The purpose of this study is to investigate the method on improving the frequency of use and satisfaction rate of the community facilities and to evaluate relation between improving the frequency of use and satisfaction rate of the community facilities and improving the sense of community in apartments. The research subjects of this study is the four public lease apartments which is built around same period with same design guide. The survey method is a questionnaire survey, a experimental study, focus group interview, an analysing drawing. The result of study is as follows. The first, the frequency of use and satisfaction rate have been effected by the operation management system as well as the physical circumstance. The second, The frequency of use and satisfaction rate of the community facilities have had positive correlation with sense of community. The third, multimedia room and conference room with low usability need to change a multipurpose space such as cafe, classroom for learning on artistic topic with high demand from occupant. Finally, a mindset shift is required for architects to inspire community facilities as an important mediated space improving the sense of community by suggesting spaces for leisure and hobby activities.

현재 중국의 도시 공간은 점진적인 개발에서 재고 변형으로 점차 변화하고 있다. 도시 공동체의 계획 개발 목표도 물질적 공간 건설에서 인문 사회의 지속 가능한 발전 방향으로 전환되었다. 현재 주거생활에 중점을 둔 단일 위도의 지역사회 계획 및 건설은 지역사회 생활 생산의 다차원적 요소를 간과하여 지역사회 간의 냉담한 관계, 인간과 환경 간의 관계 형성 어려움 등 많은 문제를 초래한다. 따라서 이 글은 지역사회의 시공간적 연속적 통일에서 지역사회의 사회성을 재인식하고, 지역사회의 중앙과 민간의 여양 명확히 하며, 일상생활의 시작점으로 하여 지역사회의 역동적인 조성 방법과 방법을 재탐색한다.

This study aims to understand the current state of a community project in Seoul and to determine a revitalization plan for community projects of inhabitants initiative. Regarding the research methods, 10 apartments that participated in this activation project in Seoul were selected, 31 residents who participated in community activities were surveyed, and 20 community planners in Seoul were surveyed. The results indicate that community leaders are the most important factor in community programs. community leaders must be able to promote participation and a spirit of service; they must also be capable of managing and implementing programs. To ensure that local community resources are utilized and integrated, it was shown that consultation and human resources are of the highest necessity. Moreover, regarding community education, it was shown that for providing general opportunities and means by which community activities may be implemented, program information and space applications are crucial. Furthermore, financial support and support for public relations activities from the government are necessary. To activate apartment communities, first, community education programs for residents must be provided. Second, a system that facilitates access to and sharing of resources from areas outside the community must be established. Third, financial support should be consistent to support community activities. Finally, the promotion of community vitalization at the government level is necessary.

본 연구에서는 대구시 달서구 미곡동이라는 대도시의 일각에서 나타나는 세계화의 단면을 외국인 노동자들의 밀집거주지역에서 형성되는 에스닉 커뮤니티를 통하여 분석하고 있다. 선행연구에서 제시하는 바와 같이, 에스닉 커뮤니티는 문화와 자본, 에스닉 네트워크의 결절점으로서의 역할을 담당함으로서 에스닉 구성원들에게 있어서는 '우리라는 의식'을 공유하는 상징적인 공간으로서의 존재가 된다. 그리고 그러한 공간을 통하여 구성원간의 만남과 정보의 교환이 이루어지게 되며, 사회적 네트워크는 국경을 초월하여 모국이나 제3국까지 확산되어간다. 이곡동에서는 에스닉 상점이 커뮤니티의 중심적인 역할을 담당하여 구성원들이 하나의 공동체로서 자신들의 네트워크를 확산시켜나갈 수 있도록 하고 있었다. 하지만 그러한 네트워크는 자신들의 에스닉 집단에만 지나치게 초점이 맞추어져 있었기 때문에 아직까지도 외국인들과 지역주민과의 공감대는 형성되지 않고 있었다. 외국인노동자는 앞으로도 더욱 증가하게 될 것이며, 연구지역에서의 에스닉 커뮤니티화도 더욱 급속하게 진행될 것이라 예상되는 가운데 보다 공생이 가능한 다민족사회의 실현을 위한 방안이 검토되지 않으면 안 된다.

마을기업은 지역사회와 지역경제를 활성화하기 위한 공익성과 수익성을 동시에 추구하는 사업방식이면서 지역주민이 주체가 되어 지역자원을 활용하는 공동체 회복을 위한 대안적 노력의 한 형태이다. 이처럼 사회적 가치를 지향하면서도 영리기업의 특성을 함께 가진 마을기업은 자신의 삶에 대한 궁극적인 의미를 가지고, 마을기업의 일을 통해 삶의 의미와 목적을 찾으며, 동료들과 함께 있다는 심리적 정서 즉 공동체 의식이 마을기업에서 중요하다. 이러한 일터에서의 영성은 일반기업에서도 중요하지만 사회적 가치를 가지고 지역과 사회의 문제를 해결하는 목적으로 지역의 공동체를 형성하여, 비즈니스 형태로 해결하려는 마을기업에서도 중요하다 할 수 있다. 오늘날 급격한 경영환경의 변화와 사회적 역동성의 중심에서 개인과 조직의 문제 해결 방법을 제공해 줄 수 있는 대안 중의 하나가 일터영성이다. 일터영성은 만족, 몰입, 헌신, 조직시민행동에 이로울 뿐 아니라, 조직의 성과에 긍정적인 영향력을 발휘한다. 대부분 일반기업을 대상으로 이루어진 기존 일터영성 연구에서 연구 범위와 대상을 확대하여 마을기업에서의 일터영성 효과를 실증 분석하여 마을기업의 발전에 기여코자 한다. 분석결과, 마을기업과 일반기업 모두 동일하게 일터영성은 직무만족, 조직시민행동에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 직무만족은 조직시민행동에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 직무만족은 일터영성과 조직시민행동 간의 관계를 매개하였다. 또한, 마을기업에서의 일터영성은 일반기업과 차이가 있었는데, 마을기업에서 일터영성의 계수와 영향력이 더 높게 나타났다. 일터영성이 영리를 우선으로 추구하는 일반 기업에서도 중요하지만 마을기업에 더 중요하다 할 수 있다. 마을기업을 통한 일의 소명의식, 자신에 대한 내면의식, 타인에 대한 공감의식, 조직에 대한 공동체 의식, 자신을 넘어서는 초월의식인 일터영성은 마을기업 내 촉진되고 정착될 필요성이 있다.

This study intends to find a solution through the activation of community business as a business as a business model of the creation of real satisfaction for the region's residence. In this study focuses on finding out how community building project, which is recently emerging as a new paradigm of regional development. In the past, we have lived community units, but nowadays many communities have been destroyed by the capitalization and the urbanization even in the rural area. This report studies essential elements needed for successful 'Rural Community Business' through case studies of 'Dandelion Village' in Gyoengsangnamdo. In order to do so, we analyzed this villages according to a theoretical 'Sustainable Community Business Model.' We constructed successful business model of 'Rural Community Business' based on six groups - 'Community Leader,' 'Teamwork,' 'Sustainable Population Influx,' 'Sustainable Voluntary Participations of Community Members,' and 'Sustainable Networking.

"SH공사(서울주택도시공사)가 내년 1월부터 '청신호 건축사'라는 이름으로 전문가 인력풀(Pool)을 운영하고, 매입임대를 늘려 신축 리모델링에서 역할을 할 수 있도록 제도화할 계획입니다. 그동안 SH공사가 '주거복지'에 주력해 왔는데, 인공지능과 빅데이터 등을 결합해 앞으로는 한 단계 발전한 '공간복지'로 정책기조를 확대하려 합니다. 이 일을 수행키 위해서 도시설계가, 조경가도 투입될 것입니다." 김세용 SH공사 사장은 최근 서울시 강남구 개포로 SH공사 사옥에서 본지와 인터뷰를 하고, '디자인건축'을 표방한 '청신호 건축사' 전문가인력풀(Pool)을 운영하겠다고 밝혔다. SH공사는 20 30대 청년과 신혼부부에게 공급하는 임대주택에는 내년부터 '청신호'라는 자체 브랜드를 적용한다. 올 1월 취임한 김세용 SH공사 사장은 서울시의 캠퍼스타운조성 시범사업을 총괄 지휘한 바 있다. 이 같은 경험을 토대로 ▲ SH공사 브랜드 가치 제고 ▲ 주택품질 개선 ▲ 임대주택사업 추진 방식 다양화 등을 위한 사업들을 이끌고 있는데, 특히 기존에는 단순히 주거기능만 제공하던 공공아파트를 공동체 생활기능이 접목된 커뮤니티로 발전시키는 '공간복지'를 강화하는데 역량을 집중하고 있다.

본 연구는 메타버스 플랫폼에서 사용자 커뮤니티 형성에 몰입과 재미를 추구하는 방법으로 로제 카유아의 놀이이론을 바탕으로 지속적인 사용자 유입과 서로간의 상호관계 형성의 유의한 특성을 살펴보았다. 가상공간 사회에서 아바타를 통한 역할놀이로 자신의 다양한 모습을 표현할 수 있고 서로 자유로운 경쟁, 때로는 게임과 같은 규칙이 설정된 곳에서 경쟁하며 스릴을 즐길 수 있다. 또한 현실과 비슷한 운에 기대어 확률 뽑기를 하면서 충분히 놀이를 만끽하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 로제 카유아의 놀이이론과 메타버스에서 공동체가 형성되는 과정에 재미를 유도하는 놀이적 특성을 비교하여 새로운 콘텐츠를 찾는 연구방향을 제시하는 것을 목표로 한다.

Purpose: With particular focus on the analysis of elderly community space in local communities, this study aims to propose policies and points to consider in the planning and management of community space that can encourage the elderly to actively participate in community activities. Methods: The study explores five different Japanese community spaces that have been utilized as platforms for intergenerational interactions; the research was carried out by literature review, field work and interviews. Results: The results are as follows. First, the planning of the community space for the elderly must be combined with the space that the locals often use. Community space should not be seen as a place for a specific generation, but for everyone to interact with each other at any time; hence it must be fostered to be accessible for anyone regardless of age. Second, community space for the elderly requires to be planned as an accessible place for everyone such as cafes and restaurants. The adjacent areas require social infrastructure like libraries and public baths which are frequently used by people from various age groups. Third, in order to spark off the intergenerational community space as the stronghold of local communities, it needs to be a place where the elderly is given sufficient role and meaning as a member of the community. To achieve this, it is essential to support the locals to take active measures in creating job opportunities for the elderly and the disabled, and to develop voluntary self-sufficiency and volunteering programs.

21세기로 접어들면서 사회와 문화의 흐름은 자기 스스로 경험하고 즐기고 체험을 하는 단지 보고 즐기는 것에서 자신이 직접 경험하고 행위의 주체 자가 되는 문화현상으로 나타나고 있다. 이러한 흐름은 2010년부터 활성화되고 있는 커뮤니티 댄스(Community Dance)로 나타났다. 커뮤니티 댄스는 누구나 대상이 될 수 있으며 모임의 특성과 연령에 따라 아동 무용, 성인 무용, 노인무용으로 나뉠 수 있어 다양한 연령대로 활동 할 수 있다. 또한 미취학 아동부터 노인에 이르기까지 연령대별로 모임에서 성별, 인종, 종교에 관계없이 건강을 증진하거나 표현의 욕구를 충족하고 체력을 향상시킬 수 있는 모든 사람의 행복과 자아 성취를 위한 모든 종류의 춤을 말한다. 모든 사람들이 각자의 여가시간을 활용하여 자발적으로 즐겁게 참여하는 무용 활동으로 체험을 통한 춤이라는 비언어적 특징이 세대 간의 공감대와 소통을 이루며 삶의 질 향상에 도움을 줄 수 있다. 커뮤니티 댄스는 평생교육을 통해 사회학습으로의 확장성을 가져오며 전문가들이 일반인들을 대상으로 함께 진행하는 자발적인 공동체 모임이다. 커뮤니티 댄스의 정의는 누구나 개인의 일상생활을 풍요롭게 하고 사회적으로 공동체의식을 높여 밝은 사회를 만들며, 개개인에게는 건강증진과 미적 교육의 목표를 이루는 신체활동의 총체라고 할 수 있다. 또한 창의성의 의미를 자기표현으로서의 몸과 창의성에서 무용체험은 참여자가 참여 과정에서 경험하는 긍정적인 심리체험과 일상에 미친 영향력을 탐색해 행복 관점을 투영하여 커뮤니티 댄스의 효과로 나타나고 있으며 참여자들은 춤 문화를 향유를 위해 지금까지 온라인 오프라인을 통해 지속적인 네트워킹을 하고 있다. 커뮤니티 댄스의 붐이 불기 시작하면서 10년간 다양한 분야로 연구가 진행되었지만 실질적인 프로그램의 방법론은 미비하여 국내에서 진행한 커뮤니티 댄스 사례를 조사하여 펠든크라이스 기법(Feldenkrais Method)을 제시하여 향 후 국내 커뮤니티 댄스에 필요한 방법론으로 자리 잡아 문화 소외계층과 활용될 수 있기를 기대하며 무용의 신체 기능적 측면의 향상과 심리적 안정감을 줄 수 있는 교육적 효과와 예술가들의 안무 창작법의 일환으로 활용될 수 있으리라 사료된다.
