  • The purpose of this study was to test the structural relationships among the related variables of university students' satisfaction. This study utilized nation-wide survey data previously collected from 1400 students distributed across 32 universities in Korea. NCSI model was used as a theoretical framework. Using the AMOS 17.0, the structural relationships among six variables were tested, including students' expectancy level, perceived quality, perceived value, satisfaction, complaint rate, and loyalty. The major findings of the study are as follows: First, students' expectancy level had a positive effect on perceived quality; but had no significant effect either on perceived value or on satisfaction. Second, perceived quality had positive effects on perceived value and satisfaction; and perceived value also had a positive effect on satisfaction. Third, students' satisfaction had a negative effect on complaint rate; but had a positive effect on loyalty. Fourth, students' complaint rate had a negative effect on loyalty. The study results imply that among the related variables of students' satisfaction, perceived quality and value of the products work as critical variables, and complaint rate and loyalty directly relate to students' satisfaction. The study suggested that in order to enhance students' satisfaction, universities employ the total quality system and the students' complaints resolution system.

The subjects were 320 randomly selected ASMI from 27 medical institutions in the J region, Data collection was carried out via a structured self-administered questionaries from July 2, 2018 to July 27, 2018. Turnover intension was positively correlated with job burnout, and it was negatively correlated with organizational commitment and organizational loyalty. The covariance structure analysis showed that the higher job burnout, and the lower organizational commitment and organizational loyalty tend to increase turnover intention. The results indicate that the efforts, to increase organizational commitment and organizational loyalty, and to decrease job burnout, are required to decrease the turnover intention of ASMI. The results are expected to be useful for health administration policy and industrial health education to decrease the turnover intention of ASMI. In the following study, the analysis about convergent additional factors of influence on the turnover intention of ASMI will be needed.

  • This study was conducted with the aim of comparing and analyzing the relationship between visitors' characteristics and service satisfaction, overall satisfaction and loyalty (revisit intention, recommendation intention) of recreational forests and arboretums. The main results are as follows. First, the scores given for service satisfaction, overall satisfaction, and loyalty of the users of the recreational forests were all higher than those given by the visitors to arboretums, and the service satisfaction level was relatively different from that of the overall satisfaction level or loyalty of the users. Second, the service satisfaction level of the recreational forests did not affect the overall satisfaction level and visitor loyalty, whereas the service satisfaction level of the arboretum was found to be positively correlated with the overall satisfaction level and visitor loyalty. The results are meaningful given that the visitors to recreational forests and arboretums are distributed throughout the country; thus, we confirmed that there are differences in visitor characteristics between the two types of forest recreation areas. In order to differentiate operation strategies for each type of forest recreation areas, the development of common survey items covering the entire set of services provided by forest recreation areas is needed. In addition, it would be advantageous to further develop and modularize the relevant items and conduct surveys in parallel with common survey items, as the service contents are operated selectively to function in accordance with the purpose of creating each forest recreation area.

  • Due to restrictions on offline activities caused by COVID-19, the use of mobile applications is increasing along with interest in online shopping, which are non-face-to-face commerce. Accordingly, mobile applications and various industries are combined, and the number of cases of using mobile applications in the fashion industry is increasing. In this study, the effect of e-service quality of fashion mobile applications on user's flow, user satisfaction, and service loyalty was examined. To conduct this study, a survey of 274 people who experienced the 'ABLY' fashion mobile application was used for analysis to verify the hypothesis. As a result of the analysis, it was found that informativity and responsiveness among the e-service quality of fashion mobile applications had a positive (+) effect on flow. And it has been confirmed that informativity, reliability, and responsiveness affect user satisfaction. In addition, flow has a positive (+) (+) effect on user satisfaction, and user satisfaction has a positive (+) effect on service loyalty. However, among the e-service quality of fashion mobile applications, reliability did not have a positive (+) effect on flow. And ease of use did not have a positive (+) effect on both flow and user satisfaction. Finally, it was confirmed that flow did not directly affect service loyalty. Through this study, we intend to contribute to the establishment of marketing strategies for fashion mobile application users, who are increasing with the development of mobile technology, and provide practical implications for the post-COVID-19 era.

Although cultural events are increasingly important with its positive impact on event participants, the existing literature on cultural event is sparse. This study, thus, investigates moderating effects of cultural events' involvement in a relationship between attitude of cultural event and participations' satisfaction and loyalty to understand the thoughts and attitude of participants. The survey was undertaken of participants to cultural events in Seoul, resulting in 513 valid responses. Through statistical analyses of factor analysis, multiple regression and hierarchical regression, four different factors of cultural event attitude were identified and those factors affect participation satisfaction and loyalty of cultural events. The results of this study provided support that there were moderated effects of cultural event involvement in the relationships between cultural event attitude and satisfaction and loyalty. More theoretical and practical implication were discussed in the conclusion.

The average customer satisfaction score was 3.19/5.00. The category with the highest score was sanitation, followed by environment, food, reactivity, and menu. Male students showed significantly higher foodservice satisfaction score than females in terms of reactivity (P<0.01) category. Students living in the dormitory for over 2 years were significantly less satisfied with the dormitory foodservice in terms of menu (P<0.05) and reactivity (P<0.001) categories. The average customer loyalty score was 2.73/5.00. Scores for revisit intention, words-of-mouth intention, and intent not to switch were 2.80, 2.73, and 2.65, respectively. Revisit intention and words-of-mouth intention showed a significant (P<0.001) positive correlation with food, environment, menu, sanitation, and reactivity. Non-switching intention showed a significant (P<0.001) positive correlation with food, menu, and reactivity. After classifying customers into four groups according to customer satisfaction and loyalty, a comparison was carried out to determine satisfaction and loyalty by each customer stratum. In the "loyalist" group, satisfaction with sanitation and the advertise intention by revisit and words-of-mouth were significantly higher than in the other groups (P<0.001). For loyalty to a brand, males were more loyal by recording 3.83 points, and students whose parents were farmer showed the highest or 4.17 points (p<0.05). As reasons of loyalty to a brand, female students answered quality (76.6%, 36) and a price (12.8%, 6) in that order and male students considered its name value as the most important reason (26.4%, 14) (p<0.05). In conclusion, experience of buying a livestock farm product brand was found to be a factor increasing university students‘ loyalty to a brand. Although quality and a price affected largely the purchase of a brand, a place to buy it and a price were major factors hindering the purchase.

  • JeJu Island is famous for beautiful scenery but relatively little attention was paid to social cultural attractions. My aim is to provide an alternative attraction for JeJu destination. Two main goals of this paper are to apply to the Pine and Gilmore Experience Economy Theory framework on performance arts experiences and identify causal relations among experience factor, experience satisfaction and performance loyalty. To accomplish the study object, theoretical review and empirical analysis were jointly carried out. Using samples of 280 participations in nonverbal comic performance 'Nanta' who were required to rate performance experiences, experiences satisfaction, and performance loyalty. Results of SEM(Structured Equation Model) was showed that only Entertainment factor of 4 experiences factors(aesthetics, entertainment, education, escapist) affected experiences satisfaction. While experiences satisfaction affected performance loyalty. These results support the concept of experiential Economy framework suggested by Pine and Gilmore on culture-arts products consumption.
