 이득 동조를 위한 퍼지 스케줄링)

  • In this paper, We propose the fuzzy controller for the gain tuning of PID controller The proposed controller doesn't use the crisp output error and rule tables though with a fuzzy inference process in forward fuzzifier, New Fuzzy PID Controller assigns relations and ranges of two variables of PID gain parameters. These new gain parameters are calculated by the fuzzy inference with max-min ranges of Kp and Kd. The Ki parameter is computed automatically between Kp and Kd parameter Is calculated by Ziegler-Nickels tuning rules. Finally we experimented the propose controller by the hydraulic servo motor control system. We can obtained desired results through the good control characteristics.

Delivery of Protein into Microalgae by the Digital Electroporation (디지털 전기천공을 이용한 미세조류 내 단백질 전달 연구)

  • In the present study, we performed electroporation to deliver protein into microalgae using previously developed digital electroporation system. Green fluorescence protein was successfully delivered into a live microalgae cell nucleus without cell wall removal. By investigating the effects of applied voltage on the protein delivery efficiency, optimal electroporation electric field condition was found (960 V/cm). We also investigated the delivery of Yo-Pro-1 into cell to examine the size effects of delivered materials and found that there is little size effects on the optimal condition. Finally, the implications of the present results and future work are discussed.
