This study was carried out to overcome the problems of the existing fitness business and to build a fitness system that can meet the increased demand in the Corona situation. As a platform technology for non-face-to-face fitness edutainment service, it is a next-generation fitness exercise device that can use various body parts and synchronize network-type information. By synchronizing the exercise information of the fitness equipment, it was composed of learning contents through MR-based avatars. A quantified result was derived from examining the applicability of the customized evaluation system through momentum analysis with A.I analysis applying the LSTM-based algorithm according to the cumulative exercise effect of the user. It is a motion capture and 3D visualization fitness program for the application of systematic exercise techniques through academic experts, and it is judged that it will contribute to the improvement of the user's fitness knowledge and exercise ability.

In order to protect information asset from various malicious code, Honeypot system is implemented. Honeypot system is designed to elicit attacks so that internal system is not attacked or it is designed to collect malicious code information. However, existing honeypot system is designed for the purpose of collecting information, so it is designed to induce inflows of attackers positively by establishing disguised server or disguised client server and by providing disguised contents. In case of establishing disguised server, it should reinstall hardware in a cycle of one year because of frequent disk input and output. In case of establishing disguised client server, it has operating problem such as procuring professional labor force because it has a limit to automize the analysis of acquired information. To solve and supplement operating problem and previous problem of honeypot's hardware, this thesis suggested hybrid honeypot. Suggested hybrid honeypot has honeywall, analyzed server and combined console and it processes by categorizing attacking types into two types. It is designed that disguise (inducement) and false response (emulation) are connected to common switch area to operate high level interaction server, which is type 1 and low level interaction server, which is type 2. This hybrid honeypot operates low level honeypot and high level honeypot. Analysis server converts hacking types into hash value and separates it into correlation analysis algorithm and sends it to honeywall. Integrated monitoring console implements continuous monitoring, so it is expected that not only analyzing information about recent hacking method and attacking tool but also it provides effects of anticipative security response.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the usefulness of high-b-values diffusion weighted magnetic resonance imaging for the preoperative detection of focal rectum cancers. 60patients with diffusion weighted imaging were evaluated for the presence of rectal cancers. Forty were male and twenty were female, and their ages ranged from 38 to 71 (mean, 56) years. Used equipment was 1.5Tesla MRI((GE, General Electric Medical System, Excite HD). Examination protocols were used the fast spin echo T2, T1 weighted imaging. All examination protocols were performed by the same location with diffusion weighted imaging for accuracy detection. The b-values used in DWI were 250, 500, 750, 1000. 1500, 2000$(s/mm^2)$. The rectum, bladder to tumor contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR) of MR images were quantitativlely analyzed using GE software Functool tool, four experienced radiologists and three radiotechnologists qualitatively evaluated image quality in terms of image artifacts, lesion conspicuity and rectal wall. These data were analysed by using ANOVA and Freedman test with each b-value(p<0.05). Contrast to noise ratio of rectum, bladder and tumor in b-value 1000 were 27.21, 24.44, respectively(p<0.05) and aADC value was $0.73\times10^{-3}$. As a qualitative analysis, the conspicuity and discrimination from the rectal wall of lesions were high results as $4.0\pm0.14$, $4.4\pm0.16$ on b-value 1000(p<0.05), image artifacts were high results as $4.8\pm0.25$ on b-value 2000(p<0.05). In conclusion, DWI was provided useful information with depicting the pre-operative detection of rectal cancers, High-b-value 1000 image was the most excellent DWI value.

This study measures the relative efficiency and productivity change of the Korean Life Insurance Firms using DEA model and Malmquist Index for 2004-2007. The main results of this study can by summarized as follows. First, in case of efficiency of CCR for 2004-2007, the number of efficient firms(CCR value is one) are six firms, five firms, four firms, seven firms respectively. Second, in case of efficiency of BCC for 2004-2007, the number of efficient firms(BCC value is one) are eight firms, nine firms, ten firms, twelve firms respectively. Third, In case of return to scale for 2004-2007, DRS are nine firms and IRS are two firms, DRS are five firms and IRS are five firms, DRS are five firms and IRS are four firms, DRS are five firms and IRS are two firms respectively, Fourth, Malmquist Index representing productivity change for 2004-2007 are 1.12 in 2004-2005, 0.97 in 2005-2006, 1.05 in 2006-2007.

This study used Gauss-Poisson jump diffusion process on standard assets to estimate the statutory reserves of Variable Annuity (VA) guarantees specified in Korean bylaw of insurance supervision and calculated guarantee fees and risks based on the model to see the effect of considering the jumps. Financial assets, except KOSPI 200, have fat-tailed return distributions, which is an indirect evidence of discontinuous jumps. In the case of a domestic stock index and foreign stock indexes(Korean Won), guarantee fees and risks decrease when jumps are considered in models of underlying assets. This is explained by decreases in standard deviations after the jump diffusion is considered. On the other hand, in the case of domestic bond indexes and a foreign bond index(Korean Won), guarantee fees and risks tend to increase when jumps are considered. Results from a foreign stock index(US Dollar) and a foreign bond index(US Dollar) were opposite to those from the same kinds of Korean Won indexes. We conclude that VA guarantee fees and risks may be under or over estimated when jumps are not considered in models of underlying assets.

It is true that there is a possibility of distortion in the statistical surveys or actual surveys depending on which investigator, what purpose, and how research method. Even statistical results are more likely to be 'lying', and statistics on crime or delinquent are sometimes referred to as 'whopper'. There are many reasons for not trusting statistics on crime or delinquent, but one of the main causes is the existence of a hidden crime or an unreported crime. In order to overcome these hidden crime problems, victim surveys or self-report surveys are being used. However, this method also has the problem of underreporting or overreporting depending on the type of crime. Because investigations into crime, delinquency, and deviant behavior are very sensitive, the subjects have a psychological burden. A randomized response model has been developed and used in the field of statistics as a way to induce a true answer to the sensitive content which is burdensome to reveal the experiences of the survey subjects. This technique is a very useful way to solve the problems of victim surveys or self-report surveys. Nevertheless, there are very few cases in the field of criminology in Korea. Therefore, in order to examine the applicability of the randomized response model in the field of criminology, this study used the randomized response model to actually measure the content of prostitution for college students and the effectiveness of the randomized response model was confirmed.

This research is an empirical case study that suggests the practical practice and output of action plan, the actual performing activity of risk management system established to prevent and respond to risk of the elderly care facility. For this, this research analyzed the action plan practice process and outcome upon 2 years' practice (2014~2015) by A Elderly care facility which has conducted performance activity by establishing risk management system to prevent and respond to danger for the first time in Korea. As the research result, first, risk management system action plan was established in the choice and performance stage of risk prevention and response handling method, the 3rd among 4 staged process of risk management system establishment. Second, as the outcome along with risk management system action plan performance, as the result of comprehending the investigation on risk change for 2 years(2014~2015), risk decreased by 28% in 2015 compared to 2014, displaying effect in risk management activity along with performing action plan. Based on this result, it was determined that action plan for the effective action plan establishment and practice in the elderly care facility should be established with systematic promotion schedule to be well connected with its strategy, achievement goal, and achievement project, etc. based on vision and strategy, instead of being established individually, based on clear matter of responsibility, utilizing such technique as Gantt chart, etc., composing concretely by schematizing in order to view all contents to be practiced clearly.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the awareness of early childhood teachers for the development of early childhood education programs using background music. The subjects of this study were 272 early childhood teachers of kindergartens in Busan and Kyungnam provinces. The data were collected through questionnaires on the awareness of children's appreciation of fairy tales using background music. The collected data were analyzed by frequency and percentage using SPSS 18.0 program. The results of this study are as follows: First, the number of early childhood teachers who had experience of performing fairy tales using background music were less than half of them. Secondly, the purpose of appreciation of fairy tales using background music was to develop rich emotions. In order to understand the systematic knowledge and concept of background music, it was necessary to supply background music in various life styles. Third, development of a fairy tale appreciation program using background music was generally required. Third, development of a fairy tale appreciation program using background music was generally required. Fourth, a fairy tale appreciation program using background music is appropriate for the large group activity time of 10~20 minutes one or two times a week and it was necessary to have a concatenated structure of pre-activities, introduction methods, questioning techniques in development, finishing methods, evaluation methods, and extension activity methods.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of police investigation environment on perception toward legalization of private investigation. To enhance the completeness, this study conducted a survey on police officers in service and analyzed the survey data through statistical technique. The results for examination on how police investigation environment influence on perception toward legalization of private investigation were as follows. When the 'work burden from long-term cold case' composing the police investigation environment is high, the police officer highly evaluated the growth potential of private investigation, showed positive perception toward private investigation market, and showed intention for re-employment at private investigation agency after retirement. When the police officer experiences more difficulties from 'investigation other than criminal case', the police officer highly evaluated the growth potential of private investigation and showed intention for re-employment at private investigation agency. In addition, when the police officer thinks that there are a lot of difficulties for "Limited investigation on specialized area", the police officer showed positive perception toward growth potential of private investigation and private investigation market. In addition, police investigation environment showed significant result on legalization of private investigation. The result also verifies that as the difficulty of crime investigated by the police is getting higher quantitatively and qualitatively, it is necessary to introduce private investigation system which is specialized and able to investigate for a long time. This study hopes that this study result would be utilized as the grounds in signing the bill for introducing the private investigation system.

Oh, hein-kuhn is a representative portrait photographer in Korea. His works, , , , which treated portraits of women are a bit different from those of the past that described the appearance of characters. The artist expressed the figure of inner side that conflicts and feels uneasy between 'family and society' and 'child and woman' along with the look of character. That is, he included specific aura which the whole of aunts and girls' group radiates by showing similar photos repeatedly, that we can be aware of 'aunt' and 'girl' by seeing them. The important technique of Oh, hein-kuhn's Portrait Photograph is 'repetition' of image. The artist delivers the meaning of the photo by looking at the character upright in the front and showing photos with similar frame repeatedly. Such form and content of the work as this might feel a bit boring, since it's very simple just like identification picture. However, the photos in the frames which do not move in the fixed position can deliver the meaning of work more clearly rather than the image which expresses flowing time and moving space, we can grasp the message that the artist intends to deliver rather quickly. In the environment of photograph production mainly with image transformation, Oh, hein-kuhn's works of authentic original work method definitely stand forth. Through the portraits of aunts and girls, the artist tells an aspect of our society and we reconfirm the reality through the portraits made by him.
