The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between the employees' perception of organizational justice and their prosocial behaviors, focusing on the moderating effect of employees' individualism and collectivism. The survey has been conducted for 200 participants working in Korean companies. The results show that the perception of organizational justice is positively related with their prosocial behaviors. Also, employees' individualism and collectivism is significantly related with their prosocial behaviors. Specifically, individuals who are more collectivistic or less individualistic performed more prosocial behaviors than those who are less collectivistic or more individualistic. Finally, employees' individualism/collectivism has moderated the relationship between the perception of organizational justice and prosocial behaviors. When employees have strong sense of collectivism, they performed prosocial behaviors consistently regardless of the perception of organizational justice. That is, even though they perceive organizational justice as low, they perform prosocial behaviors in some degree. However, when employees have strong sense of individualism, their prosocial behaviors have been significantly determined by the perception of organizational justice. That is, when they perceive organizational justice as low, they rarely performed prosocial behaviors. But, as they perceive more organizational justice, their prosocial behaviors have been dramatically increased. The implication of those results and future research questions have been discussed.

In this study of adolescent aggression, the subjects were 320 male and female 7th and 8th grade students in Changwon. Data were collected with questionnaires and analyzed by Pearson's correlation and multiple regression analysis. Results showed that, 1) low friend support, empathy, and prosocial behavior had direct paths to adolescent overt aggression. 2) Low teacher and friend support, empathy, and prosocial behavior had direct paths to adolescent verbal aggression. 3) Low empathy and self-esteem were indirectly related to adolescent aggression through low prosocial behavior. 4) Low teacher support was indirectly related to adolescent aggression through low empathy and self-esteem. 5) Low friend support was indirectly related to adolescent aggression through low self-esteem.

This study is the subsequent full-scale research to explore an undisputed top Korean TV drama writer, Su-Hyeon Kim, more profoundly, who has been out of scholarly pursuits. As it begins with discussing her mixed tendency by genre, we discuss about a useful reading method of the writer's relatively conservative genre, a home-drama. For the purpose of the study, it sets up the intertextuality theory. This study assents to that criticism of diminishing in its original meaning of M. Bakhtin's dialogism, which led J. Kristeva to name and fix the term. Therefore this paper mainly applies the Bakhtin's intertextuality theory to analyze common elements of the writer's and . Also it applies the G. Gennette's intertextuality of 'imprints' and 'transformation' between hypotext and hypertext to figure out their correlation. The analysis shows that the writer's home-drama realizes its mutual relationship and intersubjectivity of the Bakhtin's core intertextuality concept, which results in gaining viewers' popularity. And it also explains that the writer uses 'repetition' and 'transformation' method of intertextuality to contain its intended message in her own home-dramas. As the result of the study, to the writer, Su-Hyeon Kim, while a melodrama genre is for her fundamental inquiry of a 'privative', 'fractured' human being, a home-drama genre is for her message of the only solution of a 'family' to that inquiry with her own intention.

디지털이미징기술은 가시광뿐만 아니라 오히려 불가시 영역의 전자파나 MRI와 같이 전자파가 아닌 신호를 읽어내 영상화하는 기술을 시키고 있다. 그리고 CG와 같이 현실의 빛을 필요로 하지 않는 영상생성기술은 정보량의 증대와 함께 품질이 향상되어 현실적인 영상 세계의 융합되기 시작했다. 본 고는 2010년 1월호 광기술 Contact지의 <특집: 미래의 광기술>중 Shibazaki Kiyoshige씨가 기고한 "광기술의 향후 전망" 내용이다. 필자는 시각정보를 취득할 때 "지금 보고 있는 것은 현실인가 비현실인가"를 일일이 생각하게 된다면 번거로운 일인만큼 디지털 이미징에서 화상처리기술의 진전은 친인간적인 기술이었으면 좋겠다고 밝히고 있다.

It is known that Psychopathy is excessively selfish, using as a tool to achieve the purpose to others, irresponsible, easy liars in common. They were recognized that it is people of harmful to society, impulsive, attacking others body, ignorant others safety, enjoying or callousing others suffers. But, another aggressive behaviors are described as pro-social aggressive acts as the cops bring under control by firearms to hostage committing a crime in social norms. The proper aggression is related with national security and safety of the people that is pro-social aggression for nation and human society. Security service with the legal grounds and the convinced commitment needs self-giving works, self-sacrificial security-activity is in the center of security service. These days, psychologists reveal the people of psychopathy are CEO, politician, broadcaster, surgeon, special forces, police officer. And they distinguish themselves and contribute to a community in various fields. Therefor, this research wanted to find out the relationship between fearlessness, coldheartedness in the PPI-R(applying to the university student for checking psychopathy, except anti-social traits) and pro-social aggression, self-sacrificial security-activity.

Esperpento denotes a literary style in Spanish literature first established by Spanish author Ramón María del Valle Inclán that uses distorted descriptions of reality in order to criticize society. And esperpento's narrative strategy is similar in many ways to Mikhail Bakhtin's carnivalism. Especially Valle Inclán's first esperpentic theatre, Luces de Bohemia contained various carnivalistic elements of Bakhtin. The various techniques of Valle Inclán's esperpento used in Luces de Bohemia can be explained by Bachchin's carnivalist techniques. Therefore, this paper aims to re-examine the esperpentic techniques in Luces de Bohemia of Valle Inclán in terms of Bakhchin's carnivalism. Because the esperpentic tecniques of this play pursue the subversion of power or authority through the carnivalistic aspects such as polyphony, subversion of seriousness, parody, grotesque realism, plaza, ambivalence, anomalous structure of space, time and plot, etc. Esperpento and carnivalism serve as a tool to interpret the social reality, beyond criticism and satire of Spanish society. The characters act passively on all the external factors that determine human destiny, rather than actively carving their own destiny like the classic heroes. Modern man cannot defy or control the external situation of the modern civilization. So they are tragic. In this situation, the protagonist of the tragedy who challenges reality disappears and a puppet figure like Max Estrella, the protagonist of the Luces de Bohemia, takes his place on a satirical level. This is the satire and the true meaning of carnivalistic humor that Valle Inclán tried in his play.

Harmony between men and their surroundings has been one of the most profound motives in space and object design for a long time. It is often expressed in design as the concept of 'organic'. Nowdays the term of organic is expanding its meaning in the contemporary sense of organicism. Nature, human 'beings, and digital technology are the key issues in future design paradigms. Karim Rashid is one of the most futuristic and vendible designer and his works show these issues. His designs flow organically and he uses materials that allow his forms to flow like the body, echoing life forms. it's very sensual, very tactile. In his work, a new concept of organic design is expressed in the organic unity of experience. He tries to contribute objects to our physical landscape that inspires, engages, and encourage positive experiences. Also, Technology is at constant play in his design process. With the latest three dimensional design software it is much easier to design and model sophisticated and complex shape and forms. Digital technology affects not only his design processes but also cultural views. New technologies and social shifts are changing our understanding of interior space.

In this paper, human sensibility is measured on multi-modal environment and a sensitivity lighting system is implemented according to driven emotional indexes. We use LED lighting because it supports ecological circumstance, high efficiency, and long lifetime. In particular, the LED lighting provides various color schemes even in single lighting bulb. To cognize the human sensibility, we use the image information and the arousal state information, which are composed of multi-modal basis and calculates emotional indexes. In experiments, as the LED lighting color vision varies according to users' emotional index, we show that it provides human friendly lighting system compared to the existing systems.

본 논문은 작업공간상에서 로봇 운동과 힘의 통합제어를 구현할 수 있는 플랫폼의 구현에 초점을 두고 있다. 조립 또는 디버링 같은 접촉작업에서의 매니플레이터 효율성 제고나 친 인간 환경에서의 휴머노이드 로봇의 안정성을 위해서는 종래의 PID 제어나 관절공간상에서의 CTM(Computed Torque Method) 제어보다는 작업공간상에서의 운동과 힘의 통합제어를 실시해야 한다. 이것을 위해서는 작업공간상에서의 엔드이펙트(end-effector, E-E)에 대한 동역학식과 자코비안(jacobian)을 도출해야 하며 이를 위해서는 각종 동적파라미터의 정확한 동정이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 3D CAD 모델링, MATLAB, 동역학 시뮬레이터를 활용하여 로봇 모델링, 동역학식과 동적 파라미터 추출, 운동과 힘의 실시간 통합제어 시뮬레이션등을 쉽고 일관되게 진행할 수 있는 플랫폼을 구현하였고 적용예로써 JS-10로봇을 택해서 그 효용성을 입증하였다.

인간의 보다 질 높은 생활관을 추구하기 위하여 친 환경적인 산업개발 및 환경 복원 사업에 대한 노력이 최근 들어 끊임없이 지속되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 서울시 청계천을 대상으로 청계천 복원 전과 복원후의 지표 열 분포도를 작성하고 이를 기반으로 청계천 복원 전${\cdot}$후의 지표 열 변화를 분석하였다. 아울러 지표온도와 현지 관측 자료인 AWS 자료와의 비교 분석을 수행하여 지표온도와 대기온도 차를 도출하였다. ASTER 영상 열적외센서(TIR) 와 GIS 를 활용하여 도시 지표면의 온도를 추출하고, AWS 기 상관측자료와의 상관성 분석 함으로써 도심의 지역적 인 지표 열 패턴과 국지적인 기후연구에 활용가능성을 제시하고자 한다.
