본 논문은 회사 직원들의 재택근무와 출퇴근 관리를 위한 Web 페이지이다. 프로젝트의 핵심 기능은 캘린더를 이용한 직원들의 출퇴근 관리로 근태, 재택, 휴가, 급여 관리 기능이 포함되어있다. 각 회사에서 이 프로그램을 이용할 시 직원들은 출근, 퇴근 버튼 기능으로 시간을 기록하고 휴가신청과 재택근무 일정을 확인할 수 있다. 관리자들은 직원들의 출퇴근 일정 목록과 재택일정, 휴가일정을 확인 가능하고 수정, 관리할 수 있다. 채팅 기능을 활용하여 직원과 관리자의 원활히 소통이 가능하다. 회사에서 필요한 근태 관리 시스템 기능들을 제공한다.

Recently, interesting in flexible working has been increased, and some central government and large companies are conducting flexible working. With the conducting of flexible working, workers are able to get a convenience but the cost of managing is increased. In this paper, we suggest a method of reducing the cost and managing efficiently. Our study determines the position of the workers using indoor localization techniques through the Wi-Fi fingerprint and smartphone, and records the office hours. The previous time and attendance systems have to install attendance recording device(e.g. Fingerprint Attendance System, RFID Card Attendance System) and are needed to manipulate manually. Our system doesn't need to install extra devices, and also doesn't need to manipulate manually. Our system automatically records the office hours. Also most of previous time and attendance systems have another weakness. They only record data when workers start and stop work. But our system exactly records office hours for each workplaces. In this paper, We introduce an effective time and attendance system in variety flexible working. Our experiments shows that our system workers' detected office hours accurately. The accuracy of our time and attendance system was 98.7%.

대구광역시 문희갑 시장은, 특별한 경우를 제외하고는 걸어서 출퇴근하기를 좋아한다. 건강에도 도움이 되고 교통난 해소에도 조금이나마 보탬이 되기를 바라는 마음에서다. 그는 그렇게 작은 일에도 솔선수범하는 자세로 평생을 걸어왔다. 그 덕분인지, 그의 경력 중에는 타의 모범이 되어야 하는 ‘대표’, ‘단장’이라는 단어가 많이 등장한다. 경제 · 정치 · 교육 등 모든 분야에서 탁원할 능력을 가진 문시장은, 최소한 먹고 입는 문제, 자녀 교육, 의료만큼은 보장되는, 그래서 서민 모두가 더불어 사는 공동체로서의 대구광역시를 만들기 위해 각 분야에서 다각적인 정책을 수립 · 추진하고 있다.

어떤 집단에서든 그 구성원의 효율적인 관리가 무엇보다 중요하다. 이러한 효율적인 관리는 집단의 구성원이 많을수록 한 개인이 방대한 자료를 분석 및 관리하기에는 많은 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이 많은 자료를 바탕으로 퍼지 추론을 이용하여 근태 관리 시스템을 개발하였다. 먼저 퍼지입력 변수로는 출입구에 미리 설치되어 있는 지문 도어락과 관리실의 PC를 통해 사원들의 출퇴근 시간과 월별 근무시간, 월별 근무일수, 월별 조퇴 및 지각일수를 산출한 후 월별 휴가일수를 입력한다. 이 입력 데이터 값으로 퍼지 연산을 수행 후 구성원 개개인의 월별 성실도를 결정하였다.

The personnel and salary management business among computation by computer of a general enterprise is very important. The attendance-absence of our office and in and out of office work for employees in business is very important data element. Because of computation by computer system introduction in a general small and medium enterprise is very expensive, until now it is managed simply by handwork data in the attendance book. On the other hand, to solve the cost problem I designed and implemented a diligence and indolence communication management system for using P.O.P Terminal.

현재 여러 기업들에서 자율 출퇴근제 및 자율좌석제를 시행하고 있으나, 이를 관리할 수 있는 시스템이 상용화되지 않고 있다. 이러한 제도를 시행하면서 발생하는 불편함을 해결하기 위해 본 프로젝트는 최근 주목받는 BLE 비콘을 활용한 블루투스 통신으로 모바일 어플리케이션 내에서 실내 위치 기반의 다양한 서비스를 제공하여 기업 및 직원 불편을 해소하고, 보다 나은 근무 환경과 새로운 형태의 비즈니스 종합편의 플랫폼을 제안한다.

In spite of continuous implementation of the transportation demand management (TDM), the profuse use of car at the peak-time has caused chronic traffic congestion in the Seoul downtown area. This study makes a comparative analysis on the effectiveness of commuting cost subsidy system for public transit user with other policy instruments such as an increment in fuel tax and park cost. This study not only follows standard guidelines of stated preference methodology to guarantee objectivity, but also uses sample enumeration method and non-Parametric bootstrapping method to secure reliability of empirical results. As a result of empirical studies, the conversion effect of car to public transit is superior to other two Policy instruments. Also. an increment in fuel tax and park cost is income-regressive from the equity aspect in a wage bracket, but commuting cost subsidy system for Public transit user is Income-progressive As a fundamental research on commuting cost subsidy system for public transit user, this study is likely to Provide Policy-makers with quantitative information useful in establishing Public transport Policy to Promote the use of the public transit.

본 연구는 건물 내부에서 외부로 외부에서 내부로 출입하는 출입자를 정확히 파악하기 위하여 보안이 강화된 개별인증 출입보안시스템을 구축하는데 있다. 시스템 구현을 위해서 RFID 기술, 지문인식 기술을 적용한 통합인증단말기와 무게를 측정하는 전자저울을 활용 하였다. 개별 인증이 가능한 출입 인증 보안시스템을 구현한 결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 내부에서 외부로 나오는 경우와 외부에서 내부로 들어가는 경우를 분리한 이중 출입방식으로 외부인이 내부에서 나오는 사람의 인증만으로 쉽게 건물 안으로 진입하는 보안상의 문제점을 해결 하였다. 둘째, 건물 내부 물품을 외부로 유출할 시 무게 차이 때문에 출입문이 차단되어 관리자의 허락 없이는 물품을 밖으로 유출할 수 없게 되어 도난을 방지문제를 해결 하였다. 셋째, 몸무게 정보를 이용하여 출입자들이 동시에 출입문을 통과하지 못하도록 제한하여 모든 출입자의 로그정보를 정확하게 저장할 수 있도록 하였다. 넷째, 데이터베이스에 저장된 출입로그 데이터를 출퇴근 관리프로그램에 지원하여 급여 계산 및 인사 업무에 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 다섯째, 건물에 화재가 나거나 폭탄 테러와 같은 위험 발생 시 출입자를 정확하게 파악할 수 있게 되어 용의자 파악이 용이하도록 하였다.

This study analyzes 'willingness to have passenger cars' through perception survey about car use and possession. Social problems caused by increasing car use are serious. Because of the fact that 78.9% of registered vehicles are passenger cars and 75.3% of passenger cars are private cars, passenger cars are main reason of Social problems caused by using a car. So, we need to analyze the reason why people possess cars and need additional cars. Also we need to study about 'willingness to possess additional cars' through analysis of perception about car use and ownership. According to survey results, most households possess cars as means of commute, and most households need additional cars as means of commute to office, leisure, kids' commute to school and academy. Also we used Structural Equation Model to analyze car use and 'willingness to possess additional cars' according to ownership. Analysis results showed that car use is positively impacted by driving and usage perception, and negatively impacted by social problems such as parking, traffic congestion, traffic environment, and etc. Also, results showed that the number of car is positively impacted by usage perception, and negatively impacted by expenses. In case of 'willingness to have additional cars', is positively impacted by intention to use cars and negatively impacted by car ownerships. We think research results can be used as basic data to manage traffic demand.

이른 새벽, 건설업 일용직 근로자들은 '오늘 일을 할 수 있을까?'란 불안감과 COVID-19의 감염 위험을 안고 인력사무소에 출근한다. 새벽 건설업 시장은 높은 업무 강도와 비효율적인 구인/구직 프로세스로 인해 진입장벽이 높고, 건설기능인력의 고령화로 불법체류 근로자 고용 등의 난항을 겪고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 건설업 시장의 구인/구직 정보를 제공하여 앱 내에서 근로자 채용을 가능하게 하고, 외부 API를 사용하여 출퇴근 관리, 안전 이수증 촬영을 통한 인증 등 근로자와 구인자를 위한 비대면 구인/구직 앱 '인력거'를 개발하였다. '인력거' 앱을 통해 간소화된 구인/구직 프로세스 등을 통해 건설업에서 청년 일자리 증대가 기대된다.
