Efficient Grid Resource Scheduling Model with Resource Reliability Measurement (자원 신뢰성 측정을 통한 효율적인 그리드 자원 스케줄링 모델)

  • Grid computing has been appeared for solving large-scaled data which are not solved by a single computer. Grid computing is a new generation platform which connects geographically distributed heterogeneous resources. However, gathering heterogeneous distributed resources produces many difficult problems. Especially. to assure resource reliability is one of the most critical problems. So, we propose a grid resource scheduling model using grid resource reliability measurement. We evaluate resource reliability based on resource status data and apply it to the grid scheduling model in DEVSJAVA modeling and simulation. This paper evaluates parameters such as resource utilization, job loss and average turn-around time and estimates experiment results of our model in comparison with those of existing scheduling models such as a random scheduling model and a round-robin scheduling model. These experiment results showed that the resource reliability measurement scheduling model provides efficient resource allocation and stable Job processing in comparison with a random scheduling model and a round-robin scheduling model.

  • TMDE(Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment) which is using in the military weapon system should perform the periodic calibration to maintain a measurement reliability during the life cycle, organizations are faced with increasing pressures to minimize costs while improving the reliability of test equipment. Previous studies suggest that reliability models are determined by considering simple size and characteristics of equipment, however an applying single Model may not be fit well maintenance data of many kinds of TMDEs. This paper presents that recommending an optimal calibration interval through the goodness of fit test with verifying statistical significance level among the several intervals which are computed with using major reliability models. According to the result of applying the actual proposed of calibration interval analysis method for various types of equipment, reliabilities are maintained for the end of calibration intervals.

  • In this paper, we propose a software quality measurement metrics of ISO / IEC 25023, which is newly proposed for software quality evaluation, to compare the difference with ISO / IEC 9126-2 which was used for software quality evaluation. In this paper, we propose a method for evaluating the quality of reliability based on the software reliability growth model among the eight quality characteristics presented in ISO / IEC 25023. Based on ISO / IEC 25023, software-quality evaluations demonstrate that there is some risk in evaluating reliability when based on data.

  • Peer-to-Peer 네트워크 상에서 구성원과 구성원 사이에 필요한 정보를 이용하기 위해서 각 구성원 및 구성원이 보유한 데이터에 대한 신뢰도(Trust)를 측정하는 일은 매우 중요하다. 이 논문에서는 네트워크 상에서 구성원 사이에 신뢰도에 대한 관계성을 정의하는 기존의 신뢰도 관계성 모델의 한계점을 개선한 혼합형 신뢰도 관계성 모델을 제시하고, 신뢰도 추천 프로토콜과 신뢰도 측정에 대한 확장 및 개선점을 제안한다.

  • 오늘날 선박, 항공, 자동차산업 등의 복합화로 인하여 내장형 소프트웨어의 중요성이 크게 대두되고 있다. 중요도가 높아질수록 고장 현상 발생률이 증가하고 이에 따른 오류나 고장에 대한 영향도 급증 하기 때문에, 신뢰성이 그만큼 중요하게 되었다. 신뢰성은 ISO/IEC 9126, ISO/IEC 12119 등에서 기능성, 사용성, 효율성, 유지보수성, 이식성과 함께 언급되고 있다. 신뢰성의 부특성에는 성숙성, 오류허용성, 회복성, 준수성이 있고, 이에 따라 품질평가 항목 메트릭이 제시되어 있다. 그러나 신뢰성 평가 기준은 수리적 난해함과 데이터 수집에 관한 문제에 부딪혀 적용하는 데에 어려움이 따르는 실정이다. 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 각 세부 평가 항목에 대한 체크리스트를 가지고 품질평가 메트릭에 적용하였다. 또한, 기존에 제시되어 있는 대표적인 신뢰성 모델 두 가지 NHPP(Non-Homogeneous Poisson Process) Model과 Jelinski-Moranda Model을 성숙성과 오류허용성의 품질평가 메트릭과 연관시켜 효율적으로 신뢰성을 측정하는 방안에 대하여 모색하였다.

  • This study aims to develop the trustworthiness model for public digital records, as an admissibility framework for establishing trust. The trustworthiness model is deemed to used to identify the qualities of the digital records in their lifecycle, including the identity that could be identified at the time of the creation, integrity obtained from the chain-of-custodial management, the evidence of relationship between business activities and records, and the technical or cognitive accessibility. Based on the analysis of the QADEP model, it was decided to develop a model that could measure the trustworthiness of public digital records in the external measurement type, which are authenticity, reliability, and usability. In line with this direction, the model expanded measurement areas and indicators of the QADEP model through the analysis of ISO 16175-1:2020, and measuring metrics was also proposed so that it could be a measuring instrument for public digital records in Korea, after analysing NAK 19-3. It would be useful to expand the model and to test the approach of the trustworthiness model for public digital records.

  • This study proposes a method to measure software reliability according to software reliability measurement model to measure software reliability. The model presented in this study uses the distribution of Non - Homogeneous Poisson Process and presents a measure of the software reliability of the presented model. As a method to select a suitable software reliability growth model according to the presented model, we have studied a method of proposing an appropriate software reliability function by calculating the mean square error according to the estimated value of the reliability function according to the software failure data. In this study, we propose a reliability function to measure the software quality and suggest a method to select the software reliability function from the viewpoint of minimizing the error of the estimation value by applying the failure data.

  • This research studied the evaluation of reliability among the software quality characteristics: suitability, reliability, usability, portability, maintainability, performance efficiency, security, and compatibility. It proposes a quantitative evaluation of reliability in the measurement of software quality. This study introduces a method for measuring the failure rate included in maturity during reliability evaluation, which is one of the characteristics of software quality, and is a study with experimental data on how the failure rate changes depending on the form of failure data. Focusing on software testing, the failure rate was measured and compared according to the type of failure data by applying it to the software reliability growth model, focusing on the number of failures per day. The failure rate was measured around the failure time found through the 6-day test, and the failure rate was compared with the failure rate proposed by the international standard ISO/IEC 25023 using the measurement results, and the application was reviewed according to the data type.

  • The reliability in software has expand in quality and quantity, also its importance and role are increased. But, a study of software reliability is lack of development. this paper software reliability growth models(SRGM) described by NonHome-geneous Poisson(NHPP)processes. Using actual software error data observed by software testing the SRGM's are composition of error-class, and error-class by three class. this paper made the reliability-model of software using three error- class. The purpose of this study to increase software productivity and to improve software quality. So to achive these goals we focused a study of software reliability model using the error-class.

VAR를 이용한 금융위험 측정

  • VaR에 의한 금융위험의 측정은 국제결제은행 바젤위원회의 내부모델 허용에 힘입어 금융산업에서 표준방식으로 확고한 입지를 차지하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국주식시장포트폴리오를 거래투자자산으로 보유한 경우의 VaR를 극단치이론에 입각하여 측정하고 이의 성과를 RiskMetrics의 성과와 비교하여 검토하였다. GPD의 모수적 추정에 의한 VaR의 사후검정결과는 표본내 사후검정이나 표본외 사후검정에서 어떤 신뢰수준에서도 기대되는 범위와 크게 벗어나지 않은 안정된 결과를 보였다. RiskMetrics의 EWMA방식도 역시 표본내와 표본외 사후검정 어느 경우에나 기대되는 범위에서 크게 벗어나지 않았지만 높은 신뢰수준에서는 그 성과가 GPD VaR에 비하여 상대적으로 불안정하였으며 위험의 과소평가 성향을 확인할 수 있었다. 비모수적 GEV추정에 입각한 VaR의 경우에는 위험을 과대평가하고 지나치게 보수적인 성향을 나타내었다. GPD의 모수적 접근에 의한 VaR 측정은 다양한 신뢰수준에서 정확한 검정결과를 보여주고 있으며, 시간적 흐름에 따르는 VaR의 행태도 지나친 변동성을 보이지 않아 외부규제 및 내부통제를 위한 금융위험의 측정지표로서 실용적인 가치가 있음을 확인할 수 있다.
