Through this thesis, I intended to analyze Hollywood animation through that achieved in box office by directing viewpoint. of Chris Sanders and Dean Deblois not only shows standard narrative structure of adventure, comedy, fantasy, but also express message of story and thorough visual. Analysis of directing classify contents and form. In contents, constitution of narrative and set up of character, irony of plot, characterization and popularity are embossed. In form, lighting and special effect, design and layout, 3D technology and stereoscopic camera technique based on the capital strength are outstanding. The high evaluation for film is possessed of box offic, remained within value and popularity, and delivered metaphysical theme without repulsion. The director's direction make success even if the pre-production manage by huge system approach.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of spirituality and stress of clinical practice and to identify the relationship of variables among nursing students. Data were collected from 203 nursing students using self-report questionnaire composed of demographic characteristics and two scales including spirituality and stress of clinical practice. Data were analyzed by frequencies, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients using the SPSS program. The mean score for spirituality and stress of clinical practice were above medium level, with the value of 3.18 and 3.42 out of 5 respectively. There were significant mean differences in spirituality according to religion and satisfaction on major while those in stress of clinical practice according to sex and satisfaction on major. Significant negative correlation between spirituality and stress of clinical practice was found. In conclusion, to reduce clinical stress in nursing students, it is necessary to develop and apply educational program for spiritual improvement.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences between freshmen and the other students' career development competencies and educational needs. To achieve this, the survey was carried out and 362 undergraduates participated. The findings of the survey were shown as follows: First, the students perceived that effective interpersonal relationships and positive self-concept formation were more needed. Second, only the positive self-concept formation showed statistically significant differences. Third, the rating of the educational needs was identical from the first place to the forth, but different from the fifth to the sixth. Fourth, by the Locus for Focus model, more information was identified about educational needs of students. These results will contribute to develop the career education programs.

This study was a descriptive research investigating the impact of simulation-based learning on the problem solving process and clinical competence of new nurses. The 202 participants were new nurses who have provided nursing care for less than 12 months have experienced simulation-based learning more than once in their undergraduate courses. This study found that the number of times participants have experienced the simulation-based learning had no correlation with their problem solving process and clinical competence, but simulation design features correlated with their problem solving process and clinical competence. The results of clustering analysis that examined differences in the effects on problem solving process and clinical competence by classifying simulation design features by clustering also showed significant differences. This study has confirmed the importance of simulation design to simulation-based learning in nursing education. We hope that the findings of the study will be used for effective operation of simulation-based learning. In the future, objective assessment methods will be required to evaluate the effects of simulation-based learning provided in undergraduate courses on nurses' clinical competence.

This study aimed to comprehensively assess the demographic characteristics, health behaviors, subjective health status, health-related restriction of life, and quality of life of male and female elderly aged 65 years older using data from the 2013-2015 Korean Community Health Survey (KCHS). The results showed that compared to the male elderly, the female elderly was less educated, did not have a spouse or had less household income, had poorer health behaviors, and had lower quality of life caused by restrictions in life. The female elderly had significantly lower quality of life than that of the male elderly. Various factors were found to affect quality of life in both sexes. The presence of spouse and BMI did not affect quality of life of men but did affect the quality of life of women. On the other hand, smoking affected the quality of life of men but not of women. Based on these results, more in-depth studies are needed on the female elderly, who have been reported to have lower health-related quality of life, and sex-specific services and programs that could more effectively improve the quality of life among the elderly should also be developed.

The purpose of this study was to examine how the consumer's entertainment, information, relevance, reliability, and perceived invasion affect the avoidance of advertising. Besides, the purpose of this study was to examine whether there is a difference according to the country and age in the effect of advertisement characteristics on the evasion. This study investigated the avoidance of mobile advertising among 254 Koreans and Chinese publics in their 20's and 40's, evaluated the results in terms of comparative analysis. Collected data were verified by multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The higher the advertising entertainment and relevance, the lower the avoidance of advertising. The higher the perceived penetration, the higher the avoidance of advertising. Besides, there were differences by country and age in the effects of advertising entertainment, information, relevance, and reliability on ad avoidance. The implications of this study are to find out how to reduce the mobile advertising avoidance of consumers by identifying the predictive factors that cause the avoidance of advertisements by country and age.

The aim of this study was to evaluate effects of EEG patterns induced by three types ((1) resting mode(control group), (2) light massage mode, (3) strong massage mode in the electrical chair-massager for 15 minutes) in a sample of 16 healthy adults. Changes in anxiety and stress were assessed, and electroencephalogram was recorded. Anxiety scores(STAI: State Anxiety Inventory, VAS: Visual Analog Scale) decreased in all groups. For anxiety scores, the strong massage group showed the greatest decrease in stress. All groups also showed an increase in delta and theta activity, but only strong massage group showed a signigicant difference. All groups showed a decrease in alpha activity. Also, EEG changes in two groups except a control group showed a decrease in beta activity.

Nowadays idol pop singers are popular with teenagers and adult. Accordingly idol pop singers take a picture of advertisement. because idol pop singers have a lot of fans who are willing to use advertising products. The purpose of the present study examined causes of idol worship and differences of causes of idol worship between in idol fans' 10's and 20's. And this article investigated idol fans' intention to purchase the merchandises advertised by idol. The result showed that idol's features, idol's evaluation, idol's ways of expression, romanticization of the idol had significant effect on idol worship. And there were no significant differences of idol worship between in idol fans' 10's and 20's. Also these causes of idol worship affected on Idol fans' intention to purchase the merchandises advertised by idol. In other words, idol worship was partially mediated the positive relation between by causes of idol worship and intention to purchase the merchandises.

Medical communication has the effect of increasing the patient's medical treatment satisfaction and medical facility revisit rate through better understanding of the patient, and decreasing the medical law suit rate. One of the methods to enhance medical communication is through doctor coaching. Doctor coaching is a series of coaching procedure that helps the doctors have a better understanding with the patients by enhancing the communication skills of the doctors. The current study analyzed the effect 'coach and coatee's relationship', 'coaching per se', and 'coaching activity' have on coaching satisfaction. As the result, 'coaching activity' related to the coaching program showed the most influence on the coaching satisfaction On the other hand, 'coach and coatee's relationship' and 'coaching per se' did not show any significant influence while 'coach and coatees relationship' even showed negative correlations. Such result gained agreement amongst the doctors about the medical communication enhancement and necessity of doctor coaching and it also implies that intensifying the coaching qualifications and professionalism is necessary for the doctor coaching model. The coach should not only have knowledge regarding the doctor(medical??) communication, but also should endeavor to obtain understanding and knowledge about coaching strategies.

This study examines how the implementation of the Normalization policy of public institutions aimed at reducing debt affects accounting conservatism in public corporations. In particular, we analyze the general behavior of accounting conservatism based on debt ratio, and analyze whether the policy has changed this behavior of conservatism. Empirical findings are summarized as following. We show that debt ratios are positively associated with conservatism, consistent with the result for the private corporations. This result means that public corporations increase their conservatism as their debt ratios increase. However, no significant effect is found in this relationship after the implementation of the policy. This finding implies that the implementation of Normalization policy is not a factor that alters the conservative accounting practices of public corporations. This suggests that the recent debt reduction performance of public corporations is irrelevant to conservatism and is the result of the actual process of normalization of management. The results documented in this paper provide an important empirical evidence for evaluating the performance of the government policy at the present time when the debt reduction policy of public institutions is viewed more important than ever.
