  • 2023 년 워크넷 구직자 데이터에 따르면 취업 취약 계층은 46.4%를 차지하며, 2019 년 KOSIS 국가 통계 포털에 따르면 취업 기관 및 프로그램 이용 경험이 없는 자는 전체의 93.7%를 차지한다. 이러한 현황은 대면 프로그램 부담과 정보 부족이 원인으로, 취업 기관 및 지원 프로그램의 활용도가 낮음을 의미한다. 일자리 및 자격증 등의 정보를 각각 찾아야 하는 불편함과 대면 활동 부담, 및 구직자 간의 정보 공유 어려움 등이 문제가 된다. 이를 해결하기 위해 웹 프로그램을 통해 사회적 취약 계층인 경력 단절 여성, 노인, 청년에게 구직 관련 정보를 제공하고 메타버스 가상 공간에서 다양한 활동을 통해 취업 취약 계층에게 적극적인 도움을 제공하는 서비스를 제안한다.

Effect of Career Empowerment Program on Career Maturity, Career Decision-making Self-Efficacy, and Employment Stress of Nursing College Students (진로능력강화프로그램이 간호학생의 진로성숙도, 진로결정자기효능감 및 취업스트레스에 미치는 효과)

  • This study was pre-experimental research designed to compare the differences between pre-and post-program on nursing student's career maturity, career decision-making self-efficacy and employment stress. The subjects were 247 junior-year students in nursing school. Mean value for career maturity was from 2.59 to 2.57, career decision-making self-efficacy from score 3.44 to 3.65 in average(t=8.67, p<.001), and employment stress from score 2.94 to 2.83 in average(t=-3.46, p<.001). Career maturity was significantly different according to high employment rate(F=3.15, p=.025), high career preparation(F=2.69, p=.032). Career decision-making self-efficacy and employment stress was significantly different according to high career preparation(F=1.22, p=.031) and low career preparation(F=2.52, p=.030).

  • In order to support women with career breaks to re-enter the labor market, it is not only necessary to discover and select promising jobs, but also to provide objective and accurate job information on selected promising jobs so that women with career breaks can make reasonable career choices. need arises. It can be pointed out that the government support course has no burden of tuition compared to the general course, and because the quality of education is high, it is possible to select trainees with a high willingness to find employment through competition in the recruitment process. In addition, the government support process secures relatively high-quality programs and instructors, increasing trainees' concentration, satisfaction, and willingness to find a job. Job literacy and employment preparation education are obligatory, job design support through job counseling, and continuous follow-up support. The system also works. Accordingly, if systematic and continuous development and support are made in the process of selecting promising occupations for women with career breaks and designing education and training programs, it is expected that women with career breaks will be more active in their re-entry into the labor market.

  • 방학 중 4주간 실시하는 현장실습이 학생의 진로결정에 어떠한 영향을 미치고, 취업 후 전공과의 연계성 등에 어느 정도의 영향이 있는가?, 현장실습 수행에 따른 문제점, 앞으로의 개선방안 등을 조사 .연구하였다. 청운대 신소재응용화학과 졸업생을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였고, 회수된 설문 내용과 직접 현장방문으로 졸업생들을 면담한 지도 사례를 중심으로 진행하였다. 조사 연구결과 전공 관련취업자들은 현장실습이 취업과 회사 업무에 많은 도움이 된 것으로 나타났다. 보다 효율적인 현장실습이 되기 위해서 현장실습 프로그램을 운용하는 산업체에 대한 지원이 필요하다.

Satisfaction after Running on the Online Self-introduction Consulting Program for College Students in COVID-19 Situation (코로나-19 상황에서 대학생 온라인 자기소개서 컨설팅 프로그램 운영 후 만족도)

  • This study was conducted with 92 people who participated in the online self-introduction consulting program operated for 3 weeks in August, 2020 at a university. This is a study to find out whether the application of the online self-introduction consulting program helped prepare for employment. As a result of the study, there was not enough self-introduction to be written in advance or the employment target organization was not clear. After participating in the online self-introduction consulting program, it was very helpful in preparing for employment, and the service utilization of the related self-introduction program was high. They responded that a series of questions about the templates in the program helped to write the self-introduction letter. It was said that the interview preparation process is necessary as a necessary job support education

A Study on Supportive Measures to Improve the Job Training and Employment of the Married Immigrant Women by Delphi Survey (여성결혼이민자 취업향상을 위한 지원 방안에 관한 델파이분석)

  • This research intends to explore services, programs or policies for supporting married immigrant women to qualify themselves for being employed from the professional point of view on the assumption that their desire to get a job is high. To achieve this purpose, a delphi survey was conducted with a panel of 13 experts related to multi cultural family support in three sessions from December 20, 2013 to June 5, 2014. To analyze the collected data, descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, the mean, and standard deviation, were implemented, and Kendall's W for the internal reliability test on the survey instrument was carried out for statistical processing. The results are as follows : from the first session, services, programs, and policies in the level of married immigrant women themselves, children, parents in law and/or husband, organizations, and government were suggested. The highest item in average is systematization of levelwise Korean teaching program. The next higher items in average are daycare service during job training, parents in law and/or husband's consideration, parenting support services, program development of the organizations, linkage and integration system among the government ministries. As a result of the Kendall's W performed for the internal reliability test of the Delphi research, it has been concluded that the professionals' view on the supportive measures' important contents was statistically identical. According to the results of the Delphi research, systematization of levelwise Korean teaching program most required for the furtherance of the married immigrant women's entering the workforce, followed by provision of the services to draw family support, a grounding teaching of Korean corporate culture, and reconsideration of the policies.

The Effect of Evaluation on Career Support by the College and Career Exploration Efficacy of Dental Hygiene Students on the Career Exploration Behavior (일부 치위생과 학생의 학교 진로지원 평가와 진로 탐색 효능감이 진로 탐색 행동에 미치는 영향)

  • For the purpose of investigating the effect of evaluation on career support by the college and career exploration efficacy of dental hygiene students on the career exploration behavior, a survey was conducted in December 2014 with students of dental hygiene at universities located in Ulsan and Daegu as subjects. In the result, correlation was found among sub-factors of evaluation on career support by the college, career exploration efficacy, and career exploration behavior. Increase of career exploration efficacy (${\beta}=0.702$, p<0.001), practical career support (${\beta}=0.165$, p<0.05), and relationship establishment efficacy (${\beta}=0.152$, p<0.05) led to increase of career exploration behavior, while increase of individual exploration efficacy (${\beta}=.0.242$, p<0.001) led to decrease of career exploration efficacy. Therefore, it is necessary to build appropriate value system related to job seeking, conduct active discussions to increase relationship establishment efficacy by using interpersonal relationship reinforcement program, and expand career support program by the college.

  • This study aimed to deeply understand the employment support experience of mature nursing students. We interviewed 8 mature nursing students in universities in K and D, and analyzed the data through Colaizzi's method which was one of the phenomenological research method. It was composed of 4 themes and 8 sub-themes. The participants were preparing for employment by making efforts to increase the conformity of employment conditions while facing limitations to employment such as age. In addition, they were making efforts to find employment by finding their strengths as mature students, strengthening their will to work, and building a foundation for becoming professional nurses. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an institutional foundation and develop a programme to support the employment of mature nursing students, and carry out specific and empirical follow-up studies.

  • 급격한 고령화 시대에 노년층의 사회참여욕구가 확대되고 있으나 어떻게 해야 하는지를 모르고 있어 지역사회의 사회참여 프로그램에 대한 인지도가 매우 낮고 제도나 프로그램에 대한 접근성이 제한적인 실정이다. 이러한 현상을 반영하고자 가족기능이 해체된 노인을 대상으로 노후 생활지원욕구에 발맞춰 경제적지원, 취업지원, 의료지원, 여가지원 등 각종 복지 서비스를 제공함으로써 보편적이고 일상적인 생활을 영위하도록 지원하고자 많은 노력을 하고는 있으나 이를 원활하게 실시할 수 있는 첫단추의 모델이 부족한 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 노인들의 역할 및 지위 상실로 인하여 가정에서 고립된 생활을 하는 노인을 대상으로 실시하는 프로그램의 첫단추를 열 수 있도록 복지 전문가가 현장에서 비교적 손쉽게 적용할 수 있는 체계화된 모델을 제안함으로 성공적인 노인여가문화에 접근할 수 있도록 하는데 있다.
