21세기 한국절도 중흥! 전철화로 승부한다. 우리나라에서 전기와 궤도를 이용하여 대중교통수단이 등장한 것은 1899년도이다. 그러나 대량교통수단인 열차가 등장하면서 점차 쇠퇴해지던 전기철도는 수많은 애환과 비화를 등에 두고 자취를 감추었다. 이후 정부의 적극적인 지원 아래 전기철도에 대한 필요성이 제기되면서 1973년 6월 20일 산업선이 개통, 한국철도 100년사의 한 획을 그으면서 본격적인 전철화시대를 맞이하게 되었고 곧이어 1974년 경인$\cdot$경수 수도권 전철이 개통되어 획기적인 교통수단으로 등장하면서 전철은 이제 없어서는 안될 우리와 가장 친숙한 교통수단으로 대두되었다. 특히 교통난 문제, 환경오염 문제 등이 시급히 해결해야 할 국가의 주요 정책과제로 대두되고 있는 현실에서는 환경에 친화적이고 국가 에너지를 효율적으로 이용할 수 있으며 안전성과 신속성, 쾌적성, 편리성을 두루 갖춘 대중교통수단으로서 여러 가지 이점을 갖고 있는 전기철도가 교통문제 해결의 최선의 대안으로 제시되고 있다.

The purpose of this paper draws out a theoretical frame for dwelling space from Heidegger's thought, "Dwelling" and analyze Luis Baraggan's housing design as an instance of the practical expression of them. The 'creative inculturation' of dwelling space is possible through familiarity by disclosuring in time and place. Heidegger suggests that place as existential space represents the occasion revelation of incidents in Dasein. He interprets the dwelling as creative openness in which elements comprising this world face and interact with each other into one. Openness may be referred to a dynamic coordination in which the each and the world sustain each other under incessant mutual tension, but not sticking each other. Creative inculturation is determined according to how deeper conversation was made internally. To complete the process properly requires determining several relationships involved in the land area.land area.

컴퓨터의 소형화로 휴대성과 공간의 제약이 없는 컴퓨터 인터페이싱 방법의 필요성이 증가하고 있으며, 이와 관련하여 인간-컴퓨터 상호작용(HCI)을 위한 제스처 기반의 제어방식에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 기존의 손동작 인터페이스 구현들은 컴퓨터를 제어하기 위하여 사용방법에 대한 선행학습이 필요하였다. 이 논문은 사용자의 손 모양과 손끝 정보만을 가지고 선행학습이 요구되지 않는 간편한 인터페이스 구현방법을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 1대의 웹캠과 인텔의 오픈소스 영상처리 라이브러리 OpenCv를 사용하였다. 차영상과 화소값 기반의 영상처리과정을 통해 실시간으로 손 영역을 추적하고 이를 이진화 시켰다. 손가락의 움직임도 값이 변하지 않도록 중심모멘트를 설정하여 마우스 커서 움직임을 상대적으로 활용하였다. 상황에 따라 손 끝점을 절대적 좌표로 활용하여 손이 웹캠에서 벋어날 때 움직임을 자연스럽게 연결시켰다. 마지막으로 검지의 움직임 하나 만으로 마우스 클릭 이벤트를 수행함으로써 보다 사용자에게 친숙한 핸드마우스 인터페이스를 구현하였다.

This study was conducted to identify a strategy on using the high qualify human resources for single PPM quality renovation of advancing Korean companies into China. According to the results of the study, it is very important for Korean managers to adapt themselves to Chinese circumstances. The best strategy on using the high quality human resources for single PPM quality renovation in China is employment on the spot.

The journals provide an academic arena for researchers in specific academic field, and play a crucial role in the process of formation and development of the academic field. The main purpose of this research was to investigate the familiarity, reputation, applicability, and preference of mathematics education journals. For this purpose, a survey was conducted for mathematics educators. As a result, the three journals , , and were notably preferred by mathematics educators, and the scores of familiarity, reputation, applicability, and preference were almost synchronized. On the other hand, mutual preference of mathematics education, mathematics, and education journals is an indicator of the communication among related academic fields. However, mathematics education researchers showed little preference toward mathematics and education journals, and vice versa.

S-Mode is a concept involving a standardized navigation display with accompanying standardized functionality and interfaces for navigational equipment. It was proposed by the International Federation of Shipmasters' Associations at IMO NAV $54^{th}$ session in 2008. The IMO e-Navigation Strategy Implementation Plan(SIP) addresses, S-Mode and the IMO MSC at its $95^{th}$ session in 2015 approved an output 1 to develop S-Mode guidance. In this study, it has been carried out survey of user needs for adopting S-Mode guideline on ECDIS which is core navigational equipment. It is conducted with a questionnaire survey, targeting deck officers and masters who will be the primary users of the equipment related to the e-Navigation system. In this research, users' opinion survey regarding the necessity of development, the scope of standardization, and priorities was conducted. This survey result could be contributed to development S-Mode guideline and specify the concept of S-Mode. It would be derived from standardizing component through providing elements to be considered for its development.

This study investigates the relationship between lexical sophistication features and English proficiency for Korean college students. Essays from the ICNALE(International Corpus Network of Asian Learners of English) corpus were analyzed, using TAALES program. In order to examine whether or not there are statistically significant differences in lexical sophistication features across three groups, MANOVA was conducted. Results showed that the lexical sophistication features were significantly affected by English proficiency level. Essays written by Korean students with different English proficiency levels can be differentiated in terms of various lexical sophistication features including content words frequency, content words familiarity, lexical decision mean reaction time function words, hypernymy verbs, word naming response time function words, age of acquisition content words.

The purpose of this study is visualizing climate change contents from Weather Research and Forecasting model and providing useful tool to anyone who want to use them for communication and actual movement. As a results, we have built a process and user interface for publishing Arrow KML, BWS KML, and DI KML. Arrow KML provide wind rose service and wind attribute information for each arrow. BWS KML provide a wind power index and DI KML provide a thermal comfort. All KML contents are more reliable because those are visualized from the scientifically verified climate change prediction model. Further study will focus on searching for climate change contents mining and useful contents design for wide range of climate change mitigation/adaptation activity.

기존의 통신망이 인터넷 중심의 데이터 서비스 제공에 적합한 새로운 형태의 통신망으로 변화되고 있는 추세이고, 사용자 입장에서는 기존 통신사업자가 제공하는 서비스 가입 및 사용이라는 수동적인 이용형태로부터 자신이 원하는 서비스를 창출하기 위한 능동적인 형태로 변화하고 있다. 또한, 언제, 어디서, 단말의 종류(유무선 전화단말, PC, 전자우편 등)에 구애받지 않는 통합된 형태의 통신 서비스를 친숙한 웹 상에서 접근하고 조작하기를 원한다. 따라서 앞으로의 통신망은 유선망, 무선망, 인터넷이 통합된 형태가 될 것이며, 서비스 제공자들은 이러한 통합망에 적합한 차세대 서비스의 제공 방법을 요구하게 될 것이다. 본 논문은 이와 같이 빠르게 변화하는 다양한 형태의 서비스 요구에 부응하기 위하여 연구되고 있는 개방형 응용 프로그램 인터페이스(API : Application Program Interface)에 대한 표준화 및 산업화 동향을 소개하고, 통신 서비스의 개방화 추세에 대비한 국내 통신망의 발전 방안을 제안한다.

개인자료교환의 방법 중 가장 보편화된 것이 이메일임에도 불구하고, 기존의 웹메일이나 클라이언트 프로그램 등의 UA(UserAgent)는 운영자 임의의 고정적인 인터페이스, 서버접속에 의한 메일 데이터 조작 등으로 활용범위를 좁혀놓았다. 이메일 사용에서 한층 더 나아가 사용자가 보다 효과적으로 이메일 정보를 활용하고 재사용이 가능하도록 하는 시스템을 개발하는 것이 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 이메일정보를 SMTP/MIME표준을 XML표준형식으로 변환/저장하여 사용자가 이메일정보를 다양한 어플리케이션에서 황용하고 재 사용한 수 있도록 하였다. 최근 발전하고 있는 XML기술과 ASP기반의 웹 메일을 통하여 기존에 웹메일 사용자들에게 친숙한 인터페이스를 제공하고, 이메일을 XML로 변환하고 변환된 XML문서를 XML을 이용하여 사용자 취향에 맞게 재구성한 수 있게 하였다. DOM API를 사용하여 변환된 XML파일을 조합하고, DB가 없이 파일로 관리하여 개인사용자가 이메일정보를 소장할 수 있게 하는 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.
