The purpose of this study is to increase the employment rate of graduates in the fields of the S/W and H/W. In order to seek employment in various major fields of the S/W and H/W, firstly, this paper proposes the educational case study that increases the concern about employment and develops learner's ability in the unfavorable major fields. Secondly, this paper presents the future driving improvement for the employment rate on the basis of the department's special characteristics and the actual circumstances in the fields of the S/W and H/W. This paper conducts the surveys of each 40 seniors majoring in S/W and H/W respectively in order to measure the understanding of probability/statistics which has been used as tools in the unfavorable major fields. With the purpose of increasement on the employment rate, the paper is designed to have 3 steps, that is, a preliminary questionnaire for employment preference, major courses connecting probability/statistics and a post-questionnaire for employment preference, which eventually investigates the changes of the perception on employment. This paper is verified by the multiple regression analysis to approve the effect on improving learner's academic achievement.

The purpose of this study is to explore a characteristic for raising the percentage of employment of the special high-school. And consider the specialization concept appearing on the stage as these means and analysis the actual operation condition. There are various of the major cause factors of the special high-school and these factors were judged on having a negative effect of raising the percentage of employment of the special high-school. Also, the study were suggested various improvement plan for minimizing negative effect of these factors. Based on the findings, the study showed that grasp the situation of the special high-school and improving plan and present the political plan.

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the effects of job training program satisfaction on objective training performance such as employment rate. In addition, the NCS(National Competency Standards) level was considered as a moderating variable in order to clarify the boundary conditions between job training program satisfaction and employment rate. The data used for the analysis of the research model are 513 job training programs that provide employment rate information among job training programs of 2016 Gwangju area on HRD-Net. The results of the analysis are summarized as follows. First, The satisfaction score of the job training programs calculated on the basis of the six dimensions of satisfaction is 4.46. The NCS level of the job training programs ranged from 2 to 6. The average score of the programs was 3.32. Second, satisfaction with the job training programs has no statistically significant effect on the employment rate, but the NCS level of the job training programs was found to be statistically significant in the interaction effect. Finally, policy implications, limitations, and further research directions are mentioned through this study.

본 논문은 공학교육인증 체제에서 요구되는 학부생들의 실무 설계능력을 제고하기 위하여 지역대학에서 필요한 산학협동과제 기반의 실무인력양성 모델을 제안한다. 산학맞춤형 프로그램, 인턴쉽 프로그램 등 학부 학생들의 실무능력 향상 및 취업률 제고를 위한 기존 방안들이 만족할 만한 효과를 거두지 못하고 있는 상황에서 학생들의 실무수행 능력 제고를 위한 보다 근본적인 대학-산업체간의 협력이 요구되며 상호 신뢰를 바탕으로 산학협동과제를 발굴하여 이를 주제로 실무인력 교육에 상호 지원하는 체제가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 제안한 모델에 기반을 둔 연구개발팀을 실제로 구성하여 산업체로부터 제시되는 프로젝트를 추진한 사례를 통하여 학부 학생들이 산업체에서 활용 가능한 수행 결과물을 도출함과 동시에 참여 학생들의 취업 성과를 통하여 실무능력이 월등히 개선될 수 있음을 보인다.

오늘날 대학환경은 과거에 비해 급변해 가고 있다. 특히, 대학경영의 어려움을 극복하기 위해서 대학경쟁력 강화 방안과 대학 이미지 제고와 같은 중장기 발전계획을 수립하고 있다. 특히, 학생 및 대학에서는 취업률 목표에 사활을 걸고 이는 실정이다. 기존의 취업안내 및 공지하던 형태에서 학생에게 맞는 맞춤형 취업 서비스 모델이 요구되는 실정이다. 이에 많은 대학에서는 유비쿼터스 캠퍼스 (u-Campus) 구축을 통해 대외적인 대학이미지 제고와 학생에게 보다 편리한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 그러나, 현재 구축되고 있는 유비쿼터스 캠퍼스의 서비스 환경은 학생들을 위한 효율적인 서비스가 제공되지 못하고 있으며 신기술의 도입이나 연구개발을 통한 기술적 성격이 짙은 형태로 구축되고 있는 현실이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 캠퍼스를 구성하는 가장 중요한 요소인 모바일을 이용한 학생 중심의 맞춤형 취업 서비스 모델을 제안한다. 제시한 모델을 기반으로 유비쿼터스 캠퍼스의 여러 서비스 등에서도 활용할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to increase the interest in mathematics-related curriculum and improve mathematics academic achievement of H/W majors. Firstly, this paper proposes the educational case study that develops the learner's ability, increases the interest and raises the employment rate in the unfavorable mathematics-related fields for the H/W majors. Secondly, this paper presents the future teaching method on mathematics-related curriculum that applies to the actually teaching-learning based on the computer programming in the field of the H/W. Lastly, this paper suggests the promising pedagogical method for mathematics by using the statistical analyses of academic achievements and surveys in order to present the effective conducting method of mathematics education.

The purpose of this research was on the operation activation for specialized high schools in Chungcheongbuk-do, and conducted a survey of chief teachers of Practical Art Subject and heads of each subjects in 32 specialized high schools in district about the system reform of vocational high school, promotion of characterization for each subject, modification of curriculum, reinforcement of direction guide, of which results were analyzed. Also, another survey of small and middle businesses was conducted to investigate the demand for human resources for industrial businesses in Chungcheongbuk-do and specialized abilities required by companies. Through the study, the reform of operation activation for specialized high schools in Chungcheongbuk-do were suggested as follows. First, Specialized high schools should more focus on educating application of a computer and the basic abilities in foreign language at the request of industry. Second, If more than 80% of vocational high school graduates go to junior colleges or universities, specialized high schools should reform their operation like general high schools. Third, Specialized high schools should expand the operation of customized curriculum for neighboring industry to raise employment rate. Fourth, Specialized high schools in Chungcheongbuk-do should reform their courses which can provide students with fundamental knowledge to work in industry related to BT and IT, as Osong medical complex and Ochang IT industrial complex are expanding gradually. Fifth, Employees in companies should be applied as guest teachers, and the principal should have a right to autonomy to operate their own curriculum. Sixth, 5 years rotation system for public schools should be revised to more than 10 years rotation system for special subjects in specialized high schools. Therefore, teachers will have ownership of the school by the revised system.

The department has established a variety of studies and training courses and has tried to nurture talented people for security companies. However, the research is marginal, and each university department of security guard education, curriculum falling due after graduating students. Moreover, even if students are occupied an employment exceptional adaptability has occurred. Therefore, each university of private security department will need to collaborate with competitive private security company for reinforce and employment rate in center of experienced field. Then, the security's society will be placed in professional occupation, elevate the phase and will decrease the turnover rate. Qualification system of private security have been indicated in distrust, moreover the system have to be adjusted because not enough effort, control system, cooperation system with training center, one-sided emphasis and private inquiry by adding in private security law.

Through importance and achievement analysis of participating students in Youth employment academy, 'webtoon specialist education course', the purpose of this study is to derive implications for invigorating webtoon specialist education course. The result of importance and achievement analysis is as follows. First, participating students consider that education course is important for them, express high satisfaction. Second, participating students consider that education infrastructure is important, so need to upgrade. Third, Communication is not important factor, participating students are satisfied with communication. Fourth, employment rate is not important factor, participating students are lowly satisfied with employment rate. Because major participating students are sophomore & junior in university and will choose their own business instead of getting the job, they express low satisfaction of importance and achievement. Through this study, I would like to suggest implications and advanced strategies for invigorating webtoon specialist education course for creating youth jobs.
