부산북항을 국내에서는 체류형 해양관광과 동남해안 관광벨트 중심의 해양관광 거점으로, 또한, 국제적으로는 해륙교통의 요충지 여건을 활용하여 교통인프라를 구축하여 유라시아 관광의 전초기지로 하기위한 친환경 워터프런트 및 시민참여형 항만재개발사업이 추진되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 부산북항 재개발지구의 친수공간 배치계획에 따라 반영된 마리나 시설을 대상으로 국제해양관광의 거점조성 개발컨셉에 부합하는 마리나시설 개발을 정립하기 위하여 국내 및 해외 선진국의 마리나시설 개발사례에 대하여 국가별, 시설별로 현황 및 문제점을 분석하였다. 이는 추후 국내 마리나 개발시 시사점으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 본다. 아울러, 부산북항 마리나항만의 효율적인 개발과 운영의 활성화를 위한 법적인 절차, 정부의 지원정책, 개발방향, 사업시행방안, 관리운영방안 등에 대한 구체적인 검토를 통하여 향후 국내 마리나 개발과 운영시 사례로 활용하고자 한다.

21세기에는 친수공간에 대한 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 특히 항만시설은 현대인들이 가장 활발하게 사용할 수 있는 친수공간이다. 따라서 사람들과 가장 밀접하게 관련이 있는 친수 항만시설의 디자인은 시대성과 문화를 잘 반영하여 이용자들이 안전하고, 쾌적하고, 편리하게 사용할 수 있어야 한다. 먼저 친수 항만시설을 광장형으로 분석하였다. 그리고 지속가능한 디자인을 위하여 적합성, 안전성, 실용성, 기능성, 친수성, 편리성, 배치형태, 구조물 디자인은 분석의 기준이 된다. 시대는 변하고 이용자의 라이프스타일이 다양해지기 때문에 지속적인 친수 항만시설의 연구가 필요하다.

The ecological environment planning begins with the awareness that human are a part of ecological system. A recent issue, LOHAS (Lifestyle of Health and Substantiality), will be defined as a consumption trend which values highly health, social justice, economy, self development and sustainable life. LOHAS aims at coexistence with human and nature, pursue a sustainable development and it could be an alternative for SHS(Sick House Syndrome). This research tries to show the case analysis in coexistence in human and nature which LOHAS aims at. The design space applied the concept of LOHAS(renewing, reusing and recycling) will maintain healthy lives of the present and the future. In this context, it tries to solve the problems in architectural space and show the new possibilities in it

The purpose of this study is to evaluate environment-friendly planning feature in Environment-friendly Certificated apartments and to use the basic planning data of housing. Seven Environment-friendly Certificated apartments have been analyzed. The findings of this study are as follows: Environment-friendly planning features are categorized into 4 items; floor planning feature, material planning feature, universal planning feature and environmental planning feature. Among floor planning features, natural sunlight, built-in closets, and differentiated floor plans are well considered, but the flexible floor plan for resident's lifestyle and green space are lack. Among material planning features, environment-friendly finishing materials, environment-friendly products and energy-efficient double-pane windows are well considered, but implementation for resource savings using recycled materials are lack. Among universal design planning features, removal of threshold and installation of safety device in bathroom are not well considered. Among environmental planning features, usage of alternative energy like solar energy are not applied. The environment-friendly planning features in interior space should be introduced in diverse ways.

The change of modern society arouse the issue of the family structure and the demand of upbringing. According to the issue, the need of the upbringing is the big interest in society. This study is on the demand of the parents of students in eco-environmental space in child care center. The purpose of the study makes the suggestion the need of the eco-environmental space in child care center. The study progressed with looking up and giving questionaires in six child care centers which have eco-environmental space in Seoul. 210 questionaires were given out to parents and taken away 180 questionaires. The result of the study, parents required strongly to have the eco-environmental space in child care center. The natural interior materials, nature experimental outdoor ground and exterior garden were preferred overriding. The use of the woods and stones and eco-environmental adhesives are required as the natural Interior materials. And the natural light source can be imported in sky light, side window and atrium. Upcoming study would be directed in child care center without eco-environmental spaces. The next suggestion would be made in the needs of the eco-environmental space in child care center.

산업의 고도화에 따라 시간을 절약하고 공간을 활용하기 위한 방법으로서, 보다 큰 항공기, 보다 빠른 항공기에 대한 요구가 꾸준히 제기된다. 최근 불거진 지구온난화에 대한 이슈는 모든 산업의 초점을 친환경으로 돌려고 있어서, 항공기산업의 경우에도 예외 없이 보다 친환경적이고, 연료 효율적인 항공기개발에 집중하고 있다. 또한, 과거에 비해 자유의지가 강조되는 현재에는 보다 이용이 간편한 개인용 항공기의 출현이 요구되고 있어 이 분야에 대한 연구도 활발히 진행 중이다. 이에 따라 많은 국가들이 각각의 요구에 따라 초대형여객기(VLCT), 차세대 초음속여객기(HSCT), 그린항공기, 개인 자가용 항공기(PAV) 등의 형태로 개발을 서두르고 있으며, 일부 분야는 이미 상용화를 눈앞에 두고 있다. 특히 PAV의 수요는 향후에 자동차 시장의 일부를 대체할 것으로 예상되는 만큼 선진국들은 수요자의 요구에 따라 발 빠르게 대응하여 PAV에 대한 투자를 아끼지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 미래형 항공교통수단의 개발전망과 동향을 분석함으로써 앞으로 우리나라 항공기산업의 발전방향에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 특히 틈새 시장으로서의 PAV 분야의 개발동향과 전망을 살펴봄으로써, 동 분야에 대한 연구개발과 투자를 통한 우리나라 항공기산업의 발전기회를 모색해 보고자 하였다.

자연환경의 가치와 보존의 중요성이 점차 증대되고 있으며, 각종 건설사업에서 환경보존과 개발의 충돌이 야기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 환경파괴의 최소화를 위해 고정밀 3차원 지형공간 데이터를 도로 설계에 활용하는 방안과, 식생정보의 생태학적 도로 설계에의 활용 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 완공된 도로와 주변 환경의 시뮬레이션을 통하여 겨울철 노면의 결빙위험, 직광위험을 분석하였으며, 경관분석을 통해 친환경적인 도로설계 지원방안을 제시하고자 하였다.

Recently, sustainable development is very important to all fields and environmental-friendly systems and this systems are also necessary to factory. The purpose of this study is to analyse environmental-friendly systems affect the working conditions of the factory's employees. In order to analyse the satisfaction levels of employees regarding their working conditions, the survey is conducted at various environmental-friendly factories and traditional factories. This survey shows that employees who work at environmental-friendly factories are more satisfied with their working conditions compared to their counterparts at traditional factories. Therefore, the factories that installed environmental-friendly systems provide better working conditions as to traditional factories.

보행공간은 작게는 보행량을 포함하는 공간사용의 정도에 영향을 미치거나 크게는 지역경제의 활성화에 영향을 미치며, 더 크게는 친환경, 친인간적인 도시로서의 삶의 질을 평가하는 지표중의 하나이다. 또한 최근 도심부 보행관련 정책은 선적인 가로환경 개선사업에서 발전된 보행자우선지구로의 전환이 대두되고 있어 특정 보행공간보다는 전체적인 보행공간체계에 대한 고려가 중요시되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도시민을 위한 공간계획의 일환으로 시작된 국내 보행 전용 공간의 물리적 특성과 실제 이용자의 이용 형태에 대한 연구를 통해 국내에 조성된 보행 전용 공간의 특성을 규명하고자 함에 목적을 두고 사례분석을 통한 연구를 진행하였다. 사례연구는 지역적으로는 서울시에 조성된 차없는 거리 중 명동과 관철동에 조성된 시간제 통제방식의 보행자 전용공간을 선택하였으며 이에 대한 현장조사와 설문조사를 병행하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 활용 방안으로는 보행공간 관련 사업 시 특정가로에 치중된 사업이 아닌 지역 전체 보행공간체계의 공간적 가로특성을 고려할 수 있으며, 현행 법제도에서 모호하게 제시된 보행자전용도로 위치 및 횡단보도 위치의 당위성을 제시할 수 있다. 또한, 계획단계에서 보행량 예측에 따른 적절한 계획수립방안을 모색할 수 있다.

장예모 감독의 작품 <인상유삼저>가 기존의 공연들과 차별화되는 가장 큰 특징은 무대공간의 활용에 있다. 인상시리즈의 무대는 세트장과 대자연과 결합하여 전통적인 무대공연양식에서 탈피하여 자연환경을 무대배경으로 완성하였다. 또한 자신만의 특색 있는 미적 감각과 자연공간을 조화시켜 해당 지역문화의 특색을 반영해 내었다. <인상유삼저>는 실제 자연경관을 배경으로 하는 단순한 산수공연이 아니라 자연적인 색채와 공간이 조화를 이루어 나타내는 인간과 자연사이의 친환경적 개념에서 비롯되어 해당 지역사회의 문화산업적 요소를 홍보하는 기능으로 작용하기도 하였다. 본 연구는 문화인류학자 홀의 프록세믹스(proxemics) 개념과 친환경적 측면에서 <인상유삼저>를 분석하였다. <인상유삼저>는 자연환경을 배경으로 하는 실경산수공연의 형식으로 연출하며 해당 지역사회의 문화와 자연적 특성을 최대한 보존하는 동시에 현지문화산업의 홍보측면에도 기여하였다. <인상유삼저>는 실경산수공연으로서 인간과 자연을 성공적으로 융합하여 환경을 보존하였다는 데에도 의의를 갖고 있다.
