The Reflective Reconsider and Recognition of Apartment Housing Etiquette through Big Data (빅데이터 분석을 통해 바라본 공동주택예절에 대한 인식과 반성적 재고)

  • This study examined the status of apartment housing based on the problems of noise and smoking between floors and tried to reflective reconsideration to practice the etiquette of apartment buildings by analyzing their perceptions with big data. The research results are as follows. First, it was confirmed that laws and systems were in place to prevent and solve problems of noise between floors and smoking between floors. Second, local governments and apartments are seeking to solve problems through various activities, but we could see that the problems mentioned above continue to increase. The third, big data analysis results showed that people were divided into four groups of awareness of noise and smoking. Fourth, we could see that the etiquette of apartment housing to solve these problems should presuppose improvement of perception and practicality. We proposed three categories to solve the problem. First, we should practice decorum following changes in the living environment. Therefore, I suggest that continuous research and etiquette book should be published. Second, I think the spirit of mutual respect and consideration is necessary, and suggest the autonomous attention and effort of residents living in apartments. Third, I hope that the etiquette education of apartments will be made in apartments or various educational sites and spread to the culture of living.

  • 공동주택에서의 음환경 성능은 실내환경의 질과 연관시켜 설계단계부터 충분한 검토가 필요한 성능항목이다. '국토해양부'는 '공통주택 성능등급 표시제도'에서 Air Duct를 통해 상하층간 전파되는 소음을 제어하기 위한 대책을 요구하고 있다. 이에 화장실에 적합한 구조 및 재질로 소음 저감기를 개발하고, 소음기 성능평가 장치를 구성하여 이론과 비교평가하고, 실제 현장에 설치 시 적용효과를 분석하였다.

  • To control the floor noise generated in the apartment building, a method of reinforcing the floor at the floor is applied. However, since existing buildings are difficult to reinforce upper generations, the ceilings of lower generations should be reinforced. The purpose of this study is to analyze the reduction effect by measuring the impact noise after reinforcing the floor soundproofing material on the ceiling of the existing building. In order to ensure the economical efficiency and flame retardancy of the products used as building interior materials, the existing polyurethane foam was impregnated with mineral to prepare test specimens and attached to the concrete slab surface. As a result, it was shown that heavy impact sound can reduce 2dB~5dB and light impact sound can reduce 4~8dB.

Floor Noise Isolation System of the Residential Buildings Using Waste Rubbers (폐고무를 이용한 공공주택 층간소음차단 시스템)

  • Recently, complaints of floor noise have been growing up with the rapid increase of the residential buildings. This demands the effective floor noise isolation system. Since the construction of high-rise the residential buildings will be increased even more in future, the noise isolation is a more important technology in the market. In this study, a new floor noise isolation panel (FNIP) was designed and manufactured using waste rubbers. The noise isolation was investigated at both laboratory and field conditions. Light and heavy weight shock wave showed 52 dB and 48 dB in the field test, respectively. The new system could reduce the total floor thickness by 22~42 mm.

  • 본 연구에서는 소음 센서와 진동 센서를 사용하여 층간소음 정보를 받아 기준치를 초과하면 소음 제공자에게 경고를 할수 있는 소음관리 시스템을 제안하였다. 소음 정보를 입력 받아 경고를 하는 알고리즘을 처리하기 위해 아두이노 보드를 사용하였고, 여러 주소로부터 전송되는 다수의 센서들을 적은 전력으로 전송할 수 있도록 Wi-fi shield와 MQTT 앙상블 데이터 전송방식을 적용하였다. 전송된 정보들은 Firebase 플랫폼을 통해 사용자들이 쉽게 정보에 접근할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 또한 저장된 대용량의 데이터에 대한 체계적인 관리를 위해 R 프로그램을 이용하여 데이터의 특징을 분석하였다. 제안된 시스템의 기능 및 동작을 실험한 결과 정상적으로 동작함을 확인하였다.

  • This paper reports the test results of the floating floor system used to reduce the floor noise of apartment buildings. Recently, many soft resilient materials placing between the reinforced concrete slab and finishing mortar are used. The resilient material should not only reduce the floor impact sound vibration from the floor but also support the load on the floor. Thus, even if soft resilient materials satisfy the maximum limitation of light-weight impact sound and heavy-weight impact sound, these materials may not support the load on the floor. The experimental program involved conducting sixteen sound insulation floating floor specimens. Three main parameters were considered in the experimental investigation: resilient materials, loading location, and layers of floor. Experimental results indicated that the stiffness of resilient material significantly influenced on the structural behavior of floating floor system. In addition, the deflection of the floating concrete floor loaded at the side or coner of the specimen was greater than that of the floor loaded at the center of the specimen. However, the aerated concrete did not effect on the cracking strength of floating floor system.

Addressing Inter-floor Noise Issues in Apartment Buildings using On-Sensor AI Embedded with TinyML on Ultra-Low-Power Systems

  • In this paper, we proposes a method for real-time processing of inter-floor noise problems by embedding TinyML, which includes a deep learning model, into ultra-low-power systems. The reason this method is feasible is because of lightweight deep learning model technology, which allows even systems with small computing resources to perform inference autonomously. The conventional method proposed to solve inter-floor noise problems was to send data collected from sensors to a server for analysis and processing. However, this centralized processing method has issues with high costs, complexity, and difficulty in real-time processing. In this paper, we address these limitations by employing On-Sensor AI using TinyML. The method presented in this paper is simple to install, cost-effective, and capable of processing problems in real-time.

  • 세탁기에서 등속 원운동(uniform circular motion)시 발생하는 힘으로 인해 생기는 소음 및 진동을 트라이포드 수평계(tripod water level)의 자동 수평맞춤 센서 장치, 방진고무(vibration proof rubber)를 장착한 최적의 진동흡수 평판 기구를 설계 하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 세탁기 소음으로 인한 층간소음 문제 해결에 기여 할 것이다.
