  • This study attempted to examine the effects on sensory characteristics and texture of Kyongdan in various volume of adding water and number of kneading in the preparation of Kyongdan. Evaluation was conducted through sensory evaluation and objective evaluation. The results were summarized as follows. 1. In sensory evaluation on the various volume of water and unmber of kneading, the most favorite tendency on the overall guality was at the 25% addition water and over 50 times kneading with glutious rice powder. 2. This condition corresponded to the low level of hardness, gumminess, chewiness and the high level of springiness and cohesiveness in comparison with Instron measurement.

  • 최근 기후변화로 인해 매년 집중호우 및 태풍으로 인한 침수피해가 증가하고 있다. 현재 국내에서는 이러한 피해를 줄이기 위해 구조적 대책뿐만 아니라 치수사업의 의사결정을 지원할 수 있는 비구조적 대책들이 대두되고 있다. 비구조적 대책으로는 재해예방사업 등에서 투자우선순위를 결정할 수 있는 다차원법, 홍수취약성지수 등과 같은 정량적, 정성적 홍수위험도 평가가 대표적이다. 하지만 기존 시군구별 홍수위험도 평가는 빈도별 홍수위험지도의 침수면적을 반영하지 않았었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 서울특별시를 대상으로 빈도별(50, 80, 100 및 200년) 설계홍수량에 따른 홍수위험지도를 작성하고 IBA(Indicator Based Assessment) 방법을 활용한 홍수위험도 평가를 실시하였다. 홍수위험지수는 4가지 항목(Hazard, Exposure, Vulnerability 및 Capacity)과 8개의 세부지표로 구성하였다. 분석결과, 송파구와 성동구는 100년 빈도, 용산구와 강남구는 80년 빈도와 100년 빈도에서 홍수위험지수의 순위 변동이 관측되었다. 순위 변동이 발생한 주요 원인으로는 홍수위험도 평가에 반영된 Exposure 및 Vulnerability 항목에 포함된 세부지표별 지수가 시군구 내 빈도별 침수면적이 변화함에 따라 증가 혹은 감소했기 때문이었다. 본 연구를 활용하면 빈도별 침수면적 변화에 따른 시군구별 홍수위험도를 파악할 수 있으며, 그에 따른 예방책 또한 마련할 수 있을 것이다. 그리고 공간분석을 통해 도출된 통계지도를 활용하여 홍수위험에 직접적으로 노출된 건물 및 인구 밀집지역을 파악하고, 해당 지역을 대상으로 치수사업을 전개할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • 최근 기록적인 집중호우와 태풍으로 인해 홍수의 피해가 점점 증가하고 있다. FLUMEN과 같은 홍수범람 해석 모형을 이용한 비구조적인 홍수대책들은 홍수 피해를 확실히 경감시켜줄 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 FLUMEN 모형의 적용성을 검토하여 홍수피해 저감방안을 제시하였다. 천수방정식을 지배방정식으로 하고 유한체적법에 기반을 둔 이 모형을 대상유역으로 진위천 구간을 선정하여 적용하였다. 1998년 8월 7일${\sim}$9일에 발생했던 실제 강우사상으로 적용성을 검토하였으며, 침수실적도와 모의범람면적을 비교하였을 때 미미한 차이를 보였다. 적용성 검증 후, 빈도별 홍수범람 모의를 실시하였으며, 200년 빈도의 홍수량에 대하여 2가지 경감대책(제방의 보축, 상류 유입부 천변저류지)에 대하여 범람모의 하였다.

This condition corresponded to the low level of hardness, adhesiveness, gumminess, chewiness and high level of springiness in compa-rison with Instron measurement. In summary the most favorite factor is 12 hours soaking time, 25% adding water (hot water), 1∼1.5% adding salt, over 50 times kneading.

  • Economic analysis is a basic step in establishing disaster mitigation measures, but it is difficult to verify the results due to uncertainty. Therefore, the scope of investigation and analysis is wide. However, it is difficult to predict the amount of damage caused by flooding because the collection of relevant data is limited in the ungauged basin. In this study, distributed runoff analysis and flooding analysis were performed, and a method of estimating the amount of flood damage in the ungauged basin was proposed using collectible social and economic indicators and flood analysis results. For distributed runoff analysis and flooding analysis, GRM (Grid based Rainfall-runoff Model) and G2D (Grid based 2-Dimensional land surface flood model) developed by Korea Institute of Civil engineering and Building Technology were used. The method of substituting collectible social and economic indicators into the simple method and improvement method was used to estimate the amount of flood damage. As a result of the study, it was possible to estimate the amount of flood damage using satellite data and social and economic indicators in the ungauged basin.

  • Flood is one of the most frequent natural disasters worldwide. In Korea, the probability of urban flooding is greatly increasing due to complex factors such as global warming, an increase in impervious areas, and limitations in expanding water supply facilities in existing urban areas. However, large-scale civil engineering works to prevent urban inundation are socially and economically difficult to obtain national consent. Recently the importance of resilience, which is the ability to return to the original state after a disaster through rapid recovery while preparing for natural disasters to a level that the local community can afford socially and economically, is increasing. Accordingly, various studies on urban resilience have been conducted, but the resilience measurement method related to the lifeline that provides essential services of the city is insufficient. However, among lifelines, road networks are important facilities for the transportation of recovery resources and rapid recovery in the event of a natural disaster, so road networks are a major factor that must be considered when measuring the degree of recovery of a city in the field of natural disasters. Therefore, this study proposes a recovery evaluation method considering the characteristics of resilience and road networks in the urban flooding field and analyzes the effect of road networks on urban resilience.

  • Kyongdan is a kind of Korean rice cake made from glutinous rice powder. This study attempted to clarify the factors which affect the textural characteristics, and to examine the effects on sensory characteristics and texture of Kyongdan in various soaking time, temperature and volume of adding water in the preparation of Kyongdan. Evaluation was conducted through sensory evaluation and objective evaluation. The degree of gelatinization in various storage time and temperature were evaluated by $\beta$-amylase digestibility. The results were summarized as follows. 1. In preparation, the significant factors were the temperature and volume of water, number of kneading, condition of powder, and the relationships between soaking time and temperature of water and between volume and temperature of water and between volume of water and number of kneading and between volume of water and salt. 2. In sensory evaluation on the various soaking time and temperature and volume of water, the most favorite tendency on the overall quality was at the addition level of hot water of 25% with glutinous rice powder made by soaking for 12 hours. This condition corresponded to the low level of hardness, gumminess, chewiness and the high level of springiness and cohesiveness in comparision with Instron measurement. 3. The degree of gelatinization were decreased rapidly during two days of storage. In storage temperature, Kyongdan which was stored at $0^{\circ}C$, showed the most low level of the degree of gelatinization at the same storage time.

  • 홍수범람은 무제부에서의 하천수위 상승으로 인해 제내로 서서히 침수해가는 것과 월류로 인한 제방의 파괴를 동반하는 급격한 범람의 두 가지 형태가 있다. 기존연구들은 대부분이 월류에 의한 제방붕괴를 고려할 경우, 제방붕괴가 점진적으로 발생함에도 불구하고 이를 수치모형에 적용할 경우 갑작스럽게 지형을 낮추거나 초기지형으로써 제방붕괴를 가정하여 이를 고려해왔다. 본 연구에서는 제방붕괴를 시간의존적인 함수로 가정하고 이를 고려할 수 있는 서브프로그램의 개발을 통해 기존의 방법과 비교하여 그 영향을 검토하였다. 본 연구에 사용된 수치모형은 비선형의 2차원 천수방정식을 비구조적 격자계가 적용된 유한체적법을 이용하였으며, Riemann 해를 계산하기 위하여 approximate HLLC Riemann solver를 이용하였다. 기연구된 제방붕괴 고려방법과 본 연구의 시간의존적인 제방붕괴 고려방법을 통해 월류량을 비교하였을 때, 기존연구들의 홍수범람 해석결과가 과다예측 되었음을 알 수 있었다. 추후의 이루어질 연구들에서는 시간의존적인 제방붕괴를 반드시 고려해야됨과 동시에 이를 자연현상과 좀더 가깝고 효과적으로 고려할 수 있도록 연구가 필요하다.

  • This paper describes an analytical method on the starting torque of hysteresis motor, taking account of penetration effects of magnetic-field and eddy-current into the rotor, to the elliptical approximation method of hysteresis-loop. By the above method, it have obtained the torque of rotor ring with non-magnetic and non-conductive material arbor, and the results are concerned and compared with that of computed by aid of callibration factor, k=1+exp(-2t$_{r}$/.delta.).)
