This study describes the environment change of an internal and external medical device market to be entered to European market of an urinary incontinence treatment device, is aimed at suggesting a participation plan analyzing urinary incontinence and treatments, and characteristic of new products & European urinary incontinence market. In conclusion, to sell the urinary incontinence treatment device developed as the world's first in European market, the following strategies are needed. First, the strategies domestic firms make family doctors and urologists heighten awareness of the urinary incontinence treatment device developed in Korea through participation of associations and exhibition being held in Europe to increase a market penetration level are needed. Second, it may be necessary to emphasize the fact that this devices are a characterful products and treatments, and cost-effectiveness treatments reducing infection ratio. Third, the domestic production firms of the urinary incontinence treatment device should suggest quality, delivery, and price consistency through looking for ways to lower the price while maintaining the quality in an increasingly competitive market conditions.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the awareness and availability on items of 2018 assistive devices distribution program for the disabled in the occupational therapists. Methods : A total of 132 occupational therapists participated in the survey from May 1 to May 31. Results : 96.2% of the occupational therapists responded that assistive device is helpful in lives of the disabled people. Especially, they responded that assistive device is the most helpful in 'movement and mobility'. Awareness on an angle spoon/fork with built-up handle and universal cuff was the highest, while a visual signaling indicator was the lowest. Availability on an air cushion was the highest, while a visual signaling indicator and a voice guidance system were the lowest. 67.4% responded that 'sometimes' they use the assistive device and 77.3% responded they will utilize the assistive device. To improve awareness and availability, 43.2% needed financial support, 32.6% needed to add insurance bill and 22.7% needed related education. Conclusion : In the future, this result will be available as a basic data for the education about assistive device for the occupational therapists.

The purpose of this study was to explore whether PPAT drawing using an application can be developed on digital devices for game addicts. The PPAT drawing test is useful and reliable for verifying problem-solving skills in how people pick apples. As a result of this study, the over-immersion group scored lower than the average user group in the "problem Solving" category of the PPAT drawing test using the PPAT drawing applicaion on digital devices, and expressed by not reaching for apples, or by picking apples without reasonable support. The findings in this study suggest that the PPAT drawing test application on digital devices has significantly demonstrated its original purpose of 'problem resolution', as well as future psychotherapeutic interventions for Internet over-immersion subjects as well as users who are familiar with digital devices.

최근 건강관리 및 질병관리 등에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 유비쿼터스 헬스케어 서비스와 관련 기기에 대한 개발이 활발히 진행 중이다. 또한, 관련 기기가 단순히 건강진단 및 질병진단과 더불어서 치료까지 하나의 기기에서 이루어지는 테라그노시스 방향으로 개발되고 있다. 또한 치료를 위해 광유전학 기술을 이용하여 광반응성 단백질인 ChR2로 뇌세포의 자극을 조절할 수 있다. 뇌세포의 자극을 조절함으로써 뇌 질환의 발현 시 유용하게 대처할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 뇌의 전기적 신호를 획득하는 기기와 연동되는 IoT 시스템을 통해서 유비쿼터스 헬스케어에 대한 방법론에 대해서 서술한다. 특히, 뇌의 전기적 신호를 획득하는 장치를 통한 뇌, 신경 질환인 뇌전증에 대한 진단과 치료의 유무를 판단하는 유비쿼터스 헬스케어 시스템에 대해서 서술한다. 이처럼 웨어러블 뇌파 신호 측정 장치와 연동되는 IoT 시스템을 통해 뇌파 신호를 지속적으로 모니터함으로써 사용자의 뇌전증의 발현 시 진단 및 치료, 긴급연락 서비스를 통해 사용자의 돌발 사태에 대해서 대처할 수 있는 방법론을 제시한다.

By facing the era of the 4th industrial revolution, personalized medical services for patients are expanding with the development of information and communications technology. With these changes, digital medical devices have begun to be used to support diagnosis, patient monitoring, and decision-making of diseases, and recently software medical devices for the purpose of preventing, managing, or treating disorders or diseases have become popular. The aim of this article is to understand the current concept and status of Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), which are actively being carried out in the United States, and to find out what fields can be applied in the future. In addition, it intends to find out the Korean domestic policy trends related to smart healthcare and find out the application of digital software as a medical devices that can be used in dental clinic to keep pace with the upcoming changes in the medical field.

ICT 기술과 의료기기의 융합을 통하여 진단, 치료, 의료정보화 및 개인건강관리 분야에 이르기 까지 신속하고 정확하고 효율적인 의료서비스 개선을 추구하고 있다. 인구의 고령화, 만성질환자 증가, 의료비상승, 의료진의 부족이 예상되는 미래환경에서 ICT 기술의 기여도는 점점 더 커질 것이다. 전세계적인 정보통신망 인프라의 활성화와 개인용 스마트 디바이스의 보급으로 정보와 기기에 대한 접근성이 훨씬 용이해지고 웰빙에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 개인 건강관리에 대한 서비스 요구가 높아지고 있다. ICT 종주국으로서 의료기기 산업에서도 국내기업의 활약을 기대하며 ICT 융합 의료기기의 현황을 소개하고자 한다.

외상후 스트레스 장애(PTSD)는 장기적으로 심각한 기능 장애를 초래하므로 적절한 치료가 필수적이다. 현재 PTSD 치료법 중 효과가 검증된 주류 심리치료는 환자에게 정서적 고통을 유발하여 치료 중도 포기를 야기하고 치료 효과를 감소시키는 주요한 원인이다. 본 연구에서는 생성형 AI를 적용하여 사용자의 맞춤형 트라우마 이미지를 무의식적으로 노출시키는 방식으로 게임에 적용하였다. 개발된 게임은 디지털 치료기기로 사용함으로써 비침습적인 방법으로 치료의 효과를 증대한다.

Applicator of various kind of number ten kinds is used to raise from efficiency of brachytherapy to maximum. The compatibility of radiation source and applicator is very important subject for safety brachytherapy. Developed high dose rate brachytherapy source through Hanaro nuclear reactor in Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute and improve compatibility with using equipment in present. In this research, we wished to evaluate stability mechanical safety of radiation source and we developed phantom for evaluate several quality about Ir-192 sealed source that improve newly in Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute and is improved. The result for suitability of Ir-192 HDR source with brachytherapy tools that did normal operation in 2.2~2.7 cm extent about change of equal curvature and consider change of sudden curvature that did normal operation in radius 1.5~1.8 cm extent.
