송도국제업무단지의 설계 목표에는 지속가능발전에 대한 노력이 반영되고 있다. 도시 전체에 대해 LEED NC(New Construction) 또는 LEED CS(Core & Shell) 부문 혹은 두 부문 모두에서 Certified 등급 획득을 목표로 하고 있다. 송도국제업무단지는 또한 LEED ND(Neighborhood Development) 시범 사업으로 지정되어 건축물과 대중교통의 연계성, 건물 설계상 에너지 효율, 효율적인 인프라 설계 및 모든 종류의 녹지 공간 주거 공간 제공에 주안점을 두고 있다. 송도국제업무단지는 에너지 소비를 줄이고, 에너지 효율을 높이며, 재생 및 천연 자재를 사용하고, 청정 또는 재생 가능한 전기를 만드는 최신 설계 기준과 기술을 적용했다. 따라서 송도 국제업무단지는 향후 국내 친환경 설계의 기준으로 자리매김할 것으로 보인다.

This study focused on the analysis of residential satisfaction and environment awareness depending on the environment-friendly level on the outdoor space of the housing complexes. The purpose of this study is to present basic materials of the environment-friendly outdoor space planning of housing complexes. The major findings of the study are as follows. First, the results of the comparative analysis of the satisfaction of the outdoor space of apartment complexes show that the complexes with the most application of environment-friendly elements had higher residential satisfaction. But there was no meaningful statistical difference between the complexes with the higher level of application of the environment-friendly elements and the complexes with medium level of application. Secondly, according to a comparative analysis, the overall residential satisfaction of the apartment complexes was the same as the residential satisfaction of the outdoor space. Thirdly, the results of the correlative analysis of residential satisfaction and environmental awareness showed that the satisfaction of the apartment complexes decreases as the awareness of the environment-friendly apartment complex increases. The results of this study can be used as basic materials for environment-friendly outdoor space planning of apartment complexes.

Environmental problems caused by rapid industrialization and environmental issues have emerged worldwide. The Green Building Certification Policy has been introduced. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the environment-friendly planning factors in Environment-friendly Housing Certification. Six multi-family housing in Environment-friendly Housing Certification have been analyzed. The findings of this study are as follows. While outdoor planning factor is focused on building arrangement and ecological environment, its application in building material and environment plan is inadequate. In ecological environment, various green planting systems such as green zone and plant inhabitation area are utilized.

인천국제공항에서 불과 15분 거리며 비행거리 3시간 반 이내에 중국, 러시아, 일본 등을 빠르게 오갈 수 있는 곳. 바로 송도 국제도시이다. 지금 송도가 새롭게 변신하고 있다. 머지않아 송도는 한국을 동북아시아의 비즈니스 허브로 자리매김하는 데 핵심적인 역할을 할 것으로 예상된다. 송도는 송도국제업무단지 경제자유구역으로 지정된 세계 최초의 신(新) 지속 가능 개발 도시이다. 여러 종류의 주거용 건물과 상가 건물 및 학교뿐만 아니라 건강관리 시설과 쇼핑 외식 엔터테인먼트 시설까지 전세계에서 영감을 얻은 마스터플랜에 따라 최대의 시너지 효과를 내도록 설계되었다. 또한 건축물과 대중교통의 연계선 및 건물 설계상의 에너지 저감, 모든 종류의 녹지 공간 및 주거 공간의 효율적인 인프라 등 대규모 친환경 설계에 대한 새로운 기준이 되고 있다. 송도국제업무단지에서는 세계 최고 수준의 친환경 도시를 건설하기 위하여 대부분의 프로젝트에 LEED인증을 추진하고 있다. 본지는 인천 송도지구 개발의 기본 방향과 계획에 대해 살펴보고 특히 국제업무단지의 친환경 설계와 구체적인 설비기술에 대해 알아본다.

To recover basic functions of river such as water control, irrigation, environment, culture, a national river improvement project, the four river restoration projects were currently planned and under construction in Korea. This project is designed to preserve cultural assets and ecosystem from flooding, for that reason, environmentally friendly materials of construction are strongly emphasized. In this study, the soil and cement admixtures are developed. And, the compaction test and the unconfined compressive strength test to evaluate applicability of probiotics as environmentally friendly materials are conducted the soil and cement admixtures. As a result, the probiotic culture was not active in completely dried specimen to obtain accurate mixing proportion. It indicates that the probiotics cannot influence on the development the soil and cement admixtures. A further research will focus on the effect of response between polysaccharide environmentally friendly soil stabilizer and natural specimen.
