게임, 디지털영상, 모바일콘텐츠 등 국내 디지털콘텐츠 시장이 활성화되면서 디지털콘텐츠 관련 정보는 하루가 다르게 쏟아지고 있다. 하지만 업계 관계자들은 여전히 정보가 부족함을 호소한다. 인터넷을 통해 쉽게 찾을 수 있는 정보들은 이미 정보로서의 유효가치를 상실했거나, 신문 등에서 볼 수 있는 간단한 동향 정보가 고작이기 때문이다. 이러한 정보부족 문제를 해결하기 위한 디지털콘텐츠 전문 정보시스템이 오픈됐다. 한국소프트웨어진흥원(KIPA) 디지털콘텐츠사업단에서 별도로 운영하고 있는 홈페이지 (DCK.OR.KR)가 바로 그곳이다.

This study addressed status of PP(Program Provider) market, particularly focusing on independent PP. This research selected 14 independent channels and did in depth interviews for them. This study analyzed 14 channels in terms of management, production, and contents. The result showed that independent channels were in inferior condition than MPP(multiple PP) on all the aspects of management, production and content. The management structure of the PP were very vulnerable, production environment was not good. The PP were placed in a difficult environment in terms of production and purchases of content, therefore focused on distribution rather than production. This unbalance on the PP market resulted in negative effect on Korea's contents industry as well as PP industry. Therefore, this study suggested policy and regulatory reforms are needed to improve inferior status of independent PP.

현재 국내 이동통신기술과 서비스 수준은 전세계 이동통신 서비스 국가 중에서 선두를 이루고 있는 국가 중 하나이며, 다양한 데이터 정보 서비스 수준은 이동통신분야에서는 새로운 시장을 주도적으로 창조해 나가고 있다고 본다. COMA기반의 이동통신 단말기의 전세계 점유율은 1위와 2위를 앞서거니 뒷서거니 하고 있으며, 또한 초고속 인터넷망의 보급율과 인터넷 이용율은 전세계에서 최고를 자랑하고 있다. 이에 발맞추어 기업과 통신사업자의 이동통신망 이용률과 가입자 비율도 상당히 앞서고 있으며. 특히 초고속통신망 가입자는 세계 최고의 인프라와 시장을 형성하는 등 이에 따른 이동통신분야의 어플리케이션 시장이 매우 발달되어 있다. 나아가 한국의 이동통신기술발전에 따른 콘텐츠 개발과 서비스는 매우 다양하게 진행되고 있다. 그러나 지속적으로 제 3의 이동통신시대에 부응하는 멀티미디어형 콘텐츠의 개발과 새로운 기술 환경에 대응하는 생활형 콘텐츠의 창안은 매우 중요한 이슈로 등장이 되고 있다. 이에 미국에서 1988년부터 연구되어 왔고, 일본에서 의용적으로 추진하고 있는 유비쿼터스 환경의 국내 연구와 도업은 시급하게 진행되어야 할 차세대 통신산업의 중요한 화두라고 본다. 이 보고서에서는 유비쿼터스 환청 기반의 콘텐츠의 개요와 개발방향 및 가능성 등을 중심으로 내용을 구성하고 있다. 사람과 사물간의 인터랙티브를 유도하는 유비쿼터스 네트워크 기반에 필요한 콘텐츠와 콘텐츠 기반의 다양한 애플리케이션과 서비스 등을 연구함으로써 보다 한 차원 높은 정보통신을 통한 삶의 질 개선과 유비쿼터스 기반 콘텐츠 산업의 국내 도입과 활성화 가능성을 모색하는데 있다.

오늘날 인터넷 상의 디지털 콘텐츠는 기하급수적으로 증가하여, 콘텐츠를 관리하기 위한 다양한 시스템과 관리 체계가 연구 개발되고 있다. 특히 2000 년대부터 식별체계에 대한 표준화 연구가 진행되면서 논문등의 문헌 정보와 음악, 영상 등의 콘텐츠에 식별 체계를 적용하고 관리하려는 연구가 활발히 진행중이다. 특히 국내에서는 정보통신부와 한국소프트웨어진흥원이 디지털콘텐츠 유통기반을 구축하기 위해 CONPIA.COM 사이트를 개발하였고, 2000 년 정보화지원사업으로 한국데이터베이스진흥센터에서 디지털콘텐츠 식별체계 사업을 진행하었다. 이후 2001 년 정보통신부가 한국전산원를 디지털콘텐츠 운영기관으로 지정하면서 확장개발 및 운영 시험 등 향후 서비스 운영에 대한 기술개발에 집중하고 있다. 이러한 시스템에 적용된 식별 체계는 체계적인 구문 구조를 가지고 있으며 구문구조에 맞는 식별 코드를 해석하여 디지털콘텐츠를 찾는 구조를 가진다. 그렇지만 기존의 시스템은 식별체계의 확장과 변화에 따라 시스템 인터페이스를 재설계하고 내부 처리 알고리즘을 수정해야 하는 등 많은 수정이 요구된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 DDDS 알고리즘을 적용하여 식별 코드를 해석하기 위한 시스템을 구성하고 사용자 인터페이스를 설계하였다.

정보통신부가 주최하고 한국소프트웨어진흥원과 한국데이터베이스진흥센터가 공동으로 주관하는 디지털콘텐츠대상의 4/4분기 수상작에 대한 시상식이 지난달 11일 정보통신부 14층 회의실에서 열렸다. 수상작은 디지털영상 부문에 옥토그라프의 '로보솔져', 온라인게임 부문 조이온 '임진록 온라인 거상'과 이야기의 'I.M.온라인', 교육용 콘텐츠 부문에 에듀팜의 '오리수학농장', 무선콘텐츠 부문에 대헌정보의 'GOGO!!배틀체스' 5개 작품이 선정됐다. 수상기업에는 국내ㆍ외 전시회 참가비용이 지원되고 정통부가 추진하는 해외진출 지원사업 참여 때 우대된다. 또 수상작 가운데 우수작을 뽑아 연말에 열리는 디지털콘텐츠 전문 전시회인 '디지털 콘텐츠 페어' 행사 때 국무총리상 등을 수여한다.

The number of multicultural families is on the rise worldwide. In this respect, the central government and municipal governments are also implementing and supporting multicultural-related policies. However, they are in progress, not as services needed for multicultural members but as policy issues. This causes multicultural members to fail to figure out the need of policies supported by the government or local governments, as well as to grasp the desire for what services in need are. In addition to this, many studies regarding multiculture are under way but few studies have been known so far as to multicultural business models. This study has suggested a final business model and strategy methods by designing, comparing and analyzing a business model needed for multicultural members through interviews with professionals and multicultural members with regard to mulcultural policies and examples in Korea.

Entertainment industries have recently shown continuous growth as a potential high value-added market and are being acknowledged as the most promising high-efficiency industry. The following case study offers the understanding of the financial situation and the diversification of three management companies like SM entertainment, Yedang entertainment, and Sidus HQ. I analyzed through IR which is on homepage of each company, audit reports and some articles of news papers, etc. The results of this study will show that diversification of three companies are relatively stable and make efforts to expand their activities.

This study presents limitations for the roles and the responsibilities of the related business entities because it is very important that the controversy is minimized during a progressive period of the project. In this study, we analyze several Ubiquitous city projects undertaken by the local governments and raised some issues. We construct the step-by-step procedures for the Ubiquitous city construction business management from the business plan to management after completion of the Ubiquitous city construction and establish the clear-cut duty ranges for the related business entities at each step.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of project selection procedures such as information provision and transparency and project application conditions such as required documents and conditions on the satisfaction of agricultural subsidy support policy and re-application intention to support pig farmers in Jeju. The results of analysis are summarized as follows. First Need to improve the satisfaction of the business selection procedure rather than to relax the business application conditions in order to improve the satisfaction of the subsidy support business. Second, Need to improve the satisfaction of the business selection procedure rather than to relax the business application conditions in order to increase the subsidy re-application intention through the income increase effect by the subsidy support project. It is shown that the efforts to improve the satisfaction of the selection process can improve the satisfaction of the subsidy support project as well as re-application intention at the same time. Therefore, It is necessary to focus on improving the satisfaction of the project selection process, such as providing information and reflecting opinions on the subsidy project.

웹캐스팅 구축에 있어서 가장 먼저 선행되어야할 과제는 사업계획의 확정에 있다. 실제로 구축에 임하는 상당수의 경우에는 체계적인 사업계획이 미비한 경우가 상당히 많은데, 사업계획을 통해 전체 구축에 소요되는 일관된 정책과 전략을 수립하기 때문에 반드시 사업계획 수립에 대한 투자를 바란다. 사업계획을 통해 사업전략, 마케팅 계획, 수익모델, 투자계획과 조직구성안 등이 체계적으로 정리되어진 후에 구축작업에 임하는 것이 시행착오와 손실비용(시간 포함)을 줄일 수 있는 최선의 방법이다.
