The purpose of this study is to develop contents and management strategies of Social Welfare Education e-Learning. For this study, Data were collected from students who were attended to Introduction to Social Welfare e-Learning in K center between first semester, 2006 and first semester, 2007 as well as professors and system operator. It is important meaning to performance as the first empirical study which is on the e-Learning of social welfare studies. As a results, it has been proved that systematic preparation process, study contents which is centered field, active interaction among students, study management in time efficiency, technological supports for system improvement are significant factors on construction and development of Social Welfare e-Learning.

This thesis suggests fixed quantity model and detailed performance procedures of an information system audit. In addition, an identification of the check-items with high operating risk and factors that might lead to serious effects on the business are made. Then, this thesis proposes the information system audit model that can grant priorities. By using this model, the orderer can evaluate objectively with digitized mark. The model can improve the effectiveness, reliability, and objectivity of the audit by minimizing the discrepancies of different opinions about audit evaluation results between auditee and the orderer. The proposed model is adapted to an application system and audit projects of the database construction. As a result, the model has received an equal mark from the result of the general reviews, thus the propriety of the proposed model was verified.

최근 스마트폰의 과다 사용과 관련한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 스마트폰 디톡스라는 새로운 개입방법이 소개되고 있다. 스마트폰 디톡스는 마치 단식을 통해 몸에 있는 독소와 노페물을 제거하듯이 스마트폰 사용을 잠시라도 중단하고 내면의 모습을 돌아봄으로써 스마트폰을 건강하게 활용하여 신체적 정신적 사회적 건강을 실천하자는 취지이다. 이러한 흐름에 발을 맞추어 본 연구에서는 대학생들의 과다한 스마트 폰 사용을 개선하고 전인적인 건강(well-being)을 실천하기 위하여 "스마트폰 디톡스 프로그램"을 개발하고 그 효과를 확인하였다. 서울의 S대학교 16명의 대학생이 전체 프로그램을 완료하였으며, 각 회기별 자기평가보고서와 사전-사후 설문조사(스마트폰 중독척도 정신건강척도 긍정심리자본척도 자기생활관리척도)를 완성하였다. SPSS 23을 이용하여, 사전검사와 사후검사에서 변수 간의 차이를 확인하기 위해 Wilcoxon 부호순위검정을 시행하고, 각 척도들 사이의 관계는 피어슨 상관분석을 이루어졌다. 그리고 자기평가보고서는 각 회기 참여에 대한 질적 자료로 분석되었다. 그 결과, 개입 프로그램을 통해 스마트 폰 중독 및 정신 건강 점수가 유의미하게 감소하였으며, 자기 관리 및 긍정심리자본의 평균 점수가 증가하였다. 더불어 프로그램이 진행되는 동안이라도 스마트폰 사용을 중단하고 건강한 신체, 긍정적인 정신, 역동적인 대인관계를 경험하면서 스마트폰을 지혜롭게 사용하고 주변을 여유롭게 돌아보는 변화가 생겼으며, 대학생들의 생활에서 스마트폰을 건강하게 사용할 수 있는 모습이 확인되었다.

Recently, mukbang and cookbang or cooking shows on TV and YouTube channels have increased, and the influences of these broadcasts on food consumption have been gradually increasing. There were several news articles on 'Baek Jong-won effect', in which the consumption of the agri-food Mr. Jong-won Baek mentioned on his broadcast soared, and even foods named after him are on the market. In this study, Mr. Jong-won Baek, who produces influential cooking contents through various media, was taken as a representative example. We evaluated if 'Baek Jong-won effect' exists on potato consumption, which Mr. Jong-won Baek broadcasted potato cooking recipes on TV and YouTube. After the potato recipe was broadcasted for the first time on the TV show called HomeFoodRescue, the differences in the amount of money to purchase potatoes before and after the broadcast were estimated by using the money amount to purchase data of Agri-food consumers panel and the difference-in-differences method at 6 time points (3, 6, 9, 12, 24, and 36 months). Among the time points analyzed, the potato purchases at post-broadcast were less than those at pre-broadcast. No results were observed suggesting the existence of 'Baek Jong-won effect' on potato consumption through HomeFoodRescue show in the study.

This research aims to suggest the possibility of functional culture contents based on interdisciplinary methodologies, especially for people who have Autism Spectrum Conditions, or those who have disabilities on express and receive gamsung (emotions). Recently, the development of application technologies in smartphones and tablet computers needs of functional culture contents, which are connected with the gamsung system. Moreover, the potential of marketplace of functional culture contents is emerging, as can be seen from the success of Augmentative and Alternative Communications (AAC) applications. Therefore, with the development of more applications that prevent and resolve Gamsung Disabilities anticipatively, there will be a positive economic effect of reducing back on intervention expenses as well as the construction of new contents ecosystem. So, in this research, we will attempt to make an approach of using the cultural semiotics methodology in finding attributes and features of applications that help to keep mental stability and balance for people with gamsung Disabilities. Particularly, this research will suggest an interdisciplinary theory on healing contents making methodology, using contents analysis; user interface (UI) analysis; and user experience (UX) analysis on existing smart healing applications.

In the smart education era, it is crucial for the teacher to make lecture materials in the form of 3D convergence contents for themselves. In this study, we developed an interactive authoring tool to create 3D convergence contents for the teacher. The proposed system was implemented based on a commercial 3D engine for practicality. To evaluate the usability of the tool, we conducted a satisfaction survey of a focus group. As a result, we concluded that the proposed authoring tool was useful to create desired contents but rather complicated to use due to the text-based script editor. In the following research we will improve the editor so that it can be used in a more intuitive manner.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the digital media strategies for small business branding. To understand the effective strategies for promoting small business through digital content marketing, we conducted in-depth interview with small business managers. The results of in-depth interview revealed that it is critical for small businesses to start creating and including video marketing as part of their entire content strategy. Especially, small business managers considered that video that provides rich media content can boost consumer engagement and increase the time spent on a branded contents. From a managerial perspective, this study provides guide on what small businesses should consider when developing and implementing digital strategies. For future research, this study provides the guide to investigate the effects of digital contents on the brand equity of small business.

In distance education, contents are to convey what to learn to learners, and the efficient quality assurance of contents is the very first step to the enhancement of distance education. Most studies of the quality assurance of contents have mostly centered around the development of evaluation tools, and few studies have ever focused on analysis of the quality of contents itself, since it's not easy to do that due to difficulties in the selection of evaluatees or of contents to be analyzed. The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of 58 distance education contents of on-the-job training and another training for the acquisition of qualifications. As a result, the contents of the learning contents segment ranked first. Among the components of each segment, there was room for improvement in the level of learning and learning elements in the learning contents segment. In terms of instructional design, the quality of interaction components should be taken to another level to boost the quality of contents in this segment. The findings of the study are expected to give some suggestions about which parts of contents should be improved in quality from a perspective of contents developers or suppliers to enhance the overall quality of contents.

As a basic information to implement the fire plan that dominates multiple targets effectively under the battle environment with limited resources, such a process is mandatory that gives a priority order to a target with the high level of threat by quantitatively computing the threat level of an individual target through the analysis on the target. However, the study has still remained in the initial level on an evaluation algorithm for the threat level of the ground target. Considering this fact, the present paper proposes the evaluation algorithm for the threat by multiple ground targets. The proposed algorithm has a core point to consider the type of target and protected asset to implement the computation of proximity; set the additional value based on the weights indicating the significance of weapon and protected asset; and compute the threat level of a target that considers the characteristics of the target. The evaluation and verification of performances have been implemented through the simulation and visualization of an algorithm proposed in the present paper. From the performance result, as the proposed algorithm has been able to perform effectively the threat assessment according to the weights indicating the significance of weapons and protected assets under diverse environments where weapons and protected assets are located, high utility and effect are expected when applied to an actual ground weapon system.

With the exploration of digital academic information, it is certainly required to develop more effective academic contents recommender system in order to accommodate increasing needs for accessing more personalized academic contents. Considering historical usage data, the academic content recommender system recommends personalized academic contents which corresponds with each user's preference. So, the academic content recommender system effectively increases not only the accessibility but also usability of digital academic contents. In this paper, we propose the new journal recommendation technique based on information of journal subscription and web usage logs in order to properly recommend more personalized academic contents. Our proposed recommendation method predicts user's preference with the institution similarity, the journal similarity and journal importance based on citation relationship data of references and finally compose institute-oriented recommendations. Also, we develop a recommender system prototype. Our developed recommender system efficiently collects usage logs from distributed web sites and processes collected data which are proper to be used in proposed recommender technique. We conduct compare performance analysis between existing recommender techniques. Through the performance analysis, we know that our proposed technique is superior to existing recommender methods.
