인간관계 유지와 새로운 관계 형성을 지원하는 다양한 소셜 네트워크가 각광을 받으면서 사용자간 친밀도 분석에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. SNS에서 구성되는 사용자 개인 정보와 컨텐츠 공유 및 기타 활동에 대한 정보는 사용자의 특징을 파악할 수 있는 유용한 정보가 된다. 이러한 정보는 추천과 같은 여러 가지 서비스에서 사용될 수 있으며, 특히 사용자간 친밀도 분석을 통한 친구 추천에서 유용하게 사용된다. 기존 친밀도 분석 연구에서는 사용자간 프로필 유사도와 메시지 교환수 같은 양적 정보를 사용해 왔다. 본 논문에서는 사용자간 대화 내용을 분석한 내용적 정보를 친밀도 분석에 반영하기 위한 방법을 제안한다. 학습 데이터를 활용하여 구축된 친밀도 분별 시스템에서는 감탄사, 종결어미, 선어말어미, 이모티콘, 문장 길이의 내용적 자질 정보의 사용으로 기존 양적 정보 사용과 유사한 수준의 친밀도 분별 성능을 얻을 수 있었으며, 양적 정보와 내용적 정보를 동시 사용한 경우 소폭의 성능 향상을 얻었다.

This study investigated the key factors affecting online relational intimacy in the context of SNS. Based on the use and gratification theory, self-presentation, relationship formation and information searching were identified as the main needs of SNS usage. These needs were expected to influence online relational intimacy through user satisfaction, subjective well-being, and disclosing information behaviors. The theoretical framework was validated by a longitudinal method. Hypotheses were tested by using the partial least squares to data from 199 Facebook users. Self-presentation and information searching had a significant impact on both user satisfaction and subjective well-being. However, relationship formation did not significantly affect both user satisfaction and subjective well-being. User satisfaction had a significant direct effect only on online relational intimacy. Subjective well-beings played a significant role in enhancing both disclosing information behaviors and online relational intimacy. Finally, it has been found that disclosing information behaviors are a key factor in enhancing online relational intimacy. The results of this study are expected to provide academic and practical implications for the key antecedents of online relational intimacy.

Many countries including the US and ED oblige telecommunication service providers to retain communication logs for a certain amount of time. The retained data are used for the purpose of the investigation, detection, or prosecution of serious crimes, but of huge size. In order to efficiently extract information such as a correlation between criminals and suspects, we must eliminate unnecessary data that occupy a large portion of communication logs. In this paper, we propose how to measure the proximity between communication objects using communication logs. The proximity let the collected data be analyzed efficiently: analyzing the data in the decreasing order of proximities or removing the data with low proximities before analyzing. The experimental results show that there is a correlation between proximities of our proposed measurement and estimation by people.

본 논문은 감정 교류를 위한 목적으로 가상 캐릭터에서 사용되기 시작하여 현재 로봇에 이르기까지 그 이용 범위를 넓혀가고 있는 스토리텔링이 사용자 친밀성에 미치는 영향과 사용자가 어떻게 엔터테인먼트 로봇과 친밀성을 형성해나가는지, 또 친밀성 요소들은 다양한 스토리텔링에서 서로 어떤 관련성을 가지고 친밀성 형성에 영향을 주는지를 연구 목적으로 삼고 있다. 이를 위해 스토리텔링과 관련된 대화가 가능한 지능형 엔터테인먼트 로봇에 대한 연구를 우선적으로 알아보았으며, 이를 토대로 엔터테인먼트 로봇 중 하나인 애완용 로봇, 아이보(AIBO)가 지니고 있는 스토리텔링을 통해 사용자와 로봇 간 친밀성 형성 및 스토리텔링을 바탕으로 한 친밀성 요소간의 관련성을 알아보았다. 참가자 15명의 설문조사를 바탕으로 실시한 상관관계분석을 통해 사용자와 아이보(AIBO)가 정서적, 오락적, 행동적, 상호공유성에서 인지적, 사회적 친밀성보다 상대적으로 강한 친밀성을 형성하고 있다는 것과 Alexis K. Walker 와 Linda Thompson(1983)을 기본으로 대인관계 측면에서 친밀성에 대해 접근한 이경희(1998), 김혜정(2001), 김미라(2001), 이금남(2001), 송상홍(2004)의 선행 연구를 참조로 분류된 6가지 차원의 친밀성 구성 요소들은 스토리텔링의 형식에 따라 서로 다른 관계성을 형성하고 있다는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문은 아이보(AIBO)에 쓰이는 스토리텔링이 친밀성 형성에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 또 스토리텔링의 차원에 따라 다르게 반응을 보이는 친밀성 요소들이 서로 어떤 관련성을 맺고 있는지를 살펴본 것에 의의를 둘 수 있다. 스토리텔링에 따라 관련성 정도를 달리하는 친밀성 요소들의 관계를 바탕으로 친밀성 형성에 유용한 스토리텔링의 방향을 제시하는데 의의가 있다.

콘서트홀의 음향상태를 평가하기 위해서는 설문지를 통하여 주관적인 선호도를 조사하는 방법과 측정을 통하여 객관적인 지표를 뽑아내는 방법이 있다. 콘서트홀의 음향특성에 영향을 주는 가장 중요한 객관적 지표로서는 친밀도, 공간감, 잔향시간, 명료도, 음의 따뜻함, 라우드니스 등을 들 수가 있다. 국내에서 가장 대표적인 콘서트홀이라고 할 수 있는 예술의 전당 음악당에 대해서 위의 개관적 지표 중 5가지 요소를 실제 측정을 통해 추출하였다. 그 결과 예술의 전당 음악당은 친밀도와 공간감 면에서 조금 부족한 면을 보여 주었고 나머지 3가지 요소에 있어서는 클래식 연주에 적합한 콘서트홀로서의 결과를 보여 주었다. 공간감과 친밀도를 향상시키기 위해서는 음악당 천장에 반사판을 설치하는 것이 필요하다고 사료된다.

Social Network는 웹 환경에서 개인을 중심으로 뻗어 나가는 연결로서 사용자별 프로필을 탐색하고 새로운 연결 및 정보의 소통을 지원한다. 이러한 상호신뢰를 바탕으로 구축된 Social Network 환경 내 구성원들이 가지고 있는 속성(Feature)을 이용하여 사용자간 친밀도를 산정한다면 친구 및 동호회 추천 등 Social Network 내부의 효율 향상 뿐만 아니라 웹 검색 등 다양한 사용자간의 공통 활동에도 응용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 Social Network 사용자간 친밀도를 산정하기 위한 방법을 제시한다. 기존의 친밀도가 없이 구성되어 있는 사용자간의 관계를 사용자의 속성(Feature)에 내재된 정보를 이용하여 주제의 유사성과 접근성을 이용하여 산정하였으며, 이는 Social Network 성격의 규명과 사용자의 정보 요구에 대한 판단의 척도로 사용될 수 있다.

최근 청소년의 교우관계에 있어서 집단 따돌림이 사회적으로 큰 문제가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 학생들의 교우관계를 보다 객관적으로 분석하는 방법을 제안한다. 우선 분석을 위한 객관적인 데이터로 교우관계 정보를 묵시적으로 내포하고 있는 통신이력 데이터를 사용한다. 다음으로 교우간 친밀도(degree of faniliarity) 개념을 정형적으로 정의하고, 여러 통신도구에서 발생한 통신이력 데이터를 기반으로 교우간 친밀도를 수학적으로 계산하는 방법을 제안한다. 다음으로, 계산한 교우간 친밀도를 사용하여 집단 따돌림의 가능성이 높은 학생을 파악한다. 이는 집단 따돌림 가능성이 높은 학생은 다른 학생으로부터의 통신 시도가 적을 것이라는 직관에 기반한다. 마지막으로, 제안한 방법의 실용성을 입증하기 위하여, 실제 구현 및 분석 실험을 수행하고, 그 의미를 해석한다. 이 같은 결과를 볼 때, 본 연구는 학생들의 교우관계를 보다 객관적으로 파악할 수 있는 매우 우수한 결과라 사료된다.

Various characteristics of social network contents such as real-time, people relationship and big data can help to improve personalized recommender systems. Among them, 'people relationship' is a key factor of recommendation, so many personalized recommender systems utilizing it have been proposed. However, existing researches can not reflect personal tendency and are unable to provide precise recommendations in various domains, because they do not consider intimacy among people. In this paper, to solve these problems, we propose PReAmacy, a Personalized Recommendation Algorithm, considering intimacy among users and various characteristics of social network contents. Our experimental results indicate that not only the precision of PReAmacy is higher than that of existing algorithms, but intimacy is of great importance in PReAmacy.

As online community was revitalized, the internet became the second space for people's everyday life. People enter into a connection with other on-line members and they maintain and extend their relationships. Such relationships can be analyzed and visualized with social network analysis. The method oftentimes envisions the structural elements of complex social life. The study aims at visualizing the relationships among the Cyworld users and designs an application "Blow Blow Your Pinwheel", the main purpose of this application is visualizing social relationships between ego and '1chons' which is a concept of friendship in Cyworld. Designing such an application, the study focuses on closeness of relationships which we think is composed of 1)proximity 2)similarity, 3)familiarity, and 4)reciprocity. The study used these concepts in measuring the strength of relationship between ego and other 1chons(friends). Specifically, we devised survey questionnaires which asked users to evaluate the importance of the above factors of closeness, and implemented the result in calculating the strength of the relationship between ego and other by giving weights for each factor. These measurements then were applied in visualizing the relationships in the application, we designed. Through the application, we can compare on-line relationships with off-line relationships and attempt for the new approach of Social Networks.

This study identified the degree of self-worth and college life adjustment of students in the department of paramedicine, and analyzed whether there was a difference according to the presence or absence of religion and the intimacy of family members. An online survey was conducted on 183 students in department of paramedicine students attending a university, and the subject's gender, religious affiliation, and intimacy with family members were analyzed by frequency and percentage. Self-worth and adjustment to college life according to the presence or absence of religion and intimacy with family members were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, t-test, and ANOVA. As a result, there was a difference in self-worth according to religion status and family closeness. According to intimacy with family members, there was a significant difference in academic adjustment among the sub-factors of college life adjustment. Through the results of this study, it is necessary to consider the existence of religion and intimacy with family members in setting up a counseling strategy tailored to the factors of personal self-worth improvement and college life adjustment. It is proposed to develop a college life adjustment promotion program to improve various self-worth, apply it to department of paramedicine students, and verify its effectiveness.
