  • 고추는 대부분 건고추를 굵은 고춧가루, 보통 고춧가루, 고운 고춧가루로 분쇄하여 김치류, 고추장 등의 발효식품과 양념류에 주로 사용되고 있으며, 국민 일인당 연간 소비량은 고춧가루를 기준으로 2.5kg, 건고추를 기준으로 3.5kg에 이르고 있다. 건고추를 가루로 분쇄하는 방법은 종래 절구로 찧어 빻는 방법에서 생산성을 높이기 위하여 1960년대 중반부터 국내 특유의 압축식 롤 밀(Roll Mill)형태의 분쇄방법으로 전환되었으며, 구미의 햄머 밀이나 디스크 밀에 의한 분쇄방법과는 차이가 있다. 이것은 소비형태에 의한 차이로서 우리는 발효식품의 숙성을 위하여 고춧가루의 수축복원력을 향상시키는 방법으로 고추과피의 섬유질을 압축력과 전단력을 이용하여 분쇄하는 형태인 반면에, 구미에서는 고춧가루를 단순히 조미향신료의 첨가제로 사용하는 차이점 때문이다.   • In this paper, We have designed the new tooth shape in order to improve the thrust and normal force of HLSM. Also it was analyzed by Finite Element Method and Virtual Work Method. As a result this paper, it was confirmed that the thrust and normal force was improved considerably.

  • In hybrid stepping motors, the shape of teeth is most important design variable which have critical influence on output characteristics. This paper deals with the characteristic analysis by change of teeth shape and present a improved model. FEM(Finite Elecment Method) and EMCM(Equivalent Magnetic Circuit Method) are used for analysis.

Design of Cutter Profile and the Characteristics of Vibration for Symmetric Screw Rotor (대칭형스크류로터의 커터설계와 진동특성에 관한 연구)

  • We designed the cutter profile for symmetric screw rotor and did vibration experiment of screw rotor manufactured by the designed cutter profile. The results of this study are summarized as follows. (1) We designed the cutter profile of screw rotor (4-6)(5-6) by using numerical analysis program. (2) The maximum amplitude and variation of amplitude of 5-6 profile rotor are about 30 - 36.7% and 10 - 25% smaller than those of 4-6 profile rotor, respectively. (3) As the angular velocity of rotor changes from 100 to 300 rpm, the vibration of X, Y axis in driving shaft of 5-6 profile rotor is about 10 - 20% smaller than that of 4-6 profile rotor.

  • The normal force and vibration characteristic are affected by tooth shapes of linear pulse motor. In this paper, we obtained the normal force according to the position of mover and tooth shapes using the finite element analysis. From the result, we can find the vibration characteristics. Also we predict the characteristics of normal force and vibration.

  • This paper is concerned with the relationships between large firms with global reaches in their markets and subcontracting firms, mostly small and medium-sized firms. It then attempts to focus in more detail on the dynamic relational dimensions between the two. In doing so, we draw upon the secondary data and the results of interviewing survey with some senior managers. The empirical study shows that the localisation of subcontracting networks have been increasingly reinforced thanks to the increasing tendency of vertical disintegration by LC. However, it is identified that there is a tendency that local subcontractors are specialised in producing relatively low value-added and low technology-intensive electronic parts/components. Based on these results, the author suggests the implications of regional economic development in the context of innovation and learning.

  • 생명공학은 기술의 특성상 보건 의료, 농업, 자원 환경, 에너지 등 광범위한 산업에 응용될 수 있는 고부가가치형, 두뇌기술집약형, 탈공해형, 자원 및 에너지절약형 기술이라는 특징을 지니고 있어 21세기 미래산업을 선도할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 생명공학기술이 1980년과 1990년 사이의 산업구조에 어떠한 변화를 초래하였는지를 알아보는 것이다. 생명공학의 산업경제적 파급효과를 분석해 보기 위해 한국은행에서 발행한 산업연관표를 이용하여 생명공학 관련산업의 지원에 따른 국내 제반산업의 생산변화율을 측정하였다. 정부의 지원이나 금리 및 세제의 혜택을 통해 생명공학 산업 관련 비용이 감소하게 되면 이에 따른 가격변화가 국내 산업발전과 고용의 증가를 갖는 것으로 믿어진다. 고정계수 아닌 변화계수를 특징으로 하는 본 모형의 접근방법은 생명공학에 대한 재정지원 및 세제 인센티브 등을 외생변수로 처리하여 산업구조 변화의 추이와 고용유발 등을 예측하였다. 본 논문의 가설은 생명공학의 영역이 점차 증대되어 나아가기 때문에 1980년의 제반산업의 영향은 1990년의 영향보다는 적어야 한다. 즉 생명공학 관련비용 하락이 전체산업에 미치는 1980년의 생산율 증가보다 1990년의 생산율 증가가 커야 할 것이다. 본 가설에 대한 검증의 과정에서 얻은 통계치를 통해 생명공학산업이 한국 산업 전체에 미치는 영향이 10년 동안에 그 차이가 거의 없어 미성숙 단계에 있다는 결론을 짓게 되었다. 따라서 생명공학 분야의 계속적인 발전을 위해서는 선진국 수준의 독자적 기술개발을 통한 국제 경쟁력을 강화해야 하는데 이를 위한 정부 및 민간기업 투자확대와 연구개발 지원체제의 확대가 요망되고 있다.

New Tooth Type Design and Characteristic Analysis for High Density Gerotor Pump (고밀도 제로터 펌프용 신형 치형설계 및 특성해석)

  • The gerotor type device is mainly used in low-speed, high-torque hydraulic motors, and is also applied as a small priming hydraulic pump. For this reason, many studies have been conducted to increase the efficiency of the gerotor pump. In this paper, we propose a new tooth profile design method different from the existing method. The new tooth design is made by modifying the tooth surface using the amplification function of the trajectories, created along the inner and outer rolling circles around the base circle. The shape of the mate rotor is then created using rotation simulation techniques. Such shapes are described as hypercloid. The designed hypercloid rotor is compared with the existing trochoid rotor, and the characteristics of the parameters and volumetric displacements are analyzed. Through this process, the optimum design with larger volumetric displacement than the existing rotor is achieved.

  • Reducing production costs through net-shaped cold forging is an important aspect in the automobile industry. In this study, we intend to produce a net-shaped electronic parking brake (EPB) serration gear for automobiles, using multi-stage cold forging. These serrations are then assembled to the reduction gear of an EPB actuator. The forging process of the serrations and the cold forging design were verified through finite element analysis (FEA) in order to evaluate metal flow. The forging machine was selected by checking the load using FEA. Based on the FEA results, molds were designed, and parts were made using multi-stage cold forging to produce a net-shaped serration gear.

  • Mid-Frequency bistatic reverberation level is modeled using ray theoretic algorithms. The algorithm assumes multiple forward/backward scatter along with reciprocity in the Propagation paths. The environments modeled are assumed to be range independent in bathymetry, bottom scattering and surface scattering. Mid-Frequency bistatic scattering algorithm is used as a scattering model. A comparison of predicted reverberation versus time with measured data is presented to verify the bistatic reverberation model. The result demonstrates that it is possible to obtain reasonable reverberation Predictions in experimental site.
