Gamers switch their games to a new when get bored or encounter more attractive ones. Switching cost varies by gamers and depends on how they are satisfied with their current game. This study evaluates the satisfaction with current games as the miltiple basic psychological need in the self-determination theory and suggests 'needs-costs' causality research model that explain the variety of gamer's switching behavior. As the empirical test to domestic mobile gamers, the autonomy fulfillment to current game affect reversely with those of autonomy and relatedness. Those relationships between need satisfaction and perceptual switching cost vary according to their age and game genre preference. The results would be applied to understand gamers' switching behavior.

Enrollment rate of childcare centers is an important indicator that regulates supply and demand of childcare services in South Korea, but monthly enrollment rate difference of childcare centers has not been studied. This study examines monthly enrollment rate difference from March 2015 to February 2016. Data for this study is drawn from the Korean Childcare Centers database and includes information about 39,775 childcare centers. Enrollment rate had increased steadily from 71.8% in March 2015 to 84.4% in January 2016, whereas it decreased by 50.3% in February 2016. The result showed that enrollment rate difference between March 2015 and January 2016 is about 13%p, and even those of between January and February 2016 is 32%p. Taken together, these findings suggest that the supply and demand of childcare services need to be regulated based on monthly enrollment information.

The change of social media market toward multimedia environment makes users select social media according to preference factor's gratification and this also causes competition among various social medias. So this study focused on competition among social media from the perspective of users' gratification while considering multimedia environment of social media market. The widely known Niche theory is used to confirm competitions among media in an environment with limited resource. According to research result, (1) Facebook and Kakao Talk mostly satisfies users' expectations; (2) Facebook and Kakao Talk form leading group and Blog, Youtube and Twitter form chasing group in this competition; (3) Kakao Talk greatly satisfies users' various expectations. The research result implies that, for social media to have competitive advantage in the market, it is better to provide convenience and real-time responsiveness in mobile environment and to improve service so that users could more easily utilize network.

Despite the ubiquity of telephone, the medium has received far less scholarly attention than it should deserve. This study begin with the purpose of fair appraisement of telephone in Korean social communication. To accomplish this purpose, the gratification obtained from telephone, the appropriateness of it as interpersonal communication medium and communication network through telephone were studied. The related raw data were collected from on-line survey process, and statistically analyzed. The result showed sociability, information, transaction, entertainment, emergency, and reassurance are gratifications obtained from telephone use. Younger persons tend to have more positive attitude to mobile phone as interpersonal communication medium. Particularly when the seniors are interpersonal communication partner and impending task is advice or request, younger persons tend to perceive mobile phone more appropriate than the elder persons do. And mobile phone deepens 'communication endogamy' of our society, especially in the youth. Thus, it is plausible to predict that mobile phone will be more important in social communication of our society when the youth become the mainstream of our society.

This study analyzed the rate of unmet dental care service for the disabled who were judged to require the dentistry due to oral health-related problems and those reasons, and also examined the oral health status according to the unmet dentistry. 375 subjects, who were 19 years or older and completed oral health examination and a survey, among 444 responded positive of disability registration after participation in National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey(NHANES), were analyzed. Disability type was classified into 6 kinds(physical disability, brain lesions, sensory defect, developmental disability, mental disorder, endocrine disorder). Participants had 128 of their dental care needs unmet when it was required. 'Financial burden' was the main reason, with the subject of 49.2%, followed by 'lower on the priority scale' were 18.0%. The high frequency and progression permanent teeth caries experiencs and periodontal status of their dental disease were confirmed. In availability aspect of dentistry resources, it is required for using dentistry service smoothly through providing sufficient proper dental care service comparing with the number of the disabled.

Purpose: This study is a descriptive and secondary analytical study that uses panel data to analysis of unmet healthcare needs and risk factors for improving life care of osteoporosis patients. Methods: The subjects of this study were 941 patients who were diagnosed with osteoporosis using Korea Medical Panel 2015 data(β-version 1.0). Data analysis was performed using Chi-Square and logistic regression using SPSS/win 22.0. Results: The unmet healthcare needs of osteoporosis patients were 22.6%. The factors of unmet healthcare needs were education level and age in Model I of demographic factors, and eating problems, memory problems, activity limitation, and disability in Model II. In Model III, which added socio-psychological factors, eating problems, memory problems, Total family income, and pain/Discomfort were identified. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it should be considered in the planning of medical policies to improve the life care of osteoporosis patients, and it is necessary to improve access to medical services and to prevent and mediate realistically to reduce unmet healthcare needs.

It is very important to meet the maximum detection range in a radar system. In order to meet the maximum detection Range, the sensitivity of the received signal of the radar system must be high. In addition, the dynamic range should be wide in the radar signal processing board. To meet these requirements, the signal processing board must be designed to be robust against external and internal noise. In particular, a design is required to minimize the effect of noise generated by various switching circuits inside the board on the received radar signal. In this paper, we derive the requirements of the signal processor board to meet the radar system performance and describe the design to meet the derived requirements. In addition, the EMC design to minimize the influence of noise input from the outside or generated from the inside is described. Confirm the secured performance through the test of the manufactured board.

교육과정이란 학교에서 이루어지는 정규 수업을 통한 교육 뿐만이 아니라 학교 생활 전체를 논하기도 한다. 교육과정은 간단없이 개정되어야 한다. 가령 의학교육에서 생각할 때 국민 의료에 가장 적합한 의사를 양성하기 위해서 혁신적인 교육을 아무리 잘 한다 해도 적합한 교육을 받은 의학생이 의사, 더욱이나 인턴과 레지덴트를 거친 후 국민 의료에 호응코자 할 떄는 벌써 국민 의료의 요구실정은 변화되어 충족을 시키기 힘들다는 것이다. 즉, 요구도는 앞질러 가고 충족도는 뒤늦게 따라 갈 수밖에 없다는 것이다. 따라서 우리 나라에서는 국민학교에서 최근 교육과정을 개정한 바 있고, 중,고등학교에서도 가까운 장래에 개정을 단행하기 위해서 작업을 서두르고 있다. 대학에 있어서는 다른 분야도 그렇겠지만 의학교육에서는 최근 교육과정을 시대적인 요청에 따라서 개정한 바 있다. 여기서는 건강교육을 중심으로 한 교육과정에 반영되어야 할 새로운 분야를 국민학교와 중고등학교 교육의 테두리 안에서 다음과 같이 생각해 보기로 한다.

선로상에 열차의 은행에 지장을 주는 장애물들 검지하였을 때 반대편 열차에 알리거나 열차내의 긴급한 상황이 발생하였을 경우에 대비하여 열차와 지상의 사령과는 항상 열차무선을 통하여 정보를 교환한다. 초창기에 사용하는 열차무선시스템은 열차의 운행빈도나 사용자의 측면에서 아날로그방식의 음성통화로 충분한 서비스를 제공할 수 있었으나, 근래에는 고밀도의 열차운행 및 고속화로 다수의 사용자가 요구하는 서비스를 충족하기에는 많은 개량할 부분을 가지고 있다. 통신기술의 발전과 더불어 한국의 고속철도에서 사용예정인 열차무선시스템은 이러한 사용자들의 요구를 충족하기 위해 통신망의 개념을 도입하고 디지털의 TRS 시스템을 이용하여 많은 사용자의 요구를 충족하려고 노력하고 있다. 또한, 유럽에서 여러 국가를 횡단하는 고속열차의 경우 열차무선시스템에서 횡단하는 국가들간의 호환성을 극복해야하는 문제 등을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 VHF방식의 개량할 점과 TRS시스템의 특징 및 유럽에서 사용중인 열차무선시스템의 운영방법 등을 통하여 열차무선의 발전방향을 제시하고자한다.

본 논문에서는 SDP 시스템이 충족해야 할 요구 규격을 검증하기 위하여 시험 환경 구축 방안을 제안하였다. SDP 시험 환경은 기능/성능/안정성 시험을 수행할 수 있도록 기존 항공관제시스템의 서브 시스템들과 동일한 기능을 수행하는 Simulation System들과 항적 추적 성능을 검증하기 위한 Eurocontrol의 SASS-C와 SMART 시스템으로 구축하였다. 또한 SDP 시험에 있어 Test Case 및 Test Procedure를 구성하여 SDP 요구 규격에 대한 정확한 검증을 수행할 수 있도록 시험 절차를 정의하였다. 제안된 시험 환경 및 시험 절차는 모의 시험을 통해 소프트웨어 구현 과정에서의 시스템 요구 규격에 대한 충족도를 보다 높일 수 있다.
