Study on Convergence Technique due to the Shape of Cruiser Board through Structural Analysis (구조 해석을 통한 크루저 보드의 형상에 따른 융합 기술연구)

  • In order to prevent the environmental pollution nowadays, the mobile device for one person of cruiser board not used with the fossil oil has been noticed. This study aims to analyze the property of cruiser board due to the shape by carrying out the structural analysis for the safe design of cruiser board. Two models of the existing cruiser board and the cruiser board with new configuration are designed. As the structural analysis was carried out by using the finite element analysis program, the durability by deformation, stress and fatigue life was investigated. In the study result, the model of cruiser board with new configuration has the maximum deformation of 0.000971mm, the maximum stress of 0.936MPa and the fatigue life from 1827.7Cycle to $1.887{\times}105Cycle$. As all study result values at the new model became better than the existing model, the new model was seen to become more adequate at using than the existing model. This study result can be contributed to the safer and durable design of cruiser board. And it is possible to be grafted onto the convergence technique at design and show the esthetic sense.

제주외항 2단계 항만시설 설계

  • 제주 외항의 2단계 항만시설 사업으로 동방파제, 동방파호안, 접안시설, 친수호안, 접속호안 등 2,374m 구간에 대해 방파제 내파 안정성과 반사파 저감을 위한 단면계획을 통해 설계에 반영하였으며 지반 침하 및 지진피해 최소화를 위한 구조물의 사용 및 내구성을 중대시켰으며, 특히 크루저 선박의 본격취항을 대비한 친수공간개념의 도입에 많은 노력을 기울였다. 대상 사업지는 지형적 특성상 복잡한 형태의 고파랑이 작용하므로 방파제의 설계파를 7.3m로 상향조정하였고, 방파제 제간부에 발생하는 충격쇄파압에 대한 안정을 확보하기 위해 소파블록 피복케이슨제를 적용하였다. 제주도가 가지는 국제적 위상에 맞추어 국제미항개발, 레저형 웰빙공간조성 및 제주항이 가지는 자연적 특성을 반영하여 친수 방파제와 호안 및 배후시설의 친환경적인 배려를 최대화 하였다. 해양 생태계 보호를 위하여 해조류 서식지 및 해중림 조성 등 생태복원계획도 수립하였다.

  • 조선 IT기반 융합산업은 차세대 신산업의 발원지로서 막대한 가치창출이 기대되는 블루오션 산업이며, 한국의 최대 강점인 IT/통신 기술과 세계1위인 조선 산업의 융합을 통하여 최고의 부가가치 산업으로 업그레이드가 가능하게 된다. 현재 글로벌 조선 산업은 고부가 가치 선박인 크루저/레저선과 LNG선과 같은 청정에너지 운반선, 선박과 물동량증가에 따른 대형 SuperSeaCat 선박의 출현으로 인해 기존 기계 조선 기술분야에 첨단 IT 융합기술의 접목이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 이에 본고에서는 선박통신 네트워크 기술개발 및 표준화, e-Navigation 추진방향, IT-선박 융합부품 기술개발 등에 대해 살펴보고 IT-조선 융합화 현황을 분석하여 비전과 목표제시를 통해 추진방향을 제시하고자 한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to measure and evaluate the thermal conditions of large cruiser's cabin. As the result of this study, followings are cleared. The air volume supplied to the 2 types of cabins is quite diffenrent. Temperature differences in the Room A which is located A deck and supplied enough air volume is stable all around the cabin. But Room B which is located B deck and supplied comparatively small air volume has temperature distribution problems, like time-dependent differences, vertical differences. To serve more comfort and productivity of Room B, it is strongly recommended to do a T.A.B.(Testing, Adjusting and Balancing) for more air volume and/or to design new air flow path to make air stay longer.

A Measurement Study on the Thermal Conditions in Cabins of a Long Cruise Passenger ship in the Winter (선박 선실 내의 실내공기환경 실태 조사에 관한 연구 - 원항 여객선 선실의 동절기 온열환경 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to measure the thermal conditions of the various cabins in a long cruise passenger ship which is an integration of the high level technological know-how. We did an experiment and found out the following problems. (1) The temperature from the damper is stable but the humidity varies lower. (2) Comparing A deck-located cabins to B deck-located cabins, A-deck located cabins' temperatures are higher because of the 24% more air supply. (3) More influences from outdoor climate makes the temperature of the outside cabin lower than the inside cabin. (4) In some cabins, there are vertical temperature differences of $4{\sim}6^{\circ}C$. (5) And $2{\sim}4^{\circ}C$ temperature differences are occurred at between 2-story bed. (6) Repeatability of measurement results are confirmed by 2 times measurements.
