조미식품과 관련된 용어로서는 양념, 조미료, 등이 있고 영어로는 Seasonings, Flavorings, Condiments, Spice등이 있다. 사전적인 의미에서 약간의 차이가 있을지 몰라도 조미식품이란 직접 음용하는 일은 드물고 주로 다른 식품의 풍미를 증진시키는데 이용되는 모든 식품을 말하며 일반사전에는 없는 일종의 '합성어'이다. 따라서 한마디로 정의하기 어렵고 다른 식품과의 구분도 애매한 편이다. 우리나라 표준산업 분류에는 조미식품 제조업이란 분류는 없다. 한편, 식품공전에서는 조미식품을 "식 등의 풍미를 돋우기 위한 목적으로 사용되는 장류, 시초, 소스류, 토마토 케첩, 카레, 고춘가로 및 실고추 향신료가공품, 드레싱, 복합조미식품, 향미유 등의 제품을 말한다"고 정의되어 있다. 이 중 장류에는 간장, 된장, 고추장, 춘장, 청국장 등이 포함되며, 소스류에는 우스타소스 등 서양풍 소스는 물론이고 불고기양념등과 같은 우리의 전통양념류를 포함한다. 우리나라 경우 드레싱보다는 마요네즈가 먼저 소개되어 현재 생산량이나 소비량에서 압도적으로 우위에 있기 때문에 마요네즈가 널리 알려져 있으나, 마요네즈는 샐러드드레싱, 프렌치드레싱 등과 마찬가지로 드레싱의 일종으로 보는게 타당하다. "소스"라는 말도 넓은 의미에서는 조미식품 의 대부분을 포함하며, 좁은 의미로는 현재 식품공전에서 말하는 제품류들이다. 이처럼 조미식품이라 하면 시초, 토마토 케첩 및 소스류, 마요네즈 및 드레싱류, 카레 및 천연향신료 등을 포함하는 좁은 의미를 뜻하는 경우가 많다. 본문은 이중에서 천연향신료를 중심으로 그 원료소재에 따른 기능별 효과를 다루고자 한다.

A diagnosis system that provides early warnings regarding machine malfunction is very important for rolling mill so as to avoid great losses resulting from unexpected shutdown of the production line. But it is very difficult to provide early warnings in rolling mill. Because dynamics of rolling mill is non-linear. This paper shows a chaotic behaviour of vibration signal in rolling mill using embedding method. Not only phase plane and Poincare map are implemented but also FFT and histogram of vibration signal in rolling mill is presented by embedding method.

지난 30년 동안 수학계는 순수수학과 응용수학, 두 분야 모두에서 괄목할 만한 발전을 이룩하였다. 순수수학 분야에서는 무엇보다도 먼저 정수론, 더 나아가서는 수학의 모든 분야에서 가장 오래된(360년) 미해결 문제의 하나인 페르마의 마지막 정리가 증명되었다. 또 위상수학분야의 가장 큰 미해결문제인 푸앙카레 예상이 2006년도에 증명되었다. 응용수학 분야에서는 CT 스캔 등 여러 의료 분야에도 수학이 깊숙이 관계되고 있지만. 특히 암호학에서 괄목할 만한 발전을 이루어 요즘 전자상거래, 특히 신용카드를 사용할 때 이용되는 암호기술, 공개키 RSA 방법이 중요하게 쓰이고 있다.

Engineers must be aware of possible sources of chaotic behavior. They may render conventional design predictions untrustworthy and potentially unsafe because of the sensitivity to initial conditions. Dynamic responses of a spherical shell subjected to impulsive loading which act on the center are analyzed using the finite element method. The chaotic responses are identified by the standard methods, such as displacement-time histories, Poincare maps, and phase diagrams. The responses are chaotic, but, not so sensitive to the initial conditions, and the characteristics of responses are not changed with time, in contrast to the case of the responses of beam. The Poincare points scattered in the limited area represent that the responses are chaotic, but do not show the geometric structures. The snap-through phenomena of the shell to the side of the direction of the load or of the opposite direction, is analysed by using the energy diagram.

This study was conducted to determine the effects of stamping and roasting treatment on change of volatile flavor components in curry powder aged for 6th month at $37^{\circ}C$. Volatile flavor components were collected by simultaneous distillation extraction method. Essential oils were analyzed by gas chromatography(GC) and combined gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). Aged curry powder contained large amounts of terpene hydrocarbones, terpene alchols and aromatic ether compounds. By stamping and roasting treatment, the peak area generally increased until 15min. at $70^{\circ}C$, whereas, that of peak decreased after 20 min. at $80^{\circ}C$, respectably.

Today, it is necessary to calculate orbits with high accuracy in space flight. The key words of Poincar$\acute{e}$ in celestial mechanics are periodic solutions, invariant integrals, asymptotic solutions, characteristic exponents and the non existence of new single-valued integrals. Poincar$\acute{e}$ define an invariant integral of the system as the form which maintains a constant value at all time $t$, where the integration is taken over the arc of a curve and $Y_i$ are some functions of $x$, and extend 2 dimension and 3 dimension. Eigenvalues are classified as the form of trajectories, as corresponding to nodes, foci, saddle points and center. In periodic solutions, the stability of periodic solutions is dependent on the properties of their characteristic exponents. Poincar$\acute{e}$ called bifurcation that is the possibility of existence of chaotic orbit in planetary motion. Existence of near exceptional trajectories as Hadamard's accounts, says that there are probabilistic orbits. In this context we study the eigenvalue problem in early 20th century in three body problem by analyzing the works of Darwin, Bruns, Gyld$\acute{e}$n, Sundman, Hill, Lyapunov, Birkhoff, Painlev$\acute{e}$ and Hadamard.

아프리카 동남쪽에 있는 마다가스카르섬에서도 800km나 떨어진 곳에는 레위니옹이라는 섬이 있다. 인구 70만명인 작은 섬 인근 해역에 2000년에 발견된 인도양 열수 지역이 있다. 이른 바 '활동중인 해저화산' 이다. 카레이 필드(Kairei field)로 이름 지어진 이곳의 수많은 열수 굴뚝에서는 활화산이 뿜어내는 검은 연기가 뭉게뭉게 솟아오르고 열수 굴뚝에서는 수많은 심해 생물들이 뒤엉켜 살고 있었다.
