Disasters are the phenomena that we have to prevent the occurrence in order to keep the safety to human lives and properties, and if occurred, we have to minimize the economic, social, and mental costs of the occurred disasters or incidents. This research analyzes the optimal location of fire stations in terms of served population maximization in Seoul. This research introduces "the maximal covering location problem(MCLP)," one of the optimization techniques, as the primary research method. This research also applies a geographic information system into spatial distribution analyses of existing fire stations and observed fire incidents. Results from the analyses show that the existing location of fire stations and branches need to be improved. The dispatch location of fire engines should be reconsidered for rapid services of fire fighting.

Previous studies on fear of crime used survey and interview to measure fear of crime. However, though these methods can measure fear of crime in past events, they cannot measure real time fear of crime. In this paper, we use EEG to measure fear of crime in real time. We measure and analyze the EEG of subjects watching the video and confirm the difference between three groups classified according to the degree of fear of crime. As a result, about two times more beta waves are shown when a group of subjects with a high degree of fear of crime watches the images of fear of crime and 1.5 times more beta waves are shown among the other groups. Although watching videos related to the crime increased the beta waves, the police video showed little increase in beta waves because the subjects can sense safety in the video even if it is related to crime.

The robot is the creation of new markets and various cooperation according to the manufacturing paradigm shift. Cooperative management easy for existing industrial robots, robots work on productivity, manpower to replace the robot in every industry cooperation for the purpose of and demand increases.to exist But the industrial robot at the scene of the cooperation working due to accidents are frequent, threatening the safety of the operator. Of industrial site is configured with a robot in an environment ensuring the safety of the operator to and confidence to communicate that can do the possibility of action.Robot guard system of the need for development cooperation. The robot's cooperation through the sensors and computer vision task within a radius of the double to prevent accidents and accidents should reduce the risk. International protocol for a variety of industrial production equipment and communications opc ua system based on ultrasonic sensors and cnn to (Convolution Neural Network) for video analytics. We suggest the cooperation with the robot guard system. Robots in a proposed system is unsafe situation of workers evaluating the possibility of control.
This paper proposed a collision avoidance scheme to improve the network performance and priority control scheme to support real-time ATM applications in CIF(Cells in Frames), which carries ATM cells over existing Ethernet interfaces. The proposed scheme has optimized for the two nodes Ethernet, that is a typical CIF network, and doesn't require any hardware modification of existing Ethernet interface card. The collision avoidance scheme gives fair access opprtunities with minimized contention to the nodes by assigning different inter-frame gap to each element of CIF network. The priority control scheme guarantees preemptive transmission of real-time frames to the medium by exchanging queuing status information between two nodes. Therefore in this paper it is shown that CIF network which has both the collision avoidance scheme of MAC layer and the priority control scheme of CIF layer has a improved network performance and supports real-time ATM applications efficiently.
The purposes of this research which was conducted by surveying lost/added unit hours reports, unit hour demand analysis worksheets from prehospital care reports of two squads in Kyonggi Provincial Fire and Disaster Headquarters for 20 weeks (January 1, 2002 - May 20, 2002) are to get Unit Hour Utilizations. Call Demands such as Unit Hour Demand, Simple Average Demand, High Average Demand, Peak Average Demand, the High Actual Demand. The conclusions from this analysis were summarized as follows: (1) By revealing Unit Hour Produced 3223.9, Call Volume 964, Unit Hour Utilization 0.299 at the Squad A and Unit Hour Produced 3328.4, Call Volume 901, Unit Hour Utilization 0.271 at the Squad B induced Korean Squads to chance identification, definition, direction of Unit Hour Utilization. (2) By revealing Simple Average Demand 7.4 on Monday Tuesday, High Average Demand 9.6 on Tuesday Friday. Peak Average Demand 11.5 on Tuesday, the High Actual Demand 12 on Tuesday Wednesday at the Squad A and Simple Average Demand 6.8 on Sunday, High Average Demand 10.4 on Monday, Peak Average Demand 11.5 on Monday, the High Actual Demand 13 on Monday at the Squad B enabled Korean Squads to utilize System Status Management. (3) The Maximum Calls per Unit Hour were 115 for 23:00~23:59, the Minimum Calls per Unit Hour were 46 for 05:00~05:49 in two squads. The Maximum Calls per Unit Hour were 7.4 on Tuesday Saturday, the Minimum Calls per Unit Hour were 6.1 on Thursday at the Squad A. The Maximum Calls per Unit Hour were 7.3 on Monday Saturday, the Minimum Calls per Unit Hour were 5.6 on Thursday at the Squad B. (4) Analyzing demand for EMTs in the optimum emergency medical service of Korea, we have been able to utilize this Unit Hour Utilization in company with the established estimation methods such as international comparisons or the number of ambulances for scientific reasonable estimation. (5) These Call Demands which were limited to the demand time in this study will make us expect some following studies including demand time, demand time, demand map for Strategic Deployment.

In this paper, we propose a heterogenous mission allocation technique for multi-UAV system based on discrete event modeling. We model a series of heterogenous mission creation, mission allocation, UAV departure, mission completion, and UAV maintenance and repair process as a mathematical discrete event model. Based on the proposed model, we then optimize the number of UAVs required to operate in a given scenario. To validate the optimized number of UAVs, the simulations are executed repeatedly, and their results are analyzed. The proposed mission allocation technique can be used to efficiently utilize limited UAV resources, and allow the human operator to establish an optimal mission plan.
Regarding the landslide that took place around 00:08 on July 27, 2011, in a village in the city of Chuncheon (Sanjidanggol, Majeoksan, Cheonjeon-ri, Sinbuk-eup, Chuncheon-city, Gangwon-province), this paper surveyed fire-fighting officers who were injected into the site to rescue the disaster, thereby determining the problems surrounding the initial fire-fighting response and improvement measures. As a result, specialist education of volunteer fire-fighters and utilization, improvement measures included the early response ability enhancement of and cooperation between relevant agencies, the strengthening of specialist education about landslide response, the strengthening of situation management and field command system, the installation and operation of speedy field emergency infirmary, the operation of an appropriate volunteer waiting facility, the operation of an appropriate control lines, appropriate control of media, a sufficient securing of individuals' rescue equipment and fuel for heavy equipment, the provision of sufficient portable radios and chargers, the securing of fire-fighting budget thereof.

In V2X communication, a random based resource selection scheme is needed with considerations of cases that support devices without sidelink reception capabilities and require reduction of UE's power consumption. In this paper, as improvement of D2D's resource section scheme that one TRP is repeated to data subframe pool within a PSCCH period, it is proposed that different TRPs is applied for enhanced random resource selection based on pseudo-random sequence having UE-specific seed value. By results of proposed scheme's performance by numerical analysis, it is confirmed that collision probability among resources allocated to each UE for data TB is reduced, and a number of UEs which can avoid resource collision as much as possible and have simultaneous resource allocation is increased.

The great estate system of the Old World crossed the Atlantic Ocean in the 1500s along with the Spanish Royal Army, mission, merchants, crops and domestic arrivals, landing at the end of the journey in the Middle and South Americas. The latifundio of Spain's Middle Age combined with the environment of the New World to be regenerated in the name of hacienda which bad became tightly roared in the countryside landscape of New Spain by fin-de-colonial period of 1820s. The haciendas were distributed mainly over the central part of the present-dey Mexico, and the presence of water and towns determined the specific location of the large landed estates. Depending on the activities performed, the hacienda can be divided into several types such as grain hacienda, livestock hacienda, mining hacienda, henequen hacienda, and so forth. Consisting of landlords, estate managers and waged labor called peons, the hacienda as a semi-autarkic settlement played various roles as the home of church, the agrarian center and the hearth of cultural diffusion, as well as dwelling. Toward the end of the colonial period the hacienda experienced internal transformations driven by capitalism.
The call-takers in the 119 General Situation Room are playing important roles in recognizing the first crisis situation such as fire, rescue, and emergency, and in starting up the response system. In particular, with regard to the emergency calls, the prompt and accurate surveillance can determine the patient's life as well as the prognosis. Based on April 8-December 31, 2014 Prehospital Care Reports in a metropolitan city, we analyzed the conversation turns and the conversation time between the agent and the caller, and the time of the conversation structure and sequence according to the reception routes and the severity of symptoms. The conversation analysis between the agent and the caller will be useful for the development and improvement of the action manual in the future.
