This case study quantifies the savings that can be realized through integration in National Computing & Information Agency (NCIA) of the Korea Government. It is based on the process of the NCIA development project that consolidating and integrating distributed 24 agencies. And it used the widely accepted Gartner TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) Solution and applies that methodology consistently before and after integration. Specific measurement items for examining the information system integration saving cost are developed pilot test for 2 agencies through compare TCO before integration and TCO after integration. The results of measuring on information system integration in NCIA are showed lots of economic cost reduction in TCO by integrating and consolidating each computing environment in agency. Especially in detail, NCIA realized the most savings in IT Capital Cost including development of hardware, software and recovery system. Also IT Support Cost and IT Administration Cost examined more savings than before IT integration.

This paper proposes a framework for integrated credit risk management system in domestic bank financial institutions. Credit evaluation system, loan processing system, credit monitoring system, and credit risk management system are integrated for efficient and effective risk-adjusted performance management in this framework. Risk exposures, not only for each credit, but also for bank's whole credit portfolio need to be measured and analyzed through the concept of Value-at-Risk (VaR). The effects of changes in credit ratings of individual loaners on bank's credit risk exposure are also considered. We tried to model this integrated credit risk management system by using object-oriented modeling language, UML.

본 논문에서 이용한 프레임워크 기반 통합관리시스템은 네트워크 관리와 분석을 위하여 관리기능, 분석 기능, 관리 및 분석 대상과 관련된 모든 항목을 측정하고 분석하여 예측할 수 있는 기능을 포함하는 시스템이다. 주요 연구방법으로는 세부 항목별로 현황 데이터를 수집, 가공, 분석하였으며, 각 항목간의 연관관계 및 대상별 연관관계를 상세하게 분석하고자 인프레인저(infRanger$^{TM}$)를 이용하였다. 프레임워크 기반통합관리시스템을 이용한 네트워크 트래픽 성능분석은 네트워크 운영에 있어서 성능 저하에 영향을 미치기 쉬운 장비나 구간, 그리고 현재의 문제 가능성이 예상되는 네트워크 자원을 선정하여 상세 분석을 실시하고 문제점을 도출할 수 있도록 하였다. 이렇게 해본 결과 사전에 네트워크에 대한 과잉투자를 예방하고 최적화된 네트워크 환경을 조성하여 관리의 효율성 및 보다 나은 서비스를 제공한다.

Recently, the demand against the system risk analysis and security management from the enterprises or the agencies which operate a information system is increasing even from domestic. The international against the standardization trend of information protection management system it investigates from the dissertation which it sees. It analyzed and against information property information protection management system integrated it will be able to manage a danger modeling it did it proposed. Having analyzed as well as compared the matureness of security-measurement models in regard to the global standard of proposal system, the administrative presentation for various IT technology resources. which have been managed singly so far, is now well applied under the united control of the company itself, and enabled the automated management of authentication support and renewal for ISO 27001, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, resulting in much advanced operation for both material and human resources.

For social demand and technological development, systematic private information management and security guidance have been enhanced; however, the issue of leakage and invasion of private information is shown in many ways. In the management of such private information, the issue of how to protect such information is one of the sensitive key elements. As a criterion to decide the management policy of each property information consisting of private information, this article suggests Dynamic-Security-Level-Measurement for property information. DSLM adopts the variable characteristics of property information as the element of measurement. By applying this method, it is possible to provide information management functions to cope with the changes of each property information security level of an individual actively. It is expected that this will improve the security of previous information management methods even more and also contribute to the improvement of security in integrated systems such as the integrated ID management system and electronic wallet.

물순환 요소들을 관찰하고, 이를 과학적으로 측정 및 분석하는 수문조사는 국민에게 필요한 물의공급, 가뭄과 홍수로 인한 피해 경감, 깨끗한 수질 유지 등 국가 수자원 관리를 위한 중요 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 수행되고 있다. 물관리의 첫 단추는 물 관련 조사·분석·정보 관리체계를 구축하는 것으로 기후위기 및 통합물관리 대응을 위하여 물관리를 선도하고 있는 주요국은 첨단장비 및 기술력을 도입하여 수문조사를 수행하고 있다. 이와 연계하여 수문조사 기술력이 발달하고 국민의 물관리에 대한 관심도가 높아짐에 따라 신뢰성 있는 사용자 중심의 수문자료 생산 필요성이 논의되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 주요 국가의 수문조사 기술수준과 활용현황을 파악하고 기술전략 선진화를 모색하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 미국, 영국, 중국, 일본, 대만 등의 수문조사 기관을 대상으로 기초자료를 구축하고 비교하였다. 대부분의 수문조사 기관은 통합물관리를 위하여 수량·수질·환경에 대한 조사를 일원적으로 수행하고 있으며, 이상기후로 유발되는 극한강우 및 측정시 안전사고에 대응하기 위하여 드론 무선보트 등과 같은 비접촉 측정기법을 개발하여 수문조사를 수행하고 있음을 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 현재 활용되고 있는 수문조사 장비의 정확도를 향상하고, 한국 지형과 운영방식에 적합한 새로운 수문조사 기술에 대한 적극적인 투자가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 이는 수자원조사의 미래 가치 중 하나인 수문조사 정보의 신 가치를 창출하고, 기술력선도를 통해 공공사업 분야에서도 물 산업 진출의 주도권을 확보하는데 중요한 역할을 제시할 것으로 판단된다.

대기오염방지를 위해서는 배출되는 대기오염물질을 측정하고 이를 관리하여 대기오염을 신속히 파악하고 사전에 방지하기 위한 서비스가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 광학센싱을 이용해 굴뚝연기의 혼탁도를 측정하고 이를 웹과 모바일 기기에서 측정결과를 실시간으로 검색할 수 있는 웹+모바일 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 구현된 시스템은 모바일 운영체제에 독립적인 웹앱의 형태로 제공되어 사용자의 다양한 모바일 기기에서 운영될 수 있으며 PC환경의 웹에 내장되어 통합되어져 시스템의 유지보수가 쉽다는 장점이 있다.

This study represents construction progress management model based on quality inspection process in addition to cost-schedule integration. Quality inspection process cycle, resource estimate as progress measurement parameter, hierarchical structure of schedule, and inspection lots linking quality inspection to resource estimate are addressed as four main information areas. The authors established several process models to give a structure and correlations among information elements on each of these areas. Applying the process models proposed, an information system was implemented and utilized for nuclear power plant construction. It reveals that the system achieves accurate and objective progress information in near real time with significantly reduced time and effort as well as administrative efficiencies from making quality inspection process online.

While discussions on ESG are actively taking place in Europe and other countries, the number of countries pushing for mandatory ESG information disclosure related to non-financial information of listed companies is rapidly increasing. However, as companies respond to mandatory global ESG information disclosure, problems are emerging such as the stringent requirements of global ESG disclosure standards, the complexity of data management, and a lack of understanding and preparation of the ESG system itself. In addition, it requires a reasonable analysis of how business management opportunities and risk factors due to climate change affect the company's financial impact, so it is expected to be quite difficult to analyze the results that meet the disclosure standards. In order to perform tasks such as ESG management activities and information disclosure, data of various types and sources is required and management through an information system is necessary to measure this transparently, collect it without error, and manage it without omission. Therefore, in this study, we designed an ESG data integrated management model to integrate and manage various related indicators and data in order to transparently and efficiently convey the company's ESG activities to various stakeholders through ESG information disclosure. A framework for implementing an information system to handle management was developed. These research results can help companies facing difficulties in ESG disclosure at a practical level to efficiently manage ESG information disclosure. In addition, the presentation of an integrated data management model through analysis of the ESG disclosure work process and the development of an information system to support ESG information disclosure were significant in the academic aspects needed to study ESG in the future.

프로세스 관리는 제품품질에 대한 요구가 높아져가는 상황에서 개발 완료 후 발생할 수 있는 결함을 사전에 식별 및 해결해줄 수 있다. 이러한 프로세스 관리 활동은 측정 활동을 통해 현재의 프로세스 품질과 향후 프로세스 개선에 관한 정보를 효과적으로 얻을 수 있다. 측정활동의 효율성을 높이기 위해서는 측정 활동에서 얻어진 측정 데이터와 그 외 관련 데이터들을 측정 저장소(Measurement Repository)에서 저장하고 관리해야 한다. SEI(Software Engineering Institute)에서 개발한 프로세스 개선 모델인 CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration)에서는 조직 성숙도 레벨 2에서는 프로젝트 차원의 측정 저장소를 다루고 있으며, 조직 성숙도 레벨 3 에서는 조직 차원의 측정 저장소 확립을 하나의 Specific Practice 로 설정하고 있다. 조직 차원의 측정 저장소는 각 프로젝트의 측정 데이터를 통합하여 관리하기 때문에 조직 전체에 일관되고 예측 가능한 측정활동을 지원한다. 그러나 CMMI 에서는 조직차원의 측정 저장소를 구현하기 위한 상세하고 체계적인 절차와 방법을 언급하고 있지 않아 조직에서는 실제 구현에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 CMMI를 기반으로 PSM(Practical Software Measurement), ISO15939(소프트웨어 측정 프로세스 표준)등의 자료를 참조하여 조직에서 측정 저장소를 효과적으로 구현할 수 있도록 지원하는 절차와 방안을 연구하였다.
