The purpose of this research is to prepare fundamental data which will help the proposal for future a small size housing's plan and direction by looking into customers needs of community space and service for personal household because the personal household demand of the housing market is expected to be the most importance. To accomplish this, 150 people of age range from 20 to 30 who lives alone in Seoul has been surveyed from November 15th to 25th 20008. Also the socio-demographic characteristic, satisfaction of housing life, living characteristic and etc. of young people have been examined.

파주시는 헤이리 예술인마을과 대규모 출판단지인 파주출판도시를 성공적으로 조성하여 세계적인 명성을 얻고 있는 건축 도시이다. 특히 "국내 건축의 흐름을 보려면 파주를 가보라"는 말이 나올 정도로, 파주는 우수한 건축물을 양산하는 지역이 되고 있다. 헤이리 예술인마을은 "예술인들이 꿈꾸는 지상에서 가장 아름다운 마을"을 기치로 하여 15만평의 부지에 주거와 미술관, 박물관, 공연장들이 어우러진 자연친화적인 마을이며, 파주출판도시는 "인간성 회복을 위한 공간의 창조" 라는 주제로 출판과 건축의 만남을 시도한 실험적이고 창조적인 출판 공동체이다. 이 두 커뮤니티는 건축이 중심이 되어 파주시의 도시 브랜드 가치를 높였으며, 또한 문화 아이콘으로서의 파주시를 전국적으로 널리 홍보하는 효과를 가져왔다. 이 두 커뮤니티를 관광하기 위하여 연중 많은 외지의 관광객들과 여행객들이 방문을 하고 있으며, 건축적인 가치가 실질적인 경제적 효과를 발생시킨다는 사실을 우리에게 보여주고 있다. 본지는 건축도시로서의 파주시의 시정을 이끌고 있는 이인재 파주시장을 만나 도시발전을 위한 계획과 건축행정 등에 대한 이야기를 들어보았다.

Recently designed residence complexes, there is an increasing interest in qualitative and quantitative improvement of not only the primary function of the residence, but also the community facilities designed for the convenience and welfare of its residents. Among such community facilities, an apartment's playground for children still remains in a traditional form and lacks the versatility required to satisfy the needs and interests of modern children, especially an age diverse child population. Therefore, this study intends to analyze the status of children's play facilities as community spaces, analyze the community's satisfaction with them, and suggest alternatives to the limited functions of children's play facilities in order to improve opportunities for neighbors to meet and build a stronger community.

본 연구는 지역사회의 노인 가운데 지역사회에서 홀로 살아가는 남성 저소득노인의 일상생활경험을 토대로 복지욕구를 파악하기 위한 양적 질적 통합연구로서, 65세 이상의 연구 대상자의 삶에 대한 경험분석을 통하여 남성노인의 삶과 욕구충족을 위한 복지정책과 서비스 방안을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 질적 자료 분석을 위한 연구방법으로는 중심주제 분석을 활용, 남성노인들의 생애사를 종단 분석하였으며, 남성독거노인의 경험은 다양한 개인의 특성을 반영한 인생이 담겨있었다. 따라서, 실질적인 남성독거노인의 사회적 관계망 확대, 남성노인 지원정책의 로드맵 재조정, 사회적 연결감을 위한 조직적 지역 네트워크 구축, 고령친화 커뮤니티인프라 구축방안을 국가와 민간이 협력적이고 융복합적인 대책으로서 강구해야 할 것이다.

The Purpose of this study was to enhancing sustainable participation of community gardeners by comparing general apartment complex with public lease apartment complex by drawing indices for quantitative research. This research carried out interviews and statistical research with 319. The results revealed statistically difference between 2 types of apartment, and satisfactions and intention of continuous participation is also different from each sustainable in participating in community garden are also different from each type. Overall, however, participation of female citizens, public assistance, area of plot, and effectiveness of exchange can enhance participants' continuous participation.

This study was carried out to contribute to the self-help and sustainability of grassroots business in Gangwon-do. To achieve this, after setting up the concept of community business, understanding the current designating status of community business and analyzing the business content and the business promotion system, I tried to analyze the continuing factors of businesses and shops, which are more than hundred years old, in Japan and seek a solution to the sustainability of community business in the province. The community business in the province, which is designated and operated, is like this; 86 preliminary social businesses, 62 town businesses, 38 social businesses. The total comes to 186. The preliminary social businesses and the social businesses are assigned more in urban area and the manufacturing sector and educational field have a lot of business contents. When it comes to the business promotion system, there are many incorporated companies and limited companies. While the town businesses are assigned more in county area, the agricultural food field and cultural world have a lot of business contents. When it comes to the main participant of business, the agricultural corporations took the first place overwhelmingly. Especially, I found out that the main participants of community business consist of 38 voluntary associations, which is 20.4 %, and we need to make up for the specialty deficiency in business management. In order to keep the continuity of community business in the province, we could achieve the results of manpower development through the case analysis research, securing good materials which can give the consumers confidence, increasing the quality of the products, maintaining high technical skills, keeping up the tradition of business and demanding forecasting. I think a successive research efforts will be required for securing good materials and increasing the quality of the products in tandem with the local community. And also we need to establish a supporting & operating system through the liaison between the business & academic world, business & administration, and business & business for securing a management specialty as an industrialist.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze a process of formation of an ethnic community in the global era, taking an example of foreign workers in Igok-Dong, Dalseo-gu, Taegu. Previous studies suggest that playing a role as a hub of culture, resources and ethnic networks an ethnic community becomes an imagined space where its members can feel "us". Through this imagined space, ethnic people communicate and exchange information with each other and establish transnational linkages between their origin and destination countries or the third countries. In my research in Igok-Dong it was observed that ethnic shops had become the centers of the community of foreign workers and helped them connect with their own ethnic people from wider areas than their residence. Partly because of such networks exclusively focused on their own ethnics, there was little connection developed between foreign workers and locals. A social distance between the two parties may turn into antagonism as the ethnic community grows in number. Since it is foreseen that demands for foreign workers will continue to rise in Igok-Dong it is necessary to seek ways to achieve a more inclusive and harmonious multi-ethnic society for both foreign workers and locals.

This study conducted both big data and netnography analysis to analyze consumer needs and behaviors of online consumer community. Big data analysis is easy to identify correlations, but causality is difficult to identify. To overcome this limitation, we used netnography analysis together. The netnography methodology is excellent for context grasping. However, there is a limit in that it is time and costly to analyze a large amount of data accumulated for a long time. Therefore, in this study, we searched for patterns of overall data through big data analysis and discovered outliers that require netnography analysis, and then performed netnography analysis only before and after outliers. As a result of analysis, the cause of the phenomenon shown through big data analysis could be explained through netnography analysis. In addition, it was able to identify the internal structural changes of the community, which are not easily revealed by big data analysis. Therefore, this study was able to effectively explain much of online consumer behavior that was difficult to understand as well as contextual semantics from the unstructured data missed by big data. The big data-netnography integrated model proposed in this study can be used as a good tool to discover new consumer needs in the online environment.

학교 현장에서의 컴퓨터 교육은 여전히 시범실습위주로 이루어지고 있으며. 초등학교 컴퓨터 교육에서 많은 비중을 차지하는 소프트웨어 교육은 더욱 그러하다. 소프트웨어는 끊임없이 개발되거나 업그레이드 되고 있어 가르쳐야 할 내용이 많아져 새로운 학습방법이 필요하다. 즉 문제사태에서 필요한 기능을 찾아 스스로 문제를 해결하고 다른 응용소프트웨어에 전이 및 파지할 수 있는 능력을 길러주는 학습방법이 필요하다. 그 방법 중의 하나가 구성주의 학습 원리에 부합한 문제중심학습이며 학습의 효과를 높이기 위해서 온라인과 오프라인학습의 장점을 혼합한 B-러닝 방법이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 응용소프트웨어의 적응력을 향상시키기 위해 한글 워드프로세서 학습내용을 학습자의 수준에 맞게 문제중심으로 재구성하고 온라인 학습을 위해 학급커뮤니티를 설계 및 구현하였다. 그리고 문제중심의 B-러닝에 적합한 학습모형을 설계하여 제시하였다. 문제중심의 B-러닝은 구성주의 학습 원리에 적합한 실생활의 문제를 학습내용으로 하고 면대면 교실수업의 장점과 온라인 학습의 장점을 혼합하여 자기주도적으로 탐구학습을 하는 것이므로 응용소프트웨어의 적응력은 향상될 것으로 기대한다.

During the 1990s, policy was put in place to create resting spaces in rural areas. This policy was associated with a government project to improve the rural residence environment and it attracted attention to outdoor spaces in rural areas. Many communities have gradually disappeared in rural areas but previous studies suggested that legally protected trees might provide resting and cultural spaces in a given rural community. The rural residential environment can be improved by legally protected trees and by doing so, these resources may then help to sustain many rural communities. Therefore, the creation of resting spaces or mini-parks created around trees that are protected by in rural communities should be considered. The value of trees that are protected by law can differ depending on the status of the trees or the surroundings. Nevertheless, there has not been systemic research regarding legally-protected trees in terms of rural communities. This study aims at evaluating the potential of these trees and at analyzing how these trees can be useful in the creation of community spaces in rural areas. The findings can be helpful in providing foundation data for creating these types of community spaces. Forty legally protected trees in Gimchon City were selected for this study. Nine items were used to evaluate the potential of the trees for creating community spaces. These items could be classified into five factors including accessibility, relation to public facilities, environment and safety, symbolism, and ease for creating community spaces. The potential of the legally protected trees was evaluated by 5-point Likert Scales in a given item. The overall potential was evaluated by the sum of individual item scores. Specifically, trees with over 20 points (max. 25 points) could be considered high potential. According to the empirical findings, the portion of legally protected trees with high potential is five percent (No.7 and No.12 trees). Therefore, the priority is to protect or use the trees for the creation of community spaces that can help make a better residential environment for rural communities.
