Many traditional retailers are losing money due to loss and accidents in managing their carts. Therefore, we intend to solve these problems by installing a raspberry pie with various functions in order to efficiently manage the cart. First, use ultrasonic sensors to measure the distance between the cart and the object, use vibration sensors to vary the number of vibration sensors, change the number of vibrations to the user, and use Beacon to transmit the cart in real time. It also contributes to consumers' spending patterns and revenue generation by identifying consumers' consumption patterns. Problems with lost are also resolved by issuing an audible warning (outside of Mart) if a distance is removed (outside of Mart).

본 연구에서는 분류된 5가지 행정모델을 이용하여 현재 국내 행정모델의 특성을 추출하고, 아울러 행정모델의 전환에 대하여 논의하게 되며, 이를 통하여 한국 행정은 기계적 행정모델에서 네트워크 행정모델로의 이행 시점에 있음을 밝히고자 한다. 네트워크 행정모델 하에서는 지식, 정보, 자료, 멀티미디어 등을 통합한 개념인 Contents가 다양하게 공유되는데, 이 중에서 공유 및 활용의 효과가 가장 큰 것이 지식이다. 네트워크 정부모델 하에서는 지식의 의존도가 그만큼 높아지게 된다. 따라서 지식을 효율적으로 이용하기 위한 방안으로 Knowledge Portal 개념을 도입하여 행정지식을 사용자 관점에서 분류하고, 이를 통하여 Personalization 전략과 Codification 전략의 상호 보완적인 활용이 가능함을 제시한다. 아울러 지식 기반 행정의 구축을 위해서는 제도의 변화가 필요하며, 이러한 제도 중 성과측정 분야를 집중적으로 논의하게 되며, 이를 위하여 Balanced Scorecard의 개념을 도입하여 행정대상, 행정주체, 예산, 학습의 균형적인 성과측정 방안에 대하여 논의하고자 한다.

The study has try to find out the relationship between airfreight service quality and satisfaction in international forwarding practice which has focused to figure out the mediating role of performance that measured as subjective evaluation on profit. For the purpose of this paper, questionnaire survey has been performed on the relationship among the procedure of the air freight service quality was found to have not only direct influence but also indirect impact through performance on satisfaction. This research made some contribution both academicals and logistic practices. Academically, it is the first research to address the relationship between air freight service quality and profit performance in Korean academic field. Practically, this study provides justification for the investment to improve forwarding service quality. The results of this study bear some implications on international shipping and practice. The quality of the air cargo transportation management system for customer satisfaction and its impact on business performance in the process to make an empirical identifies. The role and influence of the working-level analysis to derive the performance as transportation management, as well as the effectiveness of customer satisfaction for quality and promote a point. Arrange this point take advantage of air cargo companies are composed of service quality management system for the dimension of course aims to foster a competitive advantage in terms of performance. This paper suggest that real-time movement of the consignment route provides information such as verification and business cooperation for the purpose of proper features a reflecting on the stability of cargo air freight management system, that improve the quality of services on this performance to increase the customer satisfaction strategy in connected getting and so on, is in the process of the formation of customer satisfaction.

고객관리란 고객데이터와 정보를 분석, 통합하여 개별 고객의 특성에 기초한 마케팅 활동을 계획, 지원, 평가하는 과정이다. 고객 관리는 기업에 있어서 가장 중요한 전략 중의 하나이며, 1990년대 이후로 그 중요성은 강조되어 왔다. 이러한 고객관리의 출발은 고객의 가치를 정확히 측정하는 것이며, 고객평생가치를 판단하기 위한 많은 연구가 이루어졌다. 우리는 고객평생가치 모델을 한국의 이동통신산업에 적용하기 위한 이론적 배경과 그 방법론을 분석하였다. 또한 이 논문은 이러한 과정에서 나타나는 문제점의 원인과 그 해결방안을 제시하고 있다. 이러한 연구와 방법론들은 실제 마케팅 전략에 직접적으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

A software development using components reuse is an useful method to reduce the software development cost. But a retrieval method by the keyword and category classifications is difficult to search an exact matching component due to components complexity in component reuse. Therefore, after different existing methods are examined and analyzed, an effective classification and retrieval method using XML specifications and the system architecture of components integrated management based on it are presented. Many discording elements of DTD which is component meta-expression exist in components retrieval. To compensate it, this retrieval method using estimations of precision and concision is effective one to catch considerable matching preference components. This method makes possible to retrieve suitable components having better priority due to searching similar matching components that are difficult in an existing keyword matching method.

최근 스마트 TV가 방송과 통신을 결합하고 융합하여 보다 다양한 콘텐츠를 제공하면서 헬스케어, 스마트 홈으로 서비스 영역을 확장시킬 수 있는 보다 능동적인 매체로 부각되면서 스마트 헬스케어 분야에 적극적으로 활용될 것으로 기대되고 있다. 그러나 현재 헬스케어 서비스는 대부분의 개인건강기기에서 사용자의 신체를 측정하고 확인하기 위해서는 건강기기 제조사별로 존재하는 고유의 인터페이스를 통해서만 확인이 가능하며 스마트 TV 환경에서 헬스케어 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 스마트 TV의 특징을 고려한 통합 게이트웨이 및 건강관리 애플리케이션이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 스마트 TV 환경에 따른 헬스케어 서비스를 제공하기 위해 Bluetooth HDP를 활용한 통합 게이트웨이를 설계하고 이를 기반으로 홈 헬스케어 시스템을 구현하고자 한다.

In this paper, we propose system access control software that improves the survivability of the naval combat system while maintaining security and stability. The software was improved by improving the operating environment configuration and user authentication process of the system access control software that constitutes the naval combat system, defining the operating environment classification of the naval combat system, and applying a software parallel execution process considering the load rate. Through this, the waiting time required to configure the environment is shortened, providing rapid operation to the operator, and improving the fact that the naval combat system cannot be operated unless the environment configuration is completed even in emergency situations. In order to test the performance, a test environment was created by simulating the existing naval combat system, and the execution time for each operation category was measured and compared. Compared to the existing naval combat system, the execution time of the basic combat system was reduced by about 69.3%, the execution time of the combat system was reduced by about 54.9%, and the execution time of the integrated combat system was confirmed to be reduced by about 8.4%.

The Port Logistics Information System (Port-MIS) is the system that processes all of port management such as entry and departure of ships, using facilities within ports, port traffic control, cargo entering and carrying and tax collection in 31 trade ports over the whole country. Lately, The Port Logistics Information System (Port-MIS) has been reformed as a WEB-based system and established basis to provide real time information support structure, diversification of civil complaint system, and optimized civil complaint service by using wire and wireless internet. The typical study on the Port Logistics Information System was C/S program and EDI-centered. But it has significance to study on service quality measurement of WEB Port-MIS that has been served as a new web-based platform since April 2010, for there was no such a study until now.

국가적 차원에서 물을 사용하고 통제하는 일은 국민의 생활에 큰 영향을 미치기 때문에 지구상의 모든 나라들은 주어진 여건에 맞게 효율적으로 물을 사용하고 홍수와 가뭄으로부터 국민의 생명과 재산을 보호하기 위해 많은 일울 수행하고 있다. 이와 같이 수자원 관리를 위해서 가장 근본적으로 이루어져야 하는 것이 물이 언제, 어디에, 얼마나 있는지를 파악하여 물이 있는 곳과 물이 필요한 곳을 연계하여 최적으로 물을 공급하고 관리하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 다중목적(이수, 치수, 수질) 적용 기법, 기존 관측소 활용 기법, NARI(Network Analysis for Regional Information) 기법, 지형적 최적 기법 등을 이용하여 하천의 최상류 지점에서 하구까지 모든 지점에 대한 신뢰성 있는 유량정보를 실시간으로 파악할 수 있는 유량측정망을 구축하는데 목적이 있다. 다중목적 적용 기법을 위하여, 수질목적으로는 오염총량제 대상지점을 활용 하였으며, 치수목적으로는 5대강 홍수통제소의 홍수예보 프로그램을 활용 하였고, 이수목적으로는 하천수 사용실태를 조사하여 이를 활용 하였다. 기존 관측소 활용 기법은 5대강 홍수통제소, 지자체, 농촌공사, 수자원공사, 환경부에서 운영하고 있는 수위관측소를 통합하여 중복투자에 따른 손실을 최소화 하고, 최적의 장소에 유량측정망을 구축하는 것이다. NARI 기법은 유량측정망 구축에 있어서 각 지점과의 연계성을 통하여 하천에 흐르는 물의 양을 신뢰성 있게 파악할 수 있도록 분석한 것으로서 하천 상 하류 간의 연계를 통하여 미지의 지점에 대한 유량 값의 유추가 가능하도록 하는 것이다. 지형적 최적 기법은 산간지방, 도시지역, 농촌지역, 산업지역, 상업지역 등과 같이 지형적 특성에 따른 유량측정망을 구축하는 것이다.의 의사결정 지원 도구가 될 것이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 도시유역의 물순환 해석을 위한 일련의 과정, 즉 자료의 조사 및 취득에서부터 물순환 해석 모형을 이용한 정량적 현황파악, 물순환 개선 기법 및 평가를 수행함에 있어 주요 착안점 및 실무에서의 기술적 가이드를 제공하고자 하였으며, 보다 세밀한 도시유역의 물순환 해석을 위하여 우리나라와 일본에서 적용이 활발한 물리적 기반의 분포형 모형(WEP, SHER, SWMM)의 적용사례를 통하여 국내 도시하천의 물순환 해석에 활용함에 있어서의 실질적인 적용절차 등을 제시하고자 하였다. 한다.호강유역의 급격한 수질개선을 알 수 있다.世宗實錄) $\ulcorner$지리지$\lrcorner$(地理志)와 동년대에 동일한 목적으로 찬술되었음을 알 수 있다. $\ulcorner$경상도실록지리지$\lrcorner$(慶尙道實錄地理志)에는 $\ulcorner$세종실록$\lrcorner$(世宗實錄) $\ulcorner$지리지$\lrcorner$(地理志)와의 비교를 해보면 상 중 하품의 통합 9개소가 삭제되어 있고, $\ulcorner$동국여지승람$\lrcorner$(東國與地勝覽) 에서는 자기소와 도기소의 위치가 완전히 삭제되어 있다. 이러한 현상은 첫째, 15세기 중엽 경제적 태평과 함께 백자의 수요 생산이 증가하자 군신의 변별(辨別)과 사치를 이유로 강력하게 규제하여 백자의 확대와 발전에 걸림돌이 되었다. 둘째, 동기(銅器)의 대체품으로 자기를 만들어 충당해야할 강제성 당위성 상실로 인한 자기수요 감소를 초래하였을 것으로 사료된다. 셋째,

GIS 부분방전 진단 시스템은 가스 절연개폐장치(GIS: Gas Insulated Switchgear) 내부에서 발생하는 UHF 대역의 부분방전 신호를 측정하며 이상신호가 발생하면 위상에 대한 부분방전 패턴을 분석하고 원인을 진단한다. 이러한 GIS 부분방전 진단 시스템은 다수의 변전소에 설치되어 운전되며 중앙제어센터에서 통합하여 관리하고자 할 경우 네트워크와 데이터베이스에 병목현상이 발생한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 Web을 통한 시스템의 분산화와 정보의 구분을 통한 정보의 분류로 병목현상을 줄이는 Web기반 GIS 부분방전 진단 시스템의 개발에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.
