In this study, we propose a comparative study to confirm the impact of various word embedding techniques on the performance of sentiment analysis. Sentiment analysis is one of opinion mining techniques to identify and extract subjective information from text using natural language processing and can be used to classify the sentiment of product reviews or comments. Since sentiment can be classified as either positive or negative, it can be considered one of the general classification problems. For sentiment analysis, the text must be converted into a language that can be recognized by a computer. Therefore, text such as a word or document is transformed into a vector in natural language processing called word embedding. Various techniques, such as Bag of Words, TF-IDF, and Word2Vec are used as word embedding techniques. Until now, there have not been many studies on word embedding techniques suitable for emotional analysis. In this study, among various word embedding techniques, Bag of Words, TF-IDF, and Word2Vec are used to compare and analyze the performance of movie review sentiment analysis. The research data set for this study is the IMDB data set, which is widely used in text mining. As a result, it was found that the performance of TF-IDF and Bag of Words was superior to that of Word2Vec and TF-IDF performed better than Bag of Words, but the difference was not very significant.

SQL is the most common language in data processing. Therefore, most of the colleges offer SQL in their curriculum. In this research, an auto scoring SQL test is proposed for the efficient results of SQL education. The system was treated with algorithms instead of using expensive DBMS(Data Base Management System) for automatic scoring, and satisfactory results were produced. For this system, the test question bank was established out of 'personnel management' and 'academic management'. It provides users with different sets of test each time. Scoring was done by dividing tables into two sections. The one that does not change the table(select) and the other that actually changes the table(update, insert, delete). In the case of a search, the answer and response were executed at first and then the results were compared and processed, the user's answers are evaluated by comparing the table with the correct answer. Modification, insertion, and deletion of table actually changes the data table, so data was restored by using ROLLBACK command. This system was implemented and tested 772 times on the 88 students in Computer Information Division of our college. The results of the implementation show that the average scoring time for a test consisting of 10 questions is 0.052 seconds, and the performance of this system is distinguished considering that multiple responses cannot be processed at the same time by a human grader, we want to develop a problem system that takes into account the difficulty of the problem into account near future.

Recently, there has been active studies to provide a user-friendly interface in a virtual reality environment by recognizing user hand gestures based on deep learning. However, most studies use separate sensors to obtain hand information or go through pre-process for efficient learning. It also fails to take into account changes in the external environment, such as changes in lighting or some of its hands being obscured. This paper proposes a hand gesture recognition method based on deep learning that is strong in external environments without the need for pre-process of RGB images obtained from general webcam. In this paper we improve the VGGNet and the GoogLeNet structures and compared the performance of each structure. The VGGNet and the GoogLeNet structures presented in this paper showed a recognition rate of 93.88% and 93.75%, respectively, based on data containing dim, partially obscured, or partially out-of-sight hand images. In terms of memory and speed, the GoogLeNet used about 3 times less memory than the VGGNet, and its processing speed was 10 times better. The results of this paper can be processed in real-time and used as a hand gesture interface in various areas such as games, education, and medical services in a virtual reality environment.
Korean part-of-speech taggers decompose a compound morpheme into unit morphemes and attach part-of-speech tags. So, here is a disadvantage that part-of-speech for morphemes are over-classified in detail and complex word types are generated depending on the purpose of the taggers. When using the part-of-speech tagger for keyword extraction in deep learning based language processing, it is not required to decompose compound particles and verb-endings. In this study, the part-of-speech tagging problem is simplified by using a Head-Tail tokenization technique that divides only two types of tokens, a lexical morpheme part and a grammatical morpheme part that the problem of excessively decomposed morpheme was solved. Part-of-speech tagging was attempted with a statistical technique and a deep learning model on the Head-Tail tokenized corpus, and the accuracy of each model was evaluated. Part-of-speech tagging was implemented by TnT tagger, a statistical-based part-of-speech tagger, and Bi-LSTM tagger, a deep learning-based part-of-speech tagger. TnT tagger and Bi-LSTM tagger were trained on the Head-Tail tokenized corpus to measure the part-of-speech tagging accuracy. As a result, it showed that the Bi-LSTM tagger performs part-of-speech tagging with a high accuracy of 99.52% compared to 97.00% for the TnT tagger.

With the development of computer vision technology, video sensors such as CCTV are detecting incident. However, most of the current incident have been detected based on existing fixed imaging equipment. Accordingly, there has been a limit to the detection of incident in shaded areas where the image range of fixed equipment is not reached. With the recent development of edge-computing technology, real-time analysis of mobile image information has become possible. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the possibility of detecting expressway emergencies by introducing computer vision technology to dash cam. To this end, annotation data was constructed based on 4,388 dash cam still frame data collected by the Korea Expressway Corporation and analyzed using the YOLO algorithm. As a result of the analysis, the prediction accuracy of all objects was over 70%, and the precision of traffic accidents was about 85%. In addition, in the case of mAP(mean Average Precision), it was 0.769, and when looking at AP(Average Precision) for each object, traffic accidents were the highest at 0.904, and debris were the lowest at 0.629.
Providing adequate amount of spatial impression for spaciousness) has been known to be one of the most important design considerations for the good acoustics of rooms for music. and the measurement, of room acoustics using parameters. such as LEF and IACC, forms an essential part of such evaluation. However. it is unavoidable to use different transducers (figure of eight microphones. head and torso) for the measurement of each parameter and it tends to make the measurement procedure complicated. The Present work tried to provide a simpler way to measure these binaural room acoustic parameters including monaural ones with a single measurement system using both spatial information collected through a 5-channel microphone and a trained neural network. A computer simulation program, CATT-Acoustic V7.2. which allowed us to obtain exactly the same spatial information as a 5-channel microphone was used. since it requires quite a large amount of data for practical training of a neural network. Since each reflection has different energy. delay and direction, energy should be integrated properly. the concept of ray tracing method was applied inversely in this work. Also applying weightings according to the delay times was considered in this work. Finally, predicted results were compared with the measured data md their correlations were analyzed and discussed.

A daily progress monitoring and further schedule management of a construction project have a significant impact on the construction manager's decision making in schedule change and controlling field operation. However, a current site monitoring method highly relies on the manually recorded daily-log book by the person in charge of the work. For this reason, it is difficult to take a detached view and sometimes human error such as omission of contents may occur. In order to resolve these problems, previous researches have developed automated site monitoring method with the object recognition-based visualization or BIM data creation. Despite of the research results along with the related technology development, there are limitations in application targeting the practical construction projects due to the constraints in the experimental methods that assume the fixed equipment at a specific location. To overcome these limitations, some smart devices carried by the field workers can be employed as a medium for data creation. Specifically, the extracted information from the site picture by object recognition technology of CNN model, and positional information by GIPS are applied to update 4D BIM data. A standard CNN model is developed and BIM data modification experiments are conducted with the collected data to validate the research suggestion. Based on the experimental results, it is confirmed that the methods and performance are applicable to the construction site management and further it is expected to contribute speedy and precise data creation with the application of automated progress monitoring methods.

Animal infectious diseases, such as avian influenza and foot and mouth disease, occur almost every year and cause huge economic and social damage to the country. In order to prevent this, the anti-quarantine authorities have tried various human and material endeavors, but the infectious diseases have continued to occur. Avian influenza is known to be developed in 1878 and it rose as a national issue due to its high lethality. Food and mouth disease is considered as most critical animal infectious disease internationally. In a nation where this disease has not been spread, food and mouth disease is recognized as economic disease or political disease because it restricts international trade by making it complex to import processed and non-processed live stock, and also quarantine is costly. In a society where whole nation is connected by zone of life, there is no way to prevent the spread of infectious disease fully. Hence, there is a need to be aware of occurrence of the disease and to take action before it is distributed. Epidemiological investigation on definite diagnosis target is implemented and measures are taken to prevent the spread of disease according to the investigation results, simultaneously with the confirmation of both human infectious disease and animal infectious disease. The foundation of epidemiological investigation is figuring out to where one has been, and whom he or she has met. In a data perspective, this can be defined as an action taken to predict the cause of disease outbreak, outbreak location, and future infection, by collecting and analyzing geographic data and relation data. Recently, an attempt has been made to develop a prediction model of infectious disease by using Big Data and deep learning technology, but there is no active research on model building studies and case reports. KT and the Ministry of Science and ICT have been carrying out big data projects since 2014 as part of national R &D projects to analyze and predict the route of livestock related vehicles. To prevent animal infectious diseases, the researchers first developed a prediction model based on a regression analysis using vehicle movement data. After that, more accurate prediction model was constructed using machine learning algorithms such as Logistic Regression, Lasso, Support Vector Machine and Random Forest. In particular, the prediction model for 2017 added the risk of diffusion to the facilities, and the performance of the model was improved by considering the hyper-parameters of the modeling in various ways. Confusion Matrix and ROC Curve show that the model constructed in 2017 is superior to the machine learning model. The difference between the2016 model and the 2017 model is that visiting information on facilities such as feed factory and slaughter house, and information on bird livestock, which was limited to chicken and duck but now expanded to goose and quail, has been used for analysis in the later model. In addition, an explanation of the results was added to help the authorities in making decisions and to establish a basis for persuading stakeholders in 2017. This study reports an animal infectious disease prevention system which is constructed on the basis of hazardous vehicle movement, farm and environment Big Data. The significance of this study is that it describes the evolution process of the prediction model using Big Data which is used in the field and the model is expected to be more complete if the form of viruses is put into consideration. This will contribute to data utilization and analysis model development in related field. In addition, we expect that the system constructed in this study will provide more preventive and effective prevention.

In order to be efficient teachers should understand the current level of leaners through diagnostic evaluation. However, it is arduous to administer a diagnostic examination in every class because of various limitations. This study examined, the major issues arising from the development of a new science diagnostic evaluation system by incorporating the using knowledge state analysis method. The proposed evaluation system was based on the knowledge state analysis method. Knowledge state analysis is a method where by a distinguished collection of knowledge uses the theory of knowledge space. The theory of knowledge space is very advantageous when analyzing knowledge in strong hierarchies like mathematics and science. It helps teaching plan through methodically analyzing a hierarchy viewpoint for students' knowledge structure. The theory can also enhance objective validity as well as support a considerable amount of data fast by using the computer. In addition, student understanding is improved through individualistic feedback. In this study, an evaluation instrument was developed that measured student learning outcome, which is unattainable from the existing method. The instrument was administered to pre-service physics teachers, and the results of student evaluation was analyzed using the theory of knowledge space. Following this, a revised diagnostic evaluation system for facilitating student individualized learning was constructed.

This study analyzed status and demand of participation in lifelong education for 218 residents of low-income class according to National Basic Livelihood Security Act. The results of the study are as follows. First, among the statuses of participation in lifelong education, the abilities to study of the low-income class were reviewed. They showed 95.3% of foreign language ability, 66.1% of ICT utilization capacity and 75.7% of computer literacy ability. And the lifelong education participation rate of low-income people was 75.7% It was considered as passive participation in education. Voluntary participation was identified and analyzed. The the actual participation rate in lifelong education was very low at 22.9%. Social participation and awareness according to participation in lifelong education was 43.3% higher than that of respondents who had no participation experience. Especially, voluntary participants showed 73.3% higher than those who did not participate. Second, as a result of analyzing lifelong education of low income class, 74.8% of the respondents answered that there is wished education program. And 50.0% of them could not participate because they did not have enough time. The programs that they wanted to participate in were the programs that could help their real lives such as home life, health and medical courses, professional qualification obtaining process, etc. This indicates that the income level plays a significant role in participation in lifelong education. As a result of analyzing the results of this study above, Korean lifelong education is emphasized and the participation rate is increasing rapidly. However, participation of low-income class in lifelong education seems low.
