  • The export demand for various public services of e-government is growing. This study defines the new services that are required in each step of export processes for public services in order to develop the new services for supporting the commercialization of the export public services. And the study arrives at a conclusion of the main problems and requirements of the current export processes for the public services through the previous literature, the open-ended questions and the focus group interview. The new services are divided into six steps including the general information and consultation of the export public services; specifically, 'evaluation of the export capabilities', 'information of export pubic services', 'network of export companies', 'knowledge exchange of export', 'guide map of export information' and 'place for communication'. Furthermore, the score test about importance of 14 detailed services and the ease of implement is conducted. Based on the results of the test, Portfolio Evaluation Quadrant analysis derives a conclusion that 'the guide map service of export information' in the step 5 is preferentially considered to be in need of implementation.

  • Healthcare and data science are often linked through finances as the industry attempts to reduce its expenses with the help of large amounts of data. Data science and medicine are rapidly developing, and it is important that they advance together. Data science is a driving force in transition of healthcare systems from treatment-oriented to preventive care in healthcare 3.0 era. It enables customized precision-based medicine that current healthcare systems cannot facilitate, and discovers more cost-effective treatment. Currently, healthcare big data is in the reality of medical institution, public health, medical academia, pharmaceutical sector as well as insurance agency. With this motivation, the medical college of Soonchunhyang university has performed a 'healthcare data science initiative(HDSI)' since 2014. Most of domestic HDSI programs focus on short-term contents such as mentoring and sharing cases for data science. Therefore, it is difficult to provide education tailored to the level of skills and job competency required at the practical site. Soonchunhyang HDSI implemented specialized strategies for improving resilience and response to changes in the IT education of current healthcare with the emphasis on the need for systematic activation of the practical HDSI. The HDSI has been performed as a part of on industry-academic link program in CK-1. Through quantitative and qualitative analysis, this paper discussed the HDSI process, performance, achievement, and implications.

  • This research paper aims to inform and suggest methods in which Korea Media content could successfully enter the African broadcasting market. It also seeks to suggest preparatory steps and propose various policies that Korean government could provide, to aid the export process. In order to maximize the Korean media content exposure in the Kenyan market, increased financial support for subtitles and dubbing as well as launching a Korean culture center is suggested. In addition, to encourage more diverse channels to show the Korean content, joint content production between Korea and Kenya should be considered. Moreover, in analyzing the social, cultural, ethnic and local characteristics of the Kenyan people, the paper seeks to identify the most efficient method in which Korean wave could be more widespread in Kenya. Since virtually no prior research papers exist on Kenyan's social and cultural characteristics and their thought process on the Korean media content, this paper seeks to provide valuable insight and policy implications for Korean media policy makers.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the applicability of concept mapping in the process of planning social welfare program based on community network. Concept mapping is a kind of decision-making method that structuralized complex ideas and presented visually. Already, concept mapping is widely utilized in counseling, nursing and public health area to plan and evaluation their program and service. For recent, effectiveness of concept mapping has been reported. Concept mapping is a effective decision-making method that they recognize outcome gap between service provider and client, reach the outcome's consensus in counseling and nursing, medical area. In this study, we conceptualized 3rd year outcomes of Community Impact Project that was supported from Busan Chest using concept mapping. This CI project intervenes children and youth who lives in Buk-gu, Busan. Concept mapping has six stages-preparation, collecting ideas, structuring statements, representing statement, interpreting the results of the analysis, applying the results. We followed these steps. The participants were working at social welfare organizations, total 11 persons. We obtained 60 statements and analyzed using multidimensional scaling. we collected 5 clusters, cluster 1 'awareness and attitude change of children and youth', cluster 2 'social system change of children and youth', cluster 3 'friendly community formation', cluster 4 'community people change', cluster 5 'service provider change'. As a result, among total 5 clusters formed, 'awareness and attitude change of children and youth' came to the strongest outcomes. When concept mapping was applied to the program planning, the consensus of the opinion came easily in the decision-making process, and the participants were empowered. In addition, clear conceptualization on each element of the program planning was made.
