As both a digital camera and a digital camcorder are popularized in recent years, UCC created by general users is also popularized. Unfortunately, according to that, the lack of privacy is also increasing more and more. The UCC is saved on the recordable media(Media) like DVD and deposited personally as well as distributed through Internet portal service. If you use Internet portal service to put up your contents, you can partially prevent the violation of privacy using security technologies such as authentication and illegal copy protection offered by internet portal service providers. Media also has technologies to control illegal copy. However, it is difficult to protect your privacy if your Media having personal contents is stolen or lost. Therefore, it is necessary to develope an additional security mechanism to guarantee privacy protection when you use Media. In this paper, we describe AACS framework for Media Security and propose improved AACS framework to control the access to personal contents saved on Media.

Recently, in the global and digital business environment, we are in need of a single window through which we can exchange market information, make a contract, exchange foreign currency, clear customs and settle accounts. The "e-Trade platform" provides all the stakeholders in international trading circles with these series of trading processes by use of any available information technologies in an effective and seamless manner. The platform collectively includes e-trade infrastructures(e-trade documents repository, e-trade messaging system, e-trade standard documents repository) enabling small and medium sized companies as well as large enterprises to interface with government organizations and global trading institutions. The IT levels of the trading companies are significantly important in terms of benefiting the quality services from the e-trade platform.

무선 인터넷에서는 원격지 이동, 근무자의 근무지원, 무선 상거래로 그 초점이 맞추어지면서 당연히 현재 무선인터넷의 보안도 트랜잭션(transaction) 보안을 시발점으로 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 무선인터넷에서 가장 화두가 되고 있는 WPKI(Wireless Public Key Infrastructure)를 이용한 단대단(End-to-End) 시스템과 MVPN(Mobile Virtual Private Network)을 분석하고, 현재 국내에서 무선인터넷 서비스를 하고 있는 이동통신 사업자의 네트워크 환경을 분석하여, 우선적으로 이동통신망을 이용한 무선 인터넷에서의 보안 시스템에 대해 기술하고자 한다. 그리고 이동전화사업자와 단말기 업체들에 이어 종합 포털(portal)들도 호환성이 강점인 자바 기반의 ‘J2ME(Jave 2 Micro Edition)’을 사용하여 무선인터넷 플랫폼 최적화 움직임이 가속화되고 있는 추세에 맞추어, 본 논문에서는 무선 인터넷 서비스 방식 중 콘텐츠 프로그램의 서버 보관 등 타사 플랫폼과는 차별화된 서비스를 제공하기 때문에 이용자들에게 한층 더 향상된 무선인터넷 서비스를 이용할 수 있게 하는 J2ME 서비스를 기초로 한 단대단간의 보안 역할을 하는 중계보안시스템에 대해 논의하고자 하며, 향후 그 모듈의 일환으로 무선 암호 메시지 전송의 구현을 통하여 이를 현실화하고자 한다.

Due to COVID-19, people are building new lifestyles such as online shopping, online travel, and video conferencing by limiting going out and gatherings. Such rapid social change is causing new problems and deepening existing problems at the same time. In particular, as online consumption increases significantly, traffic congestion, air pollution, and the heavy workload of delivery drivers are deepening in the daily logistics industry, and face-to-face delivery is emerging as a new problem. With the advent of the 4th industrial revolution, unmanned delivery using drones, artificial intelligence, and autonomous driving is emerging as an alternative to the existing logistics industry. However, space for logistics facilities and securing additional logistics sites due to drone flight are emerging as new problems to be solved. Therefore, it is intended to link additional services such as logistics movement, storage, and delivery by utilizing the existing transportation business, the subway, as a space for a logistics facility for drones that can solve existing problems and new problems.

Due to the advancement of IPTV technologies, Mobile IPTV service is needed to be supported for service and content protection. CAS is generally used in the IPTV service to protect service and content. However, the CAS is not efficient in the Mobile IPTV. The CAS needs too much bandwidth for Service Key update to the each subscriber. Moreover, the CAS is increasing computation burden for the service key refreshment in the key management server when the subscriber frequently changes of the IPTV service group. To solve the problems, we used hierarchical key structure based on pre-shared key that is securely stored into smart card or USIM and do not use the EMM for Service Key update. As a result, the proposed scheme decreases computation burden at the key management server and wireless bandwidth burden in the Mobile IPTV service.

In this paper, we propose a solution, called M_DQDMR, for generating delay-constrained boundwidth-appropriated multicast routing trees to reduce the delay and conserved boundwidth resources of nodes in mobile computing environment. At the current router installation, we according the routing table and the information of link which neighboring rude to guarantee QoS(Quality of Service). When we construct multicast tree, M_DQDMR algorithm dynamically adjusts its appropriate tree construction policy based on how far the destination node from the delay bound and boundwidth our QoS requirement. Through simulations and comparing to another multicast algorithm, we reach a conclusion is that M_DQDMR can simply and dynamically adjusts the construction of multicast tree in hight-speed and conserve boundwidth resources.

As digital contents are widely used and require increasingly high quality, the data storage services over Internet also become more and more important. One of popular services, web-hard, provides lots of users with web-based functions for data storage, management and sharing but such storage utilization requires quite high cost compared to using portable storage devices. Moreover, some users may avoid putting their important data into open Internet area. On the other hand, portable storage devices are cheaper but can be used only when they are physically connected to host devices such as PC. Also additional management and security functions should be equipped to support data sharing among users. In this paper, we propose a web-based data storage system combining those advantages of aforementioned two approaches. The proposed system immediately provides web-based services for data management and sharing when a portable device such as SDD is connected to the server.

In modern society, we live in the important age which should reflect needs of residents enough with the economic growth. Desire in the public sector means the basic requirements which are necessary for contemporary men who live in social life and is very important even at the social welfare policy level. Each local government is recently increasing convenience of residents by installing the facilities about public design and is politically promoting expansion of public services to satisfy their public desire. This public design should be installed to make reasonable plans and maintenance be smoothly done. This paper tries to study the present condition and the precedent studies targeting public interest facilities which will be installed in neighborhood parks of urban areas, grasp design problems of public facilities which will be installed in neighborhood space by clarifying the concept of design, and apply them by designing them newly. It tries to examine reasonable maintenance direction related to next development of public design by suggesting design direction for this practical development and module assembly typed design that storage, assembly, and management of public facilities are convenient and suggest cases of design development which can reflect them in public design development policies.

Performing arts is an intangible arts that disappears immediately at the moment it is presented and remains only in the memory of the performer's body and audience. The same repetition, restoration and reproduction of the disappeared performance is impossible, but artists of all times and places have tried various recording methodology to leave their performances in the tangible form. The performing arts archive is where performing arts are recorded, preserved, and utilized. In the fourth industrial Revolution era, library institutions in developed countries are turning into institutions that support creative activity by not only artists but also the general public. Korea's performing arts archives should also shift from the role of an old archive to a platform to create new cultural contents. This paper summarizes the changes in the Korean performing arts archive and presents the creative application of the performing arts archive in response to the fourth industrial revolution.
