A Method to Determine the Wavelength of Electron Beam from LACBED Pattern (LACBED 패턴으로부터 전자빔의 파장 측정 방법)

  • The operating accelerating voltage in the electron microscopy may differ from the nominal voltage specified by the manufacture. Thus it is necessary, at least once, to determine the wavelength of electron beam for the nominal accelerating voltage. Particularly in QCBED technique, the wavelength of the incident electron beam on a specimen must be determined as accurately as possible. In this paper we present a simple method to determine accurately the wavelength of electrons from LACBED patterns of a known crystalline materials, which is analogous to a method based on Kikuchi patterns reported previously. This method is to utilize three diffraction lines not belonging to the same zone, which nearly intersect at the same point. For an application of the method, the wavelength of electrons for the 200 kv nominal acceleration voltage of JEM2010 is determined to be 0.002496(3) nm ($201.5{\pm}0.4$ kv) with an uncertainty of 0.12%.

  • 3차원 영상 처리 기술과 3차원 디스플레이의 발전은 3차원 영상 시장의 빠른 발전을 가져왔고 차세대 방송 기술로 큰 관심을 받고 있다. 하지만 3차원 영상은 시청할 때 눈의 피로, 어지럼증과 같은 현상이 일어날 수 있으며, 왜곡된 3차원 영상이 인체에 해로운 영향을 미칠 수도 있다. 이는 3차원 영상 산업의 활성화를 위해서 가장 시급히 해결되어야 할 문제이다. 현재 3차원 디스플레이는 스테레오 방식과 함께 1view 1depth 다시점 방식이 개발되었다. 특히 1view 1depth 다시점 디스플레이에서 깊이 영상의 공간적/시간적으로 복잡한 정도는 피로감을 일으키는 주요 요소이며 이는 1view 1depth 영상을 통해 직접 연구할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 1view 1depth 디스플레이에서 주관적인 피로도와 큰 상관도를 가지는 깊이 영상의 특성 측정 방법을 제안한다. 1view 1depth 디스플레이에서 view 영상은 양호한 화질을 가정하였으며 피로감에 큰 영향을 미치는 깊이 영상 정보만 사용하여 공간적, 시간적인 특성을 분석한다. 공간적 복잡도는 각 프레임에 대하여 깊이 영상 내 화소 값의 분산 값을 취하여 공간적으로 깊이 값의 분포와 구조의 복잡한 정도를 측정하고, 시간적 복잡도는 연속적인 프레임에 대하여 동일한 화소위치에서 화소 값 차이의 분산 값을 사용한다. 또한 공간적/시간적 평균값의 측정하여 피로감에 영향을 주는 요인으로 사용하였다. 결과적으로 측정한 값들을 바탕으로 주관적인 피로도 평가와 유사성을 가지도록 모델링하여 3차원 영상의 피로도를 예측한다.

A Study on the Characteristics of the Acoustic Reflection of the Wedge Shaped Underwater Sound Absorptive Tile (쐐기형 수중음파 흡수타일의 음반사 특성 연구)

  • Four different wedge angle absorptive tiles were designed and made, and the magnitudes of the reflected acoustic fields by the wedge shaped underwater sound absorptive tiles were measured. The minimum magnitude was found at the angle of 30$^{\circ}$ and the maximum of it was found at the wedge angle of 120$^{\circ}$ from measured the reflected acoustic fields at the front sides of the tiles. The fact that as wedge angle of the absorptive tile increases, the reflection coefficient is increasing is verified. The measured reflected acoustic fields were not dependent on the frequency in the range of 10kHz~30kHz used in this experiment for the same wedge angle tile. The measured reflected acoustic fields at the back sides of the tiles show that they are independent from both type of the absorptive tiles and the frequencies used in the experiments. The measured values and the computed values by the numerical model for the reflected acoustic fields of the wedge shaped absorptive tiles are fairly well comparable with one another.

  • Dose distribution of HDR-RALS source represents an inverse square law as the distance. Difference of measurement value and calculation value according of brachytherapy. Therefore, in HDR-RALS dose calibration and calculation have an important effect in treatment of uterine cervical cancer and absorbed dose of interesting points. In intracavitary therapy, particula attention is paid for precise determination of the doses to be applied. In this report, we have discussed that the calibration of a HDR-RALS, differences between calculation dose use of isodose chart and measurement in rectum. Dose rate calibration of radiation sources are obtained from air kerma and Г factor with calibraed ion chamber for cobalt source. and used semiconductor detector for compared with measurement in phantom. Eighteen patients were treated with a HDR-RALS for intrcavitarty irradiation (ICR) using a cobalt-cesium source. Repoductivity of dose measurements were 0.3 -1.1% in phantom. The means of dose distribution was -6- +21% between calculation of isodose chart and measurement of recyum, and was same mean value upper 6.3% in measurement value than calculation does.

  • Organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) are of interest for use in widely area electronic applications. We fabricated a copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) based field-effect transistor with different metal electrode. So we need the effect of the substituent group attached to the phthalocyanine on the surface potential was investigated by Kelvin probe method with varying temperature of the substrate. We were obtained the positive shift of the surface potential for CuPc thin film. We observed the electron displacement at the interface between Au electrode and CuPc layer and we were confirmed by the surface potential measurement.

  • Zebrafish(Brachdanio rerio)를 실험어류로 하여 methidathion 과 phosalone의 생물농축계수(bioconcentration factor : BCF)와 배설속도상수 (depuration rate constant) 및 LC$_{50}$를 측정하였다. Methidathion의 24, 48, 72, 96시간 LC$_{50}$는 각각 28.34, 35.98, 24.43, 22.03 mg/$\ell$로 측정되었다. Methidathion 0.22 mg/$\ell$(고농도)와 0.022 mg/$\ell$(저농도)에서 어류 체내에서의 농축정도는 두 농도군에서 각각 12시간 이후에 정류상태에 도달하여 72시간동안 거의 일정하였고, BCF값도 12시간에서 72시간 사이에 고농도와 저농도에서 8.72(n=4)와 11.25(n=4)로 조사되었다. 배설속도상수는 고농도와 저농도에서 6시간 이내에 모두 배설되어 배설속도상수를 구할 수 없었다. Phosalone의 24, 48, 72, 96시간 LC$_{50}$는 각각 3.76, 2.43, 1.86, 1.05 mg/$\ell$로 측정되었다. Zebrafish 체내에서의 농축정도와 BCF값은 고농도(0.01 mg/$\ell$)에서 12시간 이후에 정류상태에 도달하여 72시간동안 거의 일정하였고, BCF값은 12시간에서 72시간 사이에 48.88(n=4)로 측정되었다. 저농도(0.001 mg/$\ell$)에서는 실험 전기간동안 zebrafish 체내에서 phosalone이 검출되지 않아 BCF값을 산출할 수 없었다. Zebrafish 체내에서 phosalone(고농도)의 배설속도상수와 반감기를 구하기 위하여 6,12시간의 배설실험 결과 각각 0.17$hr^{-1}$과 4.01 시간이었다. Methidathion과 phosalone의 BCF값은 phosalone이 methidathion 보다 약 5배 정도 높게 나타났으며, 농약의 배설속도는 phosalone이 methidathion보다 빨랐다.

  • In order to remove particulate matter, functional construction materials are developed. However, there is no evaluation method and infrastructure for particulate matter removal rate. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to build a particulate matter removal rate test chamber and to present a method for particulate matter removal rate. As a result, since construction materials have effectiveness in an environment where particulate matter is generated, the particulate matter injection step was proposed as a comparison target. The evaluation of the particulate removal rate was proposed by relative comparison of the slope values obtained by linear regression analysis for all concentration values measured in the particulate matter injection step. In linear regression method, all measured values can be evaluated, and the variability can be evaluated with the coefficient of determination (R-square), so that the reliability of the particulate matter removal rate can be secured.

용액 공정을 통한 HfO2/ZrO2 구조 차이에 따른 Dielectric layer의 특성 변화 분석

  • 본 연구에서는 $HfO_2$$ZrO_2$의 구조적 차이를 통한 Dielectric layer의 특성 변화에 대한 분석을 진행하였다. $HfO_2$$ZrO_2$ layer는 용액 공정을 통해 만들고, 용액의 농도는 0.2 M로 제작하여 Spin Coating으로 소자를 제작하였다. 각 소자들의 구조적인 차이를 위해 $HfO_2$/$HfO_2$, $ZrO_2$/$HfO_2$, $HfO_2$/$ZrO_2$, $ZrO_2$/$ZrO_2$ 층 순서로 제작되었다. 각 소자들의 Capacitance 값은 245.72, 259.81, 294.23, $312.12nF/cm^2$으로 측정 되었고, Leakage current 값은 1.01, 1.79, 0.09, $0.0910-1A/cm^2$으로 다소 높은 값으로 확인되었다. 또한 dielectric constant, k 값이 16.6, 17.6, 19.9, 21.2로 각각의 측정값들 모두 substrate쪽의 dielectric layer에 따라 비슷한 특성을 갖게 되는 것을 확인했다. 이를 통해 Electrode 쪽의 layer보다 Substrate 쪽의 layer의 영향이 더 큰 것을 알 수 있다.

Determination of Chemical Freshness Indices for Chilled and Frozen Fish (냉장 및 냉동어육의 화학적 선도지표 측정)

  • Aquatic raw materials easily undergo deteriorative changes, and thus it is very important to keep fish meats fresh during transport and processing. The $K_i$ value, biogenic amines, trimethylamine (TMA) and volatile basic nitrogen (VBN), which are reported fish freshness indices, were measured for 20 samples. The $K_i$ values were normally in the range of $7.8{\sim}43.6%$, except those for some fish including squid. The contents of biogenic amines were negligible, and a correlation (r=0.894) was found between the contents of TMA and VBN.

  • It is well-known that image matching is necessary for automatic generation of 3D data such as digital surface data from aerial images. Recently developed aerial digital cameras allow to capture multi-strip images with higher overlaps and less occluded areas than conventional analogue cameras and that much of researches on multi-image matching have been performed, particularly effective methods of measuring a similarity among multi-images using point features as well as linear features. This research aims to investigate similarity measuring methods such as SSD and SNCC incorporated into a area based multi-image matching method based on vertical line locus. In doing this, different similarity measuring entities such as grey value, grey value gradient, and average of grey value and its gradient are implemented and analyzed. Further, both dynamic and pre-fixed adaptive-window size are tested and analyzed in their behaviors in measuring similarity among multi-images. The aerial images used in the experiments were taken by a DMC aerial frame camera in three strips. The over-lap and side-lap are about 80% and 60%, respectively. In the experiment, it was found that the SNCC as similarity measuring method, the average of grey value and its gradient as similarity measuring entity, and dynamic adaptive-window size can be best fit to measuring area-based similarity in area based multi-image matching method based on vertical line locus.
