Experimental Study on Fire Resistance Performance of Legal Slab under Standard Fire with Loading condition (표준화재 재하조건에서 법정슬래브의 내화성능에 관한 실험적 연구)

  • 본 연구에서는 현재 법정내화구조로 규정되어 있는 철근콘크리트(RC: Reinforced concrete)조 및 철골철망모르타르(SWM: Steel & Wire Mortar)조 슬래브에 대하여 재하조건에서 구조별 내화성능을 검토하고, 철골철망모르타르조 슬래브에 대해서는 피복두께별 내화성능을 검토하고자 표준화재조건에서 내화실험을 실시하였다. 실험결과 동일피복 두께일 경우 철근콘크리트조 슬래브가 내화성능이 우수한 것으로 나타났으며, 철골철망 모르타르조 슬래브의 경우 피복두께가 10mm 증가 시 7%의 내화성능이 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 가열 이면온도는 슬래브의 두께가 늘어날수록 낮은 것으로 나타났다.

The Study on the Fire Resistance Performance of the CFT (Concrete filled Tube) Column According to the Concrete Compressive Strength and Load Ratio (콘크리트 압축강도 및 하중비에 따른 CFT기둥의 내화성능에 관한 연구)

  • This study, to develop the technology of the fire resistance design of CFT structure based on fire resistance performance design, was suppose to use as basic data for performance design through a measure of temperature and deformation of the CFT specimen as parameter is the concrete compressive strength and load ratio. In accordance with KS F 2257-1 and 7, 24 MPa and 40 MPa and the load ratio of 0.9, 0.6 and 0.2 were imposed on a square column and as a result of evaluating in accordance with the fire resistance criteria, in case of 24 MPa, the fire resistance performance was improved by 73 minutes when the load ratio was reduced by 0.3. And when it comes to 40 MPa, the fire resistance was 31 minutes and 180 minutes when a load ratio was 0.6 and 0.2, respectively. As a result of evaluating fire resistant performance depending on variation of internal concrete strength, it proved that the higher the strength the lower the fire resistance.

  • Steel beams are one of primary member and those carries the horizontal load and floor load to axial member. To avoid structural failure when the steel beams are exposed to fire, fire resistance performance requires. Till now, the evaluation for fire resistance of the beam was conducted using the maximum load and standard fire curve defined in the KS F 2257. But recently the constructional patterns are changing toward multi-function performance to get a better structural performance and fire resistance as well. In this paper to get the databases for fire resistance, limiting temperatures of the beam, load-bearing fire tests according to load ratios, two grades of compressive concrete strengths were applied.

  • Recently, with the increase of high rise and huge scale building construction, the use of high strength concrete has been increasing. High strength concrete has dense pore structure, which is susceptible to be damaged due to fire attack. For this, many researchers provide proper fire endurance method. In this paper, to provide the priority for selecting fire endurance method in high strength concrete execution, AHP technique is applied based on expert questionnaire. Fire endurance performance efficiency and ordinary performance efficiency was selected for level 1. Fire endurance performance efficiency had larger weight than ordinary one.

A Study on the Fire Resistance Performance Concerning Types of Fire Protection Method and Load Ratio of High Strength Concrete Column Using The Wire Rope (와이어로프를 적용한 고강도 철근콘크리트 기둥의 내화공법 및 하중비에 따른 내화성능에 관한 연구)

  • The fire resistance test has been conducted under the standard fire & loading conditions to evaluate fire resistance performance, according to applying to methods of the lateral confinement reinforcement by prestressed Wire Rope and fire resistance reinforcement by Fiber-Cocktail and load ratio for high strength concrete column. The test result, for 60 MPa high-strength concrete column, It was indicated that applying to the wire rope has improved axial ductility in the fire condition, and fire resistance performance has been enhanced by more than 23 %. In addition to this, in case of applying the wire rope to 60 MPa high-strength concrete column, load can be judged that about 70 % of designed load is appropriate. If the Wire Rope and Fiber-Cocktail is applied to 100 MPa high-strength concrete column, It was shown that the fire resistance performance was enhanced by 4 times as much as applying only hoops.

  • 콘크리트 충전 강관기둥부재(이하 CFST)는 대칭성을 유지하는 기하학적 특성과 내부에 충전된 콘크리트의 구조 및 내화성능의 향상으로 최근 초고층 건축물의 주요 요소로 활용되는 추세에 있다. 반면 CFST는 실험적 결과에 의존하는 경향을 보이고 있으나 이는 많은 비용과 시간이 소요되는 단점이 있으므로 강재의 고온특성을 적용한 해석적 결과와의 상관성은 매우 중요한 의미가 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 CFST 내화성능을 해석 및 실험결과를 활용하여 상호 관계를 파악하고자 한다.

  • 최근 건설 중인 금정터널(총 연장 20.3km)이나 부산-거제간 침매터널은 화재 발생시 구조체의 강도저하로 인한 붕괴 및 사회기반시설인 교통망을 장시간 끊어놓은 등 큰 피해를 야기시킬 수 있다. 이러한 초장대터널이나 침매터널은 다른 터널보다 밀폐된 공간이므로 화재 시 단시간에 급격하게 온도상승이 일어날 수 있으며 이로 인해 구조물의 주재료인 콘크리트의 폭렬이 발생하고 구조물 내부까지 고온이 전달되어 경우에 따라 구조체의 붕괴의 원인이 되기도 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 콘크리트 구조체의 내화성능을 확보하기 위해 유럽에서 사용되고 있는 터널내화용 보드와 모르타르를 적용한 콘크리트의 내화성능 확보방안을 위한 시험을 수행하였다. 실험에 대한 내화성능 평가는 ITA(International Tunneling Association)에서 정한 화재 손상범위를 평가기준으로 하였고 터널화재 시나리오는 네덜란드의 TNO에 의해 실행된 실험결과를 따른 RWS 화재곡선을 이용하여 수행하였다.

  • Recently, so that HSC can secure the fire resistance properties at the time of a fire in super tall building suggested method of combined fiber. Thus, there is the purpose to develop the high fireproof concrete which applied method of combined fiber which can satisfy flowability and the fire resistance properties of HSC for construction of the super tall building.

  • This study purpose is to develop the high fireproof concrete which applied method of combined fiber mixed with polymer powder and organic fiber which can satisfy flowability and the fire resistance properties for construction of the super tall building. According to the results, in case of polymix it is effective to the reduction of internal temperature rise and spalling resistance so it as fire resistance that is similar to existing fiber cocktail.

  • This paper presents the experimental results on the fire performance of high strength concrete(HSC) column made with different tie spacing. Three HSC columns measuring 305${\times}$305mm in cross section were prepared to evaluate the effect of tie spacing with 150, 210, 300mm, respectively. Compressive strength was 69MPa at test. As a result, the fire performance of HSC columns was greatly influenced by tie spacing. The fire resistance increases with decreasing the tie spacing.
