On-Line Departure time based link travel time estimation using Spatial Detection System (구간검지체계를 이용한 On-Line 출발시각기준 링크 통행시간 추정 (연속류를 중심으로))

  • Spatial detection system such as AVI, GPS, and Beacon etc. can provide spatial travel time only after a vehicle Passes through a road section. In this context, majority of the existing studies on the link travel time estimation area has focused on the arrival time-based link travel time estimation. rather than departure time-based link travel time estimation. Even if some of the researches on this area have developed departure time-based link travel time estimation algorithms, they are limited in that they are not applicable in a real-time mode. The objective of this study is to develop an departure time-based link travel time estimation algorithm which is applicable in a real-tine mode. Firstly, this study discussed the tradeoff between accuracy and timeliness of the departure time-based on-line link travel time estimates. Secondly, this study developed an departure time-based on-line link travel time estimation algorithm which utilizes the Baysian inference logic. It was found that the proposed approach could estimate departure time-based link travel times in a real-time context with an acceptable accuracy and timeliness.

  • The objectives of this study aye to develop an on-line departure time-based travel time estimation method and to determine an optimal link length for the estimation. This study developed a link-based rolling horizon logic as the travel time estimation method. In order to determine an optimal link length, the information error of the travel time provision from the user's perspective was defined and employed as a selection criterion. It was found that, when the travel time aggregation size was set as five minutes, a link length of four kilometers gave the most accurate result.

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the quality of on-line departure time-based link travel time estimates. For this, accuracy (i.e. estimation error) and timeliness (i.e. degree of time lag) are proposed as MOE of the quality of on-line link travel time estimates. Then the relationship between quality of link travel time estimates and link length and level of congestion is analyzed. It was found that there is trade-off between the accuracy and timeliness of link travel time estimates. The estimation error was modeled to consist of two components: one is systematic error and the other is mean square error which reflects level of congestion. further, time lag was again segmented into three parts for the analysis purpose. There are minimum one, congestion-related one, and update interval-related one. From the real-world data using AVI system, it was revealed that regardless of the link length and level of congestion, 10 minutes of time lag occurs in general.

  • 본 연구에서는 온라인 상에서 대학학위 과정 교육을 목적으로 제작된 외국어 콘텐츠의 웹 아이덴티티 규명의 필요성과 규명된 웹 아이덴티티와 학습동기유발간의 상관관계를 연구하는데 중점을 둔다. 본 연구에서 채택된 외국어 교육 콘텐츠는 타 교육 분야보다 각 민족 언어의 아이덴티티가 시각적으로 재현되는 방식이 다양하다는 점에서 연구대상으로 부각되었다. 본 연구는 기존에 제시된 바 있는 웹 아이덴티티 분석 기준에서 출발하여 온라인 교육 콘텐츠 측면에서 이를 적용 및 재해석하고, 온라인 교육 콘텐츠 의 웹 아이덴티티 기준을 추가하였다. 따라서, 본 연구는 4년제 학사 학위를 수여하는 국내 0 사이버대학교의 외국어 교육 콘텐츠(영어, 일어, 중국어)의 사례를 웹 아이덴티티를 구현하는 세부 요소--시각디자인측면, 사운드측면, 인터페이스측면--에 맞추어 분석을 시도하였다. 또한 웹 아이덴티티가 적용된 각 외국어 교육 콘텐츠의 교육 효과 획득을 위한 학습동기유발 효과와의 상관관계를 알기 위하여 웹 아이덴티티가 적용, 제작된 외국어 교육 콘텐츠와 웹 아이덴티티가 적용되지 않은 채 제작된 외국어 교육 콘텐츠 간의 주의력, 관련성, 자신감, 만족감 등 학습동기유발 효과를 비교하는 설문 조사를 진행하였다. 이를 통해 온라인 외국어 교육 콘텐츠에 있어서 웹 아이덴티티의 개발과 적용이 외국어 교육 효과를 높이는 학습동기유발에 유의미한 역할을 한다는 것이 확인되었다.

  • 과거에는 고속도로 상에 일정간격으로 설치하여 운영 중인 VDS(Vehicle Detection System)에서 주기적으로 검지되는 지점자료나 실제로 도로를 주행하면서 교통상황을 측정하는 프로브 차량(Probe Vehicle)들을 이용하여 통행시간을 추정해 왔으나 단순한 현시점에서의 통행시간을 나타내는 점이나 설치구간이 조밀하지 못한 곳에서의 정확성 등 많은 문제점이 있어왔다. 이에 본 연구에서는 고속도로 통행료 수납자료(Toll Collection System)를 출발시각 기준으로 정렬하고, 이를 Fuzzy c-means 클러스터링 기법을 사용하여 고속도로 통행료 수납자료의 특성에 따라 분류한 후 하나의 대푯값으로 추출하여 Kalman Filter 기법에 적용하는 고속도로 통행시간 예측 모형을 설계한다.

Zigbee Communication Based Wireless System for Measuring Lap Time on a Sprints (지그비 통신에 기반한 단거리 육상경기 기록측정 시스템)

  • This paper introduces a ZigBee network-based four-lane lap time measurement system that can be set up for short-distance races. The instructions "Ready-Set-Go" can be announced at the entry point node when the start button is pushed, and foot switches installed at the exit point node can be stepped on by the runner for lap time measurement of the race. The start and exit point nodes are connected to a ZigBee network to communicate time synchronization packets. The exit point node maintains synchronized local time within 10 ms at most. The system does not need expensive measurement equipment and provides lap time recording in a more convenient manner than conventional lap time measurement methods.

  • This study takes a critical perspective that current vertical regulatory framework for broadcasting, telecommunications, films and games cannot cope with media development in the age of convergence. Changes in media environment mitigate the uniqueness of terrestrial television causing doubts as to why television contents should be treated more strictly than the rest of media contents. Consensus is being reached that horizontal regulation would be the appropriate regulatory measure for media contents. However, which content should be aligned to what level of regulations have not been fully dealt with. The paper shows that the current regulatory framework which is established according to each delivery platform is no longer valid in convergent media environment. It shows why all content regulation should be applied in platform neutral manner. Then it also suggests both short and long term regulatory changes that need to be made in order to meet the future challenges in media convergence era.

  • The choice of business method is a necessary decision at the last moment of life, and to this end, we use several criteria. Our funeral methods were dominated by ancestral worship culture and religion, not nature. It is only recently that nature was used as a means from a human perspective, but natural field methods such as consideration for nature and symbiosis with nature have emerged. The recent high public preference for natural fields is today's strong zeitgeist and nature-friendly values. Based on statistics in 2021, Korea's national cremation rate exceeded 92%, and compared to less than 20% of the cremation rate just 20 years ago, our business method has changed rapidly. As the cremation promotion movement and government policies, which began in the early 90s, were systematically developed, the enshrinement facility was established next to us. However, while this was also subject to criticism of national damage, the Jang Act called natural field was introduced into the system in 2008, and about 15 years have passed, but the revitalization of natural field is slower than expected. One of the reasons for the stagnation of development is to forget the basic spirit of the natural field (once you return to the forest), and to think like a graveyard grave. Accordingly, this study aims to identify the background of the introduction and current operation of natural fields and present development measures to improve memorial services to make natural fields loved by the people.
