Development and Application of Literacy Education program using Coaching methods (코칭기법을 활용한 문해교육프로그램 개발 및 적용)

  • After developing literacy education programs using coaching techniques, applying them to literacy learners, in order to see how they have an impact on improving learning achievement, we selected 13 senior literacy learners in U city and chose qualitative research method based on in-depth interviews, observation journals, and learning materials. Literature education programs using coaching techniques are a process-oriented model consisting of four stages of mind-opening, introducing positivity, strengthening learning competence and assistance, confidence and persistence. You can find the results as following. Firstly, communication between teachers and learners was expanded in the first stage, and secondly, self-directed learning ability was strengthened in the second stage by forming a positive mind. Thirdly, the results of utilizing the three-stage balanced literacy teaching method and interaction teaching method resulted in confidence in reading and writing, leading to an increase in self-efficacy. Fourthly, the fourth stage showed the results of improving learning achievement, which overcame the fear of learning with active praise and continuous encouragement and implied hope for higher courses. As a result of the above-mentioned research, I think literacy education programs using coaching techniques can be useful as an educational method for learners in the field of literacy education.

Effects of Sensory Integration and Family-centered Coaching Interventions on Sensory Processing, Posture Control, and Parenting Efficacy Among Children with Developmental Delays (감각통합중재와 가족중심코칭 병행중재가 발달지연 아동의 감각처리, 자세조절과 부모의 양육효능감에 미치는 효과)

  • Objective : The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of a sensory integration intervention on the sensory processing and posture control of children with developmental delays and a simultaneous family-centered coaching intervention on their parents' parenting efficacy. Methods : This study adopted a multiple probe design across four children aged five to six with developmental delays and their parents. A sensory integration intervention and a family-centered coaching intervention were employed twice a week in a total of 16 sessions over 8 weeks. Sensory profiles were evaluated, and the Korean version of the Parenting Sense of Competence was used before and after the interventions, and changes in post-intervention posture control were measured using Biorescue equipment. Results : During the intervention period, weight support in the sitting, Sitting with eyes closed, and standing positions evaluated using Biorescue was higher than two standard deviations from the baseline. After the interventions, all children showed enhanced sensory processing. Conclusion : Sensory integration and family centered coaching interventions have positive effects on the sensory processing and posture control of children with developmental delays and on their parents' parenting efficacy.

  • This paper reviews cases of leadership training program of United States of America University. Also it proposes guideline of coaching program for domestic Christian students. In according to the needs of industry, it enforces a various case analysis in center of purpose and contents of leadership training and propose coaching program case in the Korean 'B'University(IT major). This paper analysis the detailed elements, which is not reflected in Korean leadership training. The proposed paper has a view in an index of main application for elements analysis of leadership training in industry and Korean university.

  • 본 논문은 한국관광공사에서 제공하는 Tour API 3.0 Open API에서 제공하는 데이터를 바탕으로 한다. Google에서 제공해 주는 TensorFlow를 통해서 인공 신경망 딥러닝 알고리즘과 가중치 알고리즘을 통해서 사용자 기호에 맞춰 정보를 추천해 주는 어플리케이션 '눈치코칭_여행딥러닝'의 설계 및 구현에 대하여 서술한다. 현재 순위알고리즘은 평균적으로 40%, 딥러닝 모델은 60%정확도를 보여, 딥러닝이 보다 좋은 성능을 보였다.

  • 현재 스마트 기기가 상용화 된 우리 사회에서는 대부분의 사람들이 스마트 기기를 통해 다양한 정보와 지식을 제공받고 있는 추세이다. 이에 따라 이 연구는 육아에 대해 통합적 정보와 지식을 필요로 하는 초보 엄마들을 주 타겟층으로 정하고 분석하였으며 타겟층이 육아를 할 때 실질적으로 필요로 하는 육아 정보들과 기능으로 어플리케이션을 구성하였다. 본 논문에서는 통합적 맞춤 육아 코칭을 위한 개인화 서비스 모바일 어플리케이션을 기획, 설계, 디자인, 구현한 것에 대해 다루었다.
