인터넷 사용자들의 증가와 여러 기기들의 발달에 따라 인터넷 사용자들은 새로운 형태의 커뮤니케이션을 스스로 발전시킬 수 있었고, 이러한 흐름이 최근 UCC의 폭발적인 증가로 이어졌다. 하지만 최근까지 사용자들이 왜 자신이 스스로 노력을 들여서 UCC를 공유하는 지에 대한 명확한 설명은 부재한 상황이다. UCC공유동기는 기존에 지속적으로 연구되어 왔던 가상커뮤니티나 온라인구전활동의 참여동기를 상당부분 가지고 있으나 이들로 설명할 수 없는 새로운 참여동기를 포함하고 있는 것으로 보여진다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 UCC 공유 동기를 파악하기 위해 UCC 공유 경험이 있는 사람들을 대상으로 설문을 수행하였고, 요인분석을 통해 UCC공유동기가 '자가 창조의 즐거움', '커뮤니티에 대한 책임감', '자아표현 욕구', '타인과의 교제', '보상'의 동기로 요인화될 수 있음을 밝혀냈다. 그리고 이들 동기가 UCC 공유 의도에 어떤 영향을 주는지를 알아보았다. UCC공유의도를 양적인 측면과 질적인 측면으로 나누어, 앞에서 요인화 된 5가지 UCC동기가 각각에 어떤 영향을 주는지를 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 UCC를 공유하는 사용자들을 좀 더 이해할 수 있을 것이고, UCC를 비즈니스모델로 하는 온라인기업들에게 UCC참여 및 양질의 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 가이드를 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

A participating civilian in the policing is become very important issue and strongly encouraged since variety and intelligent crimes have occurred. Moreover, necessity of invigorates of Problem-Oriented Policing has been emphasized in Korea because the effects of the Problem-Oriented Policing in the Case-Oriented Policing had been proved. Lastly, practical use of the Third Party Policing (TPP) is a main purpose to deal with spreading of the Gated community, which controls the outside. To utilizing the Third Party Policing in Korea, several solutions are suggested such as making the manual of operation process, organizing task force team for TPP (the Third Party Policing), changing the sense of civilian and police organization and realistic way to motivating.

This article investigates the effects of prior firm founding experience, prior firm's performance, same industry matters, entrepreneurship communities or educations on subsequent firm performance. This study also explores whether same industry matters and entrepreneurship communities or educations have interaction effects between entrepreneurial experience and subsequent firm performance. The results show that prior firm founding experience and prior firm's performance have a positive effect on subsequent firm performance. The rest of variables have no significant direct effects on firm performance. However, same industry matters and entrepreneurship communities or educations have interaction effects of entrepreneurial experience on firm performance. Based on results of this empirical study, this study draws some implications that entrepreneurs can become serial entrepreneurs and experience entrepreneurial success.

Livestock epidemics, such as foot and mouth disease, are causing enormous economic losses due to their strong infectious power. Early detection of infectious diseases in livestock is very important, but it is difficult to diagnose early in individual farms, and there are frequent cases of transmission through inter-farm movement such as veterinarians and feeding vehicles. In this study, we studied the technology that enables rapid diagnosis without veterinarian farm visits and prevents further spread by automatically monitoring the body temperature of livestock using ubiquitous-based information and communication technology in the early stage of onset and sending it in real time. We have presented a technique for systematically managing livestock epidemics at the farm level, regional level, and national level by using the community mapping technique by using the remote medical treatment system linked to the automatically collected information. In this process, community mapping items for each step and stakeholders were derived for crowd sourcing based spatial information technology.

As community revitalization among local residents is currently emphasized, village regeneration projects and village culture activation projects are being promoted in various ways based on the participation of residents. Community mapping is one of the projects in which the residents of the community propose and improve the problems of the community as subjects. This community mapping draws residents's interest in the village through the process in which residents directly map the major issues in the village and makes it possible to draw the voluntary participation of the residents in deciding village plans and policies. In this study, we used community mapping to develop a safety map application for interactive communication of local residents. The developed app enables local residents to directly upload and share information on local issues and problems. In addition, the purpose is to find ways to share and improve safety related issues and problems of the village with relevant administrative agencies using the developed app.

본 연구에서는 커뮤니티와 커뮤니티의 참여자가 동적으로 생성되거나 변화되는 상황에서 개인이 생성하는 정보를 안전하게 공유하는 방법을 제공하기 위하여 ABAC(Attributed Based Access Control) 개념을 도입하였고 정보주체와 자료의 속성 확장에 유연하게 대처할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 대부분의 커뮤니티가 정보를 제공하는 주체와 정보를 참조하는 주체의 관계에 따라 정보를 참조하므로 이에 따라 사회적 관계 속성을 이용하여 권한을 관리하는 ABAC를 제시하였다. 본 논문에서는 사회적 관계 속성을 이용한 ABAC가 사용되는 GIM의 형태와 속성, 보안문제, 기존의 방법들이 분석되었으며 논문에서 제안하는 사회적관계 속성을 이용한 ABAC의 적용방법을 기술하였다.

현재 전 세계 각국은 지식 경쟁력 확보에 혈안이 되어 있으며, 우리나라는 풍부한 인터넷 인프라를 구비하여 지식 강국으로 발돋움하기 위한 충분한 토대를 마련하고 있다. 특히, 인력은 인터넷 시대의 핵심적 지식 자원으로서, 전문가 두뇌 연계 망(네트워크)의 구축과 운영을 통해 해당 분야 전문가간 협력 및 교류가 진행되면, 지식 정보의 동시 생성, 공유, 활용 체제의 확립이 가능하다 전문가 커뮤니티의 구성원은 정보의 공유와 확산에 자발적으로 기여하는 지식의 선 순환 구조를 이루게 될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 과학기술 전문가로 구성된 한민족과학기술자 네트워크(KOSEN, www.kosen21.org)를 사례로 전문가 네트워크의 역할과 특징을 살펴보고, 지식 기반 사회에서 전문가 네트워크의 발전 방향을 제안하고자 한다. KOSEN은 지식의 생성, 공유, 활용 등의 지식관리 프로세스를 지원하는 과학기술 전문가 커뮤니티이다. 향후 인적 자원 및 정보 자원의 적절한 연계를 통해 지식의 활용 측면을 더욱 확대하여 본격적인 지식 정보 활용의 장으로 거듭나야 한다. 컨텐트 가치증대를 통한 전문가 참여 확대, 전문가들간 상호 연계의 확대를 통한 소 공동체 형성, 전문가들간 상호 학습, 정보 거래 메커니즘 구축 등의 다양한 방안을 통해 보완될 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to measure the satisfaction level of user experience of athlesure brand community by generation through surveys, and to derive satisfaction level according to consumption taste by generation. As a tool for measuring brand community, a questionnaire written Creating Pleasurable Interfaces Model of Stephen P. Anderson was used and was conducted focusing on women in their 10s-40s, which are the main consumers. As a result of the survey, the community participation rate and satisfaction level are significantly different depending on the consumption tendency of each generation. In addition, focused on task satisfaction was high, but focused on experience satisfaction was relatively low. It was found that there is a need for a plan to improve satisfaction based on experience for revitalization of online and offline communities in the future. Through this study, we expect the use of consumer-centered brand communities and brand communities according to the satisfaction level of consumption demand by generation and consumption preference by demand.

e-Loyalty는 인터넷 웹사이트나 커뮤니티에 대한 충성도를 의미하며, 현재의 충성도를 의미하는 밀착도(stickiness)와 미래의 충성도를 의미하는 지속적 이용 의도로 구성된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 e-Loyalty에 영향을 미치는 주요요인으로 사용자 참여, 네트워크 효과, 사회적 영향 유용성을 선정하였다. 연구결과, 현재의 충성도인 밀착도에는 사용자 참여, 네트워크 효과, 사회적영향, 유용성이 모두 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 미래의 충성도민 지속적 사용의도에는 사용자 참여와 유용성만이 유의한 영창을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 사용자 참여가 기업의 현재 이익을 결정하는 중요한 요인이 되기도 하지만, 지속 가능할 미래의 경쟁력을 확보하는 데에도 중요하다는 것을 시사하는 것이다. 따라서 인터넷 기반의 기업은 사용자 참여를 향상시킬 방안을 적극 모색할 필요가 있다.

본 연구는 방재디자인에서 가장 중요한 부분인 경감, 예방디자인 분야에서 재난을 예방하고 위험요소를 제거할 수 있는 사용자가 참여하는 인포그래픽에 관한 연구이다. 최근 스마트폰, 태블릿 PC 등의 새로운 플랫폼의 등장으로 더욱 인터랙티브해지고 파워풀한 인포그래픽이 제작되고 있으며 사용자의 요구 또한 다양화, 개성화되고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해서는 전문가의 직관과 경험을 통한 과거의 설계방법만으로는 최선을 길을 찾을 수 없기 때문에 사용자 참여의 디자인 방법론이 요구된다. 참여디자인은 모든 구성원이 자기가 알고 있는 환경 부분을 만들어 가는 커뮤니티 활동을 통해 이런 목적을 달성할 수 있다. 또한 참여를 통한 인포그래픽은 디자이너들은 과거의 획일화된 해결책을 개혁할 수 있으며 참여문화를 번창시키고 우리를 둘러싼 인적재난을 막기 위한 창조적인 결과물을 만들 수 있다.
