외상후 스트레스 장애(PTSD)는 장기적으로 심각한 기능 장애를 초래하므로 적절한 치료가 필수적이다. 현재 PTSD 치료법 중 효과가 검증된 주류 심리치료는 환자에게 정서적 고통을 유발하여 치료 중도 포기를 야기하고 치료 효과를 감소시키는 주요한 원인이다. 본 연구에서는 생성형 AI를 적용하여 사용자의 맞춤형 트라우마 이미지를 무의식적으로 노출시키는 방식으로 게임에 적용하였다. 개발된 게임은 디지털 치료기기로 사용함으로써 비침습적인 방법으로 치료의 효과를 증대한다.

The aim of this study is to demonstrate the effectiveness of bibliotherapy program for university students. Bibliotherapy program was designed and apply to crash course of 'Library Science' at Graduate School of Library, Archive & Information Studies in Pusan National University for fall semester 2006. A evaluation way of bibliotherapy program was a self-evaluation method for 5 cases of 39 university students participated in bibliotherapy program with examining of self-identity. The results have two obtains. 1) This program has a effectiveness in change of inner world. 2) Bibliotherapy program has a effectiveness in establishing ego-identity of university students.

Recent years, mirror therapy or mirror neuron therapy has been used to improve neural damage of upper extremities among stroke patients. This systematic review was conducted to assess the clinical effect of mirror therapy used for the treatment of upper extremities for patients with stroke. After literature search, researchers selected for 9 randomized controlled clinical trial studies registered up to October 2013 based on PubMed database, using the following search terms: mirror therapy, mirror neuron, stroke, paresis, hemiplegia, upper extremity. There were significant improves of distal upper extremity function in the use of mirror therapy groups but the research using range of motion(ROM) as outcome measure. In conclusion, mirror therapy was more effective than conventional therapies or sham therapies for upper recovery of distal upper extremity function among stroke patients.

모든 살아있는 조직은 표면전위(surface electropotentials)를 가지고 있으며, 이는 조직에 손상를 가져오는 상처가 발생되었을 때 그 상처를 치료하는데 큰 역할을 담당하고 있다. 즉, 상처부위에 인위적으로 표면전위의 특성을 가진 전기적인 자극을 가함으로서 상처의 치료효과를 높일 수 있으며, 그 중에서도 상처의 발생 직후에 음(-)의 전기자극을 가할 때 높은 치료효과를 나타내는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구는 상처의 치료에 전기자극을 사용할 때, 자극의 특성 변화가 치료의 효과를 높일 수 있는가에 대한 기초 연구로서 수행하였다. 즉, 쥐의 복부부위를 일정한 크기로 절개하고, 그 부위에 1mA와 10mA의 자극 펄스를 지속시간을 10msec와 100msec로 변화하면서 $1\sim3$일간 제시한 후 상처가 치료된 정도를 비교하였다. 모든 자극이 끝난 후 상처부위에 대한 조직검사를 수행하여 육아조직(granulation tissue)의 상태를 관찰하였다. 그 결과 전기자극을 전혀 가하지 않은 그룹에 비하여 전기자극을 행한 그룹들의 육아조직에 있어서 그 형성 상태가 양호하였고, 괴사현상이 나타나지 않았으며, 염증의 정도가 낮게 나타났음을 발견하였다. 또한, 자극의 횟수를 증가할수록 전기자극으로 인한 치료의 효과가 크게 나타났음을 알 수 있었다. 그러나, 각 그룹 내에서 자극의 특성을 변화시키며 수행한 검사의 결과는 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다.

This study was conducted to investigate whether whole body cryotherapy and spinal decompression have effectiveness on the pain, lumbar flexion range of motion, and global perceived effect scale in patients with lumbar disc herniation. Thirty subjects were participated in this study. And they were all randomly divided into whole body cryotherapy and spinal decompression group. To evaluate the effects of whole body cryotherapy and spinal decompression, subjects were evaluated by using visual analogue scale, lumbar flexion range of motion, and global perceived effect scale. The assessment parameters were evaluated before, after 2 weeks treatments. And we received a consent form whole body cryotherapy subjects. The results of paired t-test, independent t-test, and ANCOVA analysis of variance showed that pain, lumbar flexion range of motion, global perceived effect scale were significantly improved after than before therapy in whole body cryotherapy group. So we conclude that whole body cryotherapy has effectiveness on the pain, lumbar flexion range of motion, and global perceived effect scale in patients with lumbar disc herniation.

본 논문은 음악 치료 전문가들로부터 수집한 음악 치료 프로그램에 관한 지식과 규칙을 수집하여 구성된 전문가 시스템을 도입하여 자동으로 우울증 환자를 위한 추천 음악 치료 시스템을 설계하는 것을 목표로 한다. 제안한 시스템은 음악 치료 전문가들로부터 수집한 수많은 음악 치료 프로그램 중 뇌파 측정을 통해 환자에게 가장 효과적인 치료 프로그램을 선별하고 환자에게 제공하여 치료 효과를 극대화하는 것을 목표로 한다. 제안 시스템은 우울증 환자들의 치료를 위해 뇌파 측정을 입력 받아 분석하여 환자의 증상을 완화하고 치료 효과가 가장 좋은 음악 치료 프로그램을 선별하기 위해 인공 지능 기술들인 전문가 시스템(Expert System) 기법에 기반 한 음악 치료 시스템을 설계하고 제안한다.

This paper reports the remedial effect measurement of an obesity remedy machine for home use which has been developed by H Co. and the authors. It is expected that the machine enhances it's remedial effect and usability by utilizing medium frequency and thermotherapy belt etc. In order to measure it's remedial effect, a clinical experiment, which participates eight young female subjects, has been conducted for one month. The experiment includes the measurements on the changes of Gas-Exchange Responses of subjects through Cardio-Pulmonary Exercise Testing. The experimental results show that the obesity remedy machine helps the subjects to reduce their weights, fat rates, and $VCO_2s$. Thus, it turns out that the machine can be a good candidate for medical treatment on the obesity.

새로운 간장질환 치료제로 개발중인 YH439가 orotic acid, nicotinamide 및 ethionine에 의해 유발되는 지방간에 대한보호 및 치료효과를 관찰하였다. 웅성 SD계 rat에 orotic acid(1%) 또는 nicotinamide(2%)가 첨가된 사료를2주간 섭취시켜 유발된 지방간에 대한 YH439의 보호 및 치료효과와 ethionine(100mg/kg, i.p.)투여로 유도되는 지방간에 대한 YM439의 보호효과를 관찰하기 위하여 간 조직 중 triglyceride, cholesterol 및 phospholipid의 함량을 측정하여 비교하였다. 그 결과, erotic acid 또는 nicotinamide의 섭취로 인해 랫드의 간 조직 중 triglyceride, cholesterol 및 phospholipid의 함량은 1.5-3배정도 증가하였으며, 이 증가된 지질들은 YH439 100, 200mg/kg 투여에 의해 유의성 있게 억제되었다. 또한 ethionine투여에 의해서도 랫드의 간 조직 중 triglyceride, cholesterol 및 phospholipid의 함량은 약 2배정도 증가되었으며, YH439 전저치에 의해 이 현상들이 억제되는 효과를 나타내었다.

The purpose of this study was to quantitatively assess treatment effect of physical therapy on experimentally-induced masseter muscle fatigue by two parameters of muscle stiffness and elasticity. Three physical therapeutic modalities inducing electroacupunture stimulation therapy(EAST), Microwave diathermy and low-level laser therapy(LLLT) were compared. 10 healthy volunteers with normal occlusion (mean age of $26.3{\pm}1.16$ years, M:F=1:1) were participated in this study. All subjects were asked to chew gum on the right side until they felt pain(more and VAS 5 (0 to 10)) and their masseter muscles were examined with a tactile sensor in order to evaluate changes of stiffness and elasticity according to gum chewing and three physical therapeutic modalities. Subjective discomfort or pain was self-estimated by VAS as well. Unilateral gum chewing increased stiffness and decreased elasticity only on the chewing side but VAS increased on the both sides(p<0.05). EAST or Microwave diathermy greatly decreased stiffness and VAS and increased elasticity(p<0.05) but LLLT did not exhibit significant difference. From the results of this study, it is concluded that both EAST and Microwave diathermy have favorable effect on stiffness and elasticity of muscles and pain relief while effect of LLLT is not reliable. In addition, experimental unilateral gum chewing compromises stiffness and elasticity of masseter muscles only the chewing side while subjective discomfort or pain can be felt on the both sides.
